Tensions between India and Pakistan are escalating. Pakistan is vowing revenge and retaliation for this act of war. There are some reports that they're dispatching troops to the border with India, but it's hard to know exactly what's going on. And it seems even in our own government, we don't have a full picture of how far this could go or exactly what has happened. But for those that are not familiar, not that long ago, about two weeks ago, there was a terror attack
where jihadis went and executed several Hindus in the disputed territories in Kashmir. This has led to an escalation which many fear could bring about nuclear conflict.
Now, Pakistan and India both have around 170 nuclear weapons. They are not particularly large, but they are still nuclear weapons and can cause massive damage. It does seem that this conflict is largely isolated between these two groups. However, many are concerned that China will try to intervene in some way to exacerbate the problem and exploit it. And I think it's fair to say many other nations may want to do so as well because it will have a massive impact on China.
The region on global trade and it can be exploited. Now, we've got a lot to break down. Of course, the question of whether or not a nuclear war is inevitable. This from the spectator this morning. But first, let me give you the quick facts and details that we currently have. Al Jazeera reporting.
Pakistan has accused India of committing a blatant act of war and promised retaliation after New Delhi launched deadly missile attacks along their contested border and disputed Kashmir in the worst eruption of violence between the nuclear-armed neighbors in two decades.
In an address before Pakistan's parliament on Wednesday, Prime Minister Shabazz Sharif denounced as cowardly the attack carried out by India. As he repeated Islamabad's assertion, it had nothing to do with the April 22nd Pahalgam attack in the Indian-administered Kashmir region. He said Pakistan's response to the attack, which included the downing of Indian fighter jets, proved that the country was prepared to knock enemy planes off into the sea. Before his address, Sharif said,
presided over a National Security Committee meeting during which Pakistani officials condemned the illegal acts of India, describing them as blatant violations of Pakistan's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Quote, the deliberate targeting of civilians, including innocent women and children by the Indian military constitutes a heinous and shameful crime that is in violation of all norms of human behavior and the provisions of international law.
Earlier, Defense Minister Khawaja Mohammed Asif also declared that Islamabad won't take long to settle the score and said military operations were already underway. India launched a huge military bombardment overnight called Operation Sindur, striking nine sites in Pakistan and Pakistan administered Kashmir and killing at least 26 people. In response, Pakistan said it struck Indian military targets and
and claimed to have shot down several warplanes, resulting in at least 10 deaths. The latest number that we had yesterday was that five Indian fighters were shot down. Residents of Musafarabad, the capital of Pakistan's administered Kashmir, said they fled their homes and ran to surrounding hills as India launched air attacks on part of the city.
The whole house moved. Everyone got scared. We all evacuated, took our kids and went up into the hills. Mohammed Sher Mir, 46, told the Reuters news agency. Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Mistry said on Wednesday that New Delhi carried the attacks after its intelligence monitoring showed that further attacks against India were impending. Now, I believe I have the let me see if I can find this article. I've got one of them pulled up. This is not this. Here we go from Rare.
Hindus stripped and executed in Kashmir because they weren't Muslim. There is actually video of this, my friends, considering the graphic nature of the video. I'm not going to be playing it for you because it does show the aftermath of this terror attack. But I will read the reporting, which backs up the claims.
They say on April 22nd, 2025, the meadows of Pahalgam, Kashmir were stained with blood in one of the most barbaric anti-Hindu massacres in recent memory. At least 27 Hindu tourists, men, women, honeymooners were slaughtered in cold blood by Islamic terrorists for the crime of not being Muslim. Eyewitnesses recount a harrowing scene. Attackers stopped vehicles, demanded ID cards, and then ordered the victims to strip to confirm their religion.
Once identified as Hindu, they were executed on the spot. The killers weren't anonymous gunmen. They were jihadis operating under code names. Musa, Yunus and Asif later identified as Asif, Shaq, Suleiman Shah and Abu Talha. All three were operatives of the resistance front, a proxy for Pakistan based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba. Probably pronouncing these things wrong.
Disguised in Indian army fatigues, they used deception to stop vehicles, demand ID cards, and then ordered victims to recite the Kalma, Islam's declaration of faith.
Some were checked for circumcision. Those who failed these Islamic tests were summarily executed. A newlywed couple on their honeymoon was among the victims. The grieving widow was seen in a viral photo sitting beside her husband's lifeless body. His only offense, being born Hindu in a land where Muslims seek to erase all traces of non-Muslim life. This was not a random terror attack. It was a targeted ritualistic slaughter, a continuation of the jihad that has plagued Kashmir for decades. The question, my friends...
that everybody is wondering. And I know many people are saying it's not going to happen. It's clickbait. It's not real. Spectator is nuclear war between India and Pakistan. Inevitable. Let's let's just say this. It's possible. I don't know. OK, all I can do for you guys is tell you they've got how to survive a nuclear war articles popping up. They have
Pro India side saying they fear that Pakistan will use low yield nuclear weapons. There was a study in 2019 that we covered last night suggesting that both sides are going to get hot. They are going to escalate by any means that Pakistan will send troops. India will respond by sending in troops. Pakistan will retaliate, fearing a conventional defeat and launch nukes to decimate Indian forces. I don't know. I don't know.
And so what I can tell you is the narrative emerging right now is this question of a potential nuclear conflict. Let's check our optimism bias and our normalcy bias. Normalcy bias, of course, things are the way they are. They're not going to change, but they could. We don't know. Sometimes major events do happen. This is a kickoff of something. However, considering the conflicts we've seen in the past, they've not escalated to any extreme degree. In 1999, this was the last major conflict, though there have been some skirmishes, but
1998, Pakistan acquired nuclear weapons. However, now that both sides have around 170 nuclear warheads, there is a fear that could escalate optimism bias. We assume the best will work out. It can't possibly get that bad. Listen, I do not see personally, again, with my limited knowledge on the region, I do not see how this expands beyond India and Pakistan, to be completely honest, even if they start bombing each other.
I don't see this as a greater cause for war. This is a disputed territory in Kashmir. China, of course, wants to lay claim to some of it. But I don't see China deciding to intervene because of the fight between India and Pakistan. The possibility exists, although I think very unlikely. The spectator writes, Yesterday evening, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi authorized missile strikes on jihadi training camps located in Pakistan's east Punjab and Pakistani Kashmir.
It is retaliation for the attack on Hindu tourists allegedly carried out by the Pakistani jihadi groups. Lashkar-e-Taibi. I want to stress, that's not what India is saying. India is saying they struck these targets because those targets were planning more attacks.
They're going to say, does this mean an all-out war with two nuclear powers is inevitable? Not necessarily. Since Indian partition, the perennial Kassusbelli, and the subcontinent, there have been three major wars, 47, 65, and 99. A fourth, the Kargil War in 99 is better characterized as a mini-war, which followed Islamist militant and regular army infiltration of high-altitude mountains in Indian-administered Kashmir.
However, smaller military border clashes have been constant. Fighting over the Siachen Glacier has been continuous since 1984. Artillery exchanges also occurred in 2016 and 19. This last clash followed India's revocation of Article 370, which had previously given Kashmir semi-autonomous status. Kashmir is now a normal Indian state.
Compared to these engagements, where will the current clash land? Thus far, India has made it clear that the missile attacks have not targeted Pakistan's military. They have been described as focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature. Modi does not want a full scale war, but he does want Pakistan to suppress its embedded terror groups. How will Pakistan respond? Thus far, Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has promised the heinous act of aggression will not go unpunished.
Beset with economic and political problems, it is doubtful that Sharif, whose army is hugely outgunned by India, would welcome a full scale war. This would mean that Pakistan must back down. But the response from Pakistan is this, is that India targeted civilians. India says they targeted terrorists. Pakistan says civilians.

They say, however, the decision may not be his. Historically, the head of Pakistan, the Pakistan army has always been the power behind elected politicians. Frequently elected prime ministers are removed from power by the army, not the ballot box. The last politician to be deposed in a constitutional coup orchestrated by the army was Imran Khan in 2022.
Khan, the most popular politician in Pakistan history, was arrested in 2023. He still resides in prison on trumped up charges of corruption. The problem faced by Shabazz Sharif and his ever powerful older brother and long serving former prime minister Nawaz Sharif is that the man chosen had the army, General Asim Munir, because of his hardline stance on internal military and civil unrest, as well as antipathy toward Imran Khan, is a religious zealot who hates India.
Munir's father and imam and family had to flee the Punjab during India's partition because of sectarian Hindu violence. General Asim Munir is a loose cannon. The question is, can the Sharifs control him? Honestly, I got no idea. We do have some videos for those that may not have seen it. This is one of the initial videos that emerged. This is apparently the Indian strike on Pakistan. We have this video from Visigrod, Pakistan.
First video of Indian missiles striking Pakistan. In this video, you can't really see much, only a few seconds. But you can see off to the side of the frame, the missiles striking. We also have this first video of Tayyab Mosque in Murdki. Pakistan was struck by Indian missiles. It's hard to know where this goes next. Pakistan is burning. India launched Operation Sindur. Now, if these videos are true and correct, as reported...
India's strikes did hit civilian areas. Now, they say in one of these one of these locations, I believe it was a mosque. They say the missile struck a mosque in Baha Walpur belonging to Malana Masood Azhar. He's the founder and leader of the Islamist terrorist organization Jaish-e-Muhammad, which is mainly focused on attacks in Indian Kashmir.
Pakistan is considering this attack on civilian targets, and you can see that these missiles did land in civilian areas. Now, I'm not saying that means they're not terror organizations planning attacks. I'm saying they're obviously working out of civilian areas.
Sources told ANI the operation covered, I'm sorry, operation involved careful mobilization of troops and assets across all three service branches, Army, Navy, and Air Force, using special precision munitions to strike terror infrastructure from where the attacks against any were being planned and directed. Sites targeted in Operation Sindur. We can see that these are in, in Pakistan. It's not just in the disputed territories. Quote,
Our actions have been focused, measured and non-escalatory in nature, the Ministry of Defense stated, emphasizing that no Pakistani military facilities were targeted, demonstrating India's strategic restraint in target selection and execution. Now, I do think it's a fair assessment. We don't know exactly what will happen, but it is likely that Pakistan, I would say it's probable that
They do not want an escalation of this into a full scale war. So they will try to avoid that. But there is still the challenge of India struck targets in Pakistan. The Guardian reports many in the U.S. and Western Europe think third world war likely within five to 10 years. The question that I asked, and this is the stories from yesterday. The story that I asked, I'm sorry, the question that I asked the other day was these conflicts that are erupting all over the world seem to be a lot worse than
than we're used to. But is this just the natural state of the world? Is it an escalation? Is the media highlighting these things? These are the questions that we seek answers to. If this is just mass media and we normally don't hear about these things, and I mean normally as in you go back before the internet and social media, would we really be talking about every little escalation and minor conflict? Maybe not. This would be a blip on the nightly news. In fact, Fox isn't really covering it all that much, a little bit.
I kind of feel differently. Israel, of course, has been in conflict for a long time. But right now you've got the Israel Hamas war. Israel saying they're going to flatten Gaza. They're going to take it over. They're fighting Lebanon. They're fighting Iran and they're fighting the Houthi rebels in Yemen. You've now got conflict erupting between India and Pakistan, which some fear could lead to nuclear escalation. Russia is launching ballistic missiles on Kiev, I believe, once again.
And China, of course, is waiting for the moment to strike Taiwan, constantly circling the island, flying overhead. It may be this is the state of the world constantly dancing on the razor's edge or an ever increasing amount of international conflicts will bring us to a world war. Not because I stress this. My friends, we all know that the saying those who forget their history are doomed to repeat it.
But just because it happened historically doesn't mean it must happen the same way. So let me stress World War One. Largely, it was European conflict. It was the powers of the world fighting each other. And, you know, I don't know. You had empires fighting empires. You had anger over territorial disputes and debts, etc. World War Two, we all pretty much know a lot more about. However.
World War II was interesting in that North Africa and Asia were heavily involved. Now, a lot of people need to understand, Germany and Japan, their battlefronts never intersected. And we call them the Axis powers. I mean, I guess. But Hitler was in Germany. Japan was in Asia, sweeping across Southeast Asia. It was not the same.
Now, you can you can a lot of people are looking at this saying, yeah, but what's the catalyst for World War Three going to be? There doesn't need to be one. World War Three can emerge simply because too many international conflicts have erupted all at once. So let's put it this way. You've got war in Russia and Ukraine. You've got war with Israel in the Middle East. You've got the bubbling up of conflict with China. They're already laying siege to ships in the South China Sea.
You've and they're claiming it all. They're sinking Vietnamese fishing vessels, building military bases, and they want Taiwan. So let's say there is no great catalyst. It is just a bunch of conflicts erupt all at once. Well, the U.S. is going to be aligned with one group over another. Ukraine, maybe India, Israel, Russia, China, Iran are going to align with other nations. And thus, there's no single catalyst. We just find ourselves on multiple battlefronts ever escalating.
It may just be emerging this way. Of course, the question then is right now, will India, Pakistan go nuclear? I don't know. I don't know why it would. I know that there was this study and they said that basically what happens is Pakistan is not going to tolerate Indian strikes in its territory. It's threatening its sovereignty and to be honest, bruising its ego. Is Pakistan really going to allow India to bomb its territory? There's got to be some kind of reaction to that to say, don't do this.
Pakistan saying we have nothing to do with these terror attacks. India is saying it's your fault. Deal with it. We're striking the terrorists. Pakistan saying you're attacking our civilians. And now there are reports that Pakistan is deploying deploying troops to the border. If India retaliates or sends troops to the borders and escalates, the study says that India will move troops in. Pakistan will then respond. India will start crushing Pakistani troops and then Pakistan will say, fine, fire some nukes. I hope not.
I think it's important to understand that the weapons that that Pakistan and India have are lower yield than what we expect from the biggest of the world powers. OK, the U.S. and Russia have nukes that can wipe out basically all of New York or at least all of Manhattan Island, stretching into Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey. The bombs that India and Pakistan have much, much smaller, much, much smaller. So I suppose we can only hope that it doesn't escalate. But.
Not much else we can do other than that. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. Stay tuned. More segments coming up, and we will see you all throughout the day.
Piers Morgan Uncensored hosted a panel debate over the Shiloh Hendricks story. Of course, if you're not familiar, Shiloh Hendricks is the woman who was accused of dropping a racial slur at a playground targeting a three-year-old, and she's since raised a lot of money. The debate that Piers had, she's at $732,000, by the way, a massive sum of money,
The Piers Morgan debate was with Myron Gaines, Mark Lamont Hill, Lily Gaddis and Ricky Schlott. And oh, boy, it went off the rails. In case you didn't see this one, it is getting a lot of play. And basically what happens is Piers makes the the obvious mistake of telling Lily Gaddis to say the N-word on his show live. Why would you do that, Piers?
And Mark Lamont Hill snaps in a fit of what I would describe as overly exaggerated faux anger. Listen.
You want to know why I can say that? You want to know why I can say that? You're going to call me a racist. I don't care. Yeah, I can say that because Myron Gaines is also a black man on this debate, debating it with Mark. And so you have two black guys and one guy's freaking out and insults Myron, dropping a racial slur against Myron. Myron didn't get mad that Piers Morgan told Lilly to drop an N-bomb because Piers was making a point. You won't. You don't want to use it.
You're just saying this. And Mark Lonehill goes off and then drops a slur against Myron Gaines. Now, I posted this on X. He calls him an Uncle Tom. And I got a bunch of black people saying, Tim, Uncle Tom is not a slur. So one person said, if you were black, you would understand. OK, let me start by saying this for those who don't know.
Uncle Tom's Cabin is not a story about a black man who loves being a slave. It's actually a guy who's fighting for abolition. I'm not super well versed on it. And it's because of the transformation of the idea over time and minstrel shows that ultimately it came to represent a black man who is demure and fine with being a slave. That is, they say when they call someone Uncle Tom, they're saying you're deferential to white people or whatever.
which in and of itself is a weird racial thing. But Mark Lamont Hill on this panel, this is a racial slur. I know I know I've got people tweet at me saying, Tim, it's not. Listen, Uncle Tom only applies to a black person and it's meant to insult and shame them, saying you have to agree with us. Otherwise, we will insult you. We will other you.
How about I do this? How about I play the actual clip here and you can hear it for yourself. There's no slurs or anything in the clip, but here you go. What they want unashamedly and you can, you will not have... Go on, say it. Go on, say it. Go on. Say the N-word. Go on. No, no, no. No, no, no. No. I don't want you to invite this woman to say a racially harmful term in front of me because I'm the only...
Right. You know what, Mom? I hear you.
I don't want to invite a racial harm to me. I hear you. I hear you. And I accept that. And we'll leave it there. You know, I reject this premise on its face. My friend, if you're going to lose it like this over what is meant to be a political and moral philosophical debate,
I'm like this, this this conversation is not for you. You do not have the clarity of mind and emotion to engage in this conversation. There are many black people who can. There are many white people who can. There are many white people who can't. And there are many black people who can't. I don't think the race is the issue here. Racial harm. That's what he called it. He called it racial harm. What does that mean? I got an honest question. You guys comment. You tell me. I don't know what that means. Racial harm. I can tell you.
I have long been interested in the history of racial slurs. And so I looked them up and I'm like, why did people say that word? Like, why is that word meant to be insulting?
Now, the way I grew up, I grew up in the George Carlin era. I remember his early 90s special where he dropped every racial slur in the book and liberals laughed because the point that George Carlin was making, his words don't mean anything. It's the intent of the racist behind them that you should be worried about what they're going to do. Not a word. I think even Penn and Teller had a similar stance on this. And they've kind of been on the more left side, despite being kind of libertarian. Let me start by saying this.
Brother, you cannot go on a show and use a racial slur against somebody else. Let me point this out. Piers Morgan asked Lily, like if you watch the full thing, you can see the greater context here because she spoke earlier and she said she will unabashedly drop N words whenever she feels like it. That's when she determines it's appropriate. And Piers calls her a disgusting racist over and over and over again. I feel that is virtue signaling.
and doesn't actually get to the core of understanding, right? My view is, you know, I don't use racial slurs.
Recent episodes include one where a lady survived a murder attempt by her own son. But then the week before that, we just talked about Star Trek. It can be anything. It's unpredictable. It's raw. It's real. Get Beautiful Anonymous wherever you listen to podcasts. I don't think you should call people's insults based on race. I don't think it accomplishes anything. I think you're better off calling them developmentally disabled because that actually strikes at the core of their merit. You know, here's the way I'll put it. I feel like
Insulting someone based on race doesn't actually do anything. I mean, that's just me. Obviously, Mark Lamont Hill gets really mad if anyone just says the N-word. But I feel like insulting someone's merit, you're basically saying, like, you lack the ability to even improve if you tried. Where attacking someone's race, it's like, what does that actually do? I mean, people of all races...
can accomplish great things and have accomplished great things. It's like be racist, whatever. But that's, that's what I don't understand about this. He's like, if she says that you're calling me it, well, hold on. Myron is sitting right there. Myron Gaines, he's African-American. And it's funny because Mark Lamont Hill, this is how it works. Mark Lamont Hill is a black American man. Myron Gaines is a black American man, but an immigrant from Sudan. So he does not count.
And therein lies the main point. It's not about race. Even to these people, they are lying. And let me tell you, there's this group called the Coalition for Communities of Color. And they say that Slavic people are people of color. Say what? White Eastern Europeans are people of color. That's what they claim. Because Slav, you know, Slav literally is the root of slave. That's where it comes. Robot also means slave.
So they say you could be a blonde hair, blue eyed Luke Rutkowski, but he's Polish. So he's a person of color. OK, Myron Gaines, he's literally from Africa and is now American. He is African-American. He is literally African. He is black. Nope, you don't count. He's an Uncle Tom or he's not black. He's Sudanese.
So hold on. If it ain't your skin color, if it ain't your country of origin, if it isn't your actual what would we call this? Your racial demonym? No, I wouldn't be definitely right. Ethnomim African-American. Then what is it that makes someone black? Honest question or a person of color?
Because if you're going to say this, this is funny. Piers Morgan tells the lady to say the N word because he knows she won't do it. The point he was making is that even her, when she claims she will, she doesn't want to do it. She don't want to do it. So Mark gets offended and then has to pretend. And I mean it. I say he's pretending.
Because Myron's not getting mad. Oh, we have a problem. The argument they're gonna make is, yeah, well, he's not from America, so he doesn't understand the history of slavery and all of that stuff. OK, let's just pause right there and we'll reassess. If it is not your skin color, if it is not your actual ethnicity, if it is not your I don't know what the right word is, but like we say, African-American, he's not it's not being African-American.
He is a black African, African-American man. If none of those things matter, what is it that makes someone black? It is growing up in the United States and a combination of class, a combination of historical ties, technically, not necessarily. Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I honestly could not tell you. I mean that.
Because like you look at Will Smith, who's super wealthy and famous and his kids want for nothing. And does he count? He does. He qualifies as black in this country, but he's way better off than most white people. Oprah Winfrey is a billionaire. Then they come out and they say that white people are oppressors and a white homeless veteran has more privilege than Oprah Winfrey. They've actually claimed that. OK, that's insane. But.
Because Myron Gaines, who is black, disagrees because he disagrees, he does not count. And there it is. So let me tell you, my friends, as most of you know, I am part Asian, part Asian. In fact, 20 percent Korean, 5 percent Japanese, if you know what that means. And I have never been offended by a racial slur, never been offended by a racial slur. I've been called a mudblood.
We had that one guy, I can't remember his name, but he made this video where he said that I look goofy because the races that mix to make me are bad. Like, they don't mix well. And I just thought it was funny. I'm like, I don't know, what am I going to get mad about? I'm like, dude, I literally am just what I am. I ain't crying about it. Ain't nothing I can do. That's what it means to be a man. Like I said, you know, a week ago, I'm genetically missing a tooth here. You know, whatever. Whatever.
Not going to get braces, not going to get plastic surgery. I get teeth fixed when I need to get teeth fixed like anybody else, but I'm not going to get surgery to fix up my grill and make it look better. Whatever. You know, maybe that holds you back because people are biased, but I just do whatever. I don't care. So growing up, somebody wants to insult me and based on my race or ethnicity, I'm just going to be like, I literally don't know what that means. In fact, typically I just find it funny.
If someone says like the German and you counteracts the Asian, so you'll be driving like a normal person. I just laugh like I get it. I'm actually a pretty good driver. I don't like driving, though, you know. So this clip was just hilarious, in my opinion, because racial harm, a word was said and I have been harmed. How? So the history of the word, let me explain to everybody the N-word. The reason why it's offensive is.
Most people don't know. They just know that you can't say it. You don't say it. Now, to be honest, I don't say racial slurs in general unless it's descriptive. And I try to I'm not going to invite controversy. So I avoid that, too. But it depends. Sometimes political is fine. Sometimes the word was just the root of the Latin for black Portuguese and Spanish. And it was a descriptive term for a black person.
Over time, it began to represent the word that slave owners and white people would call a black person. And the reason why it's offensive is not because the word is meant to invoke a stereotype. It's meant to assert authority. That is, slave owners would call slaves the N-word, not pejoratively. That's just what they referred to them as.
So eventually they said, when you call me that, it's like calling someone boy. It was a it's a word that represents a time of dominion white people had over black people in this country. That is why Myron Gaines does not count because he is not a part of that struggle. But here's the problem. The problem is Mark Lamont Hill is successful and well off.
Myron Gaines is also successful and well off. So what animosity does Mark have to hold on to that a white person who is I got to be honest, Lily probably has less money than Mark Lamont Hill does. So like if listen, if a slack jawed redneck yokel came up to me and said, I want to call you a slur, I'd be like, I hope it works for you. I'm going to go hang out my million dollar skate park with my friends and listen to Led Zeppelin.
I don't know why I'm supposed to be mad about any of this. And so I'm not quite literally. I tell everybody, you can call me whatever you want. It makes you happy. It literally does not affect me. But I'll tell you this. Here's how I have to describe it.
If you want to go around dressed up like a banana, juggling bananas in the middle of the city, I don't care. I really don't. It's when you start throwing bananas at people, I have a problem with it. Don't throw a banana at me, okay? It's not okay. Unless I need the potassium in which I will catch that banana and eat it. My point is, Lily's saying a word. Close your eyes. Just plug your ears.
You guys ever see that meme where I can't remember, was it Tyler, the creator or somebody? They were like cyber bullying. Like, how is that real? Yo, just like close your laptop. Just like close your eyes. Like, bro, Mark, all you got to do is just cover your ears and then and then you won't hear the naughty words being said and it won't affect you. Is that really the world? I don't understand. I don't get it. I don't I live in a world where you could say a lot of things and I just look at you.
Guys, look at you. Anyway, it was a phony clip. I'm going to wrap it up there. Shout out to the gang. Mark, don't be upset, buddy. Don't be upset. You are successful. You are a smart, successful man with wealth. You have accomplished great things. I don't think you need to get mad about some young woman acting a fool or whatever. Let's just build stuff. I'll wrap it up there. Stay tuned. We got more segments coming up in a little bit, and I'll see you all then.
Ex porn star who shot up Trump resort and claimed to be Diddy sex slave signed NDA with rapper in exchange for five million dollars for
bombshell report. Okay. This one's a mouthful. So apparently, here's the story. The Diddy trial has begun. And this guy who took an American flag and like went into a Trump hotel before ranting about Trump, Obama, and Diddy started shooting at cops. He got shot. He was fine. He was arrested. Apparently now a report has come out. He actually did have an NDA with Diddy. And he's testified that
We're given a statement that he was a slave for Diddy. What? You know what, man? Let me just say this to all you, all you people out there. I believe anything at this point. Come to me and tell me that the moon is made of cheese and I'll say, OK, well, all right. I'm at this point. This Diddy stuff is getting absolutely insane.
I got two stories for you. One about this new bombshell report is gross. And of course, reading the context from 2018 about this guy, and it gets very weird. Take a listen.
All right, I read you the headline. I don't need to read it again. A former porn star who allegedly shot up one of President Trump's Florida resorts before claiming to have been Sean Diddy Combs' sex slave had signed an NDA with a disgraced rapper, according to a report Wednesday. I don't know how I'm reading this news, man. I saw the headline and I was like, what? How could all of these things, how could all of these buzzwords be in one headline? Jonathan Ottey.
was arrested in 2018 after he was reportedly caught on camera carrying a U.S. flag and ranting about the president as he stormed into the lobby of the Trump National Doral Golf Club before getting into a shootout with cops. Following his arrest, Adi made a series of claims to police, including that he'd been kept as a sex slave by Combs. Video from the interview shows, quote, I'm going to I'm going to paraphrase. I'm not going to quote actually.
He said, I did things with Cassie and Sean. Basically, he would do things and tell me what to do to Cassie. I was like a sex slave for them. That's what I was. A picture of an NDA allegedly signed by Adi and Combs in Miami in 2014 emerged Wednesday, seemingly backing up the former porn star's ties with the rapper who is facing trial for alleged sex abuse and trafficking. OK, let's go back in time.
Miami Herald, October 25th, 2018. Let's go back in time and look at the context of what happened here. They say,
Less than a year ago, South African native Jonathan Adi proudly posed behind a backdrop of an American flag touting his new citizenship. God bless the USA. Finally, an American. He wrote an Instagram on Friday morning. He unfurled the American flag inside the South Florida hotel owned by the nation's president, then got into a firefight and chase with police while ranting about Donald Trump, Barack Obama and bizarrely rap mogul P. Diddy.
According to law enforcement. Now, this is 2018. Well before the average person knew about the allegations against Diddy and his, what did he have, a thousand bottles of baby oil? Anyway.
Investigators late Friday were still trying to unravel the motivations of Adi, a 42-year-old fitness junkie and businessman who appeared to become unhinged while attacking the Trump National Doral Miami Resort. Adi suffered police gunshots to the legs and faces charges of attempted murder. Agents raided his nearby apartment to recover phones, electronics and other evidence that might reveal what led to the bizarre incident.
On social media, Adi lists himself as a fitness instructor, real estate investor, and manager at Pegasus, a business dealing in minerals and gemstones. Weird.
He also had a very Miami side job. About five years ago, he was a regular stripper for Dancing Bear, a South Florida website that produced videos of raucous staged parties involving women performing acts on male dancers. He was pretty laid back, said one former dancer. He was a pretty decent guy. No real signs of anger management. They're going to mention where he lived.
that he used to be married to a lawyer. Numerous online public postings provide few clues to his motive and offer mixed political leanings. On Instagram, he posted a meme from Turning Point USA. The meme contrasts a U.S. soldier with NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who knelt during the national anthem to protest police brutality. So here's the guy. A look at his Instagram account reveals scores of posts, most of them screenshots of news stories. Okay, he fawns over First Lady Melania Trump.
I'm just going to say this. What if this dude who was allegedly a slave for Diddy went to Trump Darrell, not a smart guy, and I'm not accusing him of being smart, but thinking I got to get word to Trump about what is going on with Diddy? Maybe. I have no idea.
So back to the New York Post.

Adi started to change after moving from his job as a stripper at bachelorette parties to porn star Trout Winestead. You were already in trouble, lady. I'm sorry. Like, you know, he met Diddy around this time at a party at the ultra exclusive Star Island and Miami Beach. Trout Wine believes as Adi spent less time with his wife, she believes he started partying more with Combs and Ventura.
Diddy just has those radiating personalities. And I can tell that he really enjoyed the attention. Is Cassie Ventura Sean Combs' wife? Who is that? Because if she is, is she married to Diddy? She is. It's his partner. I don't know if they're married. But does that make Diddy a cuck? Like in the literal sense? Yo. I hope you guys are, I don't know.
I don't know what kind of emotions I'm supposed to get from this, to be completely honest. Part of me is like, this can't be real. The Diddy trial is beginning, and this is how it starts? Honestly, I can't say I'm surprised. Okay, anyway.
Did he just has those radiating personalities? And I can tell that he really enjoyed the attention. You know, he likes to be the king. Johnny would have played perfectly into that. Trout Wine decided to get out of the marriage after discovering Adi was having an affair with a fellow porn star. They had filed for divorce by August 2014, but were still on good terms. He kept on insisting that we sign the divorce paperwork, which I thought was very odd how he wanted to get things over going so quickly.
It was only later I found out he had signed this agreement. Adi claimed he was making just $2,000 a month as a fitness trainer and had a net worth of negative $1,800 in the divorce documents. Despite that, he went on a spending spree less than a month after the divorce was finalized, buying five distressed properties for $765,000 in the space of two months.
NBC Miami reported this, citing Miami-Dade County property records. All the properties were purchased mortgage-free, suggesting they were bought with cash. Probably, it could be, that's the most likely. We could obviously entertain other ways it was purchased, like Diddy bought them and then held the note for him. All the properties were purchased mortgage-free. This would have been around the same time that he allegedly received $5 million, a windfall from Diddy.
Troutwine lost contact with Adi until she heard about his dramatic shootout with cops in May of 2018. After carrying the American flag into the golf resort lobby, Adi began shouting about Trump before allegedly shooting at officers who shot him in the legs before arresting him. He faces charges of attempted murder of law enforcement officers, armed burglary and armed grand theft and is still in a Florida jail awaiting trial. That's seven years ago, man.
Adi's apparent breakdown came just months before Cassie Ventura ended her relationship with Combs for good. Quote, I don't think it's a coincidence. So if any of this is true, that P Diddy abused Cassie or was being aggressive, Johnny definitely would have softened the situation and would have tolerated the abuse instead. Well, Wikipedia says they're still partners. I don't know. She said she has spoken to her ex-husband since the arrest and said that he had heard his interrogation video with police had resurfaced in the wake of the damaging allegation against Combs.
Ventura accused Combs of drugging, raping, and beating her during their on-off relationship spanning 10 years in a civil suit with the mogul. Wait, what? Really? I just looked this up because it says right now on Wikipedia, her partner is Sean. Oh, I'm sorry. They ended in 2018. It is there. That is there. My bad. It says they were together from 2007 to 18. Combs allegedly forced Ms. Ventura to engage in adult activities with dudes who
While filming and giving off to it, the complaint states, yo, did he's a cuck? Matching some of the claims made by Adi. Like, I'm not trying to say that'd be like a dick. I'm saying like, that's the literal definition of it. He's like watching some dude go at his girl and he enjoys it. All right. He's scared I will expose him. Adi said of Combs and his police interrogation. My settlement put me in a box. Basically, I couldn't talk because I was going to be sued. They kept following me. It isn't known who the they, who is they though?
Combs is alleged to have forced his victims to freak into freak offs, days long orgies involving men. Federal prosecutors alleged in a superseding indictment filed in April. Lord have mercy. Combs has denied the allegations. He's pleaded not guilty. He appeared in Manhattan court this week for jury selection in his criminal case. We're Ventura's expected to testify next month. I will wrap this segment up by saying.
Dude, I don't know, man. Yo, all I can say is what is wild. OK, stay safe out there. Follow me on X and Instagram at Tim Cass. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all next time. The Trump administration has been deporting many students who were seen to be. Well, they claim.
threat to national security. But we do know that what these students have in common when their visas get revoked is that they're largely critical of Israel. State Department's basically saying, yo, look,
They oppose our national interests, our foreign policy interests, so deportation. From this, there has been many other moves. That is, the Trump administration has stripped or threatened to strip Harvard of their tax-exempt status and threatened to cut federal funding to these universities that are woke, and thus they will go broke. And now we have this story. Over the past several days, there has been a series of violent riots, in case you can call it
The other day we saw the news that Antifa had amassed at University of Washington and set fire on the campus in numerous locations, nearly setting fire to the building. But, you know, let's be fair. The building is brick and steel, so probably wouldn't go up. But, hey, big fires being set, completely unacceptable. Riley Gaines said that they were throwing human feces at a turning point event at University of Washington. She's been attacked several times. And then we had a couple journalists on the ground.
one for the post-millennial, actually attacked and robbed, it would seem, by Antifa. There's a video of these Antifa dudes getting blasted with mace in the face. From this, the Trump administration has put University of Washington under review, meaning they may get stripped of federal funding or any other kind of tax benefits, much the same as Harvard. Trump is not messing around.
Now, we're not quite at the point where we're seeing the feds crack down on Antifa, these far left agitators. And it is largely due, in my opinion, to the
intentionally, let's just call it, they obfuscate their intentions, who they are. This is called black block tactics. Makes it very difficult for any group of law enforcement to single out individuals and go after groups. That being said, UW suffered a million dollars in damages when they allowed these far left extremists to occupy a new building. And it's as I said yesterday, my friends,
The Trump administration should not be allowing federal funds to go to a university. And these investors that have put money into this building should pull their donations if these universities will allow the far left to go in and ransack and set fire to these institutions. Why should anybody be giving money to people if they're going to allow the far left to just rip it to shreds and destroy it?
So we got a lot to break down here. Of course, Bill Ackman has come out and said Donald Trump is correct. Target the universities. Take their tax exempt status.
Some have been saying for years now to seize the endowments, as it were. I don't know if we make it to that point, my friends, but let's go through the news. And then in just about 30 or so minutes, we'll be joined by one of the journalists that was on the ground and was attacked by Antifa to explain to us what's been going on with these events, why these lunatics are trying to take over these buildings. Because I tell you this, you know, when I see when I see these leftists protesting UnitedHealthcare,
I get it. I think Luigi Mangione was a crazy person and what he did was ineffective, morally wrong. But what was the point? It solved nothing. But at least I can understand the leftists that are holding up signs angry with a broken health care system. Hey, I get that. These Antifa people. Well, I get it. They're protesting Israel by setting dumpster fires at university. Not quite sure how any of these things are related. Yeah.
Don't don't know how they're solving anything. They're not. They're nuts. So we're gonna get into all that before we do my friends shout out to Steven Crowder and the mug club for shouting us out is always greatly appreciated. We support the support from Steven Crowder and his team and all of the mug club viewers for coming and watching this noon live hour. I am your host Tim pool. You can follow me on X and Instagram at Tim cast but don't forget to also hit up cast brew.com. We got coffee, the best coffee. Everyone agrees.
At least that's what I've been told. Appalachian Nights is my personal favorite. We've got ground and whole bean. If you would like a low acidity blend, Ian's Graphene Dream is a great choice. People are raving about it. But we've got a bunch of others. We've got medium roast. We've got decaf Sleepy Joe, perhaps. I recommend you get Sleepy Joe as a gift for any anybody who loves Joe Biden. Maybe you've got a liberal and you can say here, I got you some decaf coffee, Sleepy Joe.
But don't forget to also smash that like button, share the show with everyone you know. And let's jump into this news story right here.
From Fox News. First, we got to talk about what the damage is and what's going on and why Trump is going after these universities. Now, the news, of course, is that the Trump administration is targeting the University of Washington for review after militants took over an engineering building and started fires. Quote, no institution that tolerates violence, harassment or the open intimidation of Jewish students should expect to receive billions in taxpayer support. The first thing I'm going to say is I cringe.
at the motivation. I really do. Are you kidding me, Trump? Come on. We had this problem for years and y'all could have invoked the Insurrection Act. And let me just give the distinction between the word insurrection, the left man. These people are very literal people. It's like they can't understand the meanings of words.
The Insurrection Act says that if the if law is not being upheld in a jurisdiction, Trump can call in the National Guard to enforce the law. Now, any president could not just Trump.
Right now, it's Trump. Trump could have done this in 2020. He did not. Perhaps the strategy was let the far left live as they as they want. And maybe they'll vote for him. I don't know. They burned down police stations, firebombed federal buildings, throwing explosives at them for in the Pacific Northwest over 100 days. Trump could have done something about it that he didn't. What's the big reason they're doing it now? Well, the kids, I shouldn't say kids, but the students, they're adults who are getting their visas revoked. Critical of Israel.
Donald Trump says we're going to suspend funding because of anti-Semitism. Come on, man. Well, I don't understand why you're making it so overt. Just go after anti-fund. We'll all be satisfied. But it really does seem that the only reason these moves are being made against these universities is because this time the protest isn't about Black Lives Matter. It's about Israel.
Now, I do think a large portion of this is related to U.S. foreign policy protecting the Suez Canal. Trump wants the Panama Canal. He wants Greenland for the Northwest Passage and he wants the Suez. But this ain't doing much to shut down a conspiracy theories. But that being said, let's take a look at the news here.
I got this from Fox News. Riley Gaines says literal human feces thrown in protest of Turning Point USA at University of Washington. Approximately 150 people showed up to protest Gaines and Olivia Krolchik speaking out against biological men competing in women's sports.
The event was titled The Fight is Far From Over, taking place Tuesday evening in the university's Ethnic Cultural Theater, led by Riley Gaines and Olivia Krolchik. It was a public event open to anyone with a valid photo ID. Gaines initially wrote an ax that protests at UW were chanting God is trans before updating her post with the protesters just threw feces at the TPUSA students at check in literal human feces.
Okay, local media outlets reported that approximately 150 people were near the building protesting the speech. Many could be seen in social media videos waving trans flags and holding signs, some vulgar, expressing opposition to Gaines and Krolchik. We have this story from the Post-Millennial, which elaborates a bit. Trans-Tifa agitators target elderly, throw feces, harass attendees in protest of Riley Gaines' TPUSA event at the University of Washington.
I bet your old ass blood is beautiful on the concrete, one of them said. And they also yelled other expletives. I will also stress, it would seem that the Trump administration is going after UW not because of this particular protest, despite the fact it's happening around the exact same time. Now, they're going to mention much of what we already know. Antifa and trans activists mobilized to protest TPUSA. But the big story that has resulted in the Trump admin taking action is
It's more to do with the anti-Israel protests. Antifa caused over $1 million in damage to University of Washington during Gaza protests, the Post Millennial reports. Antifa militants and anti-Israel radicals caused over a million in damage to a brand new engineering building at the University of Washington during a violent occupation Monday night.
Tuesday morning, a professor took Como News through the Interdisciplinary Engineering Building and showed that doors were pulled off hinges. Others were glued shut. Walls were vandalized. Windows were smashed. And machine manufacturing tools worth thousands of dollars were destroyed. I guess antifungal or Luddites as well.
Spokesman for the University of Washington told the Ari Hoffman show on talk radio, quote, I have learned that this is a very early estimate of damage to some equipment in one room. We don't have an estimate of the rest of the building. That means it's going to be in excess of one million dollars. It's going to be a lot more.
Time is precious and so are our pets. So time with our pets is extra precious. That's why we started Dutch. Dutch provides 24/7 access to licensed vets with unlimited virtual visits and follow-ups for up to five pets. You can message a vet at any time and schedule a video visit the same day. Our vets can even prescribe medication for many ailments and shipping is always free. With Dutch, you'll get more time with your pets and year-round peace of mind when it comes to their vet care.
The damage was so extensive that the spokesman told Hoffman at least two dozen classes are being moved to other locations while the building remains closed for the rest of the week. These these impact the majority of departments in the College of Engineering and primarily undergraduate education. Classes include introduction to biomechanics and core principles of human design centered engineering. Zero sympathy. I have zero sympathy for
For these for these schools, for these police, for these people. Why would any student apply to go to this university? You know that for years this has been going on, my friends. It's been five years, five years since the George Floyd riots. That means there were 13 year olds who, as they were going through high school, as they were preparing to apply for colleges, didn't do the research.
or intentionally chose to go to these psychotic crackpot universities. I don't care. No sympathy. I say Trump should strip these universities of every single thing that they get from the federal government. Why? Why should the taxpayer fund these lunatics? Jonathan Cho says Monday night Antifa and pro-Hamas activists rampaged inside the University of Washington's Interdisciplinary Engineering Building. Look at this. They smashed, was this a 3D printer or something? What is that? It's a 3D printer.
Not the kind of evidence of showing their tactics. It was methodical and planned well in advance. I'm going to you know, I'm just going to go ahead and lean on it was an insurance scam. There you go. Take out half the insurance policy. Some guy puts on a mask, goes in, looks around, smashes up the tools and says, oh, no, oh, no, oh, no, it's ruined. I mean, I'm kidding. But at this point, I don't know why we give any of these people the benefit of any doubt. Some sources speculated the building could be closed for the rest of the year.
We got more photos happening now. The University of Washington, Seattle has literally turned into a dumpster fire. School leaders are allowing Antifa and pro-Hamas activists to dictate the terms. The militants destroyed expensive machinery and trashed offices. The $100 million building was recently completed, thanks in part to a $10 million donation from Boeing. The violent radicals targeted the building to demand the university cut ties with the aerospace company because it does business with Israel. You know, um,
Only a small handful of police could have stopped all of this. They choose not to. The question is why? And more importantly, why should we pay for it? According to the King County Prosecutor's Office, 31 activists were arrested by police during the violent occupation. Approximately half of them were students at the university. So the other half weren't.
On Monday night, multiple fires were set by the radicals dressed in black block and wrapped in keffiyehs who barricaded the doors and occupied the building. Activists blocked the street with bike racks and dumpsters before sending them on fire. University police called in the Seattle Police Department and the Washington State Patrol to help end the occupation and arrest the radicals.
Student group Super U-Dub organized the action and had been suspended for its role in causing over $50,000 in damage to the Husky Union building last year during a similar action. Pro-Hamas and Antifa activists have been allowed to control parts of the campus since October 7th, 2023, since the October terror attacks in Israel.
In the spring of 24, agitators occupied the quad and set up an encampment, which remained in place for three weeks. Jewish students were blocked from traversing the campus and buildings were regularly vandalized with anti-Semitic graffiti. Crews sent to clean up the mess had their vehicles and equipment damaged by the activists. UW President Anna Marie said,
Annamarie Cause issued a statement condemning Monday night's violence and anti-Semitism, but many felt it was too little too late after more than a year of allowing activists to have run the campus. Now, let me say this about Antifa. Why we call them Antifa? They fly the Antifa flag. These are similar people that many have already known. You've got, of course, Trantifa, the transgender Antifa. They literally call themselves Trantifa. However, that being said,
It is apparent to me and I think to most people, the Trump admin is only moving in now because Antifa has encroached upon Israel. I mean, there's no other real explanation. They're not announcing any action. I mean, what if the quote was, we will not allow institution to tolerate violence, harassment, open intimidation of Jewish students and individuals advocating for women's rights? Riley Gaines, that wasn't included in their statement.
That being said, again, Antifa embodies whatever leftist cause they want at the time. This is what Antifa does. Be it BLM, whether it's class, race, Israel, whatever. They have no unifying ideology behind them other than whatever the left says goes. The important thing to draw a distinction to.
Black block is the tactic. That's when people dress up in all black so that police can't identify them. In this instance, the individuals largely involved are the same people identified at other protests. Antifa. They literally just say Israel is a fascist state. Trump is a fascist. So they join the protests and they get violent. Trump now, of course, is only reacting to
To the intimidation of Jewish students, I think is bad. I don't I don't appreciate any of these far leftists going around doing any of this dumb garbage, smashing up a building for whatever the cause may be. I just wish the Trump administration would have taken it seriously five years ago. And I will stress again, I am I have zero sympathy for any student who now can't go to school because you knew the whole time your university allows and tolerates this.
Now, by all means, they arrested these people. Oh, please. After the fact, they could have stopped these people from going in the building. They could have done what they needed to do to save the equipment from being destroyed. So when your university is damaged, you can't go to school. Guess what? The school let it happen. The San Tuesday, several agencies and Trump admin announced a review of the incidents of anti-Semitic violence at the University of Washington and its affiliates. The announcement came after Antifa and ProMOS riders took over this building this weekend.
So they say this is a DOE, HHS and the GSA, the U.S. General Services Administration. Administrators from the University of Washington called in law enforcement to quell the disturbance and remove the occupiers. But the damage had already been done by the time the building was cleared. Over 30 activists arrested. And indeed, my friends, it was an inside job.
Take a look at this from the Postmillennial King County public defender among 30 arrested after Antifa occupation of University of Washington building. We are working with law enforcement and through our own disciplinary process to ensure those responsible face appropriate consequences for their actions. A King County public defender. This is a lawless state. I think Trump should actually go after the state as a whole and strip them of tax benefits and federal funding until they actually start enforcing the law.
They say on Monday, authorities arrested more than 30 individuals who seized and occupied the Interdisciplinary Engineering Building at the University of Washington to protest Israel and its war against Hamas terrorists. Among those arrested was a King County public defender and several affiliates of the left-wing extremist group Antifa. All of them were booked into local jails on criminal trespassing charges with a bail set at $1,000. It's unclear if the apprehended individuals were students and or outside agitators.
The King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said in a statement that more than two dozen protesters have been charged with gross misdemeanor offenses, and several of them have had initial court appearances. The majority of the protesters have already been released from custody. Jail records show they're going to mention the name of many of these individuals. Hence, like I said, you know, Andy, no, the Post Malone have largely tracked many of these individuals. They know who many of them are. They've seen these names pop up.
They say Sam Suoka, one of the arrested individuals, has been identified as a King County public defender who has represented criminal anti-Israeli protesters in the past. The KC public defender's office declined to comment. So I'll just say this honest question to those that angry with Israel. What does smashing up biomechanical tools in a university do to help you accomplish your goals?
I'll wait because the answer is there is nothing. It doesn't. Now, they might say it generates awareness or something. Yeah, no, there's better ways of raising awareness, like literally standing in the middle of the street. And I'm not kidding. If you block traffic, everybody hears about it because they want to know why traffic is blocked. Going into a university building and smashing up a tool no one has heard of and only the specialists even know what it is. No one's going to hear about that. That's not going to generate attention. All you're doing is
destroying a mechanical tool that students need to use to make stuff. What's the point? These people are unhinged and what they do is insane. Now we have this tweet from Riley Gaines, quote, I don't want to quote this, OK? These people are just calling for the death of elderly people who went to this event. But we do have this video that I think you should see. This is from Katie Davis Court.
Cam Higby and I were just chased by the Antifa militants targeting elderly people after they identified us as reporters. Cam was forced to deploy mace in an act of self-defense. Antifa robbed him of his GoPro. The reporting, as I understand it, is that the police are investigating this as a robbery. Here's the video. Scared? Why are you scared? I'm just walking. Stop! Don't touch me! Thank you.
Okay. They got maced. And I would say of these far left out of like, you know, we're going to we'll be talking to Cam in just a minute. But my attitude largely with this is it's three guys. It was actually I think it's two guys and a woman and Cam. And I want to say this, Katie and Cam, they did the right thing. Yeah, I know. I know.
I ain't afraid of no lunatic Antifa running up to you and wiggling their hands in your face. Been there, done that. But the fight you win is the fight you avoid. And anyone of discipline understands this. We've all seen the videos of what was that dude's name? What do they call him? Rufio, where he winds up the fist and then clocks the Antifa guy. He went to jail for that. I'm pretty sure he went to jail for that.
Even the systems are corrupt. They're going to defend the Antifa people. The best thing you can do is get out, film, save your footage and live to report another day. That being said, I totally understand why people are like, bro, if you charge at me, you will regret it. I went on Tucker Carlson a few years ago having experienced something very similar. And I would say I probably should have just backed off.
But the guy got in my face and started fake swinging at me just like they were doing. It's what they do. They're trying to get a rise out of you. They're trying to instigate a fight where they can say that you attacked them. But you're running full speed at people. OK, that's why they got maced. And the police are investigating them as the criminals. Now, here's where it gets interesting in the bigger picture. You have seen the story from the past week.
Trump says he will remove Harvard's tax exempt status. Trump said he will revoke Harvard's tax exempt status. We're going to be taking away that status. It's what they deserve. The university is already in a legal battle with Trump admin over freezing two point two billion dollars in federal grants. On April 15th, he said perhaps Harvard should lose its tax exempt status and be taxed as a political entity if it keeps pushing political, ideological and terrorist inspired supporting sickness.
Harvard, the nation's oldest and wealthiest university, said its revocation of its tax exempt status would be unlawful and unprecedented. I don't care. Do it, Trump. We're not talking about Donald Trump arresting an American citizen and deporting him. We are talking about a multibillion dollar institution trying to play dirty games politically and then complaining when Trump says we ain't playing that game. So do it.
Take their tax exempt status. We got more. This from just the other day. The Trump administration to halt new research grants for Harvard as battle over political ideology and academic freedom flares. Indeed. Also, you can see this as an aside breaking news waiting for the pope. No smoke yet. Donald Trump is going after Harvard. Unfortunately, I would say, unfortunately, it's for for for one reason, Israel. But I will say this. OK, I'll take it.
The universities are corrupt. They are bad and they should not be tax exempt and they should not get federal funds. It is unfortunate, in my opinion, that the Trump administration didn't do anything the first time around. And they're only making moves now because of anti-Israel protests. But I don't I don't care. I don't I do not care for I'll put it this way.
There's an interesting question around the ends justifying the means. And of course, the ends do not justify the means because you will never meet the ends. That's the important understanding. What that means to me, because there's a bunch of ways to interpret it. We should not use illegal or unethical means to solve a problem because then you just create a system of unethical, unjust means.
In this regard, some may say Trump should not be stopping anti-Israel protests. Hold on.
This is more about the damage to the buildings. So my attitude is this. People should be allowed to protest Israel on these university campuses. Problem when these when these students and some not even students were attacking Jewish students, threatening employees, smashing out windows. That's where they crossed the line. The motivation for the Trump admin is this was anti-Semitic. That's a stupid motivation. But they are still using just means to stop criminal offenders.

If the only thing we saw was a bunch of hippy dippy leftists linking arms, sitting in the grass, singing songs. And Trump said, we won't tolerate this. I'd have a problem with it. So I don't like Trump's motivation, but the means are just these people are violent. They're destroying property and they should be arrested. Trump should be stripping them of their tax exempt status and their federal funding because of the violence. That's already illegal. But his motivation is stupid.
Bill Ackman chimed in and he says Trump is doing precisely the right thing as admin freezes billions of dollars for Harvard. Harvard. Billionaire investor Bill Ackman on Tuesday said Harvard University, one of the nation's oldest and wealthiest, should not be entitled to taxpayer funds when the school wastes money on what he calls administrative bloat. Ackman, who earned undergraduate and business degrees from Harvard more than three decades ago, was speaking hours after the Trump admin said it was freezing future grants to Harvard. I say good.
I do want to wrap this this this segment, though, with a little bit of information we talked about just yesterday. Semaphores story. Trump's falling in the polls. Why aren't Democrats Democrats and Democrats Democrats benefiting? I'll just answer that for you. It's because they're an insane bunch of people. They represent no ideology. They have no solutions to any problems. And for this, Trump is polling better despite the hit pieces. And then we have this this a Canadian poll.
But I think still exemplifies a lot of the problem. They asked top issue by generation for the Canadian vote. Gen Z, millennials, Gen X and boomers. Boomers biggest issue dealing with Donald Trump. 50 percent Gen Z and millennials, 27 and 28. The biggest issue, of course, for Gen Z, reducing your cost of living and millennials, 50 percent reducing the cost of living. Incredible.
We see this in the United States. It's an unhinged bunch. The left is a coalition of lunatics and insane people. There is a problem. The economy is bad. The solution, get rid of Trump. That's not a solution. That's just saying I don't like Trump. What's your proposal after Trump is gone? Joe Biden was the answer to that question. Nothing.
The far left, the liberals, largely the boomers, hated Trump. And so they said, we want to vote him out. We want to vote for Biden. They did. But Biden had no plan. Biden's campaign was orange man bad. And so when he got in, what did we get? Nothing. Chaos, nonsense, mumbling gibberish from a man who is incapable of doing the job. And that's where we are today.
The Trump administration and the right largely represents an attempt at a coherent and cohesive solution based political structure. That is, if you're concerned about Israel, well, the anti interventionist right is doing a way better job of things. A lot of people don't like Dave Smith, but Dave Smith's particularly effective in asking questions about foreign policy and our involvement in these in these incidents. Much respect. The far left is smashing windows completely unrelated to anything having to do with this conflict.
For what point? No idea. Well, my friends, I'm going to wrap up this portion of the show here. Make sure you smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Follow me on X and Instagram at Timcast. Thank you all for hanging out. And we'll see you all in the next segment. It's a bombshell story. Letitia James, who went after Donald Trump, claiming that he was fraudulently raising money through loans on his properties.
accused of doing the exact same thing, claiming that a property out of state was going to be your primary residence, allegedly to get better interest rates on the loan, because when you're getting a mortgage, primary residence cheaper than an investment property or second property. Well, ladies and gentlemen, the story just got a whole lot worse. Democrats are seeking to create a shield for Letitia James or anybody in New York that if Trump comes after them,
They're going to make the taxpayers cover the legal bills. That's right. See, this is the problem that the right has. Donald Trump might go after these people, but the right does not engage. And these kinds of solidarity tactics, Democrats do. Look, Georgia goes after Trump's lawyers. New York goes after Trump. Wisconsin goes after Trump's lawyers. Why aren't Republicans and conservatives in red states doing the same thing to Democrats?
Here's the story. Albany sneaks in budget language that would put New York taxpayers on the hook for Tish James's legal bills if probed by the Trump administration. Taxpayers could be on the hook for the legal bills of Letitia James that she racks up during a DOJ probe into her alleged fraudulent real estate dealings.
New York's operations budget bill includes specific language that indicates certain state officials could tap into a $10 million fund to cover any reasonable attorney's fees and expenses incurred as part of a Trump administration-led probe tied to their state-based employment. Multiple sources told the Post that the language in the bill, which will be made public later Wednesday, would apply to Letitia James' looming legal fight. Let me just stress this.
While she was claiming that Donald Trump fraudulently sought loans, she's accused of doing the exact same thing. This, in fact, if her primary residence was out of state, would have voided her position in New York to go after Donald Trump. It's corruption, pure corruption. They say it would also cover other state employees in the Trump administration considers going after. That is basically going to be infinite legal funds.
Now, to be fair, you're basically saying the federal government versus the state of New York, which will be interesting. While the bill language shared with the Post doesn't mention James by name, the relevant section indicates state employees could be covered if the legally compulsive process was initiated by the U.S. government after January 1st, 2025. You see?
James, who infamously declared that no one is above the law when she was prosecuting former President Donald Trump, was hit with a DOJ criminal referral for instances of alleged mortgage fraud last month. Take a look at this. I hereby declare that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence. Oopsie. Whoopsie. Did you make a mistake there with the wrong form? Yeah, sure. Virginia, no less. The state of Virginia and Norfolk. Insane.
The bill would cover those who, quote, obtained representation by private counsel in response to any request, summons, command, subpoena, warrant, investigative interview or document request audit or legally compulsive process initiated after January 1st, 25 by the United States government and in which the employee was or involved as a result of the employee's New York state employment or duties. Literally, they are only doing this to shield her from accountability. So what do we do? What games? It's amazing.
We keep hearing from these centrist types, don't do anything to fight back. Let them just run roughshod over the Constitution and get away with their crimes. Let me ask you this. Why would a state ever create a shield provision for someone in employment who's being investigated by the U.S. government? Honest question right here. It says, not let's just change my name, that if she's getting probed in any way by the U.S. government, they're going to pay her bills. Why?
Why would the state cover the bills of someone accused of wrongdoing? Honest question. They are lining themselves up against the federal government is what they're doing. James plans to rely on both state funds and private legal defense to fight the battle. A spokesman for the AG's office confirmed. Donald Trump promised a vicious revenge to Iran in 2024, and he's put Attorney General James top of the list. And we're ready to respond to this text. I want to stress Trump didn't say anything. It's Bill Pulte.
Over at Housing Development. He said, there is, let me put it, revenge tour? There's a document where you claimed, lady, that Norfolk, Virginia would be your primary residence. August 7th was the expiration of power of attorney. Tell me this. How as AG of New York, you are going to live in Virginia? Revenge. Yeah, more like accountability and justice against criminals. Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte
Excuse me.
New York GOP chair Ed Cox quickly lashed out over the move to slip a legal bailout to James, calling it an outrageous abuse of power and a slap in the face to every New Yorker. This is what corruption looks like in plain sight.
Political insiders rigging the system to protect their own while hardworking families get shortchanged. Tish James used her office to wage partisan lawfare against her political opponents. And now New Yorkers are footing the bill for the consequences. The Democrats lied, cheated and stole. They ripped the Constitution to shreds to steal political power and they lost. But it's not over. I interviewed Sebastian Gorka.
And I asked him about many things. He said the deep state's not been defeated, that they're not even his idea was we may be winning this fight in a sense, but they're powerful. They're fighting back. If Donald Trump does not get the job done in the next three years, we're in trouble. All of us. They are going to retaliate. They're going to violate the rights of everybody with smiles on their faces. And we saw what they did to the J6ers.
I can sit down with a liberal and I can say they denied access to evidence. Forty four thousand hours of surveillance footage. Now, you may be wondering how do you get forty four thousand hours because of all the cameras are each producing. There's a thousand cameras and they each produce. Well, two thousand cameras each producing twenty two hours of footage. There you go. Denied wrong. Wrong charges on their charge of obstruction. Wrong charges. Some people were put in solitary for years without a trial.
You bring this up to liberals and they say, so what? Enrique Tarrio wasn't even there. One guy was in Texas. They raided the home of a woman in Alaska who looked like another woman. Wasn't even there. They violated the rights of the American people. They lied about police dying on January 6th. They will do it again. Trump has to win. Steve Bannon says, expect to see some arrests in the summer. Hopefully.
We get real accountability. But look what they're doing. They are going to give Tish James the weight of the state to protect herself. They are going to force the New York taxpayers to fund this. Why? Because it shows they intend to do more. This shield law they're creating ain't just about Tish James. It's about any and everything they may try to do. They wanted Trump in prison. Did you guys know these fraud charges Trump appealed them? They've not been ruled on. Now, why is that?
It's been now eight months, longer than eight months, about eight months since this trial had its appeal. Eight months. They've heard the arguments. Why won't they issue a ruling? I think the judges are terrified. They know that Trump didn't do anything wrong. They also know they don't want to go up against the state and that is the state of New York. I believe that Trump and us in the DOJ are prepping to go after more people. They raided the FBI field office, Southern District of New York.
Apparently, they've got tens of thousands of Epstein documents and they're not releasing it. There's a press conference earlier today where Pam Bondi said we're going through all these videos and all this footage. And a lot of people are just like, I don't buy it. My friends, I trust Cash. I trust Dan. Dan Bongino did not give up the biggest live show in the country every day. He did not give it up to go take a job that pays relatively nothing compared to what he was making as a massive media personality. He didn't give that all up.
To do nothing. If the man wanted to retire, there's better ways to retire. He can go hang out at MMA fights and schmooze and drink beer with celebrities. He doesn't got to get involved in this. He doesn't got to put his name on the line. So I do. I am confident. I give them every benefit of the doubt. Maybe if we're 2027, in the mid of 2027, and we're not seeing anything, I might get worried. Maybe 2028, the beginning of an election year, they've accomplished nothing. I'll be very worried. But for right now, it's been three or four months, three and a half months since
Let's see what we can get done. I'll wrap it up there. Stay tuned. We got Timcast IRL coming up tonight at 8 p.m. Be there. Follow me on Instagram at Timcast and we'll see y'all then.
