Yesterday, Donald Trump ended DEI in the federal government, firing all government DEI staffers, ordering all of the offices to shut down and putting an end to affirmative action for contractors. Now, it's the it's the best he can do. Donald Trump can't change the law, but he can issue instructions for the executive branch. And wow, my friends, I've not seen so much winning before in my life.

It feels to me like for the first time in my life, we have a president. We have an actual president. And what I mean is I've seen presidents come and go. They don't represent the people. They don't keep their promises. Obama was supposed to be anti-war. He was the answer to the anger and the outrage over the Bush era. But he was more of the same, if not worse.

And to be honest, you know, look, I'm 38 and I barely remember what Clinton was doing. I remember when Bush came in. I remember growing up in those years. I remember what Obama brought. And so in truth, I was given eight years of George W. Bush.

Eight years of Barack Obama. And that's most of my adult life, seeing lies, manipulation, evil, wondering why it was that despite there was a will of the people, desires and demands, the president never adhered to any of it. Then along came Donald Trump, a man of the people, and they said populism was bad. They said he's a demagogue who's just pop is a pop is rallying the people. And I couldn't quite understand it.

Isn't populism meaning that you follow the will of the people, what this country is supposed to be about? Why, my friends, they had said it all, didn't they? They're elitists, which is the inversion of populism. And they argued this. What's wrong with the elite running thing, running these things? Well, I'll tell you.

You are not the elite. Well, you're not the elite anymore. But elite did not mean the best. It did not mean the brightest. It did not mean the smartest or the most virtuous, the most hardworking. It literally meant those who had grasped power and would refuse to give it up until the people got angry and said, you know, I'm going to go ahead and vote for a Donald Trump. Now, admittedly, as you all know, I didn't vote for him the first time around. The second time around, he proved his point.

And now what we're seeing is it's the end of wokeness. I mean, maybe in four years, the woke strikes back. But corporate media, big tech, they have all bent the knee. They've lost. Their crackpot ideology has failed. We had Ro Khanna, a Democrat on Tim Castile. You had an interesting point.

He said, you know, the Democrats got it wrong. We believe that this multicultural democracy was going to lift everybody up. And instead, it hollowed out the working class and just made things worse. And I said, wow, preach, brother. That's coming from a Democrat. But Ro Khanna has always been a bit more reasonable, though I disagree with him on most of these cultural issues. He's in favor of illegal immigration and child sex change surgeries and all that stuff. And, you know, let's not know.

But I'll give him respect for coming on the show and having a discussion where we could and agreeing on what it means for the working class and why we got to where we are. Last night, we got major breaking news. And I want to show you this story just in the context of who Donald Trump is.

People are crying over this. This pardoning of Ross Ulbricht is very much like a Kyle Rittenhouse kind of moment. Do you remember the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse? We all knew he was innocent. We all knew that he was a terrified young man trying to do his duty to his community, providing first aid, and they tried to murder him. And he fled and he defended himself. And it was a tragic, terrifying moment that we hope we never find ourselves in. But we knew this young man had no intention to

kill anybody he was defending himself do you remember that moment when they're about to read up the verdict and they did and they said kyle rittenhouse was not guilty we were terrified we were terrified for what it would mean in this country if you were to be attacked by far-left extremists who have come back by the way and are now rioting in portland once again strange biden's out of office and here they are weird

We all knew that if Kyle Rittenhouse went to prison, that it sent a shockwave. It would send a shockwave to this country. But no, he was found not guilty. Then we have Ross Ulbricht. And this story goes back quite a bit, I think 13 years. I'll give you the simple version. He made a website. And so they gave him two life sentences. Donald Trump said the same scumbags who were going after him, many of them, are the same people who went after Ross Ulbricht.

Now, pardoning all the J6ers was tremendous and we clapped and we cheered. But seeing Donald Trump pardon Ross Ulbricht was kind of like that Kyle Rittenhouse moment. Justice and accountability had returned and Donald Trump kept his word. You know what really got me going?

When Donald Trump pardoned Russell Ulbricht, what makes me emotional here is, you know, hearing that letter, you know, Thomas Massey last night read this letter from Russell Ulbricht about how he's looking forward to his freedom after so long. I believe he's 40 now. And it is emotional. Like I mentioned with the Colorado House, people were crying hearing that this man would finally be free. He made a website. Other people were selling drugs and doing illicit things. He made a website where you could trade using Bitcoin.

And other people used it for nefarious or illegal ends. He is now freed unconditionally. Do you know what the most powerful thing in that whole moment was? That Donald Trump kept his word to all of us. Fills me with an emotion I cannot describe. George W. Bush, he didn't care. Barack Obama, you think that guy cared? He blew up Americans. Donald Trump told all of us, I will do these things. You have my word. And what have we seen?

In only a couple of days, Donald Trump has fired off executive actions, memorandums, changing policy, realigning this country properly, securing our border, the efforts to begin to do so, I would say. And he didn't have to pardon Russell Brick because what does it matter? He already won. He's not going to win again. This is what is so important. Now, Trump ending DEI, firing, ending affirmative action, all these things, they feel good,

But this is policy stuff to help Trump get done what he wants to get done. You need to understand right now, Trump, he only had one reason to pardon Ross Ulbricht. And it was to keep his word to those who gave him their support. And that fills me with this powerful emotion. It makes me very emotional. I will say it again, so I hope all of you hear it. For all of those who lie, for all of those who smear and defame this man,

He is in office. He is the president. He need only say, I have an agenda and I'm going to do what I need to do. And there were people who said, do not pardon this man. And Trump said, I gave my word. If you support me, I will support you. I will free Ross Ulbricht. And what does it do for him? Now, admittedly, there is some political risk for Donald Trump in that pardoning.

There are there are prominent, powerful individuals who are angry that Trump would give a pardon to this man. They were lobbying against him in conservative media. But Trump made a promise. He said to those who would support him at the Libertarian Convention, I give you my word. And he kept his word. And that means so much what the soul of this country needs to be. You know, the story of Hachiko the dog. I hope you do.

And this is probably one of the most inspirational, most important things to me. Maybe it's because I'm part Japanese, but I take honor very seriously. If you don't watch Star Trek, The Next Generation or any of them, fine. But I love the writing on the Klingons. They are an honor based society. Honor matters so much. We are men of our words, because if we do not have our word, what do we have at all?

And we've lived for so long in a country where people's words were dirt. The president would say one thing and do the other. He'd dangle keys off to the right and smack you with his left. And Donald Trump said, this country, what makes America great is you be a man of your word. And they've smeared him. They said, look how many wives he had. I don't care about that stuff.

You know, I'd love to go back to a country of more personal honor or whatever you want to call it. But you mean to tell me that Barack Obama blowing up American citizens was honor? They say that he's married with kids. That's honor. No.

By all means, I can talk about family life and what it means to be as honorable as one can be. But honor is Donald Trump taking political heat to pardon but one man, one man, because he promised he would. And that inspires me tremendously. And I hope this message reaches all of the younger generation. What it means to be someone who is valiant. Donald Trump, the least likely candidate one would expect to be.

displaying chivalry and what it means to be a good person and bringing back that feeling. I know I'm ranting about Ross Ulbricht here because we have this other story, but let's jump into the big move that Donald Trump has made in firing all government DEI staffers and ending affirmative action.

The Trump administration took a sledgehammer to progressive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives Tuesday night with executive orders designed to root racialist ideology out of the federal government and American institutions at large. President Donald Trump signed an executive order overturning President Lyndon Johnson's 1965 executive order, creating race based hiring requirements for federal contractors. Epic.

Paired with that is a memo from the Office of Personnel Management placing all DEI employees on leave and shutting down DEI programs and offices. President Trump campaigned on ending the scourge of DEI from our federal government returning America to a merit based society where people are hired based on their skills, not for the color of their skin.

This is another win for Americans of all races, religions, and creeds. Promises made, promises kept, said White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt. I am just, I'm inspired.

I mentioned Hachiko the dog, and many of you may be saying, I don't know what that is. I went off on a tangent. Hachiko, I'll give you the simple version, was owned by a Japanese professor, and he would walk with this professor every day to the train station, where the professor would board the train on his way to university, where he would teach people, I believe it was physics or philosophy, I'm not sure. And when he would get back, Hachiko would be there, would come back to the train station to pick him up. He'd get off the train, and he and Hachiko would walk home, and everybody knew Hachiko.

One day while at university, the professor had a stroke and died. And Hachiko waited for him. They tried to remove this dog, but no matter what they did, he would break free and return to that train station. And for 10 years, he refused to leave. That is what inspires me, a dog. In Japan, they built a statue for Hachiko because loyalty and honor matters. And that is what really inspires me today.

Now, ending, as I mentioned, ending the DEI stuff is amazing. Take a look at this from CBS. All federal employees in DEI roles have been placed on paid leave. I mean, you know, we want to get them out of there, so I'll take what we can get. But paid leave, they're still getting something, aren't they? By 5 p.m. Wednesday. And those offices and programs are being ordered shut down.

Donald Trump does a lot of these things because he agrees with them, because he is who he says he is. Now, you can call him all. They say he's a liar. Trump's got an ego. Guys, if you don't think so, I got a bridge to sell you. He puts his name in big gold letters on top of buildings. But you know what drives a large function of Trump's ego? That he feels and can prove that he is a man of his word.

The idea that Trump is simply some altruistic guy who wants to make everybody, everyone lives better and sacrifice everything, I think is silly. Altruistic. I think Trump is a good person. I think he tries to be the best he can be. But come on, we all have our vices. We all make mistakes. He's not some saint. He's driven by personal endeavors, of course. But he's not some narcissistic evil man who's simply trying to put his name in big gold letters. He does that. But that's not what it is. Trump wants to be beloved.

He wants to do good for the people of this country and the world, and he wants to be recognized for the efforts he's given to the people. A piece of what drives him is his need to be acknowledged and his ego. And this is not a bad thing. They want to say that if you're egotistical, you're a bad person. No, if you're egotistical and shameless and you do things simply for personal benefit to the detriment of others, by all means. But Trump does care about people.

Trump cares about these policies and putting an end to them. And Trump cares about being a man of his word. And it's fascinating that I would say this, but, you know, there are a lot of these liberals that say, I wouldn't want my kid to grow up to be Donald Trump or be like him. And I can only say, I wish, you know, one day my child may see this. And I want you to know this. Certainly Trump has his vices and his failings. When we remember people, we remember them for the best that they were.

And we remember those who are evil for the evil that they did. We don't sit here and talk about Hitler being good to his dog or, you know, Mussolini making the trains run on time. Those are jokes to point out that these men largely did bad things. And we don't try to emulate the good things they did. We try to condemn the bad. And then those that are good and do good. We recognize that they've done things that were wrong, but we remember the good for what it was.

Were they a good person overall? Were they a bad person overall? So to those of you who in the future may watch a video like this, maybe this one video, I don't know why you'd watch it. Maybe they make you watch it in school or you stumble upon it. Donald Trump certainly represents things that I wouldn't want my kid to engage in. Don't get me wrong. But let's talk about who he is today with winning the election and filing these memorandums and freeing Russell Brink. What he represents is be true to your word.

If you promise to deliver in exchange for a good, you keep your word because without our word, we have nothing. If you make a deal with someone and then you don't follow through properly and you break that deal, society falls apart. Society is a series of negotiations and cooperation.

And if you don't have your word, I mean, imagine this. You come into town and you say, let me do work for you in exchange for money. I need a certain amount up front because that's your word. I'll begin the work. And let's say they pay you 30% to start and you leave. Your word is nothing. The next time you come back, they say, you're not welcome here. Society can't function that way. Trust is a requirement.

For Donald Trump to stand strong in the face of the political warfare and to follow through with the promises that he made to those who would support him, that's who we want to be. We live our lives in service of others. And that's the reality. I do not believe in this. You know, there's this far left anarchic, I don't know what you'd want to call it, but it's short term gains, long term losses. I feel like what largely defines the left in these days is that they get to do what they want.

There's the famous quote from JFK, ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. When we all work to, and that's the quote, but end quote, end of quote. When we all work together and we work towards helping others, that means the system improves and our lives get better. But how does that manifest? See, this DEI stuff isn't about improving the lives of everybody. It's about pushing an ideology that actually is a detriment to the people of this country who would work hard. It doesn't work.

That's part of why Trump is ending it. He's also renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. That's silly, but funny. And I don't care. Whatever. I kind of like it. You know what I mean? In a society, if you don't have trust and you are only self-interested, what do you get? We get everything we saw in the years leading up to the moment that we're in now. You get people who throw bricks through windows. You get men going into women's dressing rooms saying, you must recognize me and what I want.

Instead of saying, what can I do for you? They're saying, you must do for me. No, I refuse to live in that way, in that place. No, this country is better than that. And Donald Trump has proven it in only a couple of days. There are a lot of things Trump is doing right now. Post Malone says he's ordered shutdown of all DEI offices and massive, massive, massive. Many of these executive orders Trump doesn't need to do.

He can go cut a backroom deal with some big corporations. He can say, let's not sign some of these executive orders because there's some powerful interest that's going to give me some benefit. No. Trump went in and said, I am doing what I said I am going to do. Why? He needs that. He needs that for himself, and I respect it. Trump has scruples. You know, for me,

There is a pain, and I know most of you have this too. It's why we are who we are. When you can't fulfill your word or if you are forced to do something you don't want to do, you resist. You feel a kind of emotional pain, scruples, right?

Donald Trump, I believe, as he sits down and looks at these executive orders and there's someone whispering as you're saying, do not pardon Ross Ulbricht. You don't need anything from the libertarians. You're not running for office again. Who cares? And Trump says, because I told them I would. But what benefit do you get now? They already paid. Walk away. And Trump said, no, the bill comes due.

And he pardoned this man. He's ending these agencies. He's securing our border and so much more. The litany of executive orders he is following through with when he could be cutting backroom deals like all of our other presidents did. He could be cutting backroom deals. Instead, he says, I will do what you have asked of me. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. And so it's tremendous. But I find it to be quite silly in a sense that when the Simpsons made the Simpsons made the joke.

You know, they had the episode of The Simpsons oh so long ago where Lisa is president, Lisa Simpson, and she says, we inherited quite the budget crunch from President Trump. The funny thing is, Trump inherited the budget crunch from Biden and the Democrats. And in fact, we had the best numbers of our lives during Trump's administration just before the COVID outbreak, which I don't blame Biden or Trump for the COVID pandemic. Certainly, we can criticize their policies, of course. But the pandemic happened. Maybe you want to blame Fauci.

But what we see now, I believe, will be a return to sanity, normalcy. And I hope that Trump represents honesty and integrity. You know, Trump, he lies. Of course he does. And it's about stupid things. You know, when we had his first inauguration, it was Spicer. I think it was Spicer who said it was the biggest inauguration seen by everybody. And we were all like, come on, dude.

Maybe on the internet, if you want to clarify, but not in person. It doesn't need to be. You know, for Obama, it's easy. He's a Democrat in a 90% Democrat jurisdiction. People walk out their front doors in the rightist rally. For Trump, people fly from all over the country, from rural areas, so I don't hold it against him. But Trump has that ego in him. He certainly does, you know. But I hope the message we take away right now is that you keep your word. That's what we see. That we are a country of merit, not diversity.

That it doesn't matter what your skin color is. It matters if you are good at what you do. And that's what I want to see restored to this country. And Trump is doing it. Man, I get emotional seeing a president who keeps his word. I know that for the most part, I've only really had two, technically three with Joe Biden. None of them kept their promises.

It's insane. Joe Biden gets it in war. These people are evil. They don't care about the will of the American people. They don't care about the Constitution. And they claim Trump is the one who wants to subvert this country. Spare me your lies. My friends, it is the dawn of a new day in the rebirth of this country. And let's just stay vigilant because Trump is not a perfect man. He's doing well. He's doing good.

We are going to have to keep up this fight because now the far left is rearing their ugly head. Already in Portland, there are riots, people being physically attacked, a TPUSA event shut down. That's right. It is beginning. So that's going to require all of us to stand with Trump, call him out if he does wrong and praise him when he does right. And then together, we're going to make America great again.

I'm going to wrap it up there, my friend. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com to support our work directly. I got to say this, guys. We had an uncensored Green Room members-only show yesterday with Dominik Tarczynski, member of European Parliament from Poland. You need to hear this one. He's probably one of the best MPs I've talked to. He talks about how Poland has no terror. They secured their borders. They fight back against the terrorists who are trying to invade their country. And it's fascinating.

It's fascinating the message she has for what it means to defend yourself from the communists and how the Poles learned a lesson from being invaded by the Germans to being occupied by the Soviets and the lesson they learn and carry with them today. I had a conversation with a liberal guy a couple of weeks ago, Luke Beasley. He came back on the Culture War podcast and we continued the discussion. And I tremendously respect that he and some others were willing to come on the show and have these conversations. In this debate, I mentioned how there is the left and there is no the right. And so what the institutions like to do is they say the right is more violent. And I point out actually the left is more violent.

And he argued this and he said, the data shows, the studies show, here's a press release from a university. It is the right that is more violent. Well, I got an issue with that. You see, the problem is, right off the bat, what is the right? Well, they call me right wing. I certainly don't agree on a lot of moral and policy issues with a lot of traditional conservatives.

conservatives won't call me a conservative, but liberals certainly will. I guess that means I'm in the middle, right? Well, anybody to the right of the left is a conservative. And so what they say is when you're the right, they're literally saying you're not me. You're not the cult. You're not us. I said, you can't take a authoritarian, traditionalist, neo-Nazi type guy and

and claim that he and Dave Smith, a Jewish anti-interventionist, are the same thing. But that's what they do. Now, as for the left, you can. Yeah, sorry, guys. You actually can lump in the left largely with each other, and I'll tell you exactly why. And it's this story right here. Breaking from the post-millennial, Antifa trans activists swarm University of Washington TPUSA event, forcing cancellation.

In fact, this young woman, Olivia Krolchik, says, hey, Donald Trump, University of Washington does not support free speech. January 21st, I was hunted down by Antifa at U-Wash, kidnapped in a room with TPUSA students and forced to evacuate the building after windows were broken and the violence became too much. Geez. Now you may be saying, but Tim, how does this mean all of the left and liberals are saying that doesn't count? You can't. Oh, boy.

You see, I've covered the far left events and the riots, and I've explained the idea of a diversity of tactics. The right doesn't have that. If Donald Trump gives a speech, he says, you've got very fine people on both sides. And I am not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists because they should be condemned totally. Wow.

Even Donald Trump on the right is outright saying that when a group of individuals come together for a common cause, which was specifically they wanted statues not to be torn down. Trump says we condemn the neo-Nazis, the white nationalists, the regular folks who lived here who didn't like the violence and didn't want to see the statues torn down are a different issue. You can't combine them because they don't like each other. Donald Trump, of course, being the leader of the populist right movement condemning this group.

Well, it makes it pretty, pretty obvious, right? When has the left condemned themselves? They don't. I mean, you might get a little little something here or there, but you're the Chaz, the chop. You had the insurrection on 529, we call it. And then we have this. I'll keep it simple for you, ladies and gentlemen. Where was Antifa during the Biden administration? Honest question. Joe Joe Biden gets elected. Call it whatever you want. And Antifa just kind of stopped.

During Donald Trump's administration, we had far left is smashing and destroying, burning all across this country. Donald Trump loses the election to Joe Biden and then Antifa just stops. You see, that's the point. When Democrats corporate neoliberal establishment controls things, the far left is nowhere to be found. They're not out there riding or smashing things. Don't get me wrong. To a certain degree, they were.

But they they pop up specifically in times of right wing or some kind of conservative control. It's a tendency. It's not absolute. That is, during the Biden administration, of course, there was some anti of a stuff. But let me make this point. It's personal experience, my friends. That's all I can tell you. I was protesting with the anti-war left during the Bush administration. And the moment Barack Obama got elected, they were gone.

And that was my wake up call. I said, I thought we were anti-war. No, they were just anti-Republican. And I said, I don't care about Republicans or Democrats. I care about the issues. Well, they largely don't. So what do you get? Antifa, far leftists, violent, whatever. When when Joe Biden's in power, they don't really do much.

But as soon as Donald Trump gets in, you give him a day. And here they are violently attacking conservatives once again, because that's the game. The left is what I describe as blunt force terror. And when they say the right, they're meaning a disparate group of varying ideologies unaligned with the left. And you get what I would call acute terror.

That is, there may be some extremist, white supremacist, neo-Nazi, ultra-nationalist, whatever you want to call it, whatever ideas they have, and they engage in serious violence. And it's bad. And then you get the far left that consistently, over and over again, beats people, terrorizes, strikes fear in the hearts of so many. And it's incessant. But it doesn't usually rise to that extreme point in national news attention. That is, a far leftist punching a guy in the face isn't going to make international news.

So when that happens 800 times a month, you don't really get a lot of news coverage on it. That's why I say it's persistent blunt force. Now that Donald Trump is the president again, surprise, surprise, it's the return of Antifa. But where were they during the authoritarian expansionist policies of the Biden regime?

Yeah, how about this? There certainly were far left protests related to Israel, but that is a mixed bag. You had anti-war right people who were upset with it. But don't get me wrong. I'm not saying it doesn't happen. I'm saying that the black clad masked individuals aren't likely to protest or riot during Biden's administration, during the Democrat administration. My point is the tendencies. That's it.

The left doesn't feel a need to go around smashing and being violent because they were being placated by Democrats. Once Trump is in, they come out acting a fool.

Here's a story from the Postmillennial. Before we get started, my friends, smash the like button, share the show and become a member over at TimCast.com. My friends, you got to watch the uncensored Green Room episode with Dominic Tarczynski. This guy was a Polish MP. He's a European member of parliament now, and he is talking about the threat of communism and why he is speaking out, coming to the United States and what he hopes to bring to Poland and to the European Union. He talks about the threat of communism and why he is speaking out, coming to the United

He talks about what it was like in the Soviet Union. If you want to understand these far leftists and how terrifying this stuff can be, this guy's story is absolutely incredible. So I'm honored that he gave us time for this uncensored members only show. Again, TimCast.com. Click join us. Watch it. Green Room with Dominic Tarczynski. Here's a story from Post Millennial.

On Tuesday night, far left activists. Come on, guys. Who wrote this one? Ari Hoffman, you can do better. You know, we're friends with the post-millennial, so I always tease him. Far left rioters and extremists forced the cancellation of a speech by Olivia Krolchik with University of Washington's Turning Point USA chapter. Krolchik is an ambassador for the Riley Gaines Center and reporter for Campus Reform.

Krolchik became a speaker while pursuing a major in chemistry at the University of Cincinnati. She was given a failing grade in a project proposal in one of her courses for using the term biological woman. You know, I got to be honest, I might give you a fail. I give you a mark. I wouldn't fail you. But we don't need to say biological woman. That's just playing into their gender ideology. Women already means already means adult human female.

But I get the point. I'm just teasing. I'm just teasing. She posted about the incident on TikTok and the video reached more than 6 million views or was deleted by TikTok over community guideline violations. I'm telling you about TikTok, you guys. Riley Gaines arguing in defense of TikTok. Come on, Riley. They literally deleted this post, 6 million people, because they don't want people challenging this stuff.

She was permanently banned from the platform for stating the biological fact that men and women are different. Indeed, indeed they are. We have this post from Frontline's TPUSA. Leftist protesters. Come on, guys. Leftist extremists infiltrated the TPUSA students event promoting the Riley Gaines Center featuring Olivia Krolchik. Activists pulled the fire alarm and are blocking would-be attendees from getting close to the room where the event takes place. Typo, guys. Come on.

We have this from Ari Hoffman on an X. Seattle radicals need a new cause. So tonight they will be protesting. Olivia Krolchik speaking for TPUSA at UW about there being only two genders, according to biology. And now the U.S. government, thanks to a an executive order by Donald Trump, which for the life of me, I can't believe we needed. We needed the president to sign something being like men are men and women are women.

You know, I'll say it. I tried being nice. I did. I said, look, I'll respect people who give me respect, but I am so done with the abuse that these people have levied on us. You know, I have friends who are trans, right? That's how the saying goes. Like, I got friends who are black. But, you know, there are people that we consider to be trans and not woke. And they say, call me whatever you want, right? There's gays against groomers. I got no beef. Remind your own business. Keep it away from the kids. They agree.

And so when we look at what's going on right now, I got to tell you, I'm at my wits end with these people who are violent. They call it the Trans-Tifa movement. It's Antifa, but it's a transgender ideology, Antifa violent cell or ideology, whatever you want to call it. And they threaten people and they're doing just degenerate things. They are committing crimes. I'm not saying all trans people. I'm specifically saying there are criminals who also happen to be trans. And I am done being nice about this.

So Donald Trump issues his executive order. It is time the censorship stopped. I don't know what that means for YouTube. You know, YouTube may still retaliate because of their ideology, so we'll see. PostMail says, We've got some video here. This is unbelievable. It's like middle school. It's a little bit worse than that, my friend. Yeah.

Yes, sir. Hang on a second. Can you turn the camera back on your outfit, please? Can you turn the camera back on your outfit? You just said it's like middle school. Sir. This is crazy. Here we go. We've seen it, though, right? Protesters are line dancing and waving signs outside Thompson Hall at UW in an attempt to shut down the event. Protect women from men. That's amazing. What a title. What a title.

I expect we're going to see a lot more of this. I don't mind if people are outside waiting signs. That's fine. I'm not going to complain about that. But if they're intimidating, terrifying, blocking the exits, throwing bricks and smashing windows, which they did, and threw noisemakers. Wow. Jeez. Let's play this clip. Wow. So that sounds like they pulled the fire alarm. All right. Let's just turn that off. They smashed a window. These people are violent extremists. Now, I don't know.

the degree to which Pambandi and Kash Patel have the time to prioritize such actions against these violent criminals. But I hope they do. It may not rise to the level of federal prosecution, so be it. But where it does, I hope they go after him. And I have to wonder, with Antifa being a loose-knit cell network,

Right. They say it's not a group. It's an ideology, despite the fact that they fly the same flag and they coordinate with each other. The moment any one of these groups coordinates with another one for the purpose of violence, I believe the feds should get involved in like I mean, I'm about interstate.

If the Seattle chapter confers with the California chapter, the feds should go in and say, you are engaged in interstate conspiracy to engage in violence and deprivation of rights. I don't care if leftists want to go and wave signs. You're allowed to do that. You want to chant. But when you smash windows and threaten death and violence, that's when there should be intervention. The states should be shutting that down. Now, where there is interstate conspiracy between these groups to deprive rights and engage in violence, the feds are going to have to do it.

But my friends, it took only a day or two before the far left started attacking conservative events once again. And isn't it funny that during the Biden administration, they were also quiet? Now, I know there was the Palestinian protests. I get it. That was during Biden and they challenged him on it. But that's the issue where they broke with Biden on everything else. They were not to be found. So we'll see what this next four years has in store for us. But I hope

In today's edition of Promises Made and Promises Kept, Donald Trump not only signed a whole bunch of executive orders doing exactly what he said he was going to do, exactly what we voted for him to do. The DOJ will investigate state or local officials who obstruct immigration enforcement. According to a memo, Trump DOJ wants federal prosecutors across the country to investigate sanctuary city officials who obstruct immigration enforcement. My friends,

It is time to take this country back from those who would sell us out. The neoliberal neocon establishment forces that don't care about the spirit and soul of this nation. And that is baseball and apple pie. I'm kidding, but you get the point. For the longest time in my life, we have seen powerful elites that are selling us out for foreign interests. Why? Because it gets them a quick buck in the short term.

Ro Khanna, I got to give him a shout out again because I've been talking about this all day, came on the show a couple of days ago and he said the leftist vision of a globalist multiracial utopia failed. I'm paraphrasing, but he basically said the left's idea of this multiracial globalist society, that it would lift everybody up was wrong. And it just hollowed out and gutted the middle class.

But you know what? While I can praise him for that sentiment, I want to stress there are things in life that matter more than our economic numbers. And that is baseball, apple pie and Christmas morning. These things that represent what America is to me and what we want to preserve. And it's not so much about these three simple stereotypes or jokes, tropes, whatever you want to call them. It's about the soul of a nation, the principles that we hold dear, the values that we have, our moral traditions and how it led to the greatest nation this planet has ever seen.

For the longest time, people in this country have, our politicians, have allowed individuals to break the law, come in, and damage our system. Criminals, traffickers, gangs, etc. Now, I totally get why people want to come here, and they come here illegally. They shouldn't. But I understand why they do. Because America's awesome. But we want to keep it awesome. And that means we cannot maintain this extraction policy, where they basically sell us out for economic benefits.

I would rather live in a nation that is experiencing a recession if it meant that we were working towards building something better and restoring our values than in a nation of ultra wealthy individuals who have to hire private security guards because crime is out of control. So let's break this down, my friends. It's big news that Trump is finally making these moves. And we've got an interesting video. There's a question I have.

There are now individuals and organizations providing advice to illegal immigrants, people who have broken the law, on how to avoid accountability. I certainly understand legal advice is not criminal, and I respect that. But at a certain point, there will be a threshold of criminality for nonprofits, not lawyers. So my question then becomes, when activists begin aiding and abetting illegal immigrants, at what point does that become criminal?

Now, before we get started, my friends, smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know. If you're listening on Spotify or Apple, leave me a good review. It really does help and I appreciate it. And become a member at TimCast.com. Support our work directly now more than ever. We need your support as it keeps the show going. But yo, I got to shout out Dominic Tarczynski.

This guy's getting mad praise for me. Listen to what he has to say in the members only green room episode we put up just the other day, calling out communists, Russian occupation, what it means to live in Marxism, what Marxists want to do to this country and how Poland has resisted. And let me just say it's uncensored for a reason.

It's truly remarkable. It talks about national security and things of that nature. So let's talk about and in the context of the criminal cartels, I got to pause. You really got to listen to what this guy has to say because it is brutal. Fox News reports DOJ to investigate state or local officials who obstruct immigration enforcement.

They say the Justice Department wants federal prosecutors across the country to investigate state or local officials who obstruct immigration enforcement under President Donald Trump's new administration, according to a new memo obtained by Fox News. In the memo, acting Deputy Attorney General Emil, is it Emil? Both. Trump's former defense attorney outlines interim decisions and policy changes pending the confirmation of Trump's nominee for U.S. Attorney General, Pam Bondi.

He said interim changes are necessary as an initial response to Trump's executive orders regarding three of the most serious threats facing the American people.

Those threats, Bove wrote, are cartels and other transnational criminal organizations such as Tren de Aragua and La Mara Salvatrucha, MS-13. Is that what it really means? I don't know that. Which are a scourge on society resulting in an unstable and unsafe border and huge flows of illegal immigration and violation of US law. The memo said the second threat is how brutal and intolerable violent crime by members of these organizations and illegal aliens is escalating rapidly across the country. The third threat defined by Bove

is above, is how the fentanyl crisis and opioid epidemic are poisoning our communities and have inflicted an unprecedented toll of addiction, suffering, and death. My friends, it is time to stop tolerating this evil. It is plain as day and staring us in the face. Man, it's all one big tree of fractured morality. New Jersey. You know, I've told the story

Bear with the trope of Tim Pool telling another story. When a guy tried to break into my house, the police said, if this guy, who was allegedly a child abuser,

He tried entering my home and I called the police. We were unarmed. And the police told me it was funny because one cop said I'd have answered the door with a shotgun. And I said, really? And they said, yeah, but if you actually do anything, you'll go to prison because the way it works in New Jersey is you have a duty to flee your own home. That's right. No castle doctrine. And I said, where where would I go? This is my house.

And what they told me was, tell that to a jury and a judge, because what you've just said is I would rather kill a man than stand outside. And I'm like, no, it's not that simple. Right. It's freezing cold. I have no shoes. I have no clothes. And they were like, go to a neighbor's house, ask for help, go to a gas station. And I'm like, a man has broken into my home with ill intent towards me and my family, and I'm required to flee.

And they say, well, you know, you can defend your family if you have no choice. I said, oh, OK. All right. Well, that makes sense. That's sure. You'll be arrested, charged with felony murder. Then you can try and prove to a judge that it was for self-defense. And I'm like, that's crazy. You mean even if they can prove the guy broke into my house? Yep. We as a nation, that at the granular level in Democrat states, bubbles all the way up to the federal government where they say the same thing of,

These cartels that flay human beings alive, they take people and they rip their I'm sorry to be so crude and crass, but they rip their flesh off as a threat to anyone who dare oppose them. And we are supposed to just let them come and go as they please. Heavens, no. Donald Trump is doing the right thing, engaging in what we would call law enforcement. Riddle me this, my friends. Why is it?

That if we saw a violent murder in the streets of New York City, there's no question about stopping that violent murderer. But when the violent murderer is crossing our southern border, all of a sudden we have to not enforce the law and let them do as they please. It makes no sense. Make it make sense. Fox News goes on to say.

The DOJ must and will work to eradicate these threats, Bove wrote. Indeed, it is the responsibility of the DOJ to defend the Constitution and according to accordingly to lawfully execute the policies that the American people elected President Trump to implement. The Justice Department's responsibility proudly shouldered by each of its employees includes aggressive enforcement of laws enacted by Congress, as well as vigorous defense of the president's actions on behalf of the United States against legal challenges.

The department's personnel must come together in the offices that taxpayers have funded to do this vitally important work. Bravo. I've been begging for this, my friends. Accountability for criminals. If you are someone who is working in any form of government and you aid and abet criminals, then you should go to jail. No one is above the law. I don't care if it's Trump, Obama, Trump Jr., whoever. But the reality is,

Well, I have questioned some of the tactics of Donald Trump. Not illegal. Right. When he wanted to have the G7 at Trump Doral in Florida, I said that's a conflict of interest. And Trump backed off of it. And the argument was, yeah, but it's cheaper for the government. I don't care. It's conflict of interest. And when these things happened, Trump backed off. And that's all I can ask for.

But these politicians in these other cities and states are outright aiding and abetting criminal activity. And at a certain point, we have to say you are responsible for obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting criminals, particularly these gangs. And I'm not talking about legal asylees, as AOC likes to say. You know, if somebody comes here and applies legally,

They're allowed. That was always allowed. I'm talking about criminal gangs and cartels. Now, nobody should be entering illegally. That's criminal. My question then becomes for all of you, my friends, at what point is it aiding and abetting? Take a look at this clip we have from Tim Cass News on X. Let me let me let me play this clip for you. What advice, immediate advice can you give them to kind of help with the fear and to help give them some tools for here's what I can do if I'm approached?

Absolutely. One of the very first things that we educate people is what are your rights when you are encountering an ICE agent or even just law enforcement. Most of the time when people encounter ICE agents, it's usually 70 to 75 percent of immigration arrests happen after a law enforcement arrest. So the most

average immigrant in the United States is not out committing crimes. But if they were in a collateral situation at the wrong place at the wrong time, we usually advise them to know whether it to identify at least if there is a judicial warrant that is presented that is signed by a judge issued in a state court or a federal district court that basically gives federal agents the authority whether they consent or not to enter the United States.

That document can be slipped under the door, pressed against the window. If it's an administrative document that says Department of Homeland Security on it, they can say, I do not consent to you entering my home. They can say, I would like to speak to an attorney. There's a lot of things that we teach and share with the community so that they can best protect themselves and maintain family unity. If there is an unfortunate situation where an arrest does happen, we make ourselves available immediately to help out.

So there's questions, questions that I have. Obviously, let's not play games. If you are giving legal advice, that was always allowed. People have due process rights. The Constitution applies to all peoples, not just citizens, though there are questions about the Second Amendment in that regard and how far it actually could extend to non-citizens. But due process, I think, is important.

My question is not for lawyers and nonprofits that have lawyers. If the intention is a lawyer is going to tell anyone about their rights, we're good with that. I'm good with that. I don't care if it's an illegal immigrant or a U.S. citizen, whatever. Like, we want this to be the process. My question is for the activist organizations that are not lawyers and are providing tactics, not legal advice.

Then it becomes criminal. And what I mean is it's one thing to say they must have a warrant and it must be filed properly. And you can ask these questions. And it's a lawyer who's taking care of that. I respect that.

Just because you're here illegally doesn't mean that you don't have rights. Why? Well, of course, I don't want illegal immigrants to to find ways to circumvent our laws. But some people are here legally. And if challenged on their visa or otherwise, they have a right to to challenge that back. Though I do believe American citizens should come first. I think due process rights are important. However, some of this is not legal advice.

Some of these activists might say things like, don't answer your door, hide in the basement. Here are some things you can do to protect your identity. Here are some things you can do to avoid getting caught. The moment you give advice to an illegal immigrant, someone who's actively breaking the law and we are seeking law enforcement, you are now aiding and abetting.

And that, well, you will have culpability in that crime. I think we should. If there is a far left activist, not a lawyer, and it's not legal advice, it's something like avoid this area of the city at this time. Don't go to these buildings. If you have to go for for some administrative issue, go this way, not that way. Go to this building, not that building. Any any advice that is functional protection for a criminal to avoid being caught or housing these individuals, once again, aiding and abetting criminals.

So let's say that you have a apartment building and you were renting out a unit to someone who is breaking the law. There is a question about your knowledge or negligence in that matter. And I think this is important. Now, comment below because this gets contentious. But I want to hear what you have to say, because this does matter. If you own an apartment building and some people come to you and say, we want to rent from you and you know they're they have entered the country illegally.

And you still decide to provide them shelter. What culpability have you? If you are a what did that bishop say to Trump? If you are a farm and you know that you've hired illegal immigrants and you are paying them, you're aiding and abetting crime.

If you have an office, and again, this is not my words, the bishop in that church said these things, and you hire these people to clean, and you know they are not citizens, you are aiding and abetting and providing resources to someone breaking the law. If you are a poultry processing plant, as she said.

And you hire these people knowingly. I believe there has to be criminal culpability across the board. Zero tolerance. OK, now there has to be the what is it? The mens rea.

I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know. But the willful act of breaking the law. If somebody in good faith is duped by false documents or otherwise, I'm not going to blame a meat processing plant because they hired someone they thought was an American citizen. And they were like, look, really? They gave us fake documents. We filed it. We thought it was legit. I say, OK, that's fine. The criminals are the ones that are responsible.

But a lot of these companies know exactly what they're doing. They know that they're providing shelter, food, resources to people who are breaking the law. And at a certain point, there is criminal culpability there. So let's not play games. These jobs, these corporations that knowingly hire illegal immigrants, Trump should go after them right now. These farms, whatever.

These these these corporations, Trump should go in and say we are going to find the business criminally for violating the law and send the message. Now, anyone who willfully and knowingly engages in an exchange of goods with an illegal immigrant, someone who is not permitted to be working here is is in violation of the law. Now, I'm not saying some of the prison is a fine.

We just have to create accountability in this country. If it is illegal, then it has to be enforced. Now, Trump.

NBC News reports fired four top immigration court officials hours of taking office. The firings targeted civil servants who are not politically appointed and came without cause or warning. One of those fired said, you work at the pleasure of the president and he can fire who he pleases. So bring it on. My friends, we cannot exist as a society if we do not have laws to be enforced. If we were just an open land of random, whatever you want to do, you do. What would we have? Mad Max.

Now, there are a lot of anarchists and libertarians who believe we don't need government. We can police ourselves. We don't need it. And dare I say, my friends, we need laws. We need we need laws to the degree that we are a good moral people. Sure. But for a society this large, it needs to be simple. There's a reason why we have laws, because people don't all agree on everything.

And some people are bad. Now, when I'm talking about laws, I'm talking about whether you have a right to buy or sell a certain stock or something at a certain time. And we do that to maintain the integrity of these complex systems. There are some things that are patently obvious. Don't murder, don't steal. But there are people who will do it anyway. And we saw what happened in California when they said, you can steal up to 900 bucks and we won't do anything about it. And what happened? Crime got so bad, several chain convenience stores and pharmacies shut down.

People's lives were damaged. Elderly couldn't get their medication anymore because their local pharmacy closed because the crime was too great. Walgreens issued a report recently saying that shrink has increased. Locking up products means people don't buy them. And I can attest to that. I went to CVS when we were in...

Where were we? I think we were in Pennsylvania. In Phoenix. We were in Phoenix. And the nail clippers were locked up. And so I said, I'm not going to go up there and ask them to unlock the nail clippers. It's just stupid. And I walked to the fridge where they had ice cream, and the ice cream was locked. And so, to be fair, I didn't need the ice cream, so that's fine. And I didn't buy it.

because I'm not going to walk up and say, can you please escort me to the products I would like to buy? Because every time I decide I want to get something in an impulse, I got to ask them to come and unlock it or what they walk with me. We can't live like this. Laws must be enforced. If we say to the illegal immigrants that are here, don't worry, we'll grant amnesty or otherwise what happens? They run full speed to the border like Biden called for them to do to surge the border.

because they are evil. They hate what America is. And I know it sounds cliche, but it is true. And I make the joke about apple pie and baseball and all of that stuff, but it is true. America has a culture and an identity. And there is no reality where we have this grand multicultural, I don't know, jigsaw puzzle. The melting pot. What is the melting pot? Right. This great American melting pot. It's simple. We got a big old pot of cheese.

And it's American cheese. Kind of gross, to be honest. But sure, nacho cheese, just get rid of the weird dyes. Let it be white. Oh, that's funny. Nacho cheese is actually white, but they put dye in it. I don't mean racial, but you can clip that one, leftists. When someone from India comes here and you take their, what is that cheese, kulfi? I love that stuff. And you throw it in the melting pot and it melts.

But what does that mean? That means when someone comes as an immigrant, and we love our immigrants legally, they join American culture. They join what we believe in. They learn to be American because we say, look what we've built. It's beautiful. We'd like to share this with you, but we have rules. We have a worldview, and it's made this country so great you want to come, so please abide by that.

What the Democrats tried doing was not a melting pot. It was more of a bento box. The great American bento box, they called it, where every little item is neatly packaged, separated and isolated from each other. Don't get me wrong. I love me a good bento box. You get your teriyaki chicken, you get a little sushi, some edamame, perhaps.

The only problem with the Democrats worldview is that they had like curry paste in one peanut butter and jelly in the other seaweed salad in one and then a burrito on the bottom. And you're like, I don't think these foods go together. They may all be delicious, but they clash. And so what happens? This idea of multiculturalism can it doesn't work.

If the idea is that America as a parent culture with a constitution and values that are maintained is paramount and that subcultures may exist, totally fine with that. But this Democrat leftist idea that you would have each individual culture sitting next to each other results in people fighting. And that's what we saw.

What we need now is accountability and American values and American moral tradition. That means we recognize rights where it makes sense. We recognize abuses where it makes sense. And this country has tremendously progressed in many great ways. Philosophy is expanded, but we must defend what makes this country great, lest it become not so great. So, my friends, there is still much more to come.

Trump is doing great things, and I'm excited to see where this goes. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, become a member at TimCast.com. Thank you for hanging out on this beautiful of days, and we will see you all in the next segment. For the life of me, my friends, I cannot understand how this story has persisted for this many days. Elon Musk was speaking at a rally, and he grasped his chest, and he flung his arm out and said, my heart goes out to all of you.

Now, on the left, they said it was patently a fascist Nazi salute. It's funny because the actual term is the Roman salute. And many leftists were like, don't call it a Roman salute. It's a Nazi salute. And it's like, well, yes, but the official term is Roman salute. Just like the communists had the red salute, which is you raise your fist with fingers pointed outwards.

with your arm at a 90 degree angle. And the communists in China still use this as they are joining the party. The communist, so the red salute, we call it, exists. And I believe it is also bad. And here's the funny thing. For the love of all that is holy, Elon Musk was not doing a Nazi salute. OK, and I will explain very simply because I don't want to waste time on this stupid story. The story is very funny, though, and we'll get into all of it. Elon Musk

accidentally, I don't even know if accidental is the right word, unintentionally, I'd call it, made a gesture that resembles what the Nazis would do. Oh, heavens me. He put his hand to his chest and he flung his arm out, right? And a lot of people are putting this next to videos of actual Nazi salutes.

There is something that many people are forgetting because there are these viral tweets where it's like, I'm a historian and I can tell you that was the actual salute. Hand on the heart and an arm up that prosit. Did they also mention legs together?

You click your legs together, you put your hand to your chest and you throw your arm up and then issue a declaration. Just because someone touches their chest and puts their hand up does not mean they did a Nazi salute. And now, of course, all of the people that want to be the case, there are neo-Nazis, white nationalists, et cetera, who are like, yeah, let's go, Elon. And communists going, oh, the fascists are taking over. And moderates are like, Elon, come on. You know what I mean?

Now, AOC is mad at the Anti-Defamation League because, my friends, here's the easiest way to understand it. The ADL, there's another group that's like watch anti-Semitism. These pro Jewish groups are like, dude, Elon did not do a Hitler salute. He's his hand is upward and forward. His fingers are not together. And he grunted as he threw his arm out. And it's clear that his intention was I'm throwing my heart out to all of you.

And they're claiming it looks just like the Nazis. Oh, my heavens me. Is that Tim Waltz doing the Roman salute? No, of course it isn't. And that's the joke. Here's this one's my favorite. That's why I tweeted this, because I think that's Ron Wyden behind AOC. Hey, that's so good. I tweeted. Look how shocked that dude is at AOC doing the Roman salute.

It's a picture of AOC reaching in for a hug. That's it. You can see the hand down here. And I'm joking. That was the intention, to make a point. That there are a million and one instances where people have raised their arms in this way and have been accused of doing a Roman salute. But it's usually only when someone who is, I don't know, not a leftist raises their hand for whatever reason, they're called a Nazi.

So in this image, I saw this picture and there's someone coming in and you can see their hand reaching for AOC and she's putting her hand up because she's likely going to grab for a hug. But her right arm is extended. Her hand is out as if she's doing the salute. And then look at this man's face. He's shocked. He's like, oh, I can't believe AOC is doing the Roman salute.

It's stupid. And we've all wasted our time. Now, AOC is mad that these organizations, you're defending a high level. No, these people. It's only been a day and the Democrats have already launched a hoax. You know, I wonder. I wonder if Elon did it on purpose. You know why? Elon's not dumb. Everyone's like, he's autistic. He doesn't know what he's doing. And I'm like, I don't know. He clearly grabs his heart and then throws it out and he leans back.

He doesn't stand up straight. He doesn't put his feet. You put your feet together. Your hand goes to your chest. You raise it up and you issue your declaration is what the Nazis would do. Elon didn't do none of that. He put his hand in his heart and he grunted and leaned back and said, my heart goes out to all of you. You know, part of me wonders if Elon knew because he's it's like this. I don't think he did.

And I don't think autism explains it. I think it's just, I don't even call it an awkward gesture. He was throwing his heart out to people. And they're like, but he put his hand on his chest. They pick and choose and they cherry pick when it's a Nazi salute. But I wonder because what's going to happen is we are so fed up with the lies and the hoaxes that when the corporate press now runs this story, and they are, and they say things like Elon Musk did a fascist Nazi salute.

regular people are going to go, not this again. You mean, what? I guarantee you, if I go outside right now, we're in D.C., and I walk up to a random person and I said, did you hear that Elon Musk was doing a Nazi salute to Hitler at Trump's rally? They would go, oh, shut up. Trump's not a Nazi. We're so sick of this. That's what the average person is going to say. So what ends up happening is, although you can certainly say Elon did a gesture where his hand went up, sure, lots of people do all the time.

The left screeching that he's a Nazi is going to sour it. Many people are just going to say outright, like, here we go. They're lying again. Now, it does get funny. I got to be honest. Russian TV blurs out Elon Musk's Nazi salute. This is where they begin to launder the fake story. Now, I should play the video for you here. Like, here you go. You can watch yourself. And I just want to say thank you for making it happen. Thank you. My heart goes out to you.

It is thanks to you. I love how stupid the story is. My heart goes out to you. Let me just say, when Elon grabs his chest, leans back, putting his hand upward, and grunts as if he was throwing something, I think it's a clear intention was that he was grabbing his heart and throwing it out to everybody. And they're like, he's a Nazi.

The requirement to be a Nazi would have been, if it was a Heil Hitler salute, AOC would have been for him to actually say those words, I guess. That's it. But this is where we're at. Al Jazeera, why is anti-Semitism watchdog ADL defending Elon Musk's Nazi salute? Yeah, we get it, Al Jazeera. Elon Musk drags Taylor Swift into Nazi salute drama. So this is where the laundering begins. Because now that Newsweek is putting it in quotes, and I like Newsweek, they're not so bad.

But now they're putting in quotes. What's happening is the information has been laundered. Instead of saying, you know, initially they said Elon under fire for awkward gesture. And then everyone says that looked like a Nazi salute. Now they're running stories with Nazi salute in the affirmative. Thus, the information has been laundered. And now they're acting as though it's a fact that he did a Nazi salute, which he did not.

Because I'll stress it again. He would have had to have actually said the words with the salute. It's stupid that liberal like the left does the communist salute all the time. They march down the street doing what's called the red salute. And nobody says anything. And I'm supposed to care about what Elon's doing right now. Spare me. Look at this from Slate. It's day two and they've already showed us who they are. OK, Elon's hand is tilted upward. You see, you see how his hand is up like that.

That's not how you do the Roman salute. Okay? Here's a picture. Your palm is flat, straightforward. Your hands go down like these guys. And that's the Roman salute. There you go. There's a picture. Do they have more pictures? There you go. There you go. That's not what Elon did. That's not the Roman salute.

OK, you put your hand up and then we have this the Bellamy salute. Heaven's me. 1941. Well, the Nazis were in power at the time. And here are a bunch of little kids doing what's called the Bellamy salute to the American flag.

Palm out salute created by James B. Upham, a gesture that was to accompany the Pledge of Allegiance. It is known as the flag salute. During a period when it was used as the Pledge of Allegiance, Bellamy promoted the salute and it became to be associated with the name. Both the pledge and its salute originated in 1892. 1890? Well before the Nazis! Heavens me! Was Elon doing the Bellamy salute? No, he wasn't.

He said later during the 20s and 30s, Italian fascists and Nazi Germans adopted a salute which was very similar, attributed to the Roman salute, a gesture that was popularly believed to have been used in ancient Rome. This resulted in controversy over the use of the Bellamy salute in the United States, which was officially replaced by the hand over heart salute when Congress amended the flag code. So dare I say, I can't believe that this story has persisted for going on two days.

But AOC, heavens me, look at that. The shock. I can't believe it. There's another tweet. I don't know if I have it pulled up, though, from libs of TikTok. Oh, here it is. Oh, no. Look at that. Over and over again. Watch. She does it. She's got her hand to her chest and AOC throws her hand up and her palm is flat. Dare I say that's more of a Roman salute than Elon did. AOC, how could you? How could you? Again.

Welcome to America, my friends. Well, the left is grasping at straws. They have nothing left. Trump, on a popular mandate, is keeping his promises and America is being made great again. In the past week or so, we've experienced the first time in Donald Trump's political career that he has a net positive approval rating in aggregate. I call that winning. I call that a cultural shift. I call that people no longer being afraid to speak about what they truly want. But the thing about polling is that when asked if you were

You don't really have fear of reprisal. Some people did. Some people really did. It was the silent Trump voter or the secret Trump voter. But I think now what we're seeing is that many people woke up after the Biden administration failed. Yes, I kid you not. You see, the way they played the game, what they're saying now is that Donald Trump has no popular mandate. He didn't win more than half the country. Well, he won the popular vote, so it is. Thank you and have a nice day.

And they counter when we say that Trump won the popular vote by saying that, well, Joe Biden won the popular vote and the popular mandate. To that, I say, yes, you're correct. Now, I know a lot of people that want to come out and they want to say Donald Trump beat Joe Biden in 2020. And they want to say that Joe Biden could never have gotten 81 million votes. He cheated. The votes were fake. Yeah, maybe. I don't know. I don't care.

I think it was largely ballot harvesting. I think it was largely individuals who didn't really care, but, you know, were locked down. So they filled out their universal mail in vote. But I'm not going to go there. My response to these leftists and these liberals when they say, oh, yeah, well, Joe Biden won a popular mandate. I go, he sure did. He sure did.

And he screwed it up so royally that they removed him from his campaign and replaced him with one of the least popular candidates ever trailing Donald Trump. And that says a lot about the miserable failures of Joe Biden. Yeah, boy, it reminds me of that family guy joke where Meg has this ugly woman next to her and they're like she's like, you know, they hired this ugly woman to stand next to me to make me look better by contrast. And then some guys like, well, Meg, did you get less ugly?

The point is, Donald Trump was a great president and the media attacked him relentlessly, creating this false perception. And then everybody says, we want Joe Biden. So they they get Joe Biden. And boy, does that dude burn it to the ground.

He was so bad that they replaced him. His own party betrayed him. His approval rating was in the gutter. His polling was lagging by double digits. That's how much Biden screwed up his quote unquote popular mandate. Well, now we have the story from Newsweek. Donald Trump's approval rating breaks records. My friends, during the first Trump administration, I tracked this relentlessly.

Going over the data consistently about the RCP aggregate approval rating for Donald Trump. Now, I must clarify what we are looking at right now is favorability. So let me clarify. Let me clarify. I did say approval rating. These are two different things. His favorability, his current approval rating is still very low. Wow.

This is crazy. His approval rating actually dropped massively. But so correction, correction. I meant to say favorability. His favorability is now above above the spread at point three, point three, they say point three. It says point two up here, but down here it says point three. Now, I will absolutely point out.

These numbers make very little sense. They don't like the job Trump is doing, but they like him. They favor him. Now, I don't believe it. You take a look at these polls and these are all from before Donald Trump got in and we still have not received any polls on approval so far. Why would people and this is why I don't trust the media. There's there's several things wrong with this.

Why would economists have a minus two spread? Harvard Harris has a plus eight spread for Trump. And then we jump over here. Harvard Harris has a minus six for his job approval. They're like, wow, we really like the guy. But man, he sucks at his job. I don't know that I believe it. The people elected Donald Trump to do a job and he wasn't even president yet. And they're saying he was doing a bad job. That's why people don't trust these polls. And that's why, look, I can say this.

For the first time ever, his favorability, and again, it's a correction. I meant to say favorability because I have both. His favorability cracked positive in December, a month after he won. And then we are seeing it now, literally right now today.

So what does that mean? In this story from Newsweek, they say Trump's approval rating breaks records. Well, the reason, you know, I don't like playing these games. This is a single poll and it's got a limited polling body. So I don't I don't care too much for headlines like this. I mean, it's true. It's correct. A poll has shown a record approval. But in aggregate, while Rasmussen has Trump up plus three, everybody else has him very, very down.

But it'll be interesting to see. The spread being minus 15, I think, makes no sense, considering Trump wasn't president when these polls were taken. Let's read the story for Newsweek. Before we do, smash the like button, share the show with everyone you know, become a member at TimCast.com. Check out our uncensored content and join the Discord server. You can also go to Cast Brew and buy coffee. But let's read this from Newsweek.

Donald Trump's approval rating is at 56 percent, according to the head pollster at Rasmussen. Now, I want to stress, while Rasmussen is considered to be conservative, that means nothing because Rasmussen was one of the, if not the most accurate pollster in the election. So here's what I will say. While the sample size was small at 407, that's, you know, tough.

What I will say is Rasmussen, I believe, was the most accurate pollster in November. So when we look at all of the polls available, I don't care about economists or morning consults with other polls because they were not so good. Rasmussen right now says Trump is plus three. Meanwhile, his favorability is point three. That makes sense. It literally makes sense. That's what we would expect from legitimate polling. Why? Some people might say, I don't like the man, but he's doing a good job. So his favorability should be lower and his job approval should be higher.

Not the other way around. Man, I really like him, but he is screwing up. I know these polls were taken before he was even in, which is indicative of it should be comparable in that people voted for the man. He won a popular vote. The polls should reflect that the media lies. It's what they do. But I digress. I'm not blaming RealClearPolitics, by the way. I think they do a great job. They're aggregating these polls. The favorability is the big news because in aggregate, Trump has a net favorability.

That's amazing. Considering it's a popular vote, I know it's probably not surprising. They're going to say, That makes a bit more sense.

They say Trump's popularity could allow him to pass his agenda easily through Congress if Republicans rally around him. The president's agenda includes mass deportations, rolling back DEI policies and environmental protections, and raising tariffs on countries such as China, Mexico, and Canada, which could impact the economy. It could also solidify the chances of another MAGA candidate being picked as the GOP's nominee in the next presidential election.

They say the results present the highest ever approval ratings for Trump. His approval rating during his first term peaked at 45.8%, according to FiveThirtyEight. However, at the time, 50% of voters disapproved of him, FiveThirtyEight's tracker shows.

At the latest poll, and the latest polls had jumped from yesterday for Trump, when Rasmussen's tracking poll showed that Trump's approval rating stood at 53%, while 41% of likely voters disapproved of his job performance. Of those 36%, they said they strongly approved of his job performance, while 32 strongly disapproved. The poll had a sample size of 423. Now, I will be the first to say that's small. It doesn't mean a whole lot.

I'll give credit to Rasmussen for being right before. They say the surge follows Trump's inauguration for a second term as president. This we know. However, despite strong support, Trump still faces some barriers to getting his agenda through Congress. I want to pull up civics and check their real time results here on, let's see, Trump favorability. And right now what we can see is that Donald Trump's favorability has been increasing.

From last year until today, he's jumped a hearty six or so points in favorability. And I think that was fairly obvious when you look at the election results. Among 18 to 34-year-olds, it has grown, but he's still 36% unfavorable.

For the millennials, well, I mean, some millennials are under 34, but from 35 to 49, once again, favorability increased. 50 to 64, he has now become more favorable. And for the 65 plus, he has also now become more favorable. Gen X, my friends, I want to give a shout out to our friends in Gen X. They saved this election. The overwhelming swing of Gen Xers towards Trump is what pushed Trump over that finish line.

Obviously, men like Donald Trump, 51 percent, and women don't. I don't even need to click the polls to see that data. My friends, we need to see what happens in the next week with these polls. Will Donald Trump see a skyrocketing favorability? I don't see why he would not. He won the popular vote. His favorability should already be above 50 percent, right?

Maybe not, because he won with like, what, like forty nine point nine percent or something. And so there's going to be some leftist groups that don't like him. And there's going to be some more libertarian groups that still challenge him. But my friends, it's a new day. Things are changing. Trump's favorability for the first time is positive. I'll leave it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, become a new become a member at Timcast dot com. I watch our uncensored members only shows. Thanks for hanging out. And we'll see you all in the next segment.

I hear from a lot of people that one of the biggest issues was gender ideology in this past election. They call it a sleeper issue. The Wall Street Journal. Trump had this ad. I shouldn't say Trump, but the Trump supporters and conservatives at this ad where it said Kamala is for they them. Trump is for you.

Well, now we have the hard results. Democrat voters abandoned party after AOC and Jeffrey say anti-trans athlete bill empowers child predators. Longtime Democratic law professor said progressives have created a grievance Olympics and it doesn't work. Notably, AOC has pushed this incessant lie, as have many other Democrats, that Republicans want genital inspections of children.

which is the stupidest thing imaginable, but this is what they do. They lie. Here's an idea. Males compete against males. Females compete against females. Thank you and have a nice day and we'll carry on. And actually in major league sports, women are allowed to try out. They just never meet the level of the highest tier of athletic men. Certainly I wouldn't either. Could you imagine me trying to play in the NBA? Come on. I probably couldn't make a single free throw. Now if they had skateboarding in the NBA.

But I digress. The real issue is actually quite simple. When we say males can't compete in women's sports, females can't compete in male sports, which we admittedly care less about. No one needs to be genitally inspected. It just means that if you cheat, you cheat. Right. So right now it's against the rules to, I don't know, dope and do certain sports. And there's blood doping where they inject themselves with their own hemoglobin and things like this. There are drug tests. Right.

And the issue is, how do the drug tests work? Do we strip you down in public and make sure everybody watches as we take your blood or urine? Do you have to pee in front of it? No. You do a drug test in a private area. No one's going to inspect your body. We don't need to do that. It's really simple.

What the Republicans are saying is like, yeah, it's just your birth certificate. Like you literally just be like, wait, can we see your birth certificate? And Democrats are like, papers, please. Now we're taking your papers. If a male wants to compete in women's sports and is passing as a female, all that it means is if the individual ends up winning and is later discovered through whatever means, birth certificate or otherwise, to be male, that would be considered cheating and you'd have your awards rescinded. Your awards. What's your story from Fox News?

They say Democrat lawmakers in D.C. pushed back against the GOP led Protection of Women and Girls Sports Act last week with unsubstantiated arguments that the law would enable sexual predators to give genital examinations. Yeah, it wouldn't.

The argument was not rooted in any language in the bill as Republicans insisted that no genital inspection would ever be necessary and that proof of birth gender could simply be determined with a birth certificate or I don't know, like honor and integrity. The average person being like, this is a boy who is trans. Sorry, you can't compete by like the deterrence is simply that we tell people these are the rules. Most people would imagine will likely just abide by them.

Still, many prominent Democrats, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, used the sexual predator argument in statements and during testimony on the House of Representatives floor. The tactic has alienated some of the party's loyal voters who have unregistered as Democrats in response. Prominent Rutgers law professor Gary Francione said,

has been a lifelong Democrat dating back to the 70s. In November's general elections, he voted for Kamala Harris and Rep. Chrissy Houlihan of Pennsylvania, who was one of 206 Democrats to vote against the bill last Tuesday. But Fran Cione, who was an advocate for LGBTQ rights, abortion rights, and even vegan and animal rights abolitionists, said he was so offended by the Democrat representatives who tried to tie the bill to empowering child predators that he unregistered as a Democrat after last Tuesday's hearing. Quote,

That just made me very upset because it screamed out lack of integrity, lack of honesty. Francione told Fox News Digital. This is the way you fight battles by trying to insult other people who oppose you and disagree with you and insinuate their child molesters or pedophiles. It seems to me you've lost the game. I don't know how they've how they're ever going to come back from this. Woo.

French Yona has a life as other life has a lifelong network of other Democrats in the field of law and other industries. And it says many of them share his beliefs and will also be unregistering from the party. I can say confidently of the people I know who are Democrats who I've spoken to. The vast majority of them are very unhappy about all this stuff and feel the party has lost its way. I know a couple who said they are going to unregister.

This is what I have done. This is when I drew the line. Let's pull up his tweet from a couple of days ago.

He said in light of the irresponsible and unhinged comments of AOC, Rep Jayapal and Rep Jerry Nadler and others concerning the bill to keep males out of girls and women's sports and the 206 Democrat votes against the bill. I have after decades as a Democrat registered as an independent.

Please understand, this is not the only issue concerning which I have disagreed with other Dems, but I have always thought that one could do more from the inside to shift thinking. But when we are at the point where those who oppose boys and girls sports are characterized as empowering predators, remaining a member is no longer feasible.

One person responded with, I stopped supporting the party when it stopped supporting women's and girls' rights and safety. Neither party supports those now, though their anti-women policies are slightly different. But both have adopted sexist gender stereotypes as appropriate for defining what women are. Franchione says, I could not agree more.

James Skinner says, welcome to the dark side of the force, LOL. I had to leave the party too when they fell off the deep end. Haven't we all? Now, my friends, I've never been a registered Democrat. I don't know what that means. But in Chicago, we vote Democrat. I barely voted. I think after the Obama stuff, I was just like, man, I am so I am not playing this game. You lied to me. And, you know, it's funny because I grew up listening to punk rock.

punk rock music and talking about how the press is lying, the wars are fake, the military industrial complex is trying to get us entrenched in these battles. There's a great song, which is very interesting. It's from Propagandhi. And the title of the song is, you know, it's basically, I'm paraphrasing, stick the flag up your effing ass, you GDSOB. It's a well-known punk song. And what's fascinating to me is that half the song is really bad.

But half the song would actually line up perfectly with Trump supporters. And that's where it's weird, because, of course, in the song they say F the troops and things like that. And yet no conservative is going to get behind that message. But he also mentions he says, I don't know if I remember lyrics. I question the intentions of the Boy Scouts chanting war.

That's the side of freedom, son. You're free to say no more. There's no free speech and calls for warmongering is direct opposition to what the MAGA movement wants. They want free speech and the right to challenge these ideas, and they don't want the war. They don't want foreign policy spending. There's another line, Bette Midler now was in sainthood, romanticizing murder for morale. And I'm just like, that's the kind of music I was listening to as a kid. And I grew up in this world where they...

Protesters were calling out all of the war stuff. And so when Obama was running and he was supposed to counter the Bush war era and he didn't, we kind of realized it was all a big con. But how amazing to me that while the song is beautifully crafted, I'm a punk rock music fan. Some of its messaging, like I said, you know, he says F the troops to hell in the song.

Back then, I can understand the anger. I never really agree with the message. We can blame the troops for it. These are people who just signed up because they want to help the country, and it's the establishment leaders that are bad. Don't get me wrong. Everybody bears responsibility for the actions they take. But I love that line, Bette Midler now was in sainthood, romanticizing murder for morale. She still is.

The view. It's fascinating that there is this merger now between the old anti-war, anti-interventionist left and the right to form this populist movement. The World Trade Organization protests, the battle in Seattle. These people were opposed to globalism and free trade. Now they find themselves many voting for Donald Trump. Well, now we have the next issue, my friends, and that is we don't want men in women's bathrooms. So there is a challenge here.

You know, there are individuals who are certainly passing. And if Buck Angel went into a women's room, there'd probably be some problems. So navigating this is not so easy, to be completely honest. I think usually it's just you go in the restroom where people expect you to be based on your appearance. And that is a challenge. Like I mentioned, you know, Blair White going into a men's room, people are going to be like, why is there a woman in here? Blair White's male.

Buck Angel going into a women's room. Buck Angel looks like an old biker, but Buck Angel is female. And so there is still an issue there, though it is a minority issue. How do you deal with it?

I don't have all the answers. What I can say is in the bigger picture, people do not like these overtly male individuals going in female spaces. And so the issue was never should Buck Angel go into a women's room because no guy is going to care about a female who presents as male in the men's room. And no guy is going to care. I mean, for the most part to someone like Blair White being in the men's room, but in the women's room, it's different because men and women are different.

We cannot apply this universal principle on rights to men and women the same way. That is, women are allowed to compete against men if they choose, but they never make the cut. Men don't compete against women because we created a special category of women's sports to protect women who have lesser bone density, lesser muscle mass, less fast twitch muscles, a wider Q angle, which results in knee and ankle injuries more than males, a lower center of gravity, etc. Less skin collagen. We create special classes for women because women are different.

And now the Democrats are going to reap what they have sown because the only thing they have has been lies. So good luck. I'm going to wrap it up there, my friends. Next time it will be tonight at 8 p.m. YouTube dot com slash Timcast IRL. Thank you for hanging out and we will see you all then.
