Between Israel, Iran, now the United States and Russia, it is escalating, my friends. And the Daily Mail is reporting that Putin has stepped in, issuing a terrifying warning to Donald Trump after he gave Iran a threat, surrender or die. Wow.
That's a heavy headline. OK, let's slow down a little bit. Trump said, quote, unconditional surrender, which is a strange thing to say when you're not at war with the country. Who are they surrendering to Israel? Now, there's fears that with this threat, Donald Trump is preparing military action and we are seeing the U.S. mobilize assets into the region. And what CNN has reported is gearing up to militaristically intervene.
The Ayatollah has said we will never surrender. And of course, the Daily Mail has this shocking front page story. All right, let's slow down. It's not Putin issuing this warning. And the warning isn't a threat of an escalation of war. The warning is if the U.S. does intervene in the region, it's going to destabilize everything.
So it's not necessarily that, well, first of all, it's not Vladimir Putin saying to Donald Trump, if you do this, I will come after you. No, no, no. It's a foreign minister saying, if you do this, you will completely destabilize the region and the implications are as such. This will result in greater war. Now, we've got reports that China is circumventing the sanctions on Iran and shipping some kind of materials into Iran through freighters.
We are now seeing the escalation and the BRICS nations may very well be trying to get behind Iran in some fashion. We don't know for sure, but we'll start here with this story. Russia warns Trump against bombing Iran and Ayatollah vows to never surrender. Russia warned the U.S. against even thinking about supporting Israel's attacks on Iran. That's hyperbole.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday that direct U.S. military assistance to Israel could radically destabilize the situation in the Middle East. Ryabkov said Russia's sanctions, I'm sorry, Russia cautions the U.S. against applying such assistance to Israel as the ministry warned Israeli strikes on nuclear facilities had pushed the region millimeters away from catastrophe.
The remarks came as the Ayatollah Khomeini issued a chilling threat to the U.S., warning that any U.S. military intervention will undoubtedly be accompanied by irreparable damage. This nation will not surrender to anyone in the face of imposition. The stark warning came as U.S. officials indicated that Iran has 24 to 48 hours to surrender to
and save itself from American intervention as President Trump considers joining Israel's war. Now, my question is, surrender to who? Who declared war? Surrender what? Serious question. What we are witnessing right now is Israeli airstrikes in Iran.
Now, Israel does not have bunker busters. They do not have ordinance that will reach the deep underground military bases where Iran is producing fissile nuclear material. So what are they suggesting? Iran blow up their own nuclear plant because surrender would be stop launching missiles, I guess.
They're going to say White House officials said the next two days will be critical in determining whether Washington and Tehran can find a diplomatic solution to the burgeoning crisis in the Middle East. Trump posted on Truth Social yesterday that he knew where Iran's supreme leader, Ali Hosseini Khamenei, is hiding, but would not launch a strike yet. He then added unconditional surrender.
However, Khomeini stated Iran will never surrender and U.S. intervention will be met with irreparable damage. Welcome to the rock and the hard place, my friends. The U.S. cannot take out Khomeini. I mean, they physically could. We could turn the whole region to glass. That would be mutually assured destruction. If the U.S. were to take out Khomeini, the government would collapse into chaos and civil war and certainly collapse.
This may mean that there's no nuclear weapon in Iran, but it means that whatever weapons they got will go chaotic. But put it this way. There's a guy standing in front of you and he's got 15 guns on him. And you know who he is. And you're kind of worried he's nuts, but he ain't doing nothing yet. And he's going to pick up a bazooka. And you're like, hey, man, don't pick that one up.
Now, the issue is without Khomeini in command, in control of Iran, all these weapons that they have that are currently under the control of this government will spread out. You will get the biggest civil war we've seen in this planet in a very long time. You will get ISIS times 10. These extremist Islamists will take the weapons. They'll start spreading across the region and it will be bedlam. That's why Khomeini's saying I surrender and do it. He's calling the ISIS bluff.
He says, without me, this whole 90 million people, it's going to collapse. Sure, you can try and go in and engage in regime change. It's not possible. I'm going to say this. You know, the biggest fear that most of us have, regime change, interventionary conflict.
We are sick of the United States saying we're going to invade a nation, remove its government, and put in a new government. You ain't doing that in Iran. That's not going to happen. We are not talking about Iraq and Afghanistan. We are talking about a mountainous 90 million person nation. And you go in there and you remove the government from Tehran and you're going to split the country in half and you are going to get 20 different factions and you will be at war forever. The best bet the U.S. has is surrender.
The question that is, will Khomeini recognize this? Honestly, I think he has. That's why I say no. Do it. You won't get what you want. In fact, you'll only make it worse. And that's the risk, I suppose. What does the U.S. hope to get out of all of this? Maybe Trump calls bluff and say, sure, we'll destabilize the region and you will be dead. And that's war, my friends. A game of chicken. And who is going to back down?
Yesterday, Trump had called for the unconditional surrender and threatened the Ayatollah. The New York Times says the decision to launch a full on attack on Iran would be in the gray area between the president's powers as commander in chief and the Constitution's mandate that only Congress can declare war. You want to get around all this because they're scumbags, by the way.
Congress should be declaring war. Trump should not be able to deploy military assets without an authorization for use of military force. That's not a war declaration. I'm saying you want to put military assets in the region. You need an AUMF. You want to actually strike Iran. You need a declaration of war.
Now, there's some nuance there. If Trump gets an authorization for use of military force to deploy U.S. armed forces, say, to the Strait of Hormuz, we're likely going to get attacked. Then Congress says, we've been attacked. Oh, heavens, we have to declare war. Then Trump gets his war. I get that. Either way, Congress has to be the one to say the United States is going to war. It's not going to happen, though. I guarantee what's going to happen. Well, I'm sorry, I shouldn't say guarantee.
In the event we get drawn into a protracted military conflict, what is likely going to happen is that U.S. assets and personnel will be attacked by Iran or Iranian backed forces, which has already been happening for years, by the way. And then Trump's going to say, we will not allow rogue actors and terrorist states to kill our people. And then you're going to get intervention.
Trump's not going to be a Joe Biden. He will not accept being a Joe Biden. And if American troops lose their lives, Trump will retaliate. And that's what they want. Now, I don't know if there's actually a plan for how you invade and capture a nation of 90 million people. Mountainous, nonetheless. How are you getting the troops in there? It is a mountainous nation. Moving troops. This is why it's been so hard for the U.S. to control America.
You know, look, the liberal, I shouldn't say the U.S., I should say the liberal economic order has tried desperately to control the region for a long time. With other nations, they go and they remove the person in charge, gone. Or they bribe them. Iran won't take it because there is an ideological extremism. What's fascinating is the goal and the reason why, in my opinion, the left pushes degeneracy and hedonism, it's easy to control. You tell a person of strong moral conviction,
We want control of your nation. And they say, no, you're an infidel or you're blasphemer, whatever it may be. They will not let you guide their people down a moral path. The conservatives in this country are a great example. Driven by a moral worldview and a sense of divine mandate, they are not going to accept this hedonistic degeneracy. Some do. They go to you and they say, we will trigger your dopamine. We will give you pleasures beyond human comprehension. Take it.
It's temptation. Then what happens? You got a world leader and he says, all I want is beautiful women, lots of money, and I want everyone to love me. And they say, OK, we can make that happen. Do as we say. Build your nation out as we say. Take the loans we give you. And these world leaders sit back and they say, I'm rich forever. And they bask in their hedonistic degeneracy. And their nation is then sold off to the IMF. They are now beholden to liberal economic order. That's the easy way.
However, some people might say it is my divine duty to protect my people and lead a righteous, moral nation. And they say, take the money, take the money and let us control your country. And they say no, because you're hedonistic degenerates and you're going to cause harm to my people. So they say next step. That's the that's the strategy. They try and bribe you. If that don't work, they try and remove you from office. If that don't work, then there's an intervention. It's the final straw.
Now, the U.S. has tried regime change in a variety of ways. Strangling a nation through sanctions is the first attempt at regime change. They're hoping that people revolt, put in a new government and say, just play ball. All we want is good food and clean living. We don't need this ideological war. Iran ain't having it. They ain't having it. So now the international, the liberal economic order says, then we need to remove this system of governance. How do you do it?
If you do, the nation devolves in a civil war and the region erupts. The bigger fear that is, if Iran is just chaos, where does China move in? Where does Russia move in? Because a nation that large, the U.S. may try and occupy certain territories, but like East and West Germany, you're going to have Russia and China on one side being like, we're taking this. The U.S. says we're taking this. And then you've got Cold War II, which technically you never leave a Cold War. We've been it for some time. The fear right now is...
Not that there's an explicit threat from the BRICS nations to get involved, but an implicit one. If the region destabilizes, you can expect Russia, China, and I know, you know, people are like Brazil, really South Africa, maybe not, but Russia and China, they will make moves and this could bubble up into something massive. There's a lot that's going to happen today. Trump was supposed to give an emergency address. They announced this last night and then he canceled.
Or maybe it was never going to happen. Who knows? The fog of war is thick, my friends. So we will sit back and wait and see. But I just say this. It's hard to know what's actually going on. It's hard to know what the right answer is. If you do not want us militaristically involved, it is important now more than ever that you speak up and get on social media. You share videos like this. You share whatever you can because Trump is listening.

Tucker Carlson is right about his questions. Now, by all means, there's a debate to be had over whether or not we get involved if it is true. Iran is developing a nuclear weapon. Now, Tulsi Gabbard came out several months ago saying that I believe the statement was we talked about the other day with Jack Posobiec. There is no intelligence that they are building a nuclear weapon. However, they are enriching uranium greater than they would need to if they were just going for nuclear power.
Now, many people who are anti-intervention and don't want to be involved with Iran are saying this is definitive. They're not making a weapon. While others have been a bit more new on saying, no, it's that we didn't know at the time. Now, Trump has basically smacked down Tulsi and Tucker, saying he doesn't care what Tulsi said. Then he made fun of Tucker for not having a TV show. Oh, boy.
Made fun of Tucker for not having a TV show. And Tucker Carlson now has 20 plus million views. So we did play a little bit in the beginning, but I do want to play the full thing and I want to comment on it. So this is a preview. It's one minute long of an exchange between Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz. Listen to this in its entirety for those that missed it. How many people live around, by the way? I don't know the population at all. No, I don't know the population. You don't know the population of the country you seek to topple? No.
How many people live in Iran? 92 million. Okay. Yeah. How could you not know that? I don't sit around memorizing population tables. Well, it's kind of relevant because you're calling for the overthrow of the government. Why is it relevant whether it's 90 million or 80 million or 100 million? Why is that relevant? Well, because if you don't know anything about the country— I didn't say I don't know anything about the country. Okay, what's the ethnic mix of Iran?
They are Persians and predominantly Shia. Okay, this is cute. You don't know anything about Iran. Okay, I am not the Tucker Carlson expert on Iran. You're a senator who's calling for the overthrow of the government and you don't know anything about the country. No, you don't know anything about the country. You're the one who claims they're not trying to murder Donald Trump.
No, I'm not saying that. You're the one who can't figure out if it was a good idea to kill General Soleimani and you said it was bad. You don't believe they're trying to murder Trump. Yes, I do. Because you're not calling for military strikes against them in retaliation. And if you really believe that. We're carrying out military strikes today. You said Israel was. Right. With our help.
I said we. Israel is leading them, but we're supporting them. Well, you're breaking news here because the U.S. government last night denied, the National Security Council spokesman Alex Pfeiffer denied on behalf of Trump that we were acting on Israel's behalf in any offensive capacity at all. We're not bombing them. Israel's bombing them. You just said we were. We are supporting Israel. This is high stakes. You're a senator. If you're saying the United States government is at war with Iran right now, people are listening. Okay.
That's important. This is all very, very, very important. Now, I got a lot to say on this, but let's grab the news from Newsweek. Ted Cruz hits out at Tucker Carlson after interview moment goes viral. Ted Cruz has accused him of trying to play a silly game after an interview segment regarding Iran went viral on X, racking up over 14 million. It's now over 21 million views. So Donald Trump
When he said maybe Tucker should get back on the TV and people will listen to him. Holy crap. You know, I got to say this to Trump. First, I like the guy. I like the job he's doing. But I got to say.
That was a weak dig, a weak dig. Maybe, maybe if he gets on TV. Why? Because the key demo ratings for Fox News are 300,000. I mean, that's not bad relative to a lot of YouTubers. But for cable TV, Tucker just did 21.4 million views on this massively viral clip.
This is the medium by which thoughts are shared. And Tucker, I got some criticism, but Tucker just advocated against intervention better than we've seen anybody else just by posting on X. But let's talk about this conflict, my friends. Now, Ted Cruz has made other statements. We've got this in the Examiner. Ted Cruz sees Iranian nuclear hit on U.S. electric grid. Millions killed. This is from yesterday as well.
But first, and we'll get to that, let's address what Tucker is saying here. I will say this. Let's do a compliment sandwich. Okay, you guys know what that is? Tucker saying immediately you don't know anything about the country is a little heavy. And, you know, someone tweeted at me saying, this is classic Tim Pool move. This is what he does. He asks you fact questions until you can't answer it and then attacks your knowledge gap. Well, I mean, that's technically the truth. My point is...
We I've done this several times as it pertains to Ukraine, and I got this wrong last night. I thought I miss I got it wrong when I thought Mariupol was actually an oblast and city. It's just a city. So that was my bad. I don't know everything. My point is I'll be debating somebody. And, you know, I just recently had a debate with someone and I said, OK.
You know, like Russia basically won at this point. The fact that Ukraine is bombing internally in Russia shows they're not trying to advance the war front. They're trying to create internal pressure on Russia, which is an insurgent tactic, not a battlefield tactic. That indicates that Russia has effectively secured the land bridge into Crimea. They argue with me and say that's not correct because Russia wants everything. And I say, what are you talking about? They invaded through the east of the Donbass.
And then something happens where somebody says something like they're not holding the Donbass or whatever. And I'm like, they are. What do you think the Donbass is? And ultimately it turns into this. Can you name the oblasts in Ukraine that Russia has captured? And they can't. And I'm like, OK, can you name a single oblast in Ukraine? And they can't, which is nuts because it's basically just the names of cities that
Like there's a Kiev and a Lviv oblast and there's a Zaporizhia and Donetsk. And it's crazy that I even know these are basically states. It's like I know about the regional jurisdictions of Ukraine because Russia wants to capture this. Now, here's the point. I don't want to get into Ukraine on this. My point is. And then I said, if you can't even name a single oblast that has been captured by Russia, what are you arguing about?
You don't even know what Russia is trying to accomplish to argue that I'm wrong. So it's not so much that I'm trying to just exploit a knowledge gap. I'm saying my argument is X. You tell me my argument is wrong, but have zero information to refute it. What Tucker is doing is slightly different. Tucker is saying how many people live in Iran? And then Ted Cruz says, I don't know.
This is funny. Tucker says, you don't even know anything about the country, which is hyperbolic. Okay. It's, it's a bit over just because I know the population doesn't mean there's no, there's no anything in Ted. Obviously it takes, it obviously takes issue with that. Cruz goes, what does it matter if it's 80, 90 or a hundred million as if to imply, and it's clever politician move.
He didn't know. He just assumed it was between 80 and 100 million. No, he said he didn't know because he didn't know if it was 20 million, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70. Now, Tucker is correct to point this out, albeit a little heavy handed.
The reason this matters is if you're a senator and you're saying we should remove that government, 92 million people, you will create one of the largest refugee crises we've seen in 100, 200 years, potentially one of the largest mass migrations of human beings on the planet in history. You will create one of the worst civil wars this planet has ever seen. That's why you ask about population size. And then it's funny. He's like, what's the ethnic makeup?
And Cruz is like, it's mostly Persian. And he was 1%. And then Ted just goes off. And I think that's a little unfair because it looked like Ted was about to answer. But I got to be honest, if you asked me about this, like minutiae trivia on the ethnic makeup of Iran, it's like it's patronizing, you know, although to be fair, you've got one of two moves, Ted Cruz. You guys remember the Aleppo moment when, uh,
It was Gary Johnson was asked about how he would handle Aleppo. And he goes, and what is Aleppo? And the interviewer was like, you're kidding. Yo, you want to be president of the United States and you don't know about the civil war in Syria, destabilizing the region at a city that's getting wiped out, Aleppo? Now, Trump would have handled that masterfully because he's a salesman.
So the interview would say, what would you do as president about Aleppo? Trump wouldn't go. I don't know what that is. Trump would say, listen, listen, everybody wants to know about Aleppo. But I'm telling you, Americans care about jobs. First and foremost, our priority would be jobs. We'll deal with Aleppo when we can. But jobs matter more. And then Trump would coax context out of the interviewer as to what he's talking about.
Trump could even say something like, what do you expect me to do about something like Aleppo? What would what would you expect Obama to do about it? And then they might say, well, we have we have contemplating troops on the ground. And now Trump has to see Trump does not navigate these things. Ted Cruz, he had one or two options. He could have played something like there's a direct fact question. And Ted Cruz could have played the don't patronize me.
How dare you? We are not here for 21 questions. We are here to talk about a nation that may be destabilized. And I'm not going to sit here and be quizzed as if I'm on a game show over the minute details of the population, etc., etc., and could have played it off better. I got one for you. Ted, you know what you should have done? The moment he asked a question you couldn't answer, you should have went, oof.
I'm sorry, Ted. I'm sorry, Tucker. Can I use your bathroom? Then you get up and say, I'm sorry, I'm just feeling, is it okay? I've got to go. When you've got to go, you've got to go. You know what I mean? And then you go to the bathroom, you pop your phone, and you Google all the facts. Then you come back out and say, sorry, where were we? Continue. And then you know everything. You see, there's tricks you could do. I'm half kidding, by the way.
I do think Tucker was a little heavy handed, but I think it's fair to point out this senator who wants to be involved in a war couldn't answer a basic question of population size, which is important. The examiner says Ted Cruz sees Iranian nuclear hit on U.S. electrical grid. What? Ted Cruz is raising concerns that a nuclear armed Iran could easily kill millions of Americans with a surprise attack on the electrical grid. One of a handful of worries the Pentagon has recently focused on.
I've seen the projections. An EMP that took down the electrical grid could result in over overtime at millions of deaths in America. A congressional EMP commission has warned those in the attack zone would die within a year from a lack of food, health care and chaos. OK, here's my real fear. Not that Iran launches a nuclear missile, but that they create small, dirty bombs and low yield explosive devices that will emit an EMP that can irradiate areas like a dirty bomb. And they give it to a bunch of wackaloons.
These wackaloons in the region start ruining everything. I mean, like the land will be will be irradiated for decades. That's terrifying. I don't know that the U.S. has justified our involvement. Israel's begging for it. They're flying billboards and banners. And Ted Cruz just gave a masterclass on how you actually stop and break sentiment for intervention. What I can't say is this.
Tucker certainly is tremendously influential. And if Tucker's goal is to prevent the U.S. from getting involved in a war, it doesn't matter his tactics. It matters that he won. Now, we're hearing that this interview is the whole thing's like this. It's going to be coming out later today. It might already be. I'm not sure because we record these a little bit early. But the rumors are the whole interview is like this. So we'll see. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, everyone.
Maybe you've got a second cousin. You know, you never see him. You barely met him. But you can text. Say, hey, you should watch Tim Kast. Follow me on X and Instagram at Tim Kast. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all in the next segment.
In a landmark ruling, the Supreme Court has upheld Tennessee's ban on transgender procedures for minors. This could have national reverberations. Now, it does seem right now, this is a narrow ruling, meaning it will largely just affect Tennessee, but it opens the door for any other state to ban child sex change surgeries and medical treatment. And I believe ultimately this may end up
with a nationwide ban on child mutilation. Now, of course, the usual suspects are screaming out saying you're denying health care to children.
But there are lines and there are limits. It would seem that the end result of the far left's argument is that anyone can be anything and any kind of surgery or medical intervention is health care for that person. I got news for you. If an individual thinks they're a cat, surgically attaching cat ears to their head is not medical treatment. You are a human male or female.
Now, some people may be intersex, but that is the narrow band by which the left is trying to argue that any child can be surgically altered, sterilized or mutilated. It's an insanity and an absurdity. And I feel for these kids. People need to understand. And I think most parents do. Kids are impressionable. They don't know they're looking to adults for guidance. So how do you end up with this epidemic of trans children?
I think there's a handful of reasons. I do think it's fair to say that endocrine disruptors in our foods because of plastics and pesticides probably play a role. I think there's a psychological component, a social component. But I really do think a lot of it is that when a kid is growing up,
Five years old, has no idea what's going on. It's simple enough when a parent says, you're not a boy, you're a girl. And the little kid goes, if that's what a girl is, their wires are getting crossed by a diluted Munchausen syndrome by proxy epidemic. Let me read the news, however, and we'll show you where we're currently at. SCOTUS rules on state ban on gender transgen treatments for minors in landmark case. They say, at issue in the case of United States v. Scrimeti,
Was whether Tennessee's Senate Bill one, which prohibits all medical treatments intended to allow a minor to identify with or live as a purportedly identity inconsistent with the minor sex or to treat purported discomfort or distress from a discordance between the minor sex and a certain identity violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. It doesn't. And you're insane to make that argument because it means that a doctor would also have to cut off someone's hand if they said my hand is foreign. I need medical treatment.
Writing for the majority, Chief Justice John Roberts said the law in question is not subject to heightened scrutiny because it does not classify on any basis that warranted heightened review.
This case carries with it the weight of fierce scientific and policy debates about the safety and efficacy and propriety of medical treatments in an evolving field. The voices in these debates raise sincere concerns. The implications for all are profound. I wish we had a Supreme Court that wasn't a bunch of wackaloons. But this is the problem. They appoint people to the Supreme Court based on their...
track record in courts already. These people have a rigid law based view of the world, not a common sense one. Now, I'm sure maybe you talk to John Roberts or any one of these other justices, except the liberal ones, the conservative ones, and say, don't you think it's just plum nuts outside of any other ridiculous argument made by anybody to take a child, convince the child they're the opposite sex and then give them surgery? They'll probably say yes.
Then when it comes to law, they're like, interesting point being made by the left about how kids need to have their balls chopped off. And it's like, yeah, dude, you are not making scientific arguments on this one. There's a common sense argument. We need judges who are going to be like, I don't need to hear an argument. You're not doing this. Goodbye. We're the Supreme Court. Have a nice day. I suppose the concern is they want to be letter of the law. But what ends up happening here is you get crackpot policies like
This one I've been harping on for seven years now. New York says gender expression, gender identity is defined as your self-expression and you can't be discriminated against based on the clothing you wear, the name you use. That means you can call yourself Volsiferon Herald of the Winter Mists and dress up in a wolf fur suit and get a job at Starbucks. Now, of course, the lawyers that I talked to on this, I called three different law offices asking about this.
I said, what if I went to Starbucks, applied for a job and shut up on day one in a full fursuit saying my name was Volsiferon, Herald of the Winter Mist, and I must be addressed by my full name. What would they do? And they said, you'd get fired. They tell you not to do that. And I said, but why? New York state and city law, excuse me, say outright, I can wear whatever I want and you can't discriminate against me.
anything I want, the clothing I choose to wear. It even specified if it was female or male-coded clothing. So what happens if you're a guy and you wear a bikini? And they say, you can't wear that, but this is how I identify with being female, wearing a bikini. And they're going to be like, you're in New York at work. Nobody can wear bikinis. And I said, okay, if you dressed up in a fursuit, it's not lewd, it's not obscene. What's the question? They told me
You can go ahead and sue, but you'll get laughed out of the courtroom. I said, you'll get laughed out by the judge. The judge will throw you out. Yep. Okay. Therein lies the politics of all policy. When a judge can say, I think it is hilarious that a person wears weird clothing based on my personal opinion. What's to stop a judge from saying, hey, you're a man in a dress. That's ridiculous. Get out of my courtroom.
I asked this question. They told me everybody understands the purpose of the law. And what they're really saying is that what is written in codified doesn't matter. It matters what a judge thinks. In that regard, could we get some conservative judges who are just like, me thinks this is nuts. Goodbye. We don't. Now, we have this in The New York Times. They have some updates and some statements from the plaintiffs in the case. They say, let's grab the updates here.
Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative legal group that has advocated for laws restricting gender transition for minors, applauded the ruling. The court's decision affirms that states are free to protect children from the greatest medical scandal in generations. And that's exactly what states like Tennessee have done. Here comes the cascade. One by one, more states are going to start banning this outright.
Lawyers who challenged Tennessee law on behalf of three trans teenagers and a Memphis-based provider condemned the ruling as a blow to the rights of transgender people across Tennessee and the country. This ruling creates a class of people who politicians believe deserve health care and a class of people who do not.
Said Lucas Cameron Vaughn, a senior staff attorney at the ACLU of Tennessee. These people are psychopaths. Imagine if Tennessee passed a law saying if you suffer from pica, another DSM-5 mental disorder, and you want to eat crayons, it's healthcare to let you eat crayons. That's not protecting someone's rights. It's silly. Chopping off healthy body parts and giving drugs to kids is not healthcare. It's not healthcare.
There's no argument, not one. Suicidality is not an argument. There are many, many things that may lead to suicidality. And let's clarify. Suicidality is thoughts of suicide, not the act of. There's a difference. So let's say someone suffers from, I don't know, alcoholism. And they're like, I just want to drink it. And you go, well, I guess we have to affirm their alcoholism. Otherwise, they'll be depressed.
How does that make sense? What if someone's bulimic and they say, if I don't throw up, I will be depressed? No, none of that counts. Sometimes real health care is telling the person no, and we will lock you up if you try to hurt yourself. How about that? We got more. We got more.
Jonathan Scrimetti, the Tennessee attorney, hailed the ruling as a victory for common sense. Today's landmark decision recognizes that the Constitution lets us fulfill society's highest calling, protecting our kids. It's simple, my friends. This was passed by the legislature in Tennessee. I'm surprised Supreme Court, I'm surprised it even got here. Supreme Court probably had to uphold it because the lower courts were like, yeah, we're gonna let you do it. Like block the law. The people elect representatives who pass these laws. That's it.
And now here we are. I want to give you an example of what I think the transgender phenomenon is. Here's a subreddit called Reality Shifting. Yeah, Reality Shifting. What is that? It's people who believe they can shift their consciousness to another plane of existence. Uh-huh. Let me just try this again. They think imagination is an actual physical reality and they are possessing the body of themselves in that reality.
Theory, you were a shifter before. Hello, everyone. How are they? Today, I came to share a theory that personally motivated me a lot when I heard it. The series says that you were a shifter before and you had so many experiences in different amazing worlds and different thousands of lives and things that you got bored and decided to come to this reality. Has anyone got headaches after trying to shift? You know, at that moment, you're almost ready for the permanent shift. What does that mean?
They have terminology, CR. I don't know what that means. I think current reality. They have DR, which means desired reality. And I only started looking this up last night when we were talking about the Mandela effect. I finally gave up on shifting, but I can't help but wonder. Wake up. Just wake up, people. Can I just go to sleep and expect to shift like I intend to shift before I sleep? It's called dreaming. It's okay to shift where I... Is it okay to shift where I get into a good college? Oh, man.
Let me see. Mall world expanded to dream world. As much as I want to shift, I feel scared. Advice with shifting. Let's see. What else is how real is Loa? Let's see what I got. Did I do shift or was it placebo? Did I shift? Help, please. What just happened to me? If you die in your desired reality, what happens? It says I've based my script off a story I wrote.
I have a disease that affects my lungs. Now, if I die from this disease, will I just come back to this reality? You know what they say? They say yes. Look at this. Where is it? Yes, you will shift back. Same with current reality. If you die here, you will automatically transfer to another. Consciousness never dies. There's also one in here where they were like, I want to shift into a video game. So here's what's happening. It's not a very big community, but there's enough people. They're posting about this even an hour ago.
This is the same as the trans phenomenon, in my opinion. People go online and are told things and adopt these views of reality, which are insane and detached from reality. It's not so much that someone's suffering from a misfiring neuron, a chemical imbalance. It is the standard process wiring of the human mind. People go online.
They are told and affirmed you can shift realities. I'm not kidding. These people genuinely believe or they're lying, but there are people who believe you can close your eyes, concentrate, and just like in the show The OA, you'll teleport into another reality where everything's slightly different. What they believe is that it's hard to jump to realities with massive changes because the timelines are so divergent, a jump is too far. But you can jump to one that's really close.
Yeah, sure. Whatever. Mental health check. This is just one example of online communities that will reinforce a I'll be a firm, a delusional, paranoid state.
And people actually start to believe they can do it. In fact, the New York Times talked about how people genuinely believe that chat GPT is God right now. Now, imagine if we started to legislate reality shifting because enough people said it was real. And they said, you have to provide the mechanisms by which people will reality shift. It's health care. And they started putting people in induced comas.
so that their consciousness could attach in a dreamwalking state. That would be insane. No different. The internet is frying people's brains. Will we survive? I don't know. We'll see. I think AI is going to make everyone go nuts, but we will see. I'm going to wrap it there, my friends. Stay tuned. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know we got more coming up today. Follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast, and we'll see you all in the next segment.
New York mayoral candidate Brad Lander arrested for assaulting ICE agents yesterday. You may be saying, I saw the clip. I saw the clip, but new information is coming out. Apparently, he was aiding and abetting illegal immigrants. That's what they're reporting.
And then we have the story of Alex Padilla. I call him Padilla because I think it's funny. But everyone got mad. They're like, Tim, don't you know how to speak Spanish? Okay, I get it. It's Padilla. He cried. Okay, he basically cried on the Senate floor because he was briefly detained. And the New York Times is now running the story along with Axios. The mugshots, the arrests of Democrat officials under the Trump administration. That's right, ladies and gentlemen, Donald Trump and his clackies.
They're rounding up Democrats, arresting them. This is fascism. Never mind when Democrats did the exact same thing to Trump, his lawyers, etc. What we're getting from all of this is Democrats have chosen a hill to die on. They are going to fight for illegal immigrants because it gets attention on social media. I suppose they were all told that no, no press is bad press. And I got news for all of you. That's actually not true.
People like to say this. There's no such thing as bad press. There is.
I will keep from being crude, but let's just say, you know, slug a woman in the middle of Times Square and see how the press works out for you. There are worse things to be done. But if Brad Lander went out there and just clocked a lady in the face in the middle of Times Square for no reason, yeah, his career would be over. There is such a thing as bad press. And this, this is bad press. But as we can see with the stunt by Brad Lander, comptroller who wants to be mayor, he knows the game, right?
Liberals are people who are driven by TV.
Not by facts, not by stats, by how they feel. That means, well, that explains why they protest in large numbers. The reason why you see Democrats going out and marching through the street is because that's what motivates these people. If an individual on the left sees a video of a thousand people marching around and they're told, quote, the whole world is watching and, quote, you're on the wrong side of history, they genuinely believe this is the popular majority.
That's why Brad Lander engages in this stunt, even if it means he's going to get arrested. Now, out of this, it's interesting. Elad Eliyahu, correspondent for Timcast, was on the ground and filmed the detaining of an illegal immigrant. And it's really weird. The men aren't wearing badges. Some are saying the whole thing was staged. Well, I can tell you on our part, we didn't stage anything. Elad was there at a courthouse. He filmed a lot of this goings on.
And then he explained to us they actually let this woman bang on the door and cry where they were holding this guy to stage a video. It's very strange. So, yeah, for some reason, they are staging these videos for the press. I wonder why.
Now, what we're getting out of the story is basically we know exactly what the plan for the Democrats is going to be moving forward. Stunts that make no sense, probably get arrested on purpose, claim Trump is a fascist. And, you know, we'll see where we go from there. My friends, before we get into all of that, we got an awesome sponsor. It is Tax Network USA. Shout out.

Let's read from the New York Times. Brad Lander is arrested by ICE agents at immigration courthouse. Take a look at that photo. There are a lot of funny photos here, mind you, but here's just one of them. Brad Lander, the New York City comptroller, was detained on Tuesday by federal agents inside an immigration courthouse.
They say Mr. Lander, a Democrat, was observing proceedings at the city's main immigration courthouse at 26 Federal Plaza where an increasing number of migrants who appear for court have been arrested in recent weeks by immigration and customs enforcement agents. A spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security said,
Later said that Mr. Lander had assaulted and impeded a law enforcement officer, though as of Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Lander had not been formally charged. Videos taken by reporters at the courthouse show Mr. Lander standing by a migrant man in the hallway of the 12th floor when several men in plain clothes who appear to be law enforcement, some wearing masks, push past a crowd in the hallway to arrest the migrant. Let's take a look.
Show me the judicial warrant.
He repeatedly asked the agents whether they had a judicial warrant and refused to let the migrant go. I'm going to pause real quick. They don't need one.
They don't need one. And he's engaging in a stunt. Let me just tell you, literally anybody who walks into a group of cops, federal or otherwise, and then impedes an arrest physically, you're getting arrested. You don't have authority to arrest U.S. citizens.
You don't have the authority to arrest U.S. citizens. Interesting statement. Now they're cheering for him as he walks out smiling. And that was the point. And look, there's Governor Hochul. Now, let me just stress this.
ICE can arrest U.S. citizens. They just can't arrest U.S. citizens for immigration issues because that would never apply. So it's the stupidest thing to say. It's like telling the Secret Service, you can't arrest me because I'm not counterfeiting. And it's like, bro, the Secret Service can arrest you. They can arrest you. They're cops. Here you go. He was released. You can hear the clicking of the cameras. Charges have been dropped. What a scam. But you know what? The man got what he wanted.
He is getting tons of attention in the press, and that was the point. Mr. Lander repeatedly asked the agents whether they have a judicial warrant, refusing to let go, saying, I will let go when you show me the judicial warrant. Agents can be seen trying to pry Mr. Lander away. They ultimately separate him from the man, push him against the wall by the elevators, and place handcuffs on him. You don't have the authority to arrest U.S. citizens. I'm not obstructing. I'm standing right here in the hallway. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Silly games.
I can't believe the Trump administration dropped the charges or the DHS or whoever did. Are you kidding me? Why are they allowing people to do this? Of course, we also have the story of Alex Padilla. And I know it's Padilla. It's so cringe when people are like, Tim, you're pronouncing it wrong. Intentionally. I was forced to the ground, first on my knees and then flat on my chest. And as I was handcuffed and marched down a hallway.
These people are psychotic. *laughs*
Your time really confused me. I'm not going to lie. And now we've got whatever this Love Island thing is. But anyway, Padilla's crying. I hope this never happens to you. Where are they taking me? My dude, you stormed your way into a DHS meeting ranting and then you were pulled out. Why did he do it? For this reason. For this reason. It is a scam, my friends. It is one big scam. Look at this guy. Here we go. Issuing a statement.
Oh, we got to get the audio rolling. Here we go. First, I got to say about who two of the agents were, because this was kind of remarkable in itself. Like, the arresting officer is a Pakistani Muslim who lives in Brighton Beach, and the second officer is an Indo-Guyanese immigrant who lives in South Ozone Park in Queens. Both immigrants, both, you know, so...
And immigrant New Yorkers, whoever they are, have a lot of the same issues. And some of that is affordable housing. And some of that is knowing that Donald Trump is coming for New York City and we need elected officials who will stand up. Well, but right. But what do you. This is the name of the game, my friends. The Democrats get it. Conservatives kind of get it. But it actually really is simple. And it's true for me. It's true for you. It's true for anybody. I'm gonna let you guys in on a secret.
Maybe you're out there wondering how do you get started in podcasting? You respect, you revere, you look up to prominent personalities and say, I want to do what they do. I want my opinion heard. It's real easy. Go to a college with a camera and a microphone and start debating college students. Not kidding. Ben Shapiro explode onto the scene when he was doing these college tours and debating, not necessarily full debates, but when they would ask questions and then, you know, he would destroy them with logic and facts.
Charlie Kirk, much the same. He does the TPSA college tours where he's at the table and he's debating people as they come up. And these kids don't know anything. These videos go massively viral. My point is Democrats get the game. The game is the attention economy. This guy's now on MSNBC to all 10 viewers of MSNBC. Sure. I mean, you know, probably 80,000 in the key demo could be millions in the voting demographic of 70 plus that matters in election.
Won't matter in 10 years, but for the time being, Brad knows it. You now know his name. He is the second highest trending subject matter on Google, I kid you not, in the country. All because he fought with cops. That's why it is disturbing that the DHS let him go. They need to make an example of him. Do not fight cops to generate attention on social media. But you know what? Nobody is willing to enforce the law
or to hold anyone accountable. And the same is true for YouTube and all these other platforms. How many times have y'all seen somebody, some kid will pull some insane stunt where, how about this? There's a dude on YouTube who got in the face of a guy in a mall not too far away from here in Loudoun County. He got shot. YouTube knows this guy's intentionally causing problems to get attention. They love it.
I can rag on skateboarders. Skateboarders intentionally fight security guards because they know the videos go viral. It's disgusting. And social media just says, man, we'll let it happen. Now, that's fine. It's a question of the private sector. But why would DHS allow this guy to exploit law enforcement, fight ICE to generate attention and get away with it?
This guy should be locked up for assaulting an officer. Give him a few months. That's what you get for assaulting an officer. Make him go through the process. Maybe the argument is the juice ain't worth the squeeze because it'll just help him win. Hey, this guy's unhinged, lacks charisma, and would not be a good mayor. Let him have it. But this is the reality of where we currently live, my friends.
Now, the other news, this guy was seen aiding illegal immigrants to avoid ice at the courthouse prior to his arrest. It was a stunt. It was a stunt. The dude is allowing criminal illegal aliens to escape aiding and abetting criminals because he wants to be seen on camera doing it. You know what this means for it? You know, you know, I see fear.
I think we are going to see a dramatic escalation in these tactics from the far left. It won't be long until a mayor, mayoral candidate, firebombs a building. And you think I'm joking. I'm not. Go back 10 years. Go back 10 years and tell someone the New York mayoral candidate will intentionally fight federal law enforcement officers.
In an effort to generate attention to try and win an election. They're going to say, what? Fighting cops to win an election. Are you nuts? You fight with cops, you're going to lose. Not anymore. The political divide in this country is as such. And if you want your name to be known, this is what Democrats are doing. Be it Padilla or Lander. Padilla storms his way into, I think they probably have images of it.
He storms his way, look at this, into a DHS press conference. So I want to say thank you to every single person that has been able to do this. Sir, sir, hands up, hands up. I'm Senator Alex Padilla. I have questions for the secretary because the fact of the matter is a half a dozen violent criminals that you're rotating on your, on your,
Is he saying hands up? Like is Padilla saying that?
And he's resisting arrest. Why aren't they charging these people? It's a game. It's a game. And the Trump administration is unwilling to actually take the steps that need to be done. If you want to play with matches, you get burned. Padilla, he wants this. Fine. Give it to him. Stop playing games. What you're telling Democrats when you let them go and they do this is that they can fight cops, resist arrest, and there will be no law enforcement. And you know what happens then?
If a mayoral candidate and a senator can do it, why not me? And you're going to end up seeing criminals. And guess what? Guess what's next? They'll be they'll be facing prosecution and they're going to get up there and they're going to say, here's Padilla, a senator, and he resisted arrest and they did not charge him. Why are senators getting special treatment? But I am getting charged and the jury's going to say, yep, and they're going to let him go.
There was a story out of Jersey where a woman got pulled over. She was from PA. She had a legal firearm, but it was not legal in Jersey. She was going to Atlantic City and she gets arrested. The cop says, you can't have a gun. What a scumbag cop. Some like old lady. He could have said, ma'am, turn around right now. Go across the bridge. Put your gun at home. You can't bring it into Jersey. Instead, he said, you're under arrest. Felony charge. Well, it turns out there was some some athlete there.
who had something similar happen, and they dropped the charges because he was a famous athlete, so they worked a deal. And then the lawyer for this woman basically said, we are going to go to the press, and we are going to talk about how you guys cut sweetheart deals for celebrities but go after little old ladies. So they dropped it, and they said, okay, we're not doing that. That's what's going to happen next because Trump's DOJ is unwilling to make the moves. Now, this is DHS. They could charge Padilla.
for resisting arrest, and they should.
They won't do it. I am sick of Republicans, man. This is my biggest problem with Republicans for the past 10 years. Before that, there were other issues I had with Republicans. But they are spineless jellyfish. They want to censure Al Green. Remember this? Al Green wiggling his cane at Donald Trump. They kicked him out. They said, we're going to censure you in Congress. What happens? All the Democrats, when Al Green is voted to be censured and he's supposed to come to the center of the well to face censure, where they basically are just going to wiggle their finger at him.
What happens? The Democrats obstruct the proceeding, come to the center and start singing songs. And what does Mike Johnson do? Nothing. They're spineless. Things are going to change in this country. They are going to change in the next 10 or 20 years because the Gen Xer and the like the Gen X and older demographic are unwilling to be fair. The Democrat side, they're willing. They are willing and able.
But I tell you this, when younger people, mid to younger millennials and Gen Z start getting into office, I think we're going to start to see serious action. Because one thing that we've noticed is the younger generation demands action. You grow up watching things like this, stunts, where they fight cops and get away with it. And we're supposed to just be told it's allowed when they do it. Me, I don't play that game.
I wouldn't play that game. I don't even care. You want to play chicken, I'll play chicken. But this is probably why people like me aren't in government. Because the government disgusting machine wouldn't allow for it, I suppose. But I long for it, I guess. I know what everyone's going to say. If you want to fix the problems, you've got to do it yourself. If you want change, you've got to do it yourself. Sure.
If I was in the DOJ, this guy would be behind bars right now. And I'd be advocating that he be remanded to custody without bond. And I would say to the judge, listen, we cannot tolerate U.S. politicians fighting police, setting a standard that anyone who wants to storm into a government building for a press conference screaming and then fighting cops would get away with it. What message do we send to the American people that you can fight a cop and not be charged?
What message do we send when we say we will not prosecute our own? Don't give him the opportunity to make this worse. He can go to jail without bail. And that that that means it means two days before he gets a hearing. And then they're going to say plead guilty, whatever. They won't do it.
They won't do it. They drop the charges against Lander. There's no charges against Padilla as far as I can tell. They don't do it. Meanwhile, what do you think Democrats are doing from The New York Times? Images of handcuffed Democrats start to pile up in Trump's crackdown. They don't play Democrats. You know, look right now, they may be nuts and they may be routed. And maybe the argument is if we keep up this current strategy, they will dwindle.
I suppose the fear is if you actually charge, arrest and remand these individuals, it's going to rally the Democrats. They're going to freak out. Counterargument. Even if you don't charge them, even if you do, the narrative is the same. Take a look from The New York Times. Federal agents have arrested a growing number of the party's elected officials, fueling liberal outrage and conservative accusations that Democrats are carrying out publicity stunts. They literally are.
Why is Brad Lander linking arms with a random guy? Makes no sense. A United States senator forced to the floor and handcuffed by federal agents for interrupting a news conference. A mayor taken into custody by masked officials in military-style fatigues. Political candidate pushed against a wall and handcuffed in a dispute in an immigration courthouse. With tensions rising over President Trump's mass deportation, a mayor taken into custody by masked officials,
As Democrats struggle to push back against the admin, federal agents have arrested or clashed with a growing number of the party's elected officials. This executive authority, especially the Department of Homeland Security, is running out of control, says Senator Tina Smith. Do the members of Congress need security details to defend themselves from the executive branch? God, I hope not. Indeed. Here's the New York Times from August 25th, 23. A Trump mugshot for history. The former president's booking photo is unprecedented, and that's just the beginning of its significance.
You're going to write about how Democrats were rounding up and locking up Trump administration officials. I guess not. When Republicans are being locked up in mass, hunted down across the country, the New York Times just says, but they're bad guys.
When Trump arrests and releases Democrats, Trump is still the bad guy. Stop pandering to the opinion of the New York Times. These people broke the law. I expect criminal charges. I just want the law to be upheld. Is that too much to ask for of this current administration? We are sick of watching Democrats break the law and get away with it.
And even the Trump DOJ doesn't have the balls to charge a man who fought and assaulted cops. It's pathetic. I am sick of this. Give me an opportunity. I'm going to go talk to anybody I can. And I'm going to make this my principal issue. Are you kidding me, dude? Padilla fights his way, physically resisting arrest. And then he cries about it and they release him.
And Brad Lander obstructs ICE enforcement, assaults officers, and they release him with no charges. Talk about spineless, pathetic BS. The next generation of populist right, they are going to be no holds barred aggressive. We are done with this game. Now, the left can cry fascist all they want. I literally don't care. The law is the law. Now, don't get me wrong.
Sometimes we give people a slap on the wrist. I get it. Listen, a couple of protesters blocking a street is annoying. We arrest them and they're going to get court supervision. That's the tolerance we have within the law. Sometimes there are laws that are bad and they shouldn't be upheld. And we start to walk away from those. But in this instance, we are dealing with the thin line, resisting arrest and fighting cops. And if we allow Democrats to do this, guess what happens next? Their activists are going to do it.
They're going to cite this and say it's selective enforcement and the juries that are chosen are going to let them go. Now, I do want to show you one more video. This is a video from the courtroom. Elad Eliyahu filmed it and it's his ICE agents arresting a guy.
Now I'll pause here. The accusation is that this is a staged video. And I think it is. I do.
Now, apparently, Elad said this guy in the black is a fan of the show and they are ICE agents. However, none of them are wearing badges and they're wearing masks. They're in street clothes. They're grabbing a random guy. I don't believe it. Not to mention, apparently, Elad said this woman is also illegal and they didn't arrest her. And watch this. What is this? What is this?
They are letting this woman, allegedly an illegal immigrant, bang on the door where they're holding the guy and cry. They're allowing this to be staged. This is staged. Everybody filming. Notice the door actually opens. Check this out. The door opens. Someone behind the door is holding it because it is open. They're not!
This is propaganda for Democrats to show a crying woman so they can get people angry. And it's very strange. Now, I'll tell you, a lot. Eliahu works for us. He filmed this. He didn't partake in any staging. He was there filming at the courthouse. I believe these men that are there intentionally did this to stage a scene knowing there would be cameras. They're trying to create propaganda. I don't believe it for two seconds.
I don't know what to tell you, my friends. What I can say is I am sick and tired of watching Democrats break the law and get away with it. And because Trump has done nothing, it's going to continue to get worse.
Now, we're about to be joined by Senator Rand Paul to discuss the goings on of the Israel-Iran conflict, the big, beautiful bill and many other topics. But I think Iran, of course, being the big issue. So that will be for those that are watching the prerecorded version of this.
