Key Insights

What is the current situation with the wildfires in Southern California?

Southern California is experiencing multiple wildfires, including the Palisades, Hearst, and Eaton fires. The situation is described as apocalyptic, with firefighters running out of water and unable to launch helicopters or fixed-wing aircraft due to high winds. Evacuations are ongoing, and there are reports of mass casualties, though no confirmed deaths as of now.

Why are insurance companies canceling policies in California?

Insurance companies in California have canceled policies for many homeowners weeks before the wildfires, citing the high likelihood of wildfires due to mismanaged brush, unfilled reservoirs, and inadequate firefighting resources. They conducted cost-benefit analyses and concluded that the risk was too high to insure these properties, especially in high-value areas like the Palisades.

What role did government mismanagement play in the wildfires?

The wildfires were exacerbated by government mismanagement, including failure to refill reservoirs, cutting funding for firefighters, and neglecting brush management. These issues were known for years, with warnings dating back a decade. The lack of preparedness and resource allocation made it nearly impossible to control the fires once they started.

What are the consequences of the wildfires for residents?

Residents are facing catastrophic losses, including homes and businesses burning down. Many are uninsured due to recent policy cancellations, leaving them financially devastated. Evacuations are widespread, and first responders are struggling to contain the fires due to a lack of water and resources.

How are celebrities and high-profile individuals affected by the wildfires?

Celebrities like James Woods, Ben Affleck, and Petra Ecclestone have been forced to evacuate their homes. Some, like Woods, revealed they no longer have insurance after their policies were canceled months prior. Others, like Mark Hamill and Mandy Moore, shared harrowing experiences of fleeing the fires with their families.

What is the political criticism surrounding the wildfires?

Critics blame the Democratic leadership in California, including Governor Gavin Newsom and the Los Angeles mayor, for the wildfires. They accuse them of ignoring warnings, mismanaging resources, and prioritizing other initiatives over fire prevention. The lack of preparedness and funding cuts for firefighting are seen as direct contributors to the disaster.

What is the impact of the wildfires on first responders?

First responders are facing extreme challenges, including a lack of water in fire hydrants and the inability to use helicopters or fixed-wing aircraft due to high winds. Firefighters are working in dangerous conditions, with some reports of injuries and fatalities. The situation is described as one of the worst in U.S. history.

What is the broader significance of the wildfires?

The wildfires are a stark reminder of the consequences of climate change, poor resource management, and political negligence. They highlight the need for better infrastructure, funding for firefighting, and proactive measures to prevent such disasters in the future. The economic and human toll is expected to be immense, with long-term repercussions for the region.

Apocalyptic. That's how it's being described by basically everybody. What's happening in Southern California with these, I think now three fires or more, the Palisades fire, the Hearst fire and the Eaton fire. They're running out of water. They can't launch helicopters because of the winds. They still can't launch fixed wing aircraft. And we have to pray, I guess. And I know there's a lot of people out there. Not everybody's religious. And liberals like to mock the idea of prayer.

Listen, right now we are trying to focus on the people who are suffering because of this catastrophe. And there's evacuations. There's elderly people who are at risk. There's people who are being seriously injured. There are mass casualty events, meaning injuries. I don't know that we have any deaths. And I know there are a lot of people that believe prayer can help.

And I certainly believe that the concept of prayer in regard like this is let's keep these people in our thoughts so we can focus on what we can do to help them and we can keep this story on the forefront. We want this top of mind. Now, as much as I'm going to say I am terrified for those that live there, I feel for all all those that live there. I don't care if you're a liberal. I don't care if you're a conservative, a far left commie. None of that matters.

All that matters to me right now is that you guys are safe. I enjoy sitting here in my chair, staring at a camera, making fun of people who I think are dumb. I certainly don't want them to get hurt. We enjoy the political discourse as we try to navigate a space where we come to better ideas. And I understand there's some evil people out there. I think there's a lot of evil people out there in politics. But we want to win on the battlefield of ideas and through policy. We don't want violence. We don't want death. We don't want harm.

What makes this country great is that for the longest time, we've really been able to get through a lot of our issues by arguing and complaining about them. And that really is the best because I don't like international conflict and war. I think diplomacy and economics are the way to go about doing it. So I hope everyone out there, first and foremost, you seek shelter, you evacuate. I've got photos and videos for you on what's going on. Statements from experts saying,

This is an apocalyptic scenario. This may be the worst and most expensive wildfire in U.S. history or history of the world. I guess you can argue, you know, per capita and by inflation or whatever, but this is going to affect the largest amount of people. And if this spreads and it continues, which it looks like it will be because of the high winds, then this can get substantially worse.

That being said, I am not playing games, Gavin Newsom. This is the fault of the Democrat government in California who has been warned over and over again. They ran out of water because they weren't refilling reservoirs. They cut funding for firefighters. These problems have been known about forever. Ten years ago, I was in California covering the drought. We talked about it all the time.

There's when you're when you're traveling over the hills, the mountains going from, say, like the valley into L.A., there's dry brush everywhere. And, you know, I had people tell me, like, it could be a guy driving his truck and a chain falls out and sparks the ground. Could be someone flicking a cigarette. They know they knew this was a possibility. They didn't care. They did not. To make things worse.

We've got reports now that insurance companies inexplicably dropped tons of these homes from their policies only a few weeks before. I believe James Woods was one of these individuals who says they don't have insurance because at some point a couple months ago, abruptly, they just said, we are no longer going to cover you. Now, some people may believe this means conspiracy that they knew was going to happen. Well, I'll tell you this. They did know it was going to happen.

They didn't know specifically the date. They did not know that today we'd be experiencing this mass carnage. They knew that the brush was mismanaged. They knew that Gavin Newsom was doing a poor job. They knew that L.A., the L.A. mayor was pulling funding, not filling the reservoirs. And they knew when the winds kicked up, they would not be able to stop it. I'll tell you what I think happens. The insurance company just goes.

The likelihood of a wildfire is reaching 100%. When it gets dry, it will happen. And I'm sure people at this insurance company then said, well, what do we do? I mean, do we raise the rates? Do we charge people more? And they probably did a cost benefit analysis where they broke it down and said, guys, there is no amount of money that we can charge these people where we will be financially secure.

These homes cost millions of dollars in the Palisades. They are going to burn. And the insurance company said we cannot insure them anymore. And that's terrifying, right? When your insurance company says, hey, we can't do this. They know something. I'm not saying it's a conspiracy. I'm saying the mismanagement of government was palpable.

Libs of TikTok posted a tweet from Trump from five years ago saying there's always a Trump tweet for this. And Trump was talking about how California was mismanaging their brush management. You've got to take care of the dry, the tinder that falls in the ground and builds up because it literally becomes a tinderbox. Here's a story from The New York Post. Let's read into this.

Before we do, my friends, as much as it is a shocking and terrifying story, we are a show that has sponsors. You can check out boonieshq.com and enjoy some levity in these trying times. The 28th Amendment Skateboard. It's a piece of art with the best picture of a chicken I have ever seen. And it says, chickens being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep, prepare, and breed chickens shall not be infringed. I, for one, am a proponent of

of this 28th Amendment. If you think it's fun and funny, you should definitely check it out. We just launched this. Of course, we have Step on Sneck and Find Out. That's a top seller. And we actually have a sleeper hit, which is the right to arm bears, and now our number one board. If you think bears should be wearing straw hats, flannel shirts, and brandishing shotguns, then this is the skateboard for you. Sold out of one of the sizes, but let's get back to the news. Smash that like button while you're here. Share the show with everyone you know. This is important stuff.

Take a look at this. We have this map, the New York Post showing us the latest. So we have the Hearst fire, the Eaton fire and the Palisades fire. And you can see the smoke sweeping across basically all of Los Angeles. The photos and videos coming out are absolutely insane. Take a look at this. Three hours ago, L.A. firefighters claim they are running out of water as they battle the growing wildfires in the area. The hydrants are down. One firefighter said over the radio, water supply just dropped.

Former L.A. mayoral hopeful and billionaire developer Rick Caruso backed the claims made by the first responders as his staff reported to him from the Palisades Village in the West Side neighborhood. There's no water in the fire hydrants. The firefighters are there and there's nothing they can do. We've got neighborhoods burning, homes burning and businesses burning. It should never happen. They've run out of water. Let me show you a bit about where we're at. Libs of TikTok tweeting.

Los Angeles refused to fill the water reservoirs, and now there's no water in the fire hydrants to fight the fires. People are fleeing for their lives while watching their homes and businesses burn to the ground. This is incompetence at the highest level. Now, I would call it something else. Incompetence is when you're not paying attention. I'm not saying there's an intentional fire. I'm not saying the government started a fire. No. What I'm saying is the government knew full well

That the fire was likely to happen because wildfires happen. It was only a matter of time. And their negligence, mismanagement and the pulling of funds was going to result in this exact scenario. So it's not that they did it on purpose. It's that they were staring down the barrel of a gun. They said, so what?

They knew. For covering us so well. Listen, it's a disaster to the hundredth degree. It's beyond anything I think any of us could have ever imagined. But my heart goes out, obviously, to the people with their homes and watching the small businesses around us go up in flames. This is people's livelihoods. So it's devastating. But what is most concerning to me is

Our first responders and our firefighters who are trying to battle this, there's no water in the pallet space. There's no water coming out of the fire hydrant. This is an absolute mismanagement by the city. It's not the firefighters' fault, but it's by the city. And I'm going to be very honest. We've got a mayor that's out of the country, and we've got a city that's burning, and there's no resources to put out fires. So if you look at your pictures, you don't see the firefighters there because there's nothing they can do.

And it looks like we're in a third world country here. Wow. And we've got, you know, I've got some more, uh, for you to see. This is from Nick Sorter. LA fire hydrants are out of water because they refuse to fill reservoirs. You can't firefighter fight a fire without water. I've got this video here. This is from a Roma nation on, on X. Take a look at this image for those that are watching, uh, for those that are listening. Uh, it's, it's, it's insane. And, uh,

My fear is that this spreads well beyond the hills in the Palisades, and it looks like that may be the case. The winds are estimated. I saw one report 90 miles an hour, and so they can't fly helicopters. Fixed wing aircraft can get up at some point soon, but they were reporting this morning that they didn't know if they could launch right now. They can't do anything about it.

It's almost like Democrats want this country to burn. And here's the challenge for me, right? Because I don't want to believe that this is what we're seeing with this devastation. The NFL playoffs are better with FanDuel because right now new customers can bet $5 and get $200 in bonus bets. Guaranteed. That's $200 in bonus bets. Win or lose.

It was intentional, but based on everything we know about how Democrats handle policy, the Maui fires, for instance, the insurance company's poll coverage, full well knowing that something like this is going to happen.

So at a certain point, you have to ask yourself, Democrats knew this was going to happen. I mean, Republicans don't have control of these areas and they did nothing. How many of them either just did not care or want the country to burn? What are they going to do after this? From the ashes of the old, we shall build a new. It's what many of the far leftists had been saying 10 years ago, 12 years ago during the Occupy protests, that they would burn down this country so that they can start over.

Now, I don't exactly know what the plans are for these people, but I don't know how you get fires like this. And let me tell you, because we talked about this yesterday. Here's a video that went viral well before the fires. This is at 137 yesterday. Fire photo girl says, I am literally fighting with a homeless person who was lighting fires. She told me she is doing a good thing. This is in Colton in San Bernardino. This is let me see. I can pull up this map here.

Colton is actually just, you see the Eaton fire on the right? Colton is not that far away from there. And then we've got this report from KGET. 2024 sees rise in fires in Bakersfield suspected to be started by homeless people. They're doing it on purpose. These homeless people have been starting fires. It was only a matter of time. And with this reporting a week ago, how did they not prepare for this? They knew the government run by Democrats in this state

They knew. And so I'm not gonna play these games. I mean, take a look at this. This is absolutely insane. Video shows a person trapped in a home surrounded by flames. I don't think a lot of people understand if you've never seen or been near a fire of this magnitude. You can feel those flames. So right now in this video, the entire house is surrounded by massive flames. Tremendous flames.

If you've ever, so I've only had a rough contact with fire in a few instances. And I was in Ferguson during the riots. And as we drove down West Florissant, we're in the middle of the street and the buildings are all being torched. They're just engulfed in flames. Inside the car, it felt like the fire was in front of my face, like standing in front of a campfire. It is insane how tremendous the thermal radiation penetrates.

in, uh, I was in Belfast during their bonfire night and they stack up these 50, 52, I think 50 foot tall pyres. And they create these massive flames that are so hot. They melt the ground beneath them. And it's pretty wild when you're standing there, you get sunburns. The fire is so intense. When I was filming it, my, the, the camera, what it recorded was purple because I believe it's like the UV radiation coming off. It was massive. And they say, you'll get a sunburn.

You can feel it from very, very far away. It's really, really something else. So if this guy in his home, you might be thinking like, oh, he's in his house, so he's probably fine. He can feel that fire as if it was sitting right in front of him. That's how insane these fires can be. Take a look at this view from a plane over Los Angeles. Like, this is the entire mountain dividing the valley from the basin.

I think it's called The Basin. And just truly horrifying stuff. But here's the weirdness. Take a look at this story from Daily Mail. The stars whose homes have turned to ashes. Heartbroken A-lister reveals he has no insurance. Ben Affleck and Petra Ecclestone flee Blaze with their families. I hope they're all right. I hope everybody survives this. Guys, I want to make fun of you for your stupid worldviews or your bad acting. I don't want you to get hurt.

We can, I like, you know, Ben Affleck's got some good movies. I'll give him the praise for the good movies I do like. And I'll make fun of him for his politics. That was always allowed. So long as you're okay, buddy. You can insult me and I'll insult you and we'll laugh about it and we'll complain about politics. But you guys got to get out of here and survive. Because, you know, that's the thing about complaining on the internet, right? That's the thing about talking politics is that it is the light version of how we resolve these conflicts. And we might get mad at each other and hate each other, but...

There's no resolution when people are all dead. Then it's just, you know, horror. They say James Woods, who shared footage of his home two blocks from his property engulfed in flames, fled the Palisades. He is unclear on the condition of his own property. Woods declared that he and many of his neighbors no longer have insurance after a major company supposedly canceled many of their policies four months ago. Star Wars actor Mark Hamill revealed he was bundled out of his Malibu home in a last minute evacuation on Tuesday night.

He said small fires burned on both sides of the road as he approached the Pacific Coast Highway and called the blaze the most horrific fire since 1993. Steve Guttenberg, 66, sprung into action as the blaze ripped through the Palisades community, opting to assist firefighters by moving cars in order to make room for incoming fire trucks. I mean, some of the videos that were coming out of this were nuts, people. It had gotten so hot, they abandoned their cars in the middle of the road. You know, a lot of people are like, wouldn't you want to stay in your car? Isn't it safer?

I think people really don't understand. You know, most people have an experience to fire like this. If you're in traffic because everybody's driving, sitting in that car, you are being burned. You can't just sit there and the air conditioning doesn't do anything because it's too hot outside. So you need to get out on foot and start running. They brought in these bulldozers to start, or I think, you know, heavy machinery to start pushing the cars out of the way to try and make way for rescue vehicles.

A second blaze of the Eaton Fire broke out 30 miles inland in Altadena, near Pasadena, and increased in size to 1,000 acres in a few hours. Mandy Moore and her three children were evacuated, have evacuated their Pasadena home, as the catastrophic fire continued to spread westward. The This Is Us Star 40 says the family and their pets are safe. People, this is really sad, many people cut their horses loose and just let them run.

Otherwise, they wouldn't have survived this fire. There's video of people walking with their horses. I'm glad they were able to get the animals out of there. I hope everybody made sure that you're better off just getting letting your animal go. Whatever animal may be, let them go. You have to figure it out later. Absolutely insane stuff. This is photos of Pratt. Is this was it Scott Pratt? I know his name. These videos are absolutely horrific, man.

Nick's order says countless reports of mass fire coverage cancellation by insurance companies just weeks before the fires. This woman blasted the California government for their mismanagement and explained the fire coverage on her childhood home was canceled after decades. Listen to this. They're waving me down. That's fine. You decided not to leave. I know I'm not supposed to be here, but this is my parents' home. I know the feeling. And they just lost, canceled from their fire insurance company.

So they're dealing with this. They're 90 years old through the state of California because of this. They're 90 years old. They've lived in this house for 75 years and they've had the same insurance. And these insurance people decided to cancel their fire. And we're going through this and it just happened and they have no fire insurance.

They do. Thank you, California insurance companies supporting...

I'M A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE BIT OF A LITTLE B

I'm sorry. I feel for this woman. I understand. But you guys got to understand when people decide to stay behind, it strains resources because you have to rescue them. And it comes to a point where first responders will just say, we will not send someone to save you. And then you find the charred remains of the individuals who refuse to get out. We've got this. This is from Barry, Los Angeles. He says as a past civilian advisor to the L.A. Fire Department, he's been

Having seen modeling on this, no amount of resources, nothing will stop this. Humidity is extremely low. Wind does not peak for another three hours. If you live outside the mandatory evacuation area, be prepared no matter what to evacuate. This is apocalyptic, a very similar fire scenario to Maui. Do not think you are immune because you live in the flat area. Once a fire gets rolling, you do not have a chance. It will hop from structure to structure. This is a firestorm. No one will save you.

There were some wildlands firefighters. And this is a story I think 10 years ago in the California wildfires that happened then. They were in an area that they were fighting the fire and it wasn't that bad. They all died. It's a very sad story. These guys, these are brave individuals who are trying to save lives in one of the most devastating and nightmarish scenarios. And they were found underneath their thermal blankets, charred and dead.

Because the fire on top of the trees sweeps across at 70 miles an hour, igniting the whole forest in an instant and then burning down. And there's nowhere to run. And so these brave men did what they were trained to do and dropped to the ground and covered themselves with their thermal blanket. And it wasn't enough. They were burned to death. So, you know, for everybody who gets trapped in this, take these evacuations seriously.

You cannot be replaced. Let me throw it to one of my favorite graphic novels ever, Watchmen. Maybe you've seen the movie. There's a really, really, it's really great writing. I think it was Alan Moore. And this character, Dr. Manhattan, many of you may know this.

He can perceive atomic movement and the quantum world, past and future. And he says he longs to witness a miracle, but such things just don't exist. Oxygen turning into lead, seemingly possible, but so astronomically unlikely it just wouldn't happen. And so he's completely indifferent to the plights of humanity. But then he learns of this woman.

that he had been intimate with. Dr. Manhattan, he's like a super being. He's like can teleport and whatever. And he realizes that the miracle he was looking for was in humans all along. That this young woman's mother was nearly raped by a guy. And then several years later, she loves a man. She has every reason to hate. And it creates this woman that he cared about. And he was just like,

millions of years of evolution and atoms colliding and coming together to create a unique individual that is a miracle. And then he decides he's going to come back and help the people of Earth and all this stuff. It's sci-fi, it's silly, whatever. But the point is this. It's a great way to explain that you as an individual are a miracle. Everything that makes up you is so astronomically unlikely.

It is not worth risking your life. That building can be built. You may face hardships, but it's not worth risking your life. I'm going to say it again as we get through this. This is policy. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass cut fire budget by nearly $20 million. I don't know how to say anything other than they knew. Here's end wokeness. L.A. County recently posted a video on how they make their firefighters train in cultural inclusivity, equity, and diversity. Get woke, go broke.

And now we have this. The air quality is probably just the worst it could probably be. It's probably going to get worse. There's many fires that are breaking up all over the area, smaller ones. And with it being so dry, we might see more fires. This may be nowhere close to finish. So look, man, I hope everyone's okay, but I'm going to say it again. I'm not playing this no politics game. Newsom's like, no politics, just let's get the job done. No, no, no, no, no, no.

First responders, my heart goes out to you. Please stay safe. And tremendous respect to everybody fighting to save people. Everybody else, please stay safe. I don't care about your politics. But for the government, I condemn you for this. To the insurance companies, when you cut these policies, did you issue a warning saying we've gone critical and a fire is nigh? People knew about this and they left everyone to suffer. I'll leave it there.

Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Stick around. We got more segments coming up next one at noon. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all then. When I hear stories that regular people are buying guns, I really don't care because law abiding citizens don't do anything with their guns. They go to sporting events. Maybe they go trap and skeet shooting. Maybe they defend themselves in their home.

criminals buying guns on the street is pretty worrying. Uh, it's not because of the guns it's because they're trying to obfuscate what they're doing. And then they, you know, use those guns for crimes. But I'll tell you this, when I hear that leftists are arming up, well,

Well, then I'm deeply concerned because as anybody with a brain knows, the left is substantially more violent than the right. Ah, I can hear all the liberals screeching into the wind. No, Tim, as Luke Beasley stated, the studies show the right is more violent. Well, the problem with their logic, as I tried to explain to Luke on the show, is that the way those universities and he defined left and right is the left is us and everyone else is right.

So let's try and break this down in a meaningful way. When liberals, run of the mill liberals start buying guns, citing political reasons, I get kind of worried, not too worried. You know, you get allowed to have guns when their leftist cohorts who they rally and organize with are buying guns. I'm getting a bit more worried because we've seen what happened in the Chaz chop.

So when you have a story like this one, woke rival to NRA soars in popularity as panicked progressives arm up ahead of Trump inauguration. I'm like, oh, geez, because the reality is this. What is the left and what is the right? When the left and these liberals say the right substantially more violent, they're lumping in a Dave Smith anti-war libertarian with a neo-Nazi fascist authoritarian.

How does that make sense? These guys have completely different worldviews. First of all, Dave Smith, libertarian, anti-war, anti-intervention and Jewish has nothing in common with a neo-Nazi authoritarian fascist who wants a total totalitarian state.

But they go, but they're both right wing. And that's the problem. By all means, if you want to say that white supremacists are violent or whatever, I'll be like, sure, show me the data and fine. Right. That's fine. But when they try and claim that like a middle aged plumber who voted for Trump is in the same camp as a neo-Nazi, then I'm like, yeah, you're being silly. But of course, the response from them is, well, you can't lump all liberals and left together. And I'm like, my dude, you guys are protesting together. See, that's the difference.

Sometimes you will see instances where people on the right of various different backgrounds are marching together or something, but almost never because the right doesn't protest. And certainly when you see white nationalists, neo-Nazis or otherwise, they're usually out by themselves. In fact, famously at a rally in, I think it was Portland, some guy showed up to a patriot, you know, I think it might've been patriot prayer or something like that. Some guy showed up shouting racial slurs, racial slurs. They kicked him out.

Let me tell you the difference and why I say the left is as a as a lump. You can categorize them as one group because they have something called the diversity of tactics. And this means that if you're a liberal who wants Bernie Sanders and believes in nonviolence, you are instructed by the protest organizers to, quote, respect the diversity of tactics. Quite literally, that means don't condemn far left violence. I am not exaggerating.

And of course, then you'll look to the ADL and they will claim that anti-establishment individuals are right wing. White supremacists are right wing. Black supremacists are left wing. And then I'm like, hold on. What? They really don't have a good a good way to define what left and right is. All they're doing is saying we're an institution that is aligned with the left. So anybody who disagrees with us is all one category. And therefore, there's more violence on the right. Yeah. You see how the lie works.

Well, here we go, ladies and gentlemen. We know that the far left wants to stop Donald Trump from taking power. They're planning large protests. Newsweek reported this story. Critics of President-elect Donald Trump have taken to the streets of D.C. to urge Congress to block him from taking power. Well, of course, he was certified. But they're actually going on to say that on the 19th, they will rally and stop Donald Trump from actually taking power.

Yeah, it's not going to happen. Trump is certified. He's president elect. It's going to happen. But that doesn't mean they're not going to try. The Daily Mail reports across the nation, panicked progressives are arming up ahead of Trump's inauguration as they fear escalating political rhetoric and targeted legislation coming their way.

The NRA's woke rival, the Socialist Rifle Association, has seen a surge in new members in Philadelphia in the final weeks of 2024, leading the Delaware Valley chapter to add more gun safety classes due to the sudden demand. Now, I'm going to pause right here. Yeah, I'm all for it. Everybody should have guns. LGBTQ people should have guns. Guns are a right. And if you got a problem with that, take it up with the founding fathers. They knew that not everybody was going to agree. The anti-federalists and the federalists were fighting with each other the whole time. And ultimately, we are like, all right, you can have guns.

The problem is I recognize one group is substantially more likely to engage in violence. And there is a fear there. But I'm not going to stop someone from buying guns. I'm just going to point it out. The Pennsylvania city has seen an influx of queer focused Facebook groups and forums becoming hubs for discussions on gun training and ownership just weeks before the president elect takes office again. Let's take a look at this image. Here is what is presumed to be a woman. I say presumed to be because you can't see their face. And it says make racists afraid again.

And that appears to be an AK, I think. I'm not I have many guns. I am not the best, most well-informed gun person. I've taken a handful of gun safety courses, excuse me, and basic training because I think it's really important. They're going to say a therapist identified only as Doug, who decided to join the SR after the election, has echoed these concerns, saying, quote, on it. So let me go back.

An LGBTQ advocacy group, Pink Pistols, says there's OK, so I believe this is a trans woman, not an actual woman. There's definitely a feeling among LGBTQ individuals. If I can't protect myself, who will? Madeline Shearman, a trans woman who runs a gun safety group, told the Enquirer, I feel that way myself. A therapist said if I'd only as Doug echoed the sentiment, a former Boy Scout purchased their first gun. Their his gun.

I guess this also must be a trans person. An AR-15 in early December. Over fears he, okay, might be targeted for identifying as gender nonspecific. Ah, and there it is. Yo, Daily Mail, you said they and he. Fine. Specifically, Doug worries that authorities might flag him for being non-binary and that they might not be able to purchase a firearm in the future because of it. Um, actually, yeah. Because, um, let me pull up the NICS form and see if it's got a certain question on it.

Let's see. We'll grab. So that's the it's the National Criminal Background Check form. Liberals have long argued for. And I've got an image of it right here. Let's pull up this bad boy, slide it on over and take a look. And there's a series of questions. Are you under indictment? Have you ever been convicted in any court of a felony? Are you a fugitive? Are you an unlawful user of or addicted to drugs, etc.?

Have you ever been adjudicated as a as a mental defective or have you ever been committed to a mental institution? Interesting. So I guess that's the depth of that question.

But I'm wondering if as dysgenitus for you is listed as a as a mental disorder, there may actually be a law change or precedent or something that happens where the ATF is like, if you are suffering a mental disorder with a with a tide, with a known history to suicidality, you can't buy a gun.

I don't agree with the next forms. The Constitution says you have a right to keep and bear arms. It doesn't have a caveat saying unless or otherwise. But I think there's a strong probability, considering that trans people make this argument all the time, that trans people are at high risk of suicide and that's why they need treatments and surgeries. Government might say you can't buy a gun then for your own safety. Not that I believe the government, you know, don't trust them as far as I can throw them.

Quote, this country is not, I wouldn't say on very solid footing. As a Boy Scout, I'd rather be prepared. I can respect that. I just don't trust you. As the Republican Party has pushed for increasingly restrictive policies on gender affirming care and divisive policies, some LGBTQ Americans are turning to self-defense as their ultimate safeguard. It's all about survival, said Matthew Thompson, a 36 year old gay man from Oakland, New Jersey. We're not looking to arm up and storm the Capitol. We just don't want to be put in concentration camps, which like it's never going to happen.

by the way. So I will say maybe you're starting to get the idea. You know, leftists, they like guns. I respect it. Yeah, I don't want you in concentration camps. I don't want anybody in concentration camps. Hey, one great deterrent for that is to be armed. Hence the Second Amendment. Glad you're starting to see things our way. Thompson's words echo sentiment growing louder in the LGBTQ community, especially in states where conservative lawmakers have advanced bans on gender affirming care and portrayed trans individuals as societal threats. You see, this is the game they play.

It's all about trans, obviously, when they say woke. I don't care if someone is trans. Not at all, at least, but just don't bring it around schools and shove it in the face of kids. I don't care if you're trans or not trans. Showing adult content to kids is creepy, wrong, and is illegal and should be more illegal, but they're getting away with a lot of it.

They say, for many, the idea of armed self-defense is no longer theoretical, but something that feels essential. A 24-year-old trans woman from Philly, named only as A, made the decision to purchase her first firearm after months of unease. Three months before the election, that's when the alarm bell started to ring. As Texas upheld a ban on gender-affirming care for minors and Florida restricted access to hormone therapies, she felt an urgent need repair for her own safety. I just want to clarify, it's a guy.

By November 2nd, he had purchased a Ruger Security 380 pistol driven by the belief that minorities that are armed are more difficult to legally oppress. That's correct. And we all agree with it. Best of luck out there. Don't do anything illegal. In an outdoor shooting range in Pennsylvania's French Creek State Park, A practiced her aim. There's a flag here. It says the liberal gun club, every single civil right for every single person.

I think you would need to define what that means. Every single right for every single person? Yeah, okay. Is this, uh, this is the trans woman right here? This looks like a middle-aged overweight bald man. Look, I'm just calling it like I see it. Rainbow hearts and a protect trans kid sticker adorned her water bottle as spent bullet casings piled at her feet. A 380? I don't know, look, I'm not a big gun guy, okay? But I'm just gonna say...

You know, any good is good. But 380? I think it's kind of small. The stopping power on that's rather limited. But I guess, you know, like I said, like, depending on the circumstances, a gun's a gun, you know. But, you know, you're going to want a variety. This is the funny thing about liberals. Not all, but many of them. They don't quite understand that there are different guns. If you ask them what a certain caliber is for, they're not going to be able to tell you.

They're not going to be able to explain why you need 30 rounds in a standard magazine for, say, an AR-15 chambered in 5.56. What is the purpose of that weapon and what does it do? What is it good for?

Is it better for close quarters combat, longer range, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And again, I'm going to stress, I'm not a big gun guy. There are a lot of the channels that are going to break it down way better for you. But I can at least tell you, I go to the shop, I talk to my buddies and I say, what do you think I should have on hand in my home? And they say something like this for this reason. I say, oh, okay.

Shotguns sometimes are referenced. You know, some people just say, hey, get an AR-15, 5.56. People have different opinions, of course. But certainly you're not going to walk around with a Barrett M82 in your house. Or is it M81A? What is it? I think, hold on, let me make sure I get this one right. M82A. Sorry, sorry, I got it wrong, everybody. M82A. Yeah, this thing I think weighs like 50 pounds. And it's for hunting helicopters.

Yeah, so you're not going to use it in your house. So when I see people like this and they're like, I got a 380, I'm like, that's good. But if you're talking about the government taking over and loading up into concentration camps, a little underpowered, I would say. Here's my real concern. Not that people want to defend themselves from tyranny. That's always fine. You have a right to keep and bear arms. Please do so.

My issue is that these people, many of them are violent. Not all of them, but the left has a high density of people who engage in riotous violence. And if they're going to be running around riding now with guns, it's disconcerting because we saw what happened in Seattle and Portland. They were pointing guns at random people. They killed teenagers. They killed children. Yeah. And then they want to claim the right is more violent.

I certainly hope the inauguration goes off without a hitch, but I'll wrap it up there. Smash that like button, share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all in the next segment.

Because there ain't no rest for the wicked. Donald Trump has filed an emergency petition to the Supreme Court to prevent his sentencing in New York v. Trump. This is huge. Although many people are saying there's not going to be any real penalties, they're not going to put Trump in prison, and he can show up remotely, the precedent is still massive.

The Democrat liberal judge side of these things in New York, they want to win this victory because they're basically saying to the Supreme Court, your claims of immunity do not apply. And if we can sentence Donald Trump, even for nothing, like 34 felony counts, and we're going to tell him, you know, all said and done, go home, buddy. They still get to assert precedence that we win. And the Supreme Court has no authority here.

I'd be interested to see how the Supreme Court reacts to this. I have a feeling they're going to say, shut her down. If Donald Trump is sentenced and they don't give him prison time, but they give him a fine or something like this, they are going to try to make it stick that a president can face state level charges and the states get to determine what qualifies as presidential acts. Let's be real.

I bring it up every time because it needs to be said for those that are just entering this story and don't know exactly what happened with Trump being convicted in New York. The charges are fake. I know I can already hear the liberals whinging, as I often say.

But it's true. It's a hush, hush money case. They say he falsified business records, a misdemeanor beyond its statute of limitations, meaning they could not bring these charges against Donald Trump. So how did they do it? They claimed it was a felony. Well, how did they do that? If falsification of business records are done in furtherance of a secondary crime, it's upgraded to a felony and the statute of limitations are extended. Wow.

Well, then, considering Trump was convicted, it must be pretty dang shocking what his other crime was. What was the underlying crime for which the falsification falsification of business records exacerbated? We don't know because there isn't one. The state never proved Trump committed any crime.

How about that? Now, they may have proved he falsified records beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't believe it because the jury in New York is probably 90 percent liberal. But fine, if you want to make the argument that the courts are just and the jury has spoken. Sure. But you can't bring these charges unless you prove the secondary crime, which they didn't.

This must be thrown out. And the Supreme Court better have the balls to pick this up ASAP because they got two days until Trump is going to be sentenced. And this is the liberal judges and the machine in New York State saying the Supreme Court has no power, has no authority, and their word is dirt. So this is going to be interesting. Fox News reports.

President-elect Donald Trump filed an emergency petition to the Supreme Court Wednesday in an effort to block his sentencing in New York v. Trump. Judge Juan Merchan set Trump's sentencing in New York v. Trump for January 10th after a jury found the now president-elect guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree, stemming from Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg's investigation. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges and has appealed the ruling, but was rejected last week by Merchan. And here we have the formal document.

My friends, I'm going to pull this up. I'll read through it. It's very simple. But before we do, you got to go to boonieshq.com.

Pick up one of your skateboards for all those who love it. Now, truth be told, most people buy these things as art pieces, which is really cool, which is why the graphics matter so much. Me, I skate and we like the boards and we ride them. But if you are an individual who believes that bears should be wearing flannel shirts, straw hats and brandishing shotguns, then the right to arm bears is the skateboard for you.

Right to arm bears. It's an amazing graphic, by the way. It's it's quickly become our number one bestseller beating out. I kid you not. Step on snack and find out. That's really amazing. But I've also launched my new model, the Tim Pool 20th Amendment chickens being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep bear and breed chickens shall not be infringed. Check out boonies HQ dot com. Pick up a board. But let's jump back to the news.

In a petition from Donald J. Trump, it says people of the state of New York by Alvin Bragg and acting Justice Juan M. Rishon, A.J.S.C. of the Supreme Court of New York County, New York respondents, an application for stay of criminal proceedings in the Supreme Court of New York County, New York, pending the resolution of President Trump's interlocutory appeal on presidential immunity application for a stay of criminal proceedings.

In the Supreme Court of New York County, New York pending the resolution of President Trump's interlocutory appeal. It says the same thing twice. Now, it says in the Supreme Court of the United States and then mentions the Supreme Court in New York. So let's get some clarification here. This is I believe he's appealing to the it is to the U.S. Supreme Court. So this is massive. Let's let's read through the questions presented. One.

Whether President Trump is entitled to an automatic stay of criminal proceedings against him in the state court while his claims of presidential immunity from criminal prosecution are addressed in interlocutory appeal to New York's appellate courts and, if necessary, this court. Whether trial court's admission and use of evidence of President Trump's official acts in a state court jury trial on criminal charges violated the doctrine of presidential immunity recognized in Trump v. U.S. 603 U.S. 593 2024.

Whether a sitting president's complete immunity from criminal prosecution during his term in office extends to the president-elect of the United States during the brief but crucial period between his election, his certification as the president-elect, which has now occurred, and his inauguration as he conducts presidential transition activities that are integral and preparatory to his imminent assumption of the executive power of the United States.

The applicant is President Donald J. Trump. The respondents are the people of the state of New York by D.A. Alvin Bragg, acting Justice Juan Merchan of the Supreme Court of New York County, New York. So that's what they're basically saying. It's Juan Merchan. Very interesting. Do we have? Wow. Look at this. It's actually very interesting. There's a lot to go through in here. All of this precedent being cited. This is actually amazing work. Trump's got some really great lawyers. I'd like to see one of their arguments.

They say the application requests an emergency stay to prevent further criminal proceedings in New York State court, including a sentencing hearing scheduled for Friday, January 10th at 930 a.m. against the president-elect of the United States at the apex of the presidential transition. After his electoral win, he has been certified. Ah, it's a typo. You see, I can read really fast. But when you put a typo in there, you screw me up. Anyway, where was I?

Wynn has been certified by a joint session of both the House of Congress while he pursues a meritorious interlocutory appeal raising claims of presidential immunity. On Friday, January 3rd, 2025, the Supreme Court of New York County wrongly denied President Trump's pending motion to dismiss criminal case based on presidential immunity and contrary to accepted practice, New York law and due process abruptly set the matter for criminal sentencing less than a week later. President Trump promptly filed an interlocutory appeal and notified the trial court that it is subject to an automatic stay. But the New York courts have erroneously refused to honor that stay.

This court should enter an immediate stay of further proceedings in the New York trial court to prevent grave injustice and harm to the institution of the presidency and the operations of the federal government. The commencement of President Trump's interlocutory appeal, raising claims of presidential immunity, causes an automatic stay of proceedings in the trial court under Trump v. United States. So basically what they're saying is normally when you appeal something, they pause the sentencing for the appeal. But New York is like, nah, we're going to sentence you anyway, buddy.

Here's what's funny. People are saying it's a virtual hearing, which means they're likely not going to give him any penalties or prison. Maybe I think their insistence on doing this is to just obstruct Trump may actually come with prison time. They may say you're ordered to report to prison. Maybe, probably not. I think very likely not. But they want to assert they have authority over the Supreme Court and presidential immunity, which can open the door for other states and create a legal nightmare.

They're going to mention, as discussed herein, the court should order an immediate stay of criminal proceedings. This we get. Then they go into great detail about how it's erroneous. This is how these filings often work. I think it's, you know, I get the formalities, but oh boy, this is a very long document. It's not really that long, to be completely honest, but we're on page 40 right now. It's 41 pages signed by Todd Blanche. Is it Todd Blanche? I don't know.

At the bottom conclusion, this court should immediately order a stay of pending criminal proceedings in the Supreme Court County of New York pending the final resolution of President Trump's interlocutory appeal, raising questions of presidential immunity, including in this court, if necessary. The court should also enter, if necessary, a temporary administrative stay while it considers this stay application.

Basically, what Trump is saying right now, SCOTUS should just freeze the sentencing while they consider this. That's pretty interesting. They're going to be like, we don't know if we should stay the proceeding. So we're going to have to stay the proceeding until we figure out whether we should stay the proceeding. That's how we roll, baby. They're going to mention we got a statement here from Trump's spokesperson.

President Trump's legal team filed an emergency petition with the U.S. Supreme Court asking the court. We get it. We get it. Trump spokesman Stephen Chung told Fox News the Supreme Court's historic decision on immunity, the Constitution and established legal precedent mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately dismissed. Chung said the American people elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate that demands an immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system and all of the remaining witch hunts.

He added, we look forward to uniting our country in the new administration as President Trump makes America great again. Well, I'm looking forward to it. I am, of course, of the opinion that they should be thrown out the court, the trial, everything. It's all fake. We know it's fake. And this is just lawfare. They've admitted it's lawfare. Donald Trump has won. So how about all of these Democrats who are like Trump on the election? We totally get it. You say, OK, then shut her down. Why are you wasting our time?

MSNBC's Joy Reid has choice words for conservatives. She is mocking them over Mark Zuckerberg coming out saying, yeah, we're going to get rid of the fact-checking thing. The video is actually quite hilarious because the lady is not too bright. That's why she recently took a pay cut at her failing network. But while we can bask in the glory that is their defeat...

The far left, the woke left losing everything. Important points must be made. And I'm going to say this first and foremost. Mark Zuckerberg coming out and saying, hey, free speech. This is not the pendulum swing. That's a lie. These leftists, these liberals, the people of the institutions and the corporate press are saying that Mark Zuckerberg is just bending the knee to Donald Trump. He's simply going the other direction. No, he isn't.

If this was truly going to be a pendulum swing, then what they would do is they'd keep the fact checking program, but kick out PolitiFact and the Poynter Institute, among others. And they'd bring in Breitbart and the National Review. They'd bring in the Daily Wire and say, from now on, all our fact checking will be done by our larger media partners in the conservative media space. Yeah, but that's not what they're doing. So let's see the smug and smarmy Joy Reid and what she had to say about the issue.

Why would conservatives think fact checking is biased against them? Well, let's start with all sides dot com and even ground news rating these these companies, nine of the fact checkers as being liberal biased. That's perhaps one reason. I mean, what are you sharing if you keep getting fact checked? True and correct information. True and correct information that went against the narrative. How about that? Like the Hunter Biden laptop. Think about it.

What were conservatives sharing on Meta that was getting flagged so much? Were they spreading false information? This lady is as dumb as a box of rocks, and I am reluctant to say such a thing because I fear it is offensive to rocks. But here's the story from Daily Mail. MSNBC's Joy Reid is going viral after a fit over Mark Zuckerberg's U-turn on fact-checking. The readout started to tick-tock to air her distaste on Tuesday.

The latter was delivered on the air, blah, blah, blah. Why would conservatives think fact checking is biased against them? Well, heavens me, let's pull up allsides.com. The end of fact checking at Meta, an overdue change or pro-Trump pivot.

So they basically break it down. All Sides is a great website. You can see here the Western Journal. Zuckerberg drops fact checking and they say right biased from the left. Meta says fact checkers were the problem. Fact checkers rule that false. All right. Let's pop over to their media bias chart and take a look at the news. Here's their methodology. Here's how they break it down. And let's pull up their media bias chart.

Ah, here we go. So let's take a look at what is considered to be centrist. To answer Joy Reid's question, BBC, the Christian Science Monitor, CNBC, Forbes, The Hill, Market Watch, News Nation, Newsweek, Real Clear Politics, Reason, Reuters. I don't know what San is. And the Wall Street Journal.

We can pop over to the left and see ABC News, Axios, Bloomberg, CBS, CNN, Insider, NBC, New York Times, NPR, Politico, ProPublica, Semaphore, Time, USA Today, Washington Post. Heavens me. On the left, we have the Daily Beast, The Atlantic, The Associated Press. Now, hold on there, gosh darn minute. You mean to tell me that allsides.com has rated The Associated Press as leftist?

That's quite interesting. Let me see if I can pull up a document on the list of, let's do this, list of approved Facebook fact checkers. Let's do this. Facebook, a map of Meta's global third party. No, let's get the actual list here. Partnering with, what is this? List of fact checking website, Meta's third party. Come on, come on. Where's the list?

I may have to actually. Oh, AFP. How about that? I'm going to go to some original research to pull this one up. And let's grab this right here. Oh, how about this? I'm going to grab this tweet from Redsties over on X. This one's for you, Joy Reid. So Aaron Sharachman says, we'll have more to say on this, but these are my thoughts. Basically saying the end of the fact checking program has nothing to do with free speech.

Video shows Biden wandered off from world leaders at G7 skydiving event. False, they said. It's pretty amazing because he did. And they said, well, he was going to greet someone else. Uh-huh. And that's what we are saying. The view in question was Joe Biden standing with a group of world leaders. A skydiver was somewhere off in the distance and Biden walked off to go talk to the guy. He wandered off from world leaders. And they said false because that was always the dirty game that they played.

Let's jump back to their article from the media bias fact checker. And then we'll rag on. Take a look at this common ground on facts and fact checking. Think misinformation increases hate crimes. They say, how do they break this down?

I don't know if they're getting into it on this one. They say voice on the left were less likely to see the alleged political bias of factors as a problem in the New York Times with a left bias. Fact-checking organizations said they had no say over what Meta did with the fact-checked content. A piece of The Verge, a left bias, also quoted fact-checking organizations and researchers concerned that users will now have to wade through virtually unmoderated hate speech and disinformation.

Others framed the change as a Trump friendly shift to the right. And that's basically what I'm trying to get at with this segment. The reason why I want to talk about Joy Reid's hypocrisy in her comments is because this is not a right word shift. This is neutrality. And if they're going to make the argument that Zuckerberg is kissing Trump's ring, Trump has settled for neutrality. How about you push back? How about you say, keep doing it, but take away the power from left leaning outlets?

I wonder if all sides I can search for a pointer. Let's see if they come up. They give pointer a centrist rating. Well, OK, then I'm going to I'm going to basically I'm going to basically just I'll go with all sides on this one because I'm citing them. Meta says fact checkers were the problem. Fact checkers rule that false left bias. That was the name of the game.

Zuckerberg sat down with Trump in November, blah, blah, blah. And a lot of these these wealthy dudes, they're giving money to Donald Trump. But you see, this is the appeal to authority. Excuse me, bias. Let me keep playing this clip. And why are Republicans in general so eager to end the idea of fact checking? What are they trying to share? What is the motivation for not wanting it?

OK, well, you framed him as questions. So I'll I'll explain to you, Joy Reid. How about when you said you claimed that Trump's transition to power was the most violent in U.S. history? I'm pretty sure that's wrong. The Civil War has a question for you. The ascension of like, I don't know, Ulysses S. Grant or like the killing of Abraham Lincoln.

We had the council in 1876, which determined who would be the president by like committee approval because they were terrified of another civil war breaking out. Then, of course, you had like the civil rights movement. And of course, you you had the weather underground. Yeah, come on. JFK died. How about the most violent tradition of power was just LBJ when the other president was murdered? Yeah.

This is the problem with quote unquote fact checking. You're liars. You're not really fact checking. You're making up BS. One of the most famous instances is that Snopes waited seven years to fact check that Donald Trump did not call neo-Nazis and white supremacists very fine people. He never did. But the whole time, this was a lie. And so now we're dealing with these people like Joy Reid going on TV and saying Trump's a convicted felon.

You know, the issue here is that's the game they play. Joy reads like you don't like fact checkers. You must be sharing misinformation. If you're stupid and you don't read into it and you're not looking, that's that's what they're doing to manipulate you.

Because if I it's like when Antifa says, oh, we're not fascist because our name is anti-fascist. And it's like, yeah. And you go around mercilessly beating people in firebombing buildings to get your way. You're authoritarians. You have a lot in common with fascists. Oh, that's stupid. We're anti-fascist. That's the game they're playing. So, Joy, it's no surprise your network is dying and you take a major pay cut. So how about we round off this segment by gloating over Joy Reid being a liar?

Or just really dumb? Or why not both? And this story from Yahoo. MSNBC host Rule and Reed taking pay cuts. Take a look at this. I don't know, Reed and Rule. Stephanie Rule, she gets paid $2 million a year. And Joy Reed gets $3 million a year. We've got to put an end to this industry, my friends. As Michael Malice likes to say, something to the effect of, the battle rages on until people will...

judge corporate the corporate press the same way they do tobacco executives. And I'm paraphrasing. I don't have exact quote, but I agree. We need to look at people like Joy Reid and Stephanie Rule and say they are scumbags. They are liars. And their intention is not to inform you of what's going on in the world. It's to trick and manipulate. Now, it may just be that they're both very stupid, but I don't think so. You know, people want to make fun of Donald Trump and call him an idiot. I'm like, you don't get to this position by being a moron.

So they're going to whinge and they're going to cry about Mark Zuckerberg and all of that. But you know what? All that matters is we are winning. And despite the fact this is not a swing in the direction of the right, it's neutrality. Neutrality. Well, OK, it is a swing back to the right only in that they're so far left. It's going to the center. But the pendulum stopping there from here, it's going to be up to us to push, push the culture.

And make sure that we drown out these liars. I'll leave it there. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all in the next segment. The first thing I want to ask all you guys is, you know, you clicked the video so you know what it's about. Comment below and tell me which side of the story you believe. The headline is Black American Airlines passenger kicked off a first class flight after white man claimed she was racist. I don't believe it.

I just don't believe it. I'm sorry. Here's the story, and we'll break this down. A black woman has claimed she was kicked off her first class flight after a white passenger accused her of being racist. The passenger named Erica explained in a series of TikTok videos posted on December 29th that she and her partner were booted off the American Airlines flight. The couple had boarded their flight from Chicago to Austin, Texas, which had already been delayed for three hours and sat down in their first class seats when the altercation began. Quote,

When I got on the flight, I put my backpack under my front seat and the flight attendant asked me to move my backpack. I said, that's fine. I can put it above me if there's any more space up there. Erica said she tried to adjust the bags in the overhead compartment when the white man sitting next to her yelled, do not touch my bag. Do not touch my stuff. I said, okay, I'm sorry. My bad. I could put my bag somewhere else, even though this is right above my seat.

The flight attendant offered to help Erica put her bag in another compartment, but she was concerned about the bag, which contains some of her valuable items. Now, I largely don't care about the goings on of whatever that is. The question is, are these airlines catering to a white man complaining about a black person being a racist? I'm sorry, dude, I literally just don't believe that's true. OK, I'm going to I'm going to throw to this story from CNN Travel.

American Airlines settles discrimination lawsuit filed by three black men. This is from December. It's just last month. OK, apparently these guys were thrown off a plane because someone complained about their body odor and they said it was racist. Ah, here we go. You guys remember that story where that Ph.D. woman said that smells were oppression or something like if someone is stinky, you must tolerate it.

They say the men were on a flight from Phoenix to JFK in New York on January 5th when they were asked to deboard after a flight attendant complained about a body odor without any valid reason based solely on their race. According to the original complaint, the men filed a lawsuit on May 29th in the Eastern District of New York.

So my point is this. If you get three dudes who may or may not have been stinky and they get thrown off, sue American Airlines for racial discrimination. Then we hear a story that American Airlines kicked a black woman off for being racist to a white man. I'm just not going to believe it. That being said, I know the left is going to be like, you see, this is what's happening after Trump wins. White people claim that they're being racist against them. And then you get this guy. They post his picture.

And what does that reply says? We're missing a lot of context here. Indeed, we are. Take a look at this. Let me play the clip. You can hear what this woman has to say. And they just kept saying, oh, it's a race. Oh, it's a race. The flight attendant said verbatim, this is a race thing. And I said, that's is that not racist? Is that not against the law? Can I not get Chicago PD involved? And they were like, you don't have to call the cops. You don't have to do anything. And I said, my brother's a Chicago police officer.

Can I not get the Chicago PD involved? My brother is a Chicago police. And then she stopped because I got a feeling like he's not really an officer, you know, because it's a game that people play where they'll be like, you know, my brother works the police department. And then it turns out he's like a janitor or something. And he technically does work with the police department. But take a look at this. There's another video and then we'll go back. And let me see if it's this one. Oh, they're going to know it's not that one.

Where's the other video? Maybe I got to refresh it. Because there's a video where she's basically harassing the guy. Like, she's trying to film his face, and he's like, just stop filming me. So the funny thing is, the story, what seems to be more likely, is she might have actually been racist. Like, I got to be honest. What are the odds that this woman was going on the plane, she claims she never talked to the guy, and that's fair. I'm not trying to accuse her of anything. I'm just saying, let's entertain the possibilities.

And when she was moving his bag, she says she called him a cracker or something. I'm not saying she did. From her demeanor, it doesn't really seem like she's all that agitated or anything like this. But maybe, because if you're going to make me believe that American Airlines has just flipped completely to the point where they're defending the racial, the ethnicity of white people, I'm sorry. I'm just not buying it. Where's that other? They have another video, but I think they've—oh, here we go. Check this out. But make up stuff about what? Absolutely not. Absolutely not.

Now you want to know why she got kicked off the plane. What could have possibly happened that made this happen? Okay. No, because we didn't do anything to be kicked off of the plane. Well, you pulled out your camera and started filming people on a plane. We never got onto anyone or did anything. So what is that? Why would that even happen? Who is they? Who is they, though? You know what's going to happen? And the reason why I think this is worth talking about. It's kind of not worth talking about, to be completely honest, because things like this, they happen.

But this video has gone massively viral. They say a black woman said she was kicked off her first class flight after a passenger accused her of being racist. They're going to say we'll scroll down a little bit. I don't know anyone on here. And I'm a MacBook, iPads in my backpack. First class. I played over. I paid over a thousand dollars for these tickets. He yelled at the people that worked on the plane and told them that he felt threatened and that he felt uncomfortable because I did not want my bag to be right above him. Yeah, I really just don't believe that. OK, but the left is going to argue this is Trump's America.

And this is one of the reasons why videos like this are probably going to start going viral. They're going to claim that we're now living in a white supremacist state and that people are being oppressed. But let me tell you about American Airlines, my friends. Let me tell you, I was in line to board on an AA flight sitting in first class. And this elderly couple walks in front of me.

Because here's what happens for a lot of these snooty people who fly first class. Usually not, but it happens. I always get in line like 20 minutes before boarding or like 15, 20 minutes before boarding. And I'm always flying first class. Not just because I'm buying the tickets because I get status because I've had a credit card with AA for a long time.

And I've got like a million miles from all the companies I worked for and all the travel I did. So I've got the executive platinum, right? I'm always boarding with first, whether I sit in the back or I don't. But I usually, I'm always sitting first class because you get free upgrades, right? And we use miles to do this stuff. So I'm in the front of the line. And this old couple walks in front of me and just stands in front of me. And I'm like, okay, maybe they're pre-boarding. I'm not a confrontational guy. I'm not going to get in a fight with anybody over this. I don't care. They announce pre-boarding. Old couple doesn't move.

They then announced group one boarding. Couple doesn't move. And I say, excuse me. And I walk past the old lady loses it. And I scan my ticket and I'm walking down the jet bridge. And she, I don't want to say she runs because I'm like walking, but she speed walks up and then shoves me from behind in full view of like the employees. And then I'm like, excuse me, like this lady attacked me, dude. And the flight attendants told me I would be removed from the flight.

And I could talk with the police and file my police report after they leave. And I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like you saw this lady attack me. I'm boarding this flight. She attacked me. She shoves me. And you're like, we don't care. And I said, OK, so what happens if this lady loses it while we're in flight? And they were like, that's your problem. So if you get this lady claiming that she was thrown off and they're accusing her of being racist towards a white guy,

I'm like, she must have done something that warranted getting thrown off. And I don't believe it's that she was racist towards a white guy. He said that it was a race thing and he felt threatened because he is white and I'm black. And then I mentioned something racist towards him, although I never spoke to him or even said anything out loud other than I didn't want my bag to be next to people. How much you want to bet she muttered something racist? Listen.

I'm not here to accuse her of any wrongdoing because I don't know her and I don't know the situations. But yeah, the first thing I'll say is, why is this a story? And why on her TikTok does she have 363,000 likes, 18,000 comments, and about 9,000 shares? Because they're going to play up this Trump's, you know, the Trump era narrative of, oh, all of a sudden, you know, white people this, white people that. When in reality...

I'm going to be biased here. I'm going to be biased here. I think there's a strong possibility. Well, let me say this. The first thing is she seems rather calm. So I don't necessarily think she did anything wrong. I don't know. But based on what I've seen from a lot of BLM activists and people who would try and play this card, how much you want to bet that she did say something racist? Because for the longest time, they kept saying you can only be racist if you're white.

And so you get one of these, you know, BLM activists going around and they're going to be calling someone a cracker or some other name. And then they're like, it's not racist. It may be prejudicial, they'll say, but it's not racism. And you're like, OK, like it literally doesn't matter. The 1964 Civil Rights Act does not say you can disparage people based on race so long as you're not white. So I think there's a strong possibility whoever she was with actually did say something. And the guy was like, dude, not cool. But I kind of don't believe it.

Because it just seems like not... I don't know, man. She's whipping out her camera and just filming the guy. And they're probably like, dude, you need to get off. You need to leave. Like, we're not dealing with this. This is like the woke strikes back. We're going to see a bunch of these victimization videos. I got my straight again. I don't know nothing about this lady. I don't know what she did or didn't do. I'm not trying to accuse her or anything. I'm just saying, don't be surprised if now that the woke stuff is on the back burner, these people are going to basically pull...

It reminds me of that episode of Frasier, if you ever watched it, where Frasier is getting sued and then Nigel, his brother, goes up to the guy and, you know, says something to him. The guy pokes his chest and then Nigel goes, whoa, and falls over countersuit. And they're like, we all saw you touch him and he fell.

We're going to see a lot of this, like, what do they do in soccer? They get nudged and they go, ah, and they fall down and start screaming. We're going to see so much of this. Call them hoax, hate crimes, I guess. But I think we're going to see a lot of this. I don't know, man. Admittedly, all of the news today is wildfires. And I wanted to talk about something more social. And as much as I think this video largely does not matter all that much, shockingly, it does have 9,000 shares and 363,000 likes.

So clearly, people care about this video for some reason or another. I guess people want to just escape the torturous reality of the Democrats' failure in California. But I'd give you something else. We'll talk more about the wildfires coming up on TimCast IRL. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thanks for hanging out, and we'll see you all in the next segment.
