Donald Trump's big, beautiful bill is passed in the Senate and everybody's kind of unhappy with it. But I do think it's extremely important that it passes because this thing is going to fund CBP, ICE, etc. I'm finding the memes to be oh so funny with alligator Alcatraz. People are like, oh, no, they're literally building concentration camps.

I think it's funny because they're like basically saying any prison or detention ever for any reason is a concentration camp, which makes sense when you think about how Democrats are just releasing criminals. But I digress. Today's the big day. Will Donald Trump's big, beautiful bill pass the House? And I'm going to go ahead and make a big bet on no. Chip Roy says no. Thomas Massey says no. That's two outs. So they're just going to be at the threshold if they get every single person.

Remaining in the GOP to vote yes. Presumably all Democrats are going to vote no on this. Now we've got some major developments. Of course, a story from yesterday. Marjorie Taylor Greene says she can't imagine it will pass. But there is, my friends, a poison pill in this bill injected in the Senate, which I think will make sure it fails. And that is, we talked about it a little bit last night, the gaming provision.

It says that wagering losses can only be 90% of total losses. I think this was injected into the bill intentionally to stop it from passing. And I believe that will be the case. And I think that what we're going to see is a whole lot of hemming and hawing and excuses as to why they are really going to block this bill.

Let me put it simply, my friends, aside from the fact Trump cannot lose a single vote in the House right now because Massey and Chip Roy are out. You are going to have basically any Republican who is in any way receiving money from the gaming industry or in a gaming district outright voting against this. And we've already seen as of this morning, the mayor of Las Vegas has come out saying the bill is bad.

because of Medicaid cuts and Medicare. Well, that'll be the excuse. But to put it simply, for those that didn't see the show yesterday, and I know a lot of conservatives don't care because they hate gambling, and I actually don't disagree to a large extent, we don't talk about

My friends, this will end fantasy sports. It will end professional poker. It's going to end in it is going to massively disrupt and could potentially destroy casual recreational gambling. Now, I know many conservatives are cheering and I've seen the comments. They're saying gambling is degenerate anyway. Well, there's two responses in the immediate fair point. Um,

I think gambling within reason is absolutely fine. Like straight up gambling, like craps. It's fun. Games of chance can be exciting and exhilarating. And the problem is the abuse of. I think alcohol is also degenerate. But everybody's like, Tim, stop. Don't you dare condemn my beer. Well, I think alcohol is. You're literally ingesting poison, which inhibits protein synthesis and weakens your body and lowers testosterone. I said it.

Now, but I don't care if you drink. I just think alcoholism is the problem. I don't care if you game. I think the problem is the exploitation, abuse and addiction and all of those things. But this bill could effectively end that. Now, fine, whatever. I don't care.

We will talk a lot about it. I've got the news and I'll show you what it means. But the big play here is this makes the bill unpassable. I mean, if it passes, I will be shocked. I will be absolutely shocked. And maybe this isn't the immediate reason, but I'm going to show you a list of members of Congress. And if any one of these guys or ladies votes no, I'm going to go ahead and assume it's because Vegas said, holy crap, it's the end of an industry.

Gaming is $172 billion per year. They are telling you that you can only deduct 90% of your losses. That means if you are going to, we had Ryan Adams, okay, just at the Hollywood Casino last week. Say you're, I'm going to go to Hollywood Casino to see Ryan Adams. The reason they do shows at casinos, you come and you watch the show, maybe you play a hand or two of blackjack for $100, $200, whatever.

Now, Blackjack's a 50-50 game. It's not really. It's like 49-51. I think it's actually 49.5, 50.5. Like, the house has the edge, right? But it's effectively, as far as you can tell, a 50-50 game if you play right. You're going to win half, lose half. Okay, so what does that mean? It means that if you're hanging out at a casino and you bet a couple hundred bucks, you're probably going to walk away having wagered a couple hundred bucks and having won a couple hundred bucks on average. You break even, if you're lucky. Or...

You play until you lose. I got good news for you. Actually, it's really bad news. If this bill passes, you can't write off 10% of the money you've wagered. So again, for recreational gamblers, I think many people who bet a couple hundred bucks probably aren't going to write down anything anyway.

But anything over $1,200 is tracked, at least on digital games. What this ultimately means is, at least on paper, let's do this. Instead of making an argument where it's like you can lie on your taxes, we get it, people do it all the time, whatever, don't, but people do. If you actually were to itemize your winnings against your losses,

you would have zero dollars and owe the government taxes on 10% of whatever you spent at a casino. Or not even a casino, we're talking about fantasy football. Let's get into it. And I'm going to stress this again. By all means, comment as often as you want right now saying gambling is degenerate. Please fill up the feed, comment 5,000 times. Actually, yeah, do it. Write a whole treatise on why gambling is degenerate.

I welcome it. The issue here is I this is a poison pill. This is such a nuclear bomb.

to the gaming industry, to fantasy sports, to poker, that I think you're already seeing major influential individuals in professional gambling. You've got a bunch of prominent YouTubers. You've got a bunch of prominent poker players, fantasy sports companies already reaching out saying, kill the bill. That was the point. When you look at, I think this is masterfully crafted. Okay.

Here's the NBC sports story. Senate's version of the Big Beautiful Bill may have an ugly side for gamblers. They say the so-called Big Beautiful Bill may lead to an ugly outcome for gamblers. They mentioned that apparently deductions to gambling winnings under the Senate's version of the bill will be limited to 90% of losses, which means if you have $100,000 in winnings against $100,000 in losses, for tax purposes, your losses are $90,000, meaning the government considers you to have made losses

$10,000. Now here's what matters. Let me pull this up. What is the tax rate on gambling winnings? Because it's taxed differently. It's called like a W2G, I think. It's not the same as income tax. So even if you're poor, it is 24% W2G. That's it. It was previously 28%. Now it is 24%.

Uh, okay. So, uh, flat rate withholding of 24%. If you make $15,000 a year and you pour AF you're, you're, you're, you're paying, I think Z, I think what do you pay like zero? What are the U S tax? I think it's zero. So if you make like 20,000 a year between like 10,000 and 20,000, it's like 11%, unless you want a hundred bucks at a casino, you owe $24 on that a hundred dollars.

So, yeah, up to 11.6, you're paying nothing. So here's where this is masterfully done. Masterfully done. And what I mean is I believe that what we're actually seeing here is intentionally putting something in the bill that people won't understand that guarantees the bill gets destroyed the moment anybody notices it. So here it is in the bill, page 263.

It says, in general, for purposes of losses from wagering transactions, the amount allowed as deducted for any taxable year shall be equal to 90% of the amount of such losses during that taxable year and shall be allowed only to the extent of the gains from such transactions during a taxable year. For purposes of paragraph one, the term losses from wagering transactions include any deduction otherwise allowable under this chapter. What does that mean? If you are a casual recreational player, you can't deduct expenses incurred from gambling.

you can't deduct your losses. So that means that if you fly to Vegas, you can't deduct that. That's vacation. You're gaming for fun. But if you go to Vegas and you're there for a weekend and you end up wagering, guys, this is what people do not understand. This is a nuclear bomb. Okay, let me tell y'all.

You go to Vegas and you say, I'm going to bet only $100. Okay, because I'm going to go see, I don't know, maybe you want to see Katy Perry before they fire her. She got like one show left or something. I think she actually already fired. Anyway, so you go, you say, I'm going to play a hundred bucks. You put it down on the blackjack table and you bet 50 and you lose. And you go, ah, all right, well, let's do 50 more. And you win. You win. You have a hundred dollars. You're like, hey, I still got my a hundred bucks. Let's play some more. I didn't win anything.

You do that a handful of times. And let's just say you bet $15 and lose, doesn't win. You lose twice, you win twice. And you know what? After a full day of playing, you still have $100. And you're like, that's really great. Look, I broke even. I got to play for several hours. Uh-oh.

Were you tracking those wins and losses? Because every wager you make is racking up. What that means is most people are looking at this bill and saying, who's going to spend $100,000 at a casino? Nobody. But if you gamble $10, 10 times, you wagered $100. So that means you could literally have only $10 to your name.

Go to a casino and put $10 on blackjack and win $10 and lose, win, lose, win, lose. And after 100 times, the IRS says you have 1,000 in losses and 1,000 in wins, despite the fact you only ever had 10 or $20. Then you are going to owe on $100 in taxes. Okay. The point being.

I know, again, because every time I brought this up yesterday, people were like, gambling, blah, blah. The point is, it destroys Las Vegas. There's no way they can vote on this. Take a look at this from r slash Vegas on Reddit.

The big, beautiful bill provisioned against the gamblings. Wonder what casino execs are saying now. I think I might have the post. Check this out. The mayor of Las Vegas came out this morning as predicted yesterday. And of course, she's saying it's a very bad bill. She's saying it's bad because of Medicare and Medicaid. Are you kidding? You're the mayor of Las Vegas. OK, to be fair, the actual city where all the gambling is, is paradise. That's it's paradise in Nevada, not Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a different city. People don't know that.

But anyway, we get it. Vegas typically means the whole area and all the hospitality around it gonna get nuked. So you've got a bunch of people basically writing up what this really means. Check this out. One person writes, it applies to all gambling, right? Am I missing something or does this completely eviscerate someone only has a small margin of profit on massive volume? All of these people are missing the big picture. Fantasy sports gone. Fantasy sports. Fantasy sports is a $25 billion a year industry.

Again, tell me that you think it's you hate it and you're laughing. Gambling is bad. OK, the point is, this is a poison pill. This bill ain't going to pass. So let's get into it. We got Mark Amaday, rep from Nevada. I don't know where he's going to end up. He's a Republican. But his biggest industry for contributions from 23 to 24 was casinos and gambling. Duh. He's in Nevada. It's a gaming state. OK, seventy six thousand seven hundred dollars. That was the biggest industry. So, you know,

Maybe the guy's going to vote for it, but they can't lose one vote. I we've got this the Congressional Gaming Caucus.

This is actually the 116th Congress. So like Kinzinger is obviously not there anymore. But there's a big you can see this district map of the Congressional Gaming Caucus. You've got all of Nevada. You've got Arizona. You've got parts of Colorado. You've got looks. Is that is that New York? Yeah, New York. You've got Maryland. It looks like Delaware and parts of Ohio, as well as Mississippi and Louisiana.

Because these are gaming areas. People like playing their games. In the end, all I see from this is they have intentionally put something in the bill that people would not notice, would not understand, and can't pass. If it does, not only is it a tax increase, a tremendous tax increase on a $172 billion per year industry, which is insane.

It is going to. So among those who work in the industry, we're talking about professional sports betting, professional fantasy sports, even amateur and recreational. They're all saying they're going offshore where it's not going to be regulated. The tax revenue will dry up and all of that revenue is going to leave. Check this out. Let's go to this map. The first thing I say is of all of these reps and all these districts, first of all, the Democrats are already knows anyways, doesn't matter. All it takes is one Republican to

to break for any reason, I will not be surprised if especially Mark Amaday breaks and says, you know what? The Medicaid, Medicare, we can't we can't vote for it. I believe I'll say it again. They added this to the bill because people would not understand it in the Senate. It wouldn't get debated. It would pass. And then once it passes, you get the fireball, the explosion.

Top poker pros, some of the biggest, most influential channels. People need to understand this too. Poker, I say this all the time, it's not gambling. You're going to get a bunch of poker pros who know better than I who say it is, but let me explain why there's a difference. So in social poker, like if you go to a casino and you play three-card poker at a table game, we call those carnival games, absolutely gambling. Texas Hold'em is a skill game. You can sit down at a table, they will give you cards, you spend no money.

You look at your cards. They're bad. You throw them into the muck. You've not spent a single penny. You can then get up and leave having spent no money, even though you were dealt a hand. Table games like three card poker and blackjack, you ante money first. Then they give you cards. That's gambling. Now, to be fair.

There are some social poker games that are not that have aunties but aren't gambling. And there is technically a forced bet one once per round. The point is poker is a skill game, much like many other card games with an element of chance in it. But most studies show that about 70 to 80 percent of the winning winning plays in poker are not the strongest dealt hand, meaning skill game.

The issue for this is the entire industry, which is a multibillion dollar industry. The world series of poker is going on is going to be nuked by this. Now, you may be saying, I don't care. Poker is gambling. It's degenerate. Again, say it. This is my point that people don't get. They're not understanding on on X. Poker is massive on YouTube. Poker is massive.

These channels default play their front page. It is a massively popular game that has been around for a thousand years. And now they are basically saying we are destroying it by making it impossible to effectively do anything. Let me just stress it once again. If you are a casual player that visits a casino only once or twice, every bet you make racks up your winnings or losses.

you could end up with negative money having lost and still owe taxes. It may be one of the only areas in tax law now, I don't know, I'm not a tax lawyer, where you lose money and owe the government money. So let's say your net worth is negative $30,000. You're sleeping outside covering your own boogers and filth. And they come to you and say, well,

But you can't deduct that. So that $10,000, you owe us 500 bucks in taxes. And you're like, I am homeless. I have no money. And they'll be like, well, you owe us tax money. And you're like, I have nothing. It is absolutely insane. So I digress. You get the point. NBC News, pro football, NBC Sports is talking about this. A lot of people out there like gaming. It's a major industry. I think it's bad. Let me wrap by saying this.

There are too many casinos. Gambling has gone way out of control. I am not a fan, and I think it's bad. I think it is bad, bad, bad. I think there's a distinction between games like Magic the Gathering and Texas Hold'em versus Blackjack. I don't care if they want to regulate them in whatever ways they do, so long as it makes sense. I'm not a big fan of all the regulation. I'm not a big fan of increasing taxes in general, but this is a poison pill meant to target something that people very much love and is growing.

Now, you may say, and because, you know, we had Amber Duke. I was like, good. Gambling's bad. I'm like, OK, well, Trump's bill is going to fail. And then we can't deal with the illegal immigration issue because they slipped in some stupid provision meant to target regular people. This is the point. I'm going to say it again. Shut down all the casinos. I don't give I don't I don't care. We've got like 12 casinos. I bring us up all the time. There's way too many. You've got three within within an hour drive of here. You got one.

I think all in all, from where I am, if you drive two hours, there's something like 10 casinos. Bad. I think it's got to be regulated. I think they shouldn't be allowed. I got no problem with keeping it in Vegas and Atlantic City. That being said.

It is growing in popularity. People like going to their sports book. Yo, the Maryland Live sports book, it's so much fun. You get a burger and chicken wings and you watch UFC. And then, you know, me, I bet like a hundred bucks on Sean Strickland and I lost it. And it's like, yeah, you know, it was fun to hang out with my friends and cross our fingers and root for him to win. Mega. A lot of people enjoy hanging out on the weekends, making a small wager. They are going to destroy this. The point is...

These people are going to be like, whoa, hold on. Like me and the boys, we're going to go to the sports book and we're going to hang out and watch football. Yep. Anyway, you get the point. You get the point. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it passes. But if it does, you're going to see a lot of really angry people. And I'll tell you what's going to happen. Come the midterms, they are going to go to every Republican. There's going to be commercials saying, you know, Rep so-and-so voted to ban, voted to end fantasy sports, a tax provision that would make it impossible to actually play.

It is going to be big. They're trying to target normies. So by all means, complain about the ethics and morals of gambling. I hear it nonstop. That's the point.

Conservatives are going to allow this poison pill. If it passes, it'll be weaponized against them. And or otherwise, you get at least one member of Congress to break from one of these gaming districts. Don't be surprised. I'll wrap it up there. Stay tuned. We got more coming up for you throughout the day. We'll be tracking the big, beautiful Bill in the house. Follow me on Instagram at Timcast. And we'll see you on the next segment.

A ban on rainbow crosswalks, and it's about time. The argument being that painting the streets is a distraction, and roads are only supposed to have markings to help us drive and be safe. So we got this story from PJ Media Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy bans rainbow crosswalks. Now there have been a spattering of stories across the country of young men going to jail or getting fined because they desecrated the woke symbolism.

That is, we got a story out of Atlanta where some kids ripped down some pride flags from a gay bar, which they stole. You shouldn't steal. Don't destroy other people's property. Come on. But then they were riding their scooters around on the pride crosswalk and then cut the flags up, and they're facing hate crime charges. You've also got stories out of the Pacific Northwest where some kids on scooters were doing wheelies. That's it. They were doing wheelies on the pride crosswalk. They got charged. Then, of course, in Florida,

This one intersection, there were a couple of instances of people doing burnouts as they drove through it, and they're getting charged for driving. Come on. Where I live, where I grew up, where you live, people do burnouts all the time. Sometimes it's an accident or whatever, but usually it's on purpose, and nobody goes to jail for it. What they're trying to do with these pride crosswalks, they are trying to create a protected religion in government. I mean it.

Sean Duffy says, nah, check this out from PJ Media. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy struck a blow at radical LGBTQ activism as Pride Month ended. Of course, we are now in MAGA month. Duffy sent a letter to all 50 state governors, the D.C. mayor and Puerto Rico's governor, a letter which she shared with the Daily Signal.

Trump's transportation secretary told the governors to work on removing distractions, including woke political symbols for modes and roads and intersections. In the letter, Duffy wrote roads are for safety, not political messages or artwork. Today, I'm calling on governors in every state to ensure that roadways, intersections and crosswalks are kept free of distractions. He added, quote, far too many Americans die each year to traffic fatalities to take our eye off the ball.

He assured the governors that the Transportation Department stands ready to help communities across the country make their roads safer and easier to navigate. Just this June, a Rhode Island man was reportedly arrested for leaving skid marks on a rainbow crosswalk. Hopefully, Duffy's new guidance will help the man as the case moves forward. I got a question, right? Like, what if you went to the hardware store and you got some paint because you're going to go paint your house and you're walking down the street, you know, just minding your own business and you trip and fall and the paint splatters everywhere.

Is that a crime? Like, what do you do? In most normal circumstances, if you dropped paint, you're not getting charged for it. People are just going to be like, ah, crap, we got a paint spill. Usually the paint just stays there. Nobody cares to go into the street to clean it up. My point is, why does it matter?

If someone puts a skid mark on the crosswalk, you are offending their political ideology. That's why they charge you. That's insane. It is crazy to me that they're like driving on the ground is illegal. You are allowed to only drive calmly and carefully over a rainbow. Duffy's letter. In fact, you know what I'd say? Duffy should instead declare that all rainbows painted on the streets are God's covenant that he will not flood the earth. Take the rainbow back.

I think that's why they did it, to be honest. The reason why the left adopted the rainbow symbol was to take it from Christians, because for those that are not familiar, and I'm not super well versed on this, but my general understanding is that the rainbow was a symbol of God's covenant to the earth. He will not flood it again. And then the left took it and said, no, it means you want to bang guys or, you know, something in that mix.

Duffy's letter is part of the effort to push the Federal Highway Administration's safe arterials for everyone through reliable operations and distraction-reducing strategies or Safe Roads Initiative. Silly.

Last year, 39,345 people died on our country's roads, which represented a decrease of 3.8 from 2023. But Duffy understandably labeled it an unacceptable number. No, I agree. I agree. The roads should be safe. We shouldn't have stupid distractions. You shouldn't be painting your weird symbols. But I'll tell you this. You know what I would accept? American flags for Mega Month. The Safe Roads National Initiative.

We'll focus on the non-freeway arterials within your state, including safety and operation at intersections and along segments consistent and recognizable traffic control devices, including crosswalk intersection markings and orderly use of right-of-way that kept free from distractions. We get it. We get it. So he wrote...

Duffy asked that within 60 days, each state's Department of Transportation will develop a list of arterial segments, including intersections with the highest safety, operational and compliance concerns that will be addressed by the end of the year 2026. He asked state departments to submit these lists to the Federal Highway Administration's office in each state, concluding with our shared goals of moving people and goods safely and efficiently.

We can make the expectation that all Americans make it home safely and on time a reality. Too many leftist cities have tried to turn roads into political statements about race and sex. Philadelphia, Hollywood, San Fran, Atlanta and Milwaukee are among cities that have put in pride rainbow crosswalks. It is excellent that Duffy is aiming to put a stop to it. Very interesting. Now, here's where it gets fun.

You guys may have seen that UPenn apologized to the ladies because they were letting a dude compete against the ladies. And now they are stripping William Thomas of all of his records. And I don't mean like record breaking. I think he might have broken some records, but all of like his results, gone. And that means that females, the actual female athletes are going to get ranked up. This happened because Donald Trump basically said,

That's a that's a nice hundred and seventy five million dollars you're getting from the federal government. Would be a shame if we took that away from you. And of course, UPenn prioritizes one hundred and seventy five million dollars over letting some dude swim with ladies or be naked in their locker room. Now, I think what largely happened was the Biden administration, the Democrats went to the universities and said, if you don't allow guys in the ladies room, we're going to take your money away. And they went, OK, fine.

Then Trump comes around and says, no, no, stop. Otherwise, we'll take your money away. I think that's a big component. But I do think a lot of these universities are overtly woke and probably love the fact that they're having dudes get naked in front of ladies in the ladies locker room. It's weird, whatever. So here's what I think happens with this Duffy thing. He puts out this memo and, you know, they say he bans rainbow crosswalks. Well, his letter just said, let's keep the road free from distractions. But the message is clear. This is the plan.

See, the game now is going to be he sends him this letter, says submit to us these things. And what's going to happen? The states that refuse to comply or don't address the rainbow crosswalks, he's going to say are in violation of the Safe Roads Initiative. And he's going to use it as justification to withhold federal funding for their transportation systems, infrastructure, highway bridges, et cetera. And the states are going to say we'd rather have the money than have our rainbows.

So I effectively I do believe this is effectively a ban on rainbow crosswalks. But it ain't just that. We saw over the past several years, like in New York, the Black Lives Matter thing they painted in the street and Trump didn't go after them. And I think that's that's ridiculous. So I want them to now. And I want to know why we're not getting the arrests. Now, of course, hold on, hold on.

The Trump admin did charge 324 people with defrauding the US government of some $15 billion. That's crazy. $15 billion spreaded amongst all those people? That's nuts.

And everything in between. So there were a lot of recipients of money that was defrauded of the government that got it legitimately, meaning some guy files a false Medicaid claim, but the money doesn't all go to him. It gets spread out through the service providers or whatever. The insurance companies, the administrators, they get their salaries paid by this. They're stealing money.

So we are seeing those arrests. But I'm talking about in New York where they had these cops protecting Black Lives Matter painted in the street. That's illegal. They stole taxpayer money to paint that in the street. Same thing with D.C. I want to see all of these people charged and arrested. Now, the left...

And the libertarians, they may as well be the same political party at this point. Libertarians are basically consistently advocating that we do not get accountability for what the Democrats have been doing for a decade. No, no, what they're doing is wrong. Okay, so we should charge them. Well, I don't know you can. We can. We can accuse them of doing wrong to subvert our country and destroy our roads.

no, we shouldn't do that. The libertarians, not all of them, but many of them may as well just be leftists. And many of them are. If you look at the libertarian conventions, you have a lot of woke libertarians. I mean, look at their candidates. The last two libertarian candidates were overtly woke. You had Joe Jorgensen.

who actually tweeted out, it's not enough to be not racist. You must be actively anti-racist, which is just a communist slogan. And then you got that other guy, Chase, what's his face? I don't even remember his name. And he was just a gay communist, but he was running on the libertarian ticket. So anyway, I digress. My point is, this is what we are dealing with the United States. We have to use the laws as they are written.

To create a functioning society. To maintain and stabilize our society. That means we shouldn't have rainbow crosswalks. Crosswalks are drawn under legal guidelines for specific reasons. And they're like, let's make them rainbows. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because now you're changing the legal structure of things. And we know why you're doing it. And you're trying to put people in jail for skid marking on your stupid rainbow crosswalk. This is a waste of time. And it is weird cult-like garbage. So let's go.

Donald Trump is one against the woke corporate press. CBS and Paramount agreed to pay Trump $16 million over Kamala's edited 60 Minutes interview because they knew what they did was wrong. And don't forget, my friends, Bernie Sanders appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast and said, don't sue. You shouldn't sue the press. They say fake things about me all the time. Oh, boy, I'm real excited to say all the nasty things about you, Bernie Sanders, because you said you wouldn't sue the media.

You can assume me. I got a lot of things to say about you, none of which are true, but I'm going to say it anyway, because by your logic, anybody should be allowed to falsely accuse people of anything. Here's a story from the Postmillennial. They say CBS's parent company Paramount has agreed to pay President Donald Trump a multimillion dollar settlement after CBS 60 Minutes was accused of deceptively editing an interview with then Vice President Kamala Harris to influence voters in the run up to the 2024 presidential election.

I just want to add, considering Bernie Sanders is working really hard to help Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and socialists, I, too, will engage in such behaviors because Bernie says it's OK. And I know he won't sue me. Right. According to Fox News, Trump will receive 16 million dollars up front. The money is expected to cover legal fees, case related expenses and potential contributions to Trump's future presidential library or charitable efforts at his discretion.

In addition to the cash settlement, the outlet reported that CBS is anticipated to allocate a significant sum, reportedly in the mid-eight-figure range, towards conservative-friendly public service announcements, advertisements, or similar messaging. Paramount Management has disputed this portion of the settlement. Cry more. The agreement also includes a sweeping editorial change known internally as the Trump Rule.

CBS will now be required to release full unedited transcripts of interviews with presidential candidates promptly going forward. Wow. Just the transcripts. They should have argued that the raw footage should be made available online. You can publish and broadcast a more succinct, you know, interview if you'd like, so long as it's not deceptive. And you're going to publish the full raw footage. That's what I'd like to see.

With this record settlement, President Donald J. Trump delivers another win for the American people as he once again holds the fake news media accountable for the wrongdoing and deceit, a spokesperson for Trump's legal team told Fox News. President Trump will always ensure that no one gets away with lying to the American people.

Trump originally sought $20 billion in damages in his suit, alleging that 60 Minutes had deceptively edited the 2024 interview with then vice president and presidential candidate Kamala Harris during an exchange where correspondent Bill Whitaker asked Harris why Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wasn't listening to the Biden admin.

In a preview aired on Face the Nation, Harris was shown giving a rambling word salad response. However, during the primetime special, CBS aired a more polished version of the same answer, sparking accusations the network edited the footage to make her look better. Why? The first clip they put out, they did not realize, presumably, that it would look so bad. And so when she was giving a rambling word salad answer and the Internet went nuts, the

Claiming that it was, you know, incoherent ramblings, they changed it after the fact, realizing it was hurting her politically. That's the argument. Raw transcripts and footage released by the FCC earlier this year confirmed both versions were part of the same response and that CBS had split the answer in two, broadcasting different portions in different programs. Yo, that's crazy.

Critics in Trump's legal team alleged the edit was deliberately misleading and amounted to election interference. CBS previously denied any wrongdoing and said it stood by its reporting. However, mounting pressure from federal investigators and a looming FCC probe prompted CBS to release the unedited transcript, which became a key piece of evidence in Trump's amended complaint.

Sources familiar with the matter say mediation was driven by concern with Paramount's executives and the company's pursues pursues as the company pursues a merger with Skydance Media. Sherry Redstone, Paramount's controlling shareholder, reportedly pushed for a resolution to avoid complications with the FCC, which has the authority to delay or block media mergers.

Paramount claimed the settlement is completely separate from the Skydance transaction. The CBS settlement does not include a statement of regret or any formal admission of journalistic wrongdoing. Paramount said in a statement, the settlement includes a release of all claims regarding any CBS reporting through the date of the settlement. Bill Owens left the network, their executive producer in April, claiming he no longer had editorial independence. Wow.

Despite the internal dissent, Paramount moved forward the settlement, which surpasses $15 million ABC paid to Trump last year to settle a separate defamation lawsuit involving anchor George Stephanopoulos. In that case, ABC also paid additional $1 million to cover his expenses. Now, hold on there, gosh darn minute. What's this?

Bernie Sanders spars with Joe Rogan over Trump's 60 Minutes lawsuit. The impact is clearly intimidation, the senator says. Senator Bernie Sanders raised the alarm about president's lawsuits against news organizations, including his $20 billion suit against CBS over a 60-minute segment on the latest episode of Joe Rogan. Now, this is from, I think, well, this is a month ago. Month ago. Oh, wait, this isn't a month ago. This is a week ago. This is a week ago. Oh, crap.

I got to say, I mean, one of the things and there's a lot of arguments about Trump that worries me very, very much is this movement towards authoritarianism and Trump going after media, suing media. Sanders said on the June 24th episode of The Juror. We're going to experience the Vermont senator cited Trump's 60 minute lawsuit, which Paramount and CBS have called meritless. Ah, we know now that he won.

Rogan, who endorsed Trump in 2024, asked Sanders about CBS case which involved alleged deceptive editing. Don't you think there's a real issue with what they did? Sanders said, no. Rogan pressed the issue. You don't think that there's a real issue in editing conversations to give someone an answer different than what they really answered? Joe, I've been on eight zillion shows right in my life, OK? Now, should I sue you if you ask me some stupid question that I don't like?

After Sanders cited the investigative reporting legacy of 60 Minutes, Rogan countered that CBS editing one of the Harris editing of the Harris interview to make it look more precise was not investigative journalism. If you ask her a question, she comes out with a rambling answer. It doesn't make sense. And you edit that out and insert another answer to a different question that seems more cogent. They say CBS did not insert another answer. No, no, no. They just spliced up what she said to make it look coherent.

Sanders told Rogan, you're walking down a dangerous path. Sue Igbedia has the impact of intimidating media. All right. You could be sued tomorrow. Right. Because you are doing this. You're too sympathetic to this. And Joe, you did that. And they have a big law firm behind them. And you're going to have to spend zillions of dollars defending yourself. You know what? Next time you do an interview, you say, maybe I'm not going to go in that area.

Senator continued, if I were to sue everybody who said things that were factually incorrect about me, I'd be suing people zillions of times. But Joe, what you're saying is, does media get it wrong sometimes? Absolutely. Should you have the most powerful person in America suing media? What is the impact of that? The impact is clearly intimidation. Oh, boy. What could I say about Bernie Sanders right now? Because he says you shouldn't sue the media. I think Bernie Sanders is a communist. Okay. Okay.

That's legally protected. It's an opinion. I could say something like, I think Bernie Sanders wants to use physical violence against children as a threat to the American public after he installs a communist dictatorship. Once again, still just a protected opinion. All right, let's crank the knob up. How about Bernie Sanders will force women to...

have children with incels to maintain his communist utopia. And he will mercilessly beat any woman who who defies him, in my opinion. Once again, just a protected opinion. See, I'm just assuming based on Bernie Sanders politics, all of those things are true.

Now, where you get into the realm of defamation of public figures is when you assert they did things they did not do while having some evidence to say you knew it was not true. Like if I said Bernie Sanders physically abused AOC and punched her in the stomach because she told him that she didn't want to go that far with communism. If I said something like that, then he might have a claim against me. The problem with lawsuits in this regard

is that he'd have to prove beforehand there is some evidence I knew what I was saying was not true. Now, of course, as I've only explained as a hypothetical, not actually accuse the man of doing it. Once again, he can't sue me for anything. Not that he would, because the dude said you shouldn't sue the media.

So, like, if I were to say something like Bernie Sanders murdered a woman in his late 30s and buried the body at his at where his now Vermont summer home is, if I were to say something like that.

While they could sue me for defamation, if I said that he routinely kills and tortures small animals and I've seen it with my own two eyes, if I were to say something like that, he could sue me for defamation. Now, I'm not saying that. That's just a hypothetical explaining what you can't say about someone. Right. Anyway, in all seriousness.

I'm making a joke. I have nothing to accuse Bernie Sanders of in any legitimate sense other than, yeah, he is a communist, right? All those things were examples of how you get to that point with the point being, if I were to publicly accuse Bernie Sanders of torturing small animals as a hobby on the weekends, you'd think that dude's going to let that slide by. People say fake things about me all the time. Oh, please, dude. And there's a lot worse things I could say. But for the purpose of keeping this, you know, a bit

you know, in front of the line, not over it. I'm not going to go there. But anybody knows, like when they accused Trump of a pee tape and all that stuff, that ain't even the worst you can get. They accused Trump and sued him for raping a woman with no evidence. Isn't that wild? Isn't that wild? Let me tell you this. Bernie Sanders once wrote a paper about how women fantasize about getting raped. That's true. Let me pull this one up.

Bernie Sanders rape fantasy. This is absolutely true. Absolutely 100% true. Bernie Sanders wrote an essay saying women want to be raped. I'm going to say it again. Bernie Sanders wrote an essay saying women want to be raped, which is paradoxical because rape is when you don't want to have sex. Here you go. Look at this. NPR wrote it. The Bernie Sanders rape fantasy essay explained. What?

So what did Bernie Sanders write? What did he say about rape? I'm going to I'm going to not going to read some of this because it's inappropriate. But he basically said a woman enjoys intercourse with her man as she fantasizes being raped by three men simultaneously. So if someone were to say something like, I believe Bernie Sanders has raped several women.

Uh, that's actually a protected opinion. Now you can still sue you over it and you're going to have to defend yourself. But the reason I say that is here's a guy who wrote that women want to be gang raped. I would not be surprised if a man who genuinely believed that

Like, think about what that means. This means that if he's with a woman and she's screaming no, he's thinking in his mind, like, I know she really wants it. That's Bernie. Sue me, bro. You can't. And you wouldn't anyway, right? Spare me. This is a true story. NPR.org. I pulled it up. I'm going to wrap it up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Stay tuned. We got more coming up for you today. The big, beautiful bill on the line. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you on the next segment.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is the story. Leftists across social media have been sharing videos to millions of views, arguing that Donald Trump has been sending jets full of illegal immigrants over the ocean and dropping them out of the plane. In fact, I've got, I think, what, five or six different videos, some of them getting a lot of traction on TikTok, where they're connecting several stories. They are falsely conflating a story about

Ice not going to South Sudan, leaving individuals in Djibouti. They're conflating that with the plane never arriving as if to insinuate that the plane flew over the Mediterranean, dumped a bunch of shackled bodies in the water, then washed up in Mallorca in Spain. Mallorca, is that how you pronounce it?

So we've got a couple of stories. One, they have been finding bodies shackled, washing up on shore. But this looks more to be related to the sub-Saharan African human trafficking and human trade system that's been going on in Europe for some time. Apparently, the story is that these human smugglers and traffickers are

Well,

Because these leftists, these wackaloons think Donald Trump is literally Hitler. They're claiming that alligator Alcatraz is a concentration camp being set up. They're showing flight logs of various planes going over the ocean and returning and claiming those are the flights where Donald Trump is literally flying shackled people and dumping them in the in the ocean.

Now, the funny thing is, none of it makes sense. It's clearly not true. But these videos are getting a lot of traction. And now there's posts on Reddit popping up where people are actually begging the leftists to stop spreading this psychotic psycho babble. Now, my friends, you may be laughing.

You may be thinking, these people are insane. How could they actually believe this? Well, they believe a lot of ridiculous and insane things. And the issue I see with this is, you guys remember when a dude showed up to a pizza restaurant and fired a rifle into the ground for which there was no basement because he thought there was? There is a real threat that on the left that doesn't exist on the right. While certainly that guy who went to the pizza place,

shot the ground was out of his mind. We do not have the same degree of violence among the conservative base in this country that we see on the left.

So when the left starts to be told and genuinely starts to believe, and these videos are popping up all over the place, that Donald Trump is mass executing illegal immigrants, they're going to believe it. They're going to get violent. And you know that when it comes to these Antifa protests, they're going to be standing on the street saying, you do know that Donald Trump has been mass executing. And then they're going to pull up some post, look, there it is. It's proof. With many of these people being older, more susceptible to believing this stuff,

They are genuinely going to think Trump is mass executing illegal immigrants, which they will just call migrants. They're going to say is literally Hitler. And in one instance, they're already making memes of Trump supporters being Nazis being put on trial for gloating and advocating for people to be thrown out of planes. It's a narrative they want because it riles people up, terrifies them, and it will drive a crazy person crazier.

But let's jump into this. Before we do, let me give a shout out to Steven Crowder and the Mug Club. Welcome to the Rumble Morning Lineup. Ladies and gentlemen, I am your host, Tim Pool. You can follow me on X and Instagram at TimCast. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know.

With that being said, let's get into the news. We've got this from, believe it or not, NotTheBee.

The newest left wing conspiracy is that Trump is throwing migrants off planes into the ocean for real. I just want to stress this because people bring it up all the time. They don't know what the word clickbait means. So let me let me explain it to you. I see in the chat as we're starting a live show, someone asks if it's clickbait and someone says, yes, this is not clickbait.

Clickbait is when you intentionally omit information from a headline, making it so that someone has to click the link to figure out what you're talking about. An example of clickbait would be a headline that says something like,

This celebrity just got arrested for drugs. You'll never guess who. And then you're like, well, who is it? And so you click it. You were baited into it. That's what clickbait is. Not really that prominent anymore. Then there's rage bait. Rage bait is when you intentionally make a headline that will piss someone off. So they click it to see more.

Call it whatever you want. But when the story and the posts are literally people saying Trump is mass executing migrants by throwing out of planes, that's neither click nor rage bait. I'm literally telling you a thing that people are claiming. That's just it. And I suppose the issue is when not the B is covering the story. Reality has become so insane. People assume the headlines must be not correct.

But every single headline I make, we debate these things. We sit here and say, like, does that word fit or make sense? We actually changed the headline yesterday because it was reported the Trump admin was mass arresting people over this fraud. But upon reading the Reuters source, it says many have been arrested, but 324 were charged. So we corrected the headline and changed it to charged instead of arrested. And people are like, it's clickbait. No, calm down. Reality is just breaking down, I guess. But here's the post from NotTheBee.

Blue Anon is not doing well this week. You've got this Rin the Witch. I'll play this in a second. Trump derangement syndrome level 1000. Now he's posting these laughing emojis. I don't think it's funny. I got to be honest. I mean, it is funny. Don't get me wrong. It's a ridiculous thing to believe. But what's disconcerting here is these people are going to go insane. They're already going insane. They will be violent. Listen.

We've talked about this with Abrego Garcia. The media lies. And all of these people believe that Kilmer Abrego Garcia is just some dude from Maryland who got roped up in the deportations. And I said it before and I will say it again. Hassan Piker, one of the most prominent live streamers in the country, biggest on the left, genuinely did not know that Abrego Garcia was from El Salvador and thought he was from Maryland to the point.

When he was criticizing me over it, he said, who do you mean he's not from Maryland? He's from D.C. Like, what are you trying to say? And I'm like, bro, he's from El Salvador. But they didn't know this because the media was lying. Now, I said this.

If I really believed that Trump would sense an American citizen innocent of any wrongdoing to see cut, I would be also demanding his return. But then you find out he's an alleged human trafficker who was a member of MS-13 adjudicated by two different judges who was deported to his home country. And you're like, well, OK, I guess I don't know what El Salvador does with their people is up to them.

But we saw the fervent reaction from the left. Now what happens when they start putting out these videos claiming that Trump is murdering these people? And they believe it.

Don't take my word for it. Let's roll tape.

Yes. I got that story. We'll fact check it. Yeah.

Leftist good values. Now she's complaining she can't get views.

Because she's nuts. No, my shit's not boring. No, I'm not boring. No, I'm not funny or not okay to look at or whatever the fucking issue is that would cause me to not be getting the likes and follows and views that I should be getting based off of the ratios of the videos that I do put out. I'll keep talking about this stuff. I'll keep making videos. Blah, blah, blah, blah. We get the point, lady. She's like, why aren't more people watching my videos? I'm saying insane things.

That's the derangement we see with so many of these people. But wait, there's more. We got this guy. I'm not going to play his whole video. Gen Explorer. Here you go. I want to be very clear that I have no reason to directly connect these two stories. These are two unrelated stories. The reason I'm sharing this, however, is because we are living in a time when we cannot afford to be naive. Okay, okay. So first...

The first story he shows says holiday horror as five bodies with shackled hands and feet wash up on beach at tourist hotspot. The other story he shared said, let me get the exact, it says migrants put in shackles for Trump deportation flights. We are living in a time when we need to pay attention and changes have been made to our government cause it to not be doing its job. Firing of inspectors general, purging police,

highest ranks of our military officers. I just want to pause real quick in this guy's video where the obvious insinuation right off the bat is that Trump shackles these migrants and then dead bodies with shackles wash up on shore. Totally unrelated on other sides of the planet, mind you. This guy's got 206,000 likes, nearly 7,000 comments, 35,000 bookmarks, 65,000 shares. I don't know if they have the total view count listed on here.

But this is from a few days ago. Let's play a little bit more. Preventing members of Congress from performing their oversight duties. So what you have here is you have one story that migrants in the United States have been routinely shackled, waist, wrists, ankles, and loaded onto cargo planes. Not just cargo planes, but cargo planes with the rear doors that can open mid-flight. Completely separate story.

Five corpses with their hands and feet bound have been found floating in the sea off the coast of Majorca. And, since January, 31 bodies have been recovered there.

Again, no reason to have these two stories directly connected. So there's literally no reason for you to make this video, which is obviously insinuating. The Trump administration has been shackling migrants and dumping them in the ocean. But wait, we got it all. Oh, hey, we got another video on TikTok. An update on the floating bodies that were found over in Spain. I know I did another video on some recent ones that were found. That video will come back once we win the appeal, which we will have submitted all the facts on that video.

So I don't want to talk on that because this video needs to be for this. We're going to stop ICE. This will stop ICE. And I'm counting on your districts. So prosecutors and federal judges and districts that are opposed to this. Okay, blah, blah, blah. He says we found the bodies. We got them. 31 bodies were found. And we are going to stop ICE. We get the insinuation. Here you go.

Here's another video. Let's play a little bit. I don't waste too much time playing all of these incoherent ramblings. But these these posts have thousands of retweets, millions of views. This is insane. And if it's true, then it could change everything. I knew there was something about these deportations that just didn't sit right with me. And then I found this story about a man in color.

His name is Alvin, and it looks like he's been trying to get this story out for the past two weeks now. Long story short, Alvin expresses his worry that his brother that was taken by ICE and in quotations deported is no longer alive because Alvin is friends with people that work for private contractors, okay? One of which seems to have a pretty high up rank in the military. Alvin stated that his friend claimed that they were being paid to drop off people in the middle of the

ocean. I say people because they are humans as well, regardless of how you want to feel about them being here illegally in quotations. OK, so somebody in the chat just said, let me let me let me grab this one if I can. If this is true, Tim from Sleeping Giant, will you be making a public apology? My friends, if it turns out that the Trump administration has been engaged in mass executions, not only will I apologize, I

I will speak out against the administration, call for his impeachment and criminal charges. And I assure you, as will literally everybody else in Congress and the Senate. And there's not going to be any reality where a single member of Congress or the Senate defends Donald Trump if it is true that he is rounding people up and dumping them in the ocean in unsanctioned mass extrajudicial executions.

Let me just make that perfectly clear. Anyways, Alvin's trying to get the word out about what types of planes that these military private contractors have been using. Well, it turns out that they're primarily cargo planes, the same cargo planes of which many of you might know open up at the back.

And they don't really have any seats. And the seats of which they do have are extremely comfortable. I can tell you from my own personal experiences. But see, this is where Alvin's story gets extremely disturbing. Because he stated that most of the planes that let's just say have been transporting are disappearing off of radar. And that his friends stated that that is when they do the in quotations drop.

He also stated that these specific locations of where these drops are taking place are usual feeding grounds for sharks. So just try to imagine that for one second. Now, I don't know how much there is to this story. Okay. They've just upgraded this to Donald Trump is mass executing illegal immigrants from dropping them out of planes to dropping them out of planes over shark infested waters. This timeline is insane. Listen.

These people are gonna go nuts. There's gonna be weird violence because they genuinely believe this. They're all insane. Here we go. Here we go. We got a lady. Research the dirty war.

Okay, so some guy on TikTok says, research the dirty war Argentina before playing this clip, which for those that are not familiar, it's when a bunch of anti-communist government force in Argentina were killing a bunch of communists. But let's play this clip. If it's going to play now, the computer's on the fritz again. I tracked the deportation flights and I called that they were going to be something terrible on a mass scale before it started happening using flight radar back on my first account.

And now with this, this is setting off every fucking red flag in my body. I 1000% think that they are shackling these people and dumping them in the ocean with maritime laws and stuff like that. This administration is more than vile enough. ICE and all of that does not give a shit about human rights. And if you think that you're safe because you look like me, you're wrong. They're trying to end birthright citizenship. Research the dirty war.

All right. So what I want to show here as I pause this is that you can see on the left, you've got a flight, which it's amazing because these planes, one of the planes they show looks like a small turboprop. And the one on the right looks like it might be a private jet. And they go out over the ocean and loop back. It's you literally and this is Costa Rica, by the way. They have found random flights in random places and are now trying to insinuate this is proof that

Okay, well, there's more, of course. We've got this one. Let me see if I can zoom out a little, make it easier to see. Ice plane leaves for Sudan. Sudan says ice plane never arrives. Ice plane arrives back empty. Shackled bodies wash up on the beach of Majorca downstream of a U.S. regime airbase. Oh, man.

What a time to be alive. Here's the image. Spanish and American Air Force Base. There's Majorca. Here's Sudan. Mind you, not South Sudan because they don't really know the difference. These people are nuts. And the insinuation is they flew over Libya, Algeria into the Mediterranean, dumped the bodies just outside of Spain where they washed up on Majorca. This is where we're currently at in this country, my friends. Man. And there's more.

Here's a here's a meme post. It's got five hundred and twenty eight thousand views. Six point three thousand retweets. Remember that plane of people that I sent to South Sudan against court orders only for South Sudan to report those people never arrived? Well, what they're doing here, my friends, is they're falsely conflating several stories they've twisted and broken and are absolutely wrong about. So we have this from ABC7.

Judge says U.S. government didn't follow court order on deportations after South Sudan flight.

The White House violated a court order on deportations to third countries with a flight linked to the chaotic African nation of South Sudan. A federal judge said Wednesday hours of the Trump administration said it expelled eight immigrants convicted of violent crimes, but refused to reveal where they would end up. The judge's statement was a notably strong rebuke to the government's deportation efforts. In the emergency hearing, he called to address the reports that immigrants had been sent to South Sudan. The department's actions in this case have unquestionably been in violation of the country's court order, blah, blah, blah.

The government calls the deported people true national security threats. Hold on, hold on. What's going on? So Trump actually did get a plane and deport people to South Sudan. But that meme said South Sudan said they never arrived. Oh, my God. If Trump flew the plane in May in violation of a court order and then South Sudan said the plane never arrived. Oh, my. Then the only answer is they threw them out of the plane. Right. Right.

Or they're just lying. Here's some truth out a left wing publication. It says ICE strands migrants in Djibouti after failing to send them to South Sudan. Oh, so what happened? Trump transported people to Djibouti for holding, which we know and we covered on Simcast IRL last week, or I think even earlier. I think it was last week. The South Sudan story. Trump won in the courts. And then they didn't fly them from Djibouti to South Sudan because of the court order.

It went to court. This is back in May. And the Supreme Court ruled that they can deport to third party countries, opening the door for the stranded migrants in Djibouti to be sent to South Sudan. I don't know exactly why those people are in Djibouti or why they're going to South Sudan. And certainly if your argument was we shouldn't be sending to South Sudan, I'd say let's have the argument and figure out what's going on. But the argument they're making is they're taking these two stories that are that. Listen, technically, what they said was technically the truth, right?

Trump violated a court order flying migrants South Sudan. And then South Sudan said the plane never arrived. Conveniently, they're leaving out the middle, which is the plane arrived in Djibouti. The migrants were put into holding. And then because of the court order, they stayed there until recently. And they were then flown to South Sudan or perhaps they have not yet been flown to South Sudan. We have this from Reddit from the

r slash ice raids. There's an anti-ice Reddit forum and it says deemed fake video dropping immigrants into the ocean three days ago. There is no reason to believe anything here is real. Do not spread false info. I just saw a video of someone talking about what the title says. Mods deemed it fake. Do not believe anything on the video until proven. I have no evidence, but I got curious. I'm not going to link it. It's just a guy talking.

I want to see what planes came and gone from Alligator Alcatraz. Here's the only plane to leave the airport. It's a two-engine, 11-seat aircraft. As far as I'm concerned, there is no reason to believe the aircraft has anything to do with Alligator Alcatraz. It was the only plane, so I just looked at it. I have no information. Maybe someone else can look into it, blah, blah, blah. So let me break this down for you, my friends.

They are taking images and flight logs from random planes like one in Costa Rica and then claiming that is the flight. Only problem is that plane flew over the Pacific, not the Atlantic. And the argument they're making is that the bodies in the Atlantic are washing up in Spain. They're not. Bodies did wash up in Spain. We do have that story from LBC. Spanish police reveal they may never identify five shackled bodies washed up on the beach as four arrests are made.

The story is this month, five corpses with their hands and feet shackled were found floating in the sea, sparking a police investigation. They are pursuing murder as a line of inquiry and believe the bodies belong to migrants who were killed after an altercation with their handlers. Four boat skippers linked to people smuggling rings have since been arrested. All four individuals appeared in a Spanish court and have been remanded in custody with the exception of a minor.

The miners case is currently being handled by the prosecutor's office for miners, according to Majorca Daily Bulletin. However, the civil guards investigation is proving near impossible due to the abuse suffered by the migrants traveling a dangerous route from Algeria to Spain by boat. Their lack of documentation is also impeding identification.

The president of the, how do you put it, Balearics, Balearics, Marga Prohens, said the government is very concerned and shocked by the discovery of bodies. This is the cruelest aspect of something we have been denouncing for some time. The images in the news chill us all. Mafias take advantage of these humanitarian dramas, Ms. Prohens said. I remember several years ago, Lauren Southern was calling out the Mediterranean human trafficking rings. These people are being killed.

I, as well as many others, have warned that people smugglers routinely rape and murder the people that are paying for this. Now that there is more evidence that it's happening, people are being prosecuted and were already arrested for this. The left can't help but blame Trump and falsely claim with no real evidence that he's taking illegal immigrants and dumping their bodies in the ocean. Now, I want to stress this. OK, the important thing people need to understand when they're like, what it's all about. This guy right here.

200,000 likes. I can only imagine this video has millions of views where he says, we can't be naive. But we cannot be so naive as to think that things don't happen. I very much would like to know how it is that people are ending up floating up on beaches in the Mediterranean shackled. This article here...

suggests that they're believed to be migrants who are attempting to travel the dangerous route from Algeria to Spain by boat. What migrants travel in shackles? That's something I very much do not understand. What do you mean that they're believed to be migrants who are attempting to travel the dangerous route from Algeria to Spain by boat?

So let me just add that because this man doesn't know anything about what he's talking about or how coyotes and human smugglers operate, he's like, why would they be shackled? Because they didn't pay. They refused to pay. Or maybe the the traffickers were trying to rape and abuse some women. Maybe these guys were probably just men. Maybe they were getting shaken down. One of the stories we hear quite a bit is that the people who are being trafficked will have like a small, cheap cell phone. Maybe the guy says, get rid of the phone. They fought.

Maybe the guy insulted the guy's appearance. These are not good people. And the end result may have just been that they got shackled. So this is one story. This is another. The other part of not being naive that I want to pay attention to. So you have to ask yourself, and I know there are a bunch of people out there who are ready to jump in and say, oh, no, it's more efficient to transport people by cargo planes. No, it's not.

No, it's more economical and more efficient to use passenger planes for people, for passengers. You can get more people on the planes. They are more cost effective. Cargo planes are not cost effective. So forget about that argument. So then why do you do it? Well, maybe they're doing it to create fear, to create a sense of terror. All right. Another concern is maybe they're doing it to condition, both to condition passengers

people who get loaded onto planes to think this is normal. This is just how we do it. Don't worry about this. And to condition those of us who are watching. Well, what I can say is there is certainly no shortage of insane people, nor is there a shortage of annoying flies that won't leave me alone. But my friends, we're going to wrap up this portion of the show. Certainly it's not true. And I've made my case, but people are crazy. So my concern is things may escalate.

We're going to be joined in the interview portion of the show by poker professional Doug Polk to talk about the big, beautiful bill provision on gambling. My view is that this is a poison pill intentionally put in place to force the House to stop Trump's agenda.

And we're going to be joined by a poker pro who's going to talk about why it's detrimental to the industry, to the gaming industry, daily fantasy sports, Vegas itself. And that'll be at 4 p.m. at rumble.com slash Tim Pool or youtube.com slash Tim Castro. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thanks for hanging out and we'll see you all then. Marketing is hard.
