Kamala Harris made history by becoming the first woman to preside over her own election loss during the certification of the 2024 presidential election results. This event marked a unique moment in U.S. political history, as she announced the electoral votes that confirmed Donald Trump's victory over her.
Donald Trump received 312 electoral votes, while Kamala Harris received 226 electoral votes in the 2024 presidential election. This result was certified by a joint session of Congress.
There were concerns about Donald Trump's sentencing scheduled for January 10th, 2025, just days before his inauguration. While it was speculated that he would not receive prison time, there were fears of potential political interference or false flag operations aimed at disrupting his transition to the presidency.
Conspiracy theories suggested that far-left extremists might attempt to stop Trump's inauguration through mass protests, riots, or even a drone attack. Some speculated that these actions could be framed as a false flag operation to create chaos and prevent Trump from taking office.
Donald Trump received no prison time or probation during his sentencing on January 10th, 2025. The judge ruled that an unconditional discharge was the most viable solution, allowing Trump to pursue his appeals without obstruction as he prepared to assume the presidency.
Justin Trudeau announced his resignation as Prime Minister of Canada, effective after the Liberal Party selected a new leader. His resignation was seen as a response to internal political turmoil and pressure from the incoming Trump administration, particularly regarding trade and tariff threats.
The January 6th Capitol riot was described as a protest that turned violent, with some individuals breaking into the Capitol. While some participants faced severe legal consequences, there was debate over the severity of the charges and the narrative that the riot led to the deaths of police officers, which was later clarified as inaccurate.
A Cybertruck exploded in front of the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, sparking conspiracy theories. The driver, who had allegedly sent emails about whistleblowing on gravitic propulsion drones, was found dead with a bullet in his head. Some speculated that U.S. intelligence or military forces were involved in silencing him.
CNN faced criticism for its coverage of the January 6th anniversary, with accusations of biased reporting and spreading misinformation. Critics argued that the network downplayed the economic and security challenges faced by the U.S. under the Biden administration while exaggerating the impact of the Capitol riot.
Rumors that Tim Pool sold his media company to the Daily Wire were debunked as false. Pool clarified that no such sale occurred and criticized those spreading the rumors, particularly Jake Shields, for pushing conspiracy theories for clicks and attention.
Donald Trump has been officially certified the winner of the 2024 election. And for the first time in history, a woman has presided over her own defeat. Coming in at 312 electoral votes to 226, Trump Vance has been certified by a joint session of Congress to much fanfare. Well, it's a tremendous moment. I want to play the clip for you so you can see it yourself. And then we'll talk about what's next and where we are. And, um,
Largely, you know, I got to be honest, I just laughed quite a bit when Kamala Harris announced her own defeat. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a moment in history. Delivered to the president of the Senate is as follows. The whole number of the electors appointed to vote for president of the United States is 538. Within that whole number, the majority is 270.
The votes for President of the United States are as follows: Donald J. Trump of the state of Florida has received 312 votes. Kamala D. Harris of the state of California has received 226 votes. It is history, ladies and gentlemen. The first time a woman has presided over her own defeat. Incredible.
The whole number of electors appointed to vote for Vice President of the United States is 538. Within that whole number, a majority is 270. The votes for Vice President of the United States are as follows. J.D. Vance of the state of Ohio has received 312 votes. Tim Walz of the state of Minnesota has received 226 votes. And there it is, ladies and gentlemen, victory.
But I will say, we are not out of the woods just yet. This announcement of the state of the vote by the President of the Senate shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons elected President and Vice President of the United States, each for a term beginning on the 20th day of January 2025, and shall be entered
together with the list of the votes on the journals of the House and the Senate. Thank you very much. And there it is. Ladies and gentlemen, history has been made. I believe the only other president to win a non-consecutive term was Grover Cleveland. I believe that was well before we actually had term limits anyway. Donald Trump has been officially certified, and it is true.
Kamala Harris is the first woman to preside over her own election loss. Donald Trump is still not president. And we have two interesting, well, I should say there's one interesting conundrum and one fear. That is, of course, Trump sentencing is still planned for this Friday. It's hard to know exactly what's going to happen. They're saying they're going to bring him in and he may, he's not going to get prison time, but who knows? I don't trust these people.
You see, this is a political party that has contested basically every single election, every single time a Republican wins. Not that I agree with George W. Bush at all, but they don't just roll over. So when we see this and there was no great Raskin moment where he pledged that he was going to invoke civil war conditions. That's what he said. Civil war conditions. And they're going to have to stop the hordes of Trump supporters now.
Because Trump is ineligible. Was it all bluster? Well, aside from the sentencing, there's another concern pertaining to what happens in the weeks leading up to January 20th. It's now two weeks from today. And there is a fear of either some kind of false flag operation.
terror attack or mass protests and riots. You already have far leftists screaming and demanding that people show up on the 19th to stop Donald Trump from taking office. There is the possibility he ends up in prison. I think it's slim. But the argument I've seen from people on X is that regardless of taking the oath of office, he becomes president instantly on that day.
And then he can take the oath somewhere else. And people mentioned, I think what, like Reagan or somebody, Nixon, I don't know. They took the oath on a plane so it can be done. And the only real thing that may stop Donald Trump is far left extremism. I want to say, guys, let's hope and pray that we don't see any violence, that things calm down. But there is still the story of Rudyard Lynch. What if I'll test on YouTube predicting 1000 dead by April?
I don't completely agree. I think that's quite silly. It's a big number to get to. But already, especially now with the attack in New Orleans, that number might be 20 or 30 deaths so far since the election. But 20 or 30 is a long way from getting to 1,000 dead in, what, five months? I say five months because the end of April, you know, just about five months. The argument I've heard from people who really do believe this, that turmoil is coming, is
They say, wait until Trump is sworn in and then start signing his executive orders. Wait until Trump calls in the military to start deporting, to start engaging in these mass deportations. I don't know. But with the drone story, the Vegas attack and the crazy conspiracies, there is a fear. One of the rumors circulating online is that there will be a drone attack on Donald Trump and they'll they'll use this to claim Iran did it.
I don't believe it for a second, ladies and gentlemen, but I do want to say let's all hope and pray for the best, for the safety and security of all of our political leaders. I've long said this of Joe Biden, of Kamala Harris and of Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, whoever. We don't want any violence. We want everybody to be OK. We don't want to enter that arena because things break down. And I don't think people truly understand. They don't. The people who advocate for violence, they don't know what it's actually like.
There's the instability. You will live like a rabbit hiding in underground, shaking, not knowing if the knock on your door is your death. Yeah, you don't want to live that way. So I hope Trump gets in. It's clean. It's cordial. It's simple. And that's it. Trump starts enacting his policies. Democrats will lie about it. They'll whinge about it. And we'll call out their lying and criticize them for whinging. But the story goes on.
With this Vegas attack, a cyber truck at Trump Hotel in Vegas, that a message was being sent to Elon Musk and Donald Trump. The individual in question reportedly had some emails he had sent to some media personalities, including Sean Ryan, big podcast. And I don't know that I believe any of it, but it sparked a conspiracy theory that the individual was talking about gravity propulsion drones that China's been launching them. There's been discussions about Iran drones.
wanting to take the life of Donald Trump. And with these things bubbling up the news, the conspiracy theory is that there will be a drone kamikaze attack on Trump right before the inauguration or at who knows. There are leftists posting these videos where they claim Kamala Harris will be president. Well, no, J.D. Vance would be. And even if Trump and Vance were both incapacitated, it still doesn't go to Kamala Harris. That's silly and absurd. I don't believe it. And I think this kind of stuff's silly. I'll tell you why.
People think it's predictive programming, that's what they call it, but I just don't believe in predictive programming. It's a nonsense thing. If anything, these stories about drones or whatever are to throw you off the trail of whatever the real plan is. And certainly there's a plan. I'm not saying the plan is to...
and Donald Trump or stop him or anything like that. I'm saying there's a plan to counter his policies because every political party always has a plan to counter the other. Just a question of how severe those plans will go. As we know from Trump's first term, yeah, their plans included trying to put Donald Trump in prison for the rest of his life, which is a bit extreme. It involved a lot of untoward behavior. I'll call it that.
Right now, it's hard to know what's going to happen. But as long as Trump takes it seriously and everybody chills out, I think we might be OK. I hope they take security seriously because I don't trust I don't trust the government and I don't trust the Democrats and the Uniparty and the intel agencies are going to sit back and let Donald Trump do the things he's talking about doing. So I think the worst case scenario for us actually is that Trump gets in and is obstructed.
is unable to actually fire the people who need to be fired, clean out the bureaucracy. That's the worst case scenario because then the energy is drained. People voted for Trump for change. And if they don't get it, then what do we get in 2028?
Four more years, my friends, of Donald Trump. And we're going to see what's coming after that. But for now, let's just hope and pray for safety, security. And we'll laugh at the the we'll engage in some political schadenfreude. It's allowed. I'm allowed to laugh at Kamala Harris for losing because that's the reality we want. We want people to laugh, say, ha ha, you lose. And it's like, ah, yeah, you know, we lost. That's it.
We don't want violence. I'll wrap it there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone. You know, we got more segments coming up. Stick around and we will see you all in the next segment. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. This holiday was absolutely fantastic for me. I hope it was great for you. I did have a little video last week as we returned from vacation. But today, my friends, on this most auspicious of days, we must stand vigilant in fear that far left insurrectionists may try to stop
The certification of Donald J. Trump. That's right, my friends. Today is the day that Congress is going to count the electoral votes to determine that Donald Trump is in fact the winner and formally declare him president elect. It's pretty wild. We also have a major snowstorm. So the good news is, rest assured, far leftists are not going to go out and protest because there's too much snow on the ground. So it actually is pretty wild that it snowed so heavily, literally on January 6th, because ain't nobody protesting in this stuff.
But there is still concern because the left is pretty nuts. And they have been protesting. And while I'm not really concerned, I'm, you know, it's obviously tongue in cheek. I'm not really concerned that far leftists are going to go around smashing windows and storming into the Capitol and screaming, you know, no more Trump or whatever. They have been protesting. And they are pretty crazy. You got these viral videos. I only have a couple pulled up where these leftists are saying, these Democrats like, we're going to storm the Capitol on the 19th. Okay, they're not really saying storm the Capitol, but they're saying,
We're going to show up on the 19th and protest and stop Donald Trump from becoming president. That's like the 19th. Well, January 6th is the day they count the votes. So whatever. One chick actually says that Kamala is signaling wink wink that she's not going anywhere and that she will be president.
Okay. Yeah, it's not going to happen, but they are going to count the electoral votes. It's over. And while it is January 6th, and it's funny because all of these liberal outlets are saying it's the anniversary of January 6th. They didn't care last year, the year before, the year before that. They only cared on January 6th, 2021. And they only care now. Yeah, they didn't care while Joe Biden was president because it was meaningless. But now Donald Trump has won. He will become the president.
Hopefully everything is safe and secure. But of course, you've even got Merrick Garland coming out, the whinging, the manipulation and the lies. We're going to break it down. Merrick Garland issued a statement saying that on this day, we remember the five police officers who lost their lives as the result of January 6th. You know, and over this holiday, of course, I know many of you probably experienced this, but I was hanging out with the family.
extended family. And I had one conversation where, you know, one individual said to me, well, you know, the people who killed that police officer should be in prison. And I said, yeah, nobody killed the cop. And this very kind family member, very nice. I mean, no disrespect said, well, that's what everybody was saying that the cop was killed. And I was like, you're talking about Officer Sicknick, who died of natural causes. And well after January 6th,
I mean, I think it was like a day or two later, the individual had a stroke and died and it was deemed natural causes. Now they try to argue, yeah, but clearly the stress of January 6th led to this. We don't know that. Come on. More importantly, don't try to conflate, okay, what was a riot and a protest where someone may have been stressed. You're trying to conflate that with someone actually bashed a cop over the head and killed him. It didn't happen. And as for those other officers, okay,
I mean, they're tragic stories, but they were suicides and they're unrelated to January 6th. Now, they try to make it seem like it was related, but dude, we're not playing that game. You're not playing that game with me. But Democrats, of course, try to play that game. We ain't playing that game. So let's break this down. Right now, D.C. is on high alert because we had two major incidents that are considered to be terror attacks. Now, I got to tell you, my friends, we got to do a deep dive breakdown of the Vegas incident because this one looks like
Sloppy wet work, let me tell you. Now, we're not going to get into it all in this segment, but I will give you the gist of it as to why D.C. is on high alert and security is being cranked up. Well, obviously, the New Orleans attack has people really on edge.
And I mentioned this last week, but Alex Stein, me, the family, we were planning on going to New Orleans. No joke. Not even kidding. And I was talking with Alex. He's like, bro, we would have been right there on Bergman Street. That was the plan. Because I've never been to New Orleans. I've been all over. And we had two weeks. And I was like, let's just pop down for a couple days. We decided not to do it.
because, well, you know, we had family on the way and we figured we should be traveling as much. And so we didn't. And it's kind of scary. The thing, too, is the second choice was Vegas. No joke. You guys know I love playing Hold'em. So in New Orleans, you have a guy who's clearly inspired by ISIS. They found an ISIS flag. The dude apparently had gone to training camps. And how this got past the CIA and the FBI, oh, boy, we don't know. But because of this, high alert in D.C.,
Now, in Vegas, the story gets really weird because you got this this viral clip from the Sean Ryan show where this dude gets an email.
Where this dude, who's allegedly the guy in the truck, said that he was trying to blow the whistle on gravitic propulsion drones. Yeah, gravitic. Never heard of that. But the general idea is that it manipulates gravity to fly. And he says that the U.S. and China have these technologies and he's going to blow the whistle and he's fleeing. I guess I don't know the full story, but it's wild that according to this gentleman, I'm not I'm not familiar with with who he is.
receiving this email. I believe Sean Ryan all said he received a similar email. He said that the emails were received before the Cybertruck blew up in front of the Vegas Trump Hotel. So you may have heard this. It's a wild story. I don't know a whole lot about. But I did look at what was posted. The headers for the email were posted. The dates are on it, screenshotted.
Unless it's some very elaborate hoax, it looks like this dude emailed well in advance that he was planning to blow the whistle. So they find the guy in a Cybertruck with a bullet in his head and the truck explodes. And so what people are now suggesting, and look, I'm not telling you I know, I'm saying this is what's going around the internet, is that this dude was trying to blow the whistle on something. He got stopped by US intel or military and they decided to take him out.
Then they drove, because you can self-drive Teslas, his Cybertruck to a Trump building and blew it up. I don't know. I guess the conspiracy theory is that the dude had the explosives in his truck to protect himself in the event they tried to stop him and take him. And then they just use it against him. Man, I got no idea. But we'll talk about that probably later tonight. We'll get more details and dig up. But but for that.
The reason I bring it up is because D.C.'s on high alert. So we'll talk all about this. Let's let's let's first get started on the anti-Trump protesters who are demanding that Congress block Trump certification. It's not going to happen and they're not going to be out today because there's snow. But before we do, my friends, you know, I said we had a big announcement. Everybody was running this this fake story. It's wild, dude. It's so wild.
They were running this fake story saying that we had already sold the Daily Wire. I'm a big fan of the Daily Wire. We actually, on the Tim Kess Tyrell set, we've got behind our guest, we've got two bottles of wine.
We've got Elon's burnt hair cologne. We've got the Timcast ammo box, and we've got the Mayflower cigars, and we've got the Daily Wire truth bomb. Just because they're things that we like to put knickknacks up, you know, and bring some more character to the room. We're big fans of Daily Wire. We had never sold to the Daily Wire. We're not discussing selling to the Daily Wire. It's wild.
That some random blog publishes this story and then everybody just ran with it. And then I'm getting blasted by these tweets, like just endless, where they're like, Tim Pool was bought by Jews and like other psychotic psycho babble. Yo, Jake Shields, you owe me a bottle of Pappy. I'm not saying he, I told him he was like, you were bought by the Daily Wire. And I was like, I bet you a thousand dollars it's not true.
You know, a bottle of Pappy. It's a little bit more than a thousand bucks. You can get you can get it for like twelve hundred. It's a it's a whiskey. Well, it's a bourbon, I think. I don't know. I don't drink anyway. Where's that guy at? Yeah. As soon as January 1st came around, they all just stopped talking about it. These people are morons. Alex Jones recently called out Jake Shields being like, dude, you're obsessed with Jews. And I'd like to say, Jake,
You are so psychotically wrong about everything you talk about. I hope this is a wake-up call that when you and all your folks on X are screaming that TimCast was bought, you know, can I just point out how insane it is? Because this was like two weeks before January 1st. They're like, Tim is selling everything. It's like, do you think a deal like that can happen in two weeks? You people are nuts. Anyway, the big announcement that I said on X was,
Was that Casper franchising is here and we've already got dozens. We are being led in this great effort by our good friend, Chef Andrew Gruel, who's an expert on these things. And you can go to Casper.com and click franchise to learn about the franchise opportunity and how you could open your own Casper location. Some people have said, yeah, but Tim, you didn't even open yours yet.
Yeah, we got stuck on the historical building aspect of it. Because of this, we got jammed up and we decided we're going to probably put it somewhere else, which could open up much more quickly. But understand...
The whole time we had been creating the plans, the designs, the marketing strategies, and it took a long time to file all the paperwork. Seriously, that's like the bulk of it. But we designed different layouts for coffee shops. We did all that background work so that we can launch all of these. We were hoping to have ours up first. But all this means is whoever wants to open a Casper, you go to casper.com and read about it. It might be you. So that was the big announcement.
And people are like, what am I supposed to do? Like, January 1st was the date we could formally announce for legal reasons. And everyone's like, he's selling to the Daily Wire. I'm like, dude, these people are nuts. You're crazy. You just don't believe it. But don't forget also to head over to boonieshq.com. Pick up some Boonies skateboards. We got Step on Snack and Find Out in Stock.
Restocking them because these things sell like hotcakes. And everybody, this is like one of our next bestsellers, is the right to arm bears. It's a grizzly bear, I think. Wearing a flannel and brandishing a shotgun. He's got a nice hat. If you think bears should have shotguns, that's the skateboard for you. But let's jump into the news. We got this from News2Share. Ford Fisher on the ground yesterday.
Protesters gathered in Washington, D.C., Friday and Saturday to demand Congress reject the January 6th certification of Donald Trump as the winner of the presidential race. Lock him up, activists chanted Friday at Washington, D.C.'s Franklin Park. Comedian Cliff Cash described the 14th Amendment's prohibition on insurrection as taking office as applying to Trump, whom he also says he does not believe actually won in 2024. I just love how insane everything is. Can we just can we relish in that?
When Trump won, my wife is MAGA. I divorced. Whoa. When Trump won, my wife is MAGA. I divorced my wife. I quit my job, explained activist Michael. At my age, 66, if need be, I will give my life to do what I can to save this country. Oh, these people are nuts.
It's really funny, guys, when Trump lost in 2020 and he did. And I'm going to tell you why. Winning doesn't mean that a bunch of people raise their hand saying, I hereby vote Donald Trump. Winning means you've taken the battlefield. If you think our elections only ever were, we show up with smiles on our faces and write down a name and put in a box. Well, I got a bridge to sell you.
Elections have always been about the exercise of raw power. Billions of dollars spent or the equivalent of to win political power in this country. And Joe Biden and Democrats figured out a means to do so. And you can say it was cheating. You can say it was on tour. You can see all those things. Yeah. And all is fair in love and war. Right. This time around, Donald Trump won. And you know what we can say?
You can argue that 2020 was unfair with the lockdowns and the mail-in voting and the weird shenanigans and all that stuff. Totally fine, totally fine. Biden still took the White House. Say this, Donald Trump held an election straight up with no universal mail-in voting, much the same way during a lockdown. And he won a popular mandate. That says a lot, certainly does. But power one is power one.
So this guy now coming out and saying that Trump didn't win and he divorced his wife. Some people's brains have rotted and turned to jelly. He calls, especially Democrats in Congress, cowards and traitors for not blocking Trump. He explains one thing about the 2025 election, 2024, is that Elon Musk hacked into the Dominion voting systems to create fraudulent votes for Trump. It was Elon this time.
One activist held a sign reading, F.A. engage in insurrection. F.O. disqualified from office and demanded Congress declined to certify. We will never cease calling January 6th an insurrection, explained University of Maryland constitutional law professor Mark Graber, who defined insurrection and applied to Trump step by step. We will never cease calling Trump an insurrectionist. One brought petitions he hopes participants will hand out to Congress to block Trump certification, blah, blah.
Blah. All right. Here we go, friends. Let's play this from End Wokeness. The left still thinks Kamala Harris will be the president. Trump is done. Oh, here we go. Trump coming out and calling for a rally with his supporters January 19th, one day before the inauguration. Why would you need to do that the day before you are supposedly being inaugurated the 47th president?
He wants those people here in town for when it becomes even more evident than it already is that under 14th Amendment Section 3, he cannot be sworn in. He's done. He knows it. He's known it for a while. Only thing is, they're ready for you this time, dude.
Cope and Seethe. Here we go. Check this one out. I am shook, shaken, and stirred right now. Shook, shaken, and stirred, my friends. All three at once. Perhaps you should see a doctor. Get out of bed. Did y'all see Kamala Harris's end of the year slash New Year post? Why was it? There has to be a reason it was that extra. Because that was unnecessary. I feel like this is, it's coded. It's coded. I don't know what it means.
But it means something. She's not going anywhere. I think that's very clear from this video. She ain't going nowhere. Also, another reason why I think this video is important is that Biden is not featured at all. Not even one frame.
I feel like that's strange. I feel like that's a little strange. Remember, the things that she keeps repeating. We are not going to throw up our hands. We're going to roll up our sleeves. It's time to get to work. Okay, lady, guy, calm down. Well, then you got Brian Krasenstein. He says, human scum, democracy is important. I pray that we never face this ever again on January 6th. Oh, my dude, just stop.
You know, these guys are so fake. Listen, man. January 6th was a riot. It was a particularly bad riot. It was a riot at the Capitol. I'd say probably half or more of the people, I think more than half, weren't doing anything. Weren't rioting. It was a small group, relatively, that pushed to the barricades, smashed windows, and fought cops. However...
It was another smaller group that made up the larger portion of the riot who then climbed through broken glass and started pushing their way into the Capitol. On the other side, you had people with a permit who had no idea what was going on and the doors were opened by people on the other side. And they walked in and they were walking between the ropes. There's videos of them walking and waving to cops and taking selfies with police officers. Yeah. Sorry. Look.
I think it's bad when people riot, and I think people who riot should get charged for it. I think the people who broke their way in, smashed windows, knocked down cops, all of that stuff, should go to prison. Yes. Well, actually, I'd say jail, because prison's longer than a year. I don't think you get it. I guess if you assault an officer, I'd say prison. But what, like a year for felony assault on an officer or something? They probably do way more than that in this regard.
Considering it was bad, my stance has always been if you hit a cop, if you fought a cop, if you were rioting, you go to jail. But I don't know what six months to a year, maybe some of these people have been locked up for years. Some of them gotten 20 year sentences. This is nuts. Well, I don't know what's going to happen, but they say Donald Trump is going to start pardoning everybody as he should. But there are rumors he's only going to pardon about a thousand. I don't know if that's true. Hopefully he does pardon everybody. Well, no, I think commutation.
If you're somebody in prison because you hit a cop, commutation. You got charged for hitting a cop, dude. You go to jail for that, okay? Don't be rioting and don't riot at the Capitol. But for the people who walked in clueless, yeah, just pardon them, dude. It's a public building. It's typically open to the public. And this idea that they're going to lock people up for years over this is stupid. Here we go. From the Office of Public Affairs, DOJ, Merrick Garland's statement on the fourth anniversary of the January 6th attack on the Capitol. Here we go. He says...
On this day four years ago, police officers were brutally assaulted while bravely defending the United States Capitol. They were punched, tackled, tased, and attacked with chemical agents that burned their eyes and skin. Today, I'm thinking of the officers who still bear the scars of that day, as well as the loved ones of the five officers who lost their lives in the line of duty as a result of what happened to them on January 6th. These people are evil. Yeah, I'm sorry, dude. These people are evil. Now, I'm going to say this. We're somewhat lucky it ain't as bad as it is in the UK. If you hear about what's going on with those grooming gangs...
The news coming out of the UK is nightmarish. You know, I somewhat say tongue in cheek, UK is conquered. But after this story came out about what these men have been doing to little girls for decades with government covering it up and even arresting the fathers. Yeah, the UK is conquered, man. I got to be honest. I cannot repeat the things that are in these documents on YouTube. They'd probably take the video down. I'm not kidding.
It's torture of children, extreme graphic child abuse, torture by these grooming gangs. So I'm just going to say it's like I read this about Merrick Garland. I'm like, these people are corrupt, but at least it ain't that corrupt. It's close. Don't get me wrong. No officer, not a single one lost their life in the line of duty over January 6th. Fake news. And I'll prove it to you with factcheck.org.
How many died in the Capitol riot? Well, there were Trump supporters, two heart attacks, an overdose, and a shooting death. Law enforcement, a stroke victim. A police officer the day after the riots, Brian Sicknick, passed away due to injuries, staying while on duty. Fake. The report stated that Sicknick was injured while physically engaging with protesters. He returned to his office and collapsed.
The New York Times, citing an unnamed law enforcement source, initially reported that Sicknick was struck by a fire extinguisher, but later updated story to say medical experts said he did not die of blunt force trauma. In fact, it was natural causes. U.S. Capitol Police released a statement that read, the U.S. CP accepts the findings from the D.C. office of the medical examiner. Sicknick died of natural causes. It has not changed the fact that Officer Sicknick died in the line of duty, but
courageously defending Congress and the Capitol. You know, I can give him that because he was at work when it happened, but it didn't happen at January 6th. And so the issue I take with him, with Garland saying that died in the line of duty, it's like, dude, he wasn't he didn't drop dead on January 6th at the Capitol. He was he had left and he had a stroke. He had two strokes, eight hours after the event. So spare me, dude. Sad that the dude died. But come on, man. Strokes happen.
Then you have four suicides that didn't even happen on January 6th. And they go on to say that, like, in the days and months after the riot, four officers committed suicide. What? Come on, man. That's certainly not in the line of duty. And it is sad, OK? But they're trying to just make it seem like it was January 6th related. That one guy was on his way to work and he shot himself. Well,
Look, man, I'm not here to play conspiracy theories with you. I can tell you definitively based on the news as reported, none of these people died in the line of duty. And if you want to argue Sicknick was, you are stretching it only because he was at work several hours after January 6th and he had a stroke. But let me tell you,
I'm not a doctor or anything, but I don't think that whatever caused the stroke was related to something happened only hours before. It was something bubble up bubbling up in him. OK, but that's just me. Fine. By all means, you can argue that. But there's other officers we ain't playing that game.
Well, right now, D.C. is on high alert because we've got, you know, you have Carter's funeral. You've got Trump's inauguration. You got the certification today. It is going to be nuts. Left is calling for mass protests. And you've got a ton of massive parties happening in D.C. coming up in the next couple of weeks. It's going to be wild. The inaugural ball. I think there may be a big Trump event. You've got big podcasting events. It's going to be wild. Now you got this.
A tax fuel DC's pre-inauguration security fears. Yeah. So get ready, ladies and gentlemen. There's no telling what will happen. What I can say right now, though, there is so much snow on the ground outside. Ain't no protesters going to be showing up. Maybe one or two. Dude, one of the worst things in the business was like when we were covering all the breaking news back during the Occupy days and like that's the 2010s. We knew if it rained, you're you're called off.
Like we'd literally spend thousands of dollars gearing up and getting plane tickets in hotels because like there's a major BLM riot that's going to happen in this city because for this reason this happened. And then they're like, oh, no, light drizzle. Call it off. Get your money back while you can. I'm not even kidding.
You'd see like some some press event where, you know, something happened and the left is like, we're going to protest on this day. And you're like, oh, boy, here we go. We'd fly into the city and then they'd be like, well, it's going to rain in a few hours. And I'd be like, that's it. Who wants to go see a movie? Nobody shows up. Now, sometimes you get a small handful, but nobody riots. Nobody goes nuts. The rain shut it all down. So it's good news for Trump with the snow coming in. What are they going to do about it?
complain on the Internet and argue that Biden is the real president again or something. Sure. Now, I showed you these two videos. There's a bunch more. You know, I showed some the other day. I'm sorry. A couple weeks ago where a guy was saying he wants everybody to show up in D.C. on the 19th and they're going to block Trump and all that. Yeah. OK, dude, let's not play that game. Silly. But we are wondering.
What the administration is going to be doing. So we got more segments coming up for you today at 1 p.m. Begins certification process. We'll have more segments coming up for you next. We'll be at noon and we got more news. Joe Biden is apparently already administratively sabotaging Donald Trump. It won't work. We'll talk about it. Smash that like button. Share the show with everyone, you know, become a member over at Timcast dot com. Thank you all so much for hanging out and supporting our work. We'll see you on the next segment.

What a truly amazing day for all of us. Now, I may not be Canadian, but I gotta say I'm quite happy to see that Justin Trudeau has announced his resignation. Ladies and gentlemen, for our Canadian friends who have fled the cold north.
You can go home now. No, I'm kidding. You're all right in my book. It is kind of funny how many Canadians come to the United States to engage in U.S. politics when you've got a country right there. But I do understand your country sucks. Don't get me wrong. Poutine is fantastic. And the snow has its moments. It's blizzarding right now outside and snowboarding is quite fun, as is skiing. So, you know, the cold and wet north, you got your purposes. But Trudeau has been a disaster.
He's been a failed political leader. We have seen a lot of I mean, we'll just throw it. Give one simple example. The truckers protests in Canada, apocalyptic. It was miserable how these people were treated. And this is the failed governance of Trudeau and the liberals. And things may be changing. They're calling it a right word shift happening in Canada.
Now, unfortunately for Canada, this means that Trudeau won't be the governor of the great state of Canada. But Trump has been joking about either annexing Canada or buying Greenland. And while there is talk of, you know, a relationship with Canada and trade, not a literal conversation about absorbing Canada. But Greenland is calling for independence. Interesting. And Denmark is pissed.
But we'll get into that. We'll talk about what's going on with Trump when he moves in. Here's the big news right now from ABC. Justin Trudeau says he'll resign as prime minister. Before we get into that, my friends, make sure you head over to boonieshq.com and pick up a skateboard such as the right to arm bears. Now, for those of you that live in Canada, you have substantially more bears than we do, I think. I could be wrong. And if you believe these bears should be wearing flannels, hats...
A straw hat and brandishing shotguns. This is a skateboard for you. We also got step on snack and find out stickers. We've got the Richie Jackson Revolution skateboard where we've convinced this Commonwealth man. That's right. He's from Australia into dressing up or as a painting of him as an American revolutionary soldier.
So Richie wanted to make it very clear how he feels about the Commonwealth. Go to boonieshq.com. And if you agree that mustachioed Commonwealth citizens should reject the failures of the crown and join the American Revolution, you can go to boonieshq.com, pick up that skateboard. But let's get back to the news. And then we do have a statement, a video.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced he intends to resign as Liberal Party leader and prime minister once a new party leader is determined. Quote, I intend to resign as party leader as prime minister after the party selects its next leader through a robust nationwide competitive process.
Trudeau will serve as prime minister until March 24th. He will then be replaced by a new Liberal Party leader, which basically means things are probably only going to get worse. The Canadian Parliament was supposed to begin its new session of 2025 on January 27th, but Trudeau said Monday he asked the governor general to extend and not start a new session of parliament until March 24th. Trudeau spoke in both English and French during his remarks and said he shared the news with his children the night prior. Well, we have the video for you here. Ladies and gentlemen, Trudeau resigning.
I've also had a chance to reflect and have had long talks with my family about our future. Throughout the course of my career, any success I have personally achieved has been because of their support and with their encouragement. So last night over dinner, I told my kids about the decision that I'm sharing with you today. I intend to resign as party leader, as prime minister, after the party selects its next leader
through a robust, nationwide, competitive process. Last night I asked the president of the Liberal Party to begin that process. This country deserves a real choice in the next election and it has become clear to me that if I'm having to fight internal battles, I cannot be the best option in that election. And there you have it my friends, the end of an era.
The son of Fidel Castro, I'm kidding, by the way, is out. Here we go, baby. January 6th, 2025. Canada as a 51st state. Republicans would never win another general election. Yeah, we don't want you, Canada. You can stay where you're at and we'll be happy with what we currently got.
Oddly phrased.
The development comes a month after Canada's Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland resigned from Trudeau's cabinet, a sign of apparent turmoil in his government. Trudeau, 53, the leader of the Liberal Party, began serving as the 23rd Prime Minister of Canada in 2015. In a letter to the prime minister announcing her resignation, Freeland cited her differences with Trudeau over how to deal with President-elect Trump's tariff threat. Donald Trump has done so much for us.
And for Canada, too. As the story goes, I believe it was Ben Shapiro regaling the audience at TPUSA. Trump had a meeting with Justin Trudeau and said, what's the one thing I could do that would destroy your economy? And Trudeau responded with, well, I suppose you could put a tariff on automobiles. And Trump said, the first rule in negotiating is you never answer the question, what is the one thing I can do to destroy you? And the second thing is, I'm going to put a tariff on your automobiles and I'm going to destroy your economy.
It was something like that. And Trudeau is like Trump winning. Yeah, I like Donald Trump. I like that he does things like this. We are not the world. We are the United States of America. And I'll put it in a couple different ways for you.
You know, Ian Crossland on Timcast IRL says he likes the spreading of American democracy, that people should be forced to live more like we do. And we're all like, whoa. No, they shouldn't. But I do agree we have the best way of life. We got a lot of problems in government. There's a lot of corruption because no system is perfect, as the saying always goes. But America is the best system of governance we've devised yet. And I don't know that we can come up with something better.
I think it's silly to assume we couldn't. I'm just saying for now, we got what we got. We got to clean things up. I would prefer if other countries operated like the United States. I don't think we should be going around forcing them to do so. So I put it like this. For all the people that think that the world should behave like the U.S. nation building, how's that worked out for you over the last 30 years? You see, going about it by invading countries and trying to force them into our territory
system. Didn't work out too well, did it? I suppose you can point to South Korea, still in conflict, but South Korea seems to be okay. How about everything else? Afghanistan, what a disaster. Iraq, yeah, not much. We've tried the nation building thing. We've also tried the let's open up China to trade. And what did we get? They actually ended up stripping us of our manufacturing base. I'll tell you what we need. You want the world to be more like America? You need a strong American government.
where Donald Trump is going to tell everybody we are the shining city on the hill. And if you want to be like us, that's your choice. But we are going to take care of our people. You see, when it comes to the H-1B debate, where they're talking about importing workers, I tell you this, if we keep investing in foreign workers instead of American workers, then the children of those foreign workers will be no better off.
They, too, will be overlooked and they'll have to import again. The system will buckle and collapse. If this country truly is great, we have to invest in our citizens. I'm not saying no immigration. I'm for it. I like brain draining other countries. I want to see a Donald Trump go to these countries and say, I will destroy your economy unless you give me what I want. Make America better. I don't care at all about Canada. I don't.
So let's just say this resignation. There it is. Trudeau apparently capitulated to Trump saying, please, please don't. And now he's going to resign. Our country today faces a grave challenge, Freeland wrote in a letter. The incoming administration in the United States is pursuing a policy of aggressive economic nationalism, including a threat of 25 percent tariffs. Cry more about it, you scumbags. We do not owe you anything.
The American people do work. The American people deserve the fruits of their labor. Why should we cut you special deals? We need to take that threat extremely seriously. With actions that included the need for Canada to push back and resist costly political gimmicks and building a true Team Canada, Trump has proposed new tariffs on imports from Canada, the United States' third largest supplier of agricultural products, according to the Department of Agriculture, as well as China and Mexico. Trudeau traveled to Mar-a-Lago last month to meet with Trump.
Said his conversation was excellent. In a letter last month, Freeland said Trudeau told her he no longer wanted her to serve as finance minister and offered her another position. Upon reflection, I've concluded the only honest, viable path for me is to resign. Good job, Donald Trump. Absolutely incredible. Now, right now, there's talk of Trump saying Governor Trudeau and annexing Canada. No, no, hold on. Canada is a 51st state. Republicans would never win another general election. That's true.
Because Canada's population is, I believe, comparable to California's. And it is deeply red. And it's going to give, what, 30 electoral votes, 30 seats in Congress. We do not want Canada. We don't want it. You can keep it. It is kind of amazing how a wintering people have become so soft. It is kind of funny, though. I say, blah, blah, blah. Owning Canada. We get it. We get it. Democrats would benefit. Let's begin in the House of Representatives, because that's where we're integrating people.
They're going to mention a congressional seat of 761,000 people. You get one with its population of 41 million. Canada would get 54 seats, becoming a bigger state than California. Combine those 54 House seats with two senators and you would have an electoral powerhouse north of the 49th parallel. Most Canadians would vote Democrat. Now, to be fair, it'd be interesting how this would change the House. The Senate would easily go Democrat, right?
They say generally it would include support for liberals. The biggest problem for Trump, blah, blah, blah, United Parties, we get it. It's not going to happen. How would Canada alter the Electoral College? 54 electoral votes. They're going to go to Democrats. So, yeah. But what about Greenland? This is interesting. Danish King changes coat of arms amid row with Trump over Greenland. Design shows intent to keep control of Faroe Islands and Greenland, which Trump says he would like the U.S. to buy.
So, I don't know. What is this? This is the Danish coat of arms, I guess. The new design on the right features a large polar bear and ram representing Greenland and the Faroes. Faroes? I don't know. It is pretty interesting. Denmark is pretty small, but they have control, dominion, over Greenland. Isn't that crazy?
For 500 years, previous royal coats of arms have featured three crowns, the symbols of the Kalmar Union between Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, which was led from Denmark between 1397 and 1523. They were also an important symbol of its neighbor, Sweden. But in updated version, the crowns have been removed or replaced with a polar bear and ram to symbolize Greenland. Take a look at that. Oh, the crowns, you know, there you go.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I don't know that it's actually going to happen, but it's substantially more likely than Canada. The Hill says Greenland leader calls for independence from Denmark as Trump enters. This is interesting. The Greenlandic people's opportunity for independence has been adopted through the provisions of Self-Government Act, thereby creating a legal basis for how independence can be achieved. A draft constitution for our country has also been prepared. Workers ought to be already begun.
with regard to creating the framework for Greenland as an independent state with the possibilities and provisions of the Self-Government Act. Could this be step one in breaking from Denmark so that they may join the United States? I don't know, man. Trump's a visionary.
He's got big dreams. And it's only it's in our lifetime that Hawaii and Alaska became states. Not in my lifetime, but like there are people, many people alive today that were children when Hawaii became a state. Isn't that crazy? Like Barack Obama was born what, like two years after? That's pretty wild. So I don't see a reason why we could not make Greenland part of these United States.
In the meantime, Donald Trump doing the Lord's work, getting rid of Justin Trudeau, helping even the Canadians. There you have it. We'll see how it goes. I'll wrap it up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. And we will see you all in the next segment. Donald Trump will be sentenced on the 10th in just a few days. This is pretty weird. He's going to receive no penalty.
I guess they've surrendered, but they didn't want to just do it directly. So, of course, Donald Trump was convicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records. The story is complete and utter BS. I'll break it down for you for those in the context. And so we didn't know what's going to happen because Trump is president elect. He's got Secret Service detail. They're going to really try to put him in prison. How do you have a man get convicted of 34 counts and you don't put him in prison?
Strange, isn't it? Well, it appears that they're opting to just sentence him to nothing. What is this? I don't think they have any moves. I believe that Donald Trump needs to send his DOJ to New York and start arresting these people. And this proves it. There's nothing they could have done.
They can't cancel the conviction. They were hoping it would stop Trump from winning. They made a bad bet. And if they sentenced Donald Trump on January 10th and give him no penalty, it proves that they had nothing. They lied. Trump should send in the DOJ. Now, Trump himself is filing to have this canceled. He wants the sentencing just thrown out outright. But I'll tell you what I want to see.
I don't want Trump to throw it out. I think that's silly. They're saying there's no penalty, but we don't know for sure. I mean, he might walk in. Next thing we know, they say lock him up. So is Trump really going to show up on January 10th? Talk about a gambit. I want to see the DOJ move in and arrest these people. I want Mershon subpoenaed, investigated, and I believe he should be charged. I believe there is evidence it is likely that he committed crimes. Let me break it down for you.
It is called conspiracy against rights. Now, based on what we know publicly, it would appear that they all did. Let me tell you. So the story, for those that don't know, is that Donald Trump instructed his lawyer to pay a porn star to silence her over damaging information in an election. There's a lot of problems here. There's no real proof that he did. More importantly, even if he did, it's a misdemeanor, not a felony. So how did they get 34 felony counts? They claimed that
That the falsification of business records was in furtherance of another crime. What was that other crime? We have no idea. It's never been proven. Well, that's strange. That's why I say it's a clear and obvious conspiracy against rights. The law enforcement apparatus, the judicial apparatus in New York was lying to try and put Trump in prison to stop him from winning an election. They lost. Ulysses S. Grant wrote this great letter, which I read oh so long ago.
where he talked about the right of a people to rebel. And he basically said of the Civil War, the United States, you have a right to challenge those bonds and those who rule over you. But if you lose, they will then subjugate you. He basically was like, look, I get it. If you want to fight back, you can. But just know if you lose, you lose everything. That's what I see here. They wanted to go to war against Donald Trump. They lose. They now lose everything.
They wanted to play this dirty lawfare game. Donald Trump needs to throw the book at them. We as a nation cannot survive if they are playing games like this. USA Today reporting a New York judge upheld the felony conviction of Trump setting sentencing for January 10th, Friday, but said Trump would receive no prison or probation. Judge Juan Machado agreed to Trump's early request to postpone sentencing until after the election.
But he said there is no legal reason to stop it from happening before Trump takes office again on January 20th. It is incumbent upon this court to set this matter down for the imposition of sentence prior to January 20, 2025. Here's where it gets interesting. 34 felony counts. If they do not give Donald Trump prison or probation, how many existing cases will file a suit claiming unfair treatment?
How many white collar criminals are serving prison for something comparable? And they're going to say, whoa, whoa, whoa. When it was Donald Trump, you didn't give him any penalties. That's unfair. And they might try to argue, look, they're different cases. But the legal challenge, I think, will be likely.
Merchant said an unconditional discharge appears to be the most viable solution so that Trump could pursue his appeals under New York law. That means a sentence without incarceration, fine or probation. Stephen Chung, a Trump spokesperson, said Merchant's ruling called the ruling a direct violation of the Supreme Court's ruling in July that former presidents are shielded from criminal charges for actions related to their official duties while in office. Trump should be able to continue his transition to return to the White House unobstructed by the sentencing, Chung said.
This lawless case should never have been brought, and the Constitution demands that it be immediately dismissed. Well, over at the Wall Street Journal, the news from this morning is that Trump is seeking to have it thrown completely out. President-elect is scheduled to be sentenced later this week. Trump launched an effort to block his sentencing set for later this week, arguing the trial judge wrongly scheduled it before his return to the White House. Lawyers for Trump asked Justice Juan Merchan,
who oversaw the trial that led to Trump's conviction of 34 felonies, to put all proceedings in the case on hold while the president-elect pursues appeals of recent rulings. The lawyers said they also plan to ask a state appeals court to intervene in the matter. Forcing the president to defend a criminal case, especially at a sentencing hearing 10 days before he is due to become president again, violates Trump's presidential immunity, his lawyers wrote in the filing made public Monday. I agree.
Even outside of the case, think about this. The president, he's elected. Everybody knew about this case. Democrats wouldn't shut up about it. And people chose to elect Donald Trump. He cannot be obstructed moving into the White House right now. I think Trump should, I got to be honest, Trump should just ignore it. I want to see them play that game. Trump should come out and say, I will not abide by nor will I attend a sentencing hearing. Thank you and have a nice day. What are they going to do about it?
They're going to send state patrol to D.C. Donald Trump must send the DOJ to investigate on conspiracy against rights. I don't care what Democrats think. And I'm done playing these games. You know it. I know it. The charges are bunk. There was no underlying crime. It was never proven by the state. You can't charge someone for it unless it was proven in a court of law. That's called due process.
You want to try and lock Trump up, obstruct him in any way. So be it. Trump should send in the DOJ conspiracy against rights. And you know, I'm not I'm not I'm not a lawyer. I'm sure there are other charges that could be investigated that are clearly at play here. I don't know. But I'm telling you, this cannot be allowed to stand.
They're going to mention Trump has cast the case as politically motivated. Oh, come on. Who thinks it's anything other than that? If Democrats says it's a real case, they're lying and they know it. It's all rigged in this case against me, a case against a political opponent, me. A spokesman for Bragg said prosecutors would file their response with the court this afternoon. Last week, Mershon denied Trump's bid to toss the jury's verdict. The judge said that he found no legal impediment to sentencing the president-elect and that the proceeding needed to take place before he is sworn in.
How much how much you think they're saying that this is going to be with no prison time to lure Trump to New York so they could actually arrest him? I don't know, because I have questions. If Donald Trump shows up in New York City on the 10th and they say we are remanding the defendant to custody, he does have Secret Service protections, but he's not the president. So what happens if he can't attend his inauguration?
Now, there are a bunch of leftist liberals who are who believe a conspiracy theory that Kamala Harris will become the president. What's the argument? Trump shows up for sentencing. They say, you know what? I changed my mind. Prison bang. Then what? There's no inauguration. Trump can't be inaugurated and Trump won't have any authority to actually send in the troops to New York to free him. I don't think any of that happens. But who knows?
If I were to tell you in 2020 in January, they'd lock the country down for two years and force you to get a vaccine and wear a mask. You don't believe me either. So think about this scenario. Trump shows up in New York and is remanded. He is not the president and has no authority to direct anything. Come Inauguration Day, Trump in prison can't be sworn in as president. So who gets sworn in? No idea. What a weird situation. What do you think happens?
I really don't buy it. I don't believe it because these things never happen. And oh boy, would this country fall into chaos if they tried to pull that off? I don't know what you'd do, though. I don't know. Honestly, what's the constitutional? What does the Constitution dictate for a moment like this? Perhaps this was the plan all along. The question will be if Donald Trump decides to show up in New York. I think Trump should stay in D.C., not go to New York.
And he should have private security with him. And that's it, because I would not put it past New York to try and lock Trump up to block him. I think the chances of it are markedly slim, very, very slim. Now, there are a lot of Jay Sixers who are happy that come January 20th, Trump will pardon all of them. Interesting. We don't know for sure what will happen. They're saying over a thousand, so not everybody. I don't think all of them should be pardoned because some of them are probably federal informants. Who knows?
But what if they do try to block the inauguration? I think the most likely outcome, 99.999% is that Trump is going to be there in D.C. He's going to put his hand on the Bible and he's going to be sworn in. No problem. But man, they certainly are setting us up. I'm going to wrap it up there. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Become a member over at TimCast.com. Next segment's coming up very soon and we'll see you all then.
This is why CNN's dead. Because instead of having an honest conversation about what's really going on, they just keep bringing on people who lie. And then you get this from Mediaite. Zip it. CNN's Kate Bolden. I don't know how to say her name. And Scott Jennings go at it in heated debate over a January 6th. Well, it's more than that. In this clip, they basically have some dude lying about
Scott Jennings calls him out. The dude continues to lie and they act like it's a both sides thing. It's amazing. So obviously the debate starts with, you know, January 6th was bad. Today's January 6th. Donald Trump, he's bad. And Scott Jennings says, look, a lot of people called out Trump.
And said January 6th was bad. But I mean, what happened that day? Everything, the machine kept turning. Then you get this other dude who comes out and he's like, Donald Trump's inheriting the best economy. There's no troops anywhere in combat zones. Just pushing these lies over and over again. And Scott Jennings points out accurately, this was the argument that was made before the election. It's an argument that failed. So what are we still doing here?
But this is what CNN does. They think we're going to play this game where it's like we'll just keep lying to people because that's what both sides mean. I'm going to say it for you again because I've said it before. The only difference between left and right in this country is whether you know what's really going on or you don't. So I'll throw it back to that viral clip when we had that young Luke, Luke Beasley on the show.
And we were arguing about left committing more violence or right committing more violence. And the problem with it is that left and right doesn't mean anything. They say the right wing is more prone to violence. But you are literally just saying anyone who doesn't agree with leftist social orthodoxy is right wing.
You're lumping in anarcho-capitalists who want to live in Churran, Mexico with no government to a white nationalist neo-Nazi type guy who wants to create an ethno-state. They're not different things in the, I mean, they're completely different things. They're not the same in the least bit. That's the problem. So when you look at what CNN is doing, they're basically saying, well, if we're going to have the left and the right, we need one liar and one honest guy. Hence, you get this. Zip it.
yelling at the it wasn't so contentious. It's not the craziest thing, but Scott's correct. And there are people who live in this false reality. We have troops in combat zones. We had an American soldier, I believe, as Scott Jones points out, lose his life in Gaza, which is a combat zone. And they lie. Well, my friends, let's let's play. Let's let's roll tape.
Before we do, my friends, head over to castbrew.com to pick up some delicious cast brew coffee. Look at that. We got two weeks till Christmas, despite the fact it's now two weeks from Christmas. But that's Phil Labonte as Santa Claus singing. Everybody loves Appalachian Nights, but also Stand Your Grounds. And the big announcement we had earlier was that we are now franchising. We have created a model.
We will assist in many ways. We're going to help market. And I know we wanted to get our store up and running before we actually launched franchising, but, um,
Historic building restrictions made it very difficult for us, and we are mighty perturbed with the government here in West Virginia, but it is what it is. We, at the same time, we were setting up our physical location. The number one priority was building out the mechanism for all of our locations. Casper.com, check it out. Let's play the clip, and you can see it for yourself. Let's roll. Is it...
HOW WE GOT HERE IS INTERESTING. YOU CAN SEE THE EVOLUTION. YOU CAN PLAY ALL THE SOUND BITES FROM THE DAYS AFTER WHEN YOU HEARD REPUBLICANS BLAMING DONALD TRUMP, SHORT OF SAYING HE SHOULD BE IMPEACHED, SAYING HE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. FOUR YEARS LATER, WE ARE HERE. IT IS A STUNNING POLITICAL COMEBACK ATTRIBUTED TO HOW TRUMP
played it afterward, how Democrats played it afterward or something else? Well, I think it's some mixture of everything. But to me, the big message is that in the United States, the people decide. And because of the disastrous four years that came after Donald Trump, the people decided to return Donald Trump to power. Indeed. That's fundamentally what happened. They looked at what happened on January the 6th. They looked at all the things Democrats claimed about Donald Trump. And they also analyzed every single decision that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris made
and they delivered Donald Trump a convincing victory four years later. - It is tough though, Scott, because when you say that people decide, that's what people tried to make sure didn't happen on January 6th, was allowing the people to decide. - So what, lady? So what? You know what this is? She's making this comment for the sake of appearing impartial, but it has no bearing on what Scott just said. Everybody saw January 6th, whatever you think about it. Four years later, they said, "We want Donald Trump to be president."
THE MACHINERY TURNED. IT WAS A TERRIBLE -- THE LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF HOW BAD IT WAS IN THE AFTERMATH. I THINK A GREAT MANY PEOPLE HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED IT BUT ALSO WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY. THE MACHINERY TURNED. JOE BIDEN BECAME THE PRESIDENT. YEAH, AND SCOUT'S RIGHT BUT MY RESPONSE WOULD HAVE BEEN, LADY, IT WAS A BAD DAY BUT YOU WANT PEOPLE TO COME OUT AND SCREAM AND CRY OVER SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHICH THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT.
You keep saying acknowledge these things. We did. It was called an election and Donald Trump won. That should say everything to you. So, Scott, I understand you doesn't want to go down that road.
Same road as Ryan did. And so he's like, yes, OK, we acknowledge. No, I reject this. But first of all, I got no problem saying riding is bad. But I'm going to say this. Clearly, the American people don't think it was. So you sit here behind your desk on your high horse and say, why won't you acknowledge how bad it was? Well, I got to be honest, lady. Not only do I think it was not nearly that bad, it was bad. We don't want it to happen again. You fight a cop, you go to jail. Fine.
But the American people also disagree with you. So who are you talking to? You see, why won't they acknowledge it? We all showed up on election day and acknowledged it. And the result was we do not care. Thank you. He had one of the worst terms of any U.S. president. And then the people scrambled back to Donald Trump. That is the history of what happened. I mean, I don't know. I mean, I look at today. That looked like a jump cut, by the way. But anyway, Donald Trump is inheriting.
one of the best economies that a president has inherited in a very long period of time. If you look at the fact that something like net migration at the border is lower than it was even before Donald Trump took office. They just lie. They just lie. It is insane to me. Ladies and gentlemen, let me just pull this up for you. The state where the price of eggs has increased a whopping $10 days after California's $9 surge.
The photos and videos are going viral of egg shortages and the cost of eggs. These signs warning that there is a massive shortage. What they're doing is they're saying we've created this macro scale to determine whether or not the economy is good. And we as the experts say the economy is good, despite the fact the economy is not good. That's why Trump won economics and migration. Top issue. And Gallup once again predicted that.
And inadvertently, it's not a direct prediction. Gallup has this poll where they say, what do you think is the biggest issue? Then they ask, who do you think does a better job on that issue? They don't ask who's going to win. But since I think 1952 or whatever, they have accurately predicted based on this, who's going to win? Because the party that addresses the biggest issue tends to win or it's won every single time.
They said immigration and the economy. And this guy is the nerve to go on CNN and say the lowest migration and the best economy. We saw during Biden's presidency what some are calling the largest migration in human history. Fifteen million people. Tremendous. And how are we going to reverse that?
You want to look at the stock market. You're looking at the stock market. Look at the stock market. This is the first time. This is the first time. This is the first time in dozens of years that a president has actually inherited a government where we don't have soldiers overseas in active combat zones. That is a lie.
A tremendous actually look at where we are. We we actually or he is actually inheriting a government right now that is much better than any predecessor he's had before.
I am. Okay. I mean, I recognize that was the argument that was made during the election. And I would also like to recognize that the American people soundly rejected that argument. We do have American troops in forward locations all over the world. Not in combat zones. But they are in hot spots. But not in combat zones. We just had an American soldier die not too long ago. This guy is evil. He is evil. I mean, you know what I love about this show? I can just Google it. But this is what they're relying on. They're relying on what you don't.
Do you have any idea what's going on in Syria right now? You know, it's really messed up is that I know people who are who have are doing work in and around Syria. Yeah. Friends of friends, things like that.
The idea that this guy's going to go on TV and just lie. That's what they do. That's what they do. They're protecting our freedom every day. Trying to fix Joe Biden's $300 million public relations peer for Gaza. I mean, the reality is migration was a disaster. Immigration was a disaster for three and a half years. And they tried to window dress it for the last six months. Inflation was a disaster for all four years. The economy is not working for most people. That's why Democrats lost the election. And that's why they're going back to Trump.
Democrats lost the election. Nobody's arguing that. I mean, that's what the argument was four years ago when Donald Trump was filing lawsuits and they were raiding the White House. What we are saying, though, is that prices are going down. What I am saying is murder rates. They actually are going down. Inflation is still. It's plateauing. Oh, it's plateaued. I'm sick of it, man. This is the point. This is the game. Now, CNN.
You know, I mentioned like, why do we even talk about them? You know, their ratings are in the gutter. They do have some ratings on YouTube. I'll give them that. But it's a fair point. The reason why their ratings are in the gutter and the reason why nobody watches and the reason why the only reason you've probably heard about this, me, the reason why they're failing is because they lie. 2,000 troops in Syria. That's not a combat zone. Are you nuts? We've got special forces in Ukraine. That was reported a year ago.
This guy's a scumbag. They go on TV and they say, we want power and we will lie to get it. Look, you know, I've been having a lot of funny conversations, you know, trying to run a business and dealing with employees. And you'll learn a lot of important lessons. I'm fairly transparent, you know.
I might be willing to say something live and publicly that many people would not because I don't know. I don't really care. And people get mad about it. You know, I'll say like, oh, we have a problem with the company in this thing and we're pissed about this thing. And then people are like, oh, Tim's complaining again. I'm like, sure, I guess you could just learn nothing. But I think it's actually pretty fun to talk about the inner workings of all this stuff. You know, I say every day we learn a lesson in why corporations are run the way they are. Largely, it's due to legal requirements and regulations.
But when I see people like this, I get it. I get it. He thinks you're too stupid. He thinks you're too lazy. He doesn't want you to be autonomous because Democrats are the party of thinking the American people are too stupid to function on their own. Me, I certainly recognize why people may feel that way, especially when you run a company dealing with negotiations, contracts, contractors, billing, all this stuff. You're like, wow,
the backstabbing, the evil. But it doesn't change the fact that this show is still only possible largely because of good people who are not those things, which make up the majority, in my opinion. I think my takeaway is just there's a reason we're winning. I look at these liars. I look at the evil and I see Trump winning. And I say, yeah, it's because you guys are too stupid. Good luck, CNN. I'll wrap it up there. We got one more segment coming up for you. Smash the like button. Share the show with everyone you know. Thanks for hanging out. We'll see you all in the next segment.
All right, let's let's do a longer video on the Daily Wire story that went around two weeks ago and was picked up by a whole bunch of these people who are obsessed with the Jews. Jake Shields, I'm talking to you because you're a liar. You're a liar, Jake. And it's funny that people follow what you say, because I do think it's not so much that you're a liar, but you're wrong all the time.
And I think a lot of people who live in this crackpot conspiracy world about the Jews are wrong all the time. And so it's not that they're lying. You're allowed to be wrong. But when people tell you you're wrong, you're supposed to say, yeah, I was wrong about that. And so this story popped up from a an outlet that's tiny and I don't understand why anybody would take seriously.
Media right news dot com. December 17th, claiming Tim Pool sold operation to the Daily Wire. There's so much wrong with this story that it's just it's laughable to me that it went viral the way it did. What I will say is at the time, people asked me to comment. Tim, did you really sell to the wire? And I explicitly stated no. It's 100 percent false with a but.
And that but is we are in the middle of contract negotiations. I'm not going to comment specifically on every single thing that's being negotiated. But there was never a sale negotiated to the Daily Wire. We had never. Here's the thing about the story is that it says that the Daily Wire already owned a minority stake in Tim Kess. That's fake news. 100% fake news. Why would I do that? Guys, you got to understand. OK, look.
When this story broke, Clint Russell tweeted out that my boy Tim just pulled in $100 million or something. Because if he was going to sell Tim Gass, that's what he's got to get for it. Right. That's why we're not selling the company. It's insane. We do well. We make a lot of money. We don't do that many ad reads. We have been negotiating for months on doing more ads. Everybody does it.
We are one of the only shows that does limited ads. And you might be thinking, that's crazy, Tim. Why don't you do it? And you know, you're right. And so there's a lot to break down in what's coming up in this year.
And I'll also add, I'm a big fan of Daily Wire. They've been really, really good to us here at Timcast. We've done tons of crossovers. The reason why we did the election live stream was because our plan, because we were planning that party, fell through. And so we reached out to the Daily Wire. They reached out to us because we talked to them periodically. And I think what happened was we were trying to secure sponsors. We were trying to secure a venue. We didn't know how to make it work. We wanted people to be able to come. We wanted to do a party.
And we were doing an all day thing and it wasn't working out. And then I think Daily Wire asked about doing like a crossover where we jump in to say what's up or something like that. And then it evolved into, hey, look, we're trying to look for a place to do this big show. And our plan didn't work out. You know, we've done this before where we've come to the Daily Wire and they were like, that would be incredible because then we do this big collab where I walked over to their stream. They had we had like Jordan Peterson on the show. It was it was really, really great.
I'm a big fan of The Daily Wire. Good people will probably do more collaborations in the future. But, you know, we were never selling to them. And so I will tell you, my friends, the first thing that I want you to understand and a reason why I'm doing this segment and talking about it now.
is to give you some in-depth understanding in the psychology of news, particularly around people like Jake Shields, who, you know, for a while he was commenting on cultural issues in a way that resonated with a lot of people. But now his whole thing is just the Jews to the point where he called Phil Labonte a Jew.
One of my one of my favorite things about these people, and I do think it's largely an op. I don't think it's completely enough, but I think there's a lot of elements of it that are tended to inflame people into psychotic thinkings. But we'll break this down. The psychology of news.
You know, they make those charts where they show like all these different media personalities and they put stars of David on them. They once want one that was circulating for a while, had Luke Redkowski on it. I remember seeing it and being like, Luke is not Jewish, dude. Like, OK, I mean, you can put Brian Stelter on there and I know he's not Jewish, but
And it's funny. But I don't really know Brian Stelter. But when they put Luke Rutkowski of We Are Change on it, I just started busting out laughing. I hit him up. I'm like, Luke, since when were you a Jew? And he was like, holy crap, what? They were accusing We Are Change? He's anti-war, anti-establishment. He's critical of all of the war machine. For some reason, they put him on that list. Because these people are unwell. And I think there's a couple elements of it. The first thing, obviously, is...
You know, are there powerful interests related to Israel and Jewish people? Of course there are. Are there a lot of people, a disproportionate amount of people in Hollywood, for instance? Absolutely. Jon Stewart even brought that up recently when the Kanye West thing happens. But what these people don't understand is this is what I bring up. Let me start here. The psychology of the news cycle. So I'm talking to some homies who are like, yo, bro, are you selling to the Daily Wire? We saw this news. And I said, what network are we with right now? And they went, huh?
What network is Timcast currently signed to? And they said, I don't know. I said, why don't you know? I mean, if you're going to believe these rumors about us selling the entire company in two weeks, which is insane, considering it was 45 employees, multiple properties, IP assets up the wazoo, 20 different individual LLCs, trusts, S-Corps. Like, come on, guys. It's nuts. I said, why don't you, why don't you, why haven't you asked yourself? Okay, so here's some news.
So when we were negotiating contracts, and one of the reasons why I'm like, I'm not here to comment on these stories because they interfere. And I believe likely this was an attempt to interfere in contract negotiations. And so I said, why don't you know that we are already signed to the same network as Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly? And my buddy was like,
I don't know. Nobody talked about it. I said, well, hold on, hold on. Don't you think rumors should be flying around with articles popping up saying Tim Pool joins the same network as Tucker?
I mean, that's a big deal, isn't it, Tucker Carlson? You know, they call him woke right, apparently. Nobody cared. Now, why? Ask yourself this. I hope all of Jake Shields' fans and Myron Gaines, shout out. I like Myron because, like, you know, Myron comes on the show. We talk. We talk about these issues. And he's always been very chill. But why is it that so many people who follow them only see Jews everywhere? And I'm telling you, it's because this is Jew derangement syndrome or Israel derangement syndrome. Now, here's what they do to deflect.
When I'm talking about Israel derangement syndrome or Jewish derangement syndrome, whatever you call it, I'm not talking about you saying, I don't like that AIPAC is lobbying our members of Congress. That's not derangement syndrome. That's criticism of a lobby. I'm not talking about someone saying, I don't like that Israel is bombing Gaza, attacking these areas. I don't like that they're launching attacks in Syria and Lebanon. You're allowed to criticize all of those things.
As I've repeatedly stated, see what they do, though, is when I say, of course, you're allowed to criticize Israel. Of course, you're allowed to question the motives of individualist tribal groups for whatever reason. They deflect and say, Tim calls that Israel derangement syndrome. No, I don't.
100%. You're allowed to do all of those things. You want to know what I criticize? When they write these stories about the Daily Wire and then Jake Shields posts something like says the guy who just sold his entire media company to Jews. I said, you want to make a bet? Thousand bucks. You buy me a bottle of peppy if you're wrong. Oh, what's wrong, Jake? Homeboy couldn't take that bet because he knew he was lying. I'm going to say it again. Jake knew he was lying. I'm going to say it again, Jake. I hope you hear this one.
Y'all follow this guy. You give him 39,000 likes to go. Oh, he just ratioed him. He was lying to you and he knew it. I was I respond to him right away. Let's make a bet a thousand bucks that you're that you're wrong. And he wouldn't take the bet. Why not? If he thought it was true, he would have said deal. I'll take that bet. Even if he thought there was a 51 percent chance it was true. He'd take the bet.
This guy knows he is lying, but he knows he gets traffic. He knows he gets the views. So he pushes the lies. Anyway, I'm going to say it again. I tweeted the quote. Jews run the world. People are so cringe. Holy ish. And he responded, says the guy who just sold his entire company to Jews. First of all, I mean, the Daily Wire has like one Jewish guy in it. Jeremy Boring is not Jewish, but I digress. Fine. You see what he's talking about, right? Who do we sell to, bro?
I said right away, right away, say next day, I said, thousand bucks. You buy me a bottle of Pappy, Pappy Van Winkle. I'm not a drinker, but it's not about the money. That's why I said thousand bucks. You buy me a bottle of Pappy because we put it up for our guests. We actually don't have the booze here anymore, but that was the point. Homie didn't take the bet. Why not? Well, because he knew it wasn't true. The only reason they're talking about it, the only reason he's saying it is that he knows he's going to get hits because of it. Now, I'll tell you why I think a lot of it is an op.
If you look at a lot of the posts from some of these accounts, not all of them, an op doesn't mean everybody engages a bot. It means the numbers are inflated by bots. It doesn't mean it's 100%. It could be 3%. But you can tell there are fake accounts, sock puppets, trying to engage in these spam blasts. And you notice, I mentioned this last week, because they don't make sense based on the core tweet. So if a bot farm...
isolates your account under certain qualifiers. We'll put it this way. There are people who like the Cubs and there are people who like the White Sox. One day, you with a million followers tweet, you know, the Cubs played really, really well today. I got to give it to them. Credit where credit is due. However, you've been a longtime Sox fan, but you're just saying, hey, they did play a good game. A bot farm sees that tweet and puts you in the Cubs category. And they say, this guy is a Cubs fan.
It doesn't understand the nuance or the context around you saying, no, no, look, you know, they played well. When a bot farm attack occurs, individuals can't run every single account. So they have generic AI responses. It used to be more rudimentary where you'd see like 50 accounts all tweet the exact same thing. Now they're slightly different. But a funny thing happens.
You say something like, hey, look, man, the Cubs played really great today. You got to admit it. Give them credit where credit is due. The bot farm says categorize Timcast Cubs fan. The next day, as an actual Sox fan, you are watching the Crosstown Classic in Chicago where Cubs and Sox play each other. And you tweet, the Sox are going to crush it. The Cubs will never see it coming.
But the bot farm has you categorized as a Cubs fan. What happens? The bot account will create an AI-generated response attacking you for being a Cubs fan despite the fact your tweet was pro-White Sox. You see where I'm going with this? Because it doesn't understand the nuance of what was said. Now, it is evolving, especially as we see these large language models. But so what you'd see for a while, and still happens to this day because there's obviously still rudimentary technology being utilized in this, I'll say something like,
Yeah, the Sox are great. And I'll get a response from like, you know, I don't know, John guy, five, three, nine, six, six. And I'll say, you're a moron. The Cubs are awful. Obviously the Sox are better. And I'll be like, uh, I literally tweeted that the white Sox are good. How does it happen? The bot has, has you categorized as a fan of the other. So the response is generic and doesn't align with what you said. Now for most people,
If you got a couple hundred thousand, a couple hundred followers or a couple thousand followers, it's hard to notice these bot campaigns because you don't get that many responses. But for someone like me, you know, I've got two point three million. I see it like crazy.
So I'll post something, you know, like I mentioned. And then when I see responses from accounts that are responding as though I said the opposite of what I've said, that's one indicator they're bot accounts. They're not verified. Their names appear to be a random string of numbers. Very obvious. But when these accounts hit the like button or the retweet, it makes it look like your content is popular.
So let's throw it again to this story about the Daily Wire. Let me show you. Look at this. Updated. Appears the deal is not happening after all. Hold on there, buddies over at Media Right News. That's not what you wrote. You wrote Poole additionally already had the Daily Wire as a silent minority partner in Timcast for months. What do you mean the deal isn't happening after all? We don't know if it was canceled or if it was never going to happen. Poole got lots of criticism and accepted the initial reports but refused to say yes or no until today. Okay.
Y'all ran fake news. You see, this is this is this is the challenging thing about media that I can understand for a lot of companies, for a lot of politicians. It's not it's not always so easy. So I'll tell you what's going on. We're still negotiating with ad sales networks. We were never selling the company. And if I'm going to come out and so I've got let's say we've got four companies lined up.
And I'm telling all of them we are in negotiations with other companies. This this was an attempt to spike our negotiations that I think was more likely related to someone trying to burn a contract or something than anything actually with media. They want me to come out and talk about it and give as much information as I can because it'll undermine my negotiating position for the contracts we're currently in now.
As we are nearly complete with all of this and January 1st has come and gone and the story was fake news, I have no problem going to greater detail and shouting out this. I hope all of the people who get wrapped up in the Jew conspiracy theory.
That people like Jake Shields push recognize this dude is intentionally lying to you to get clicks. I am not saying all 39,000 likes were bots. I'm not saying that. I'm saying there certainly are bots involved. And there's bots involved in basically everything. Don't get me wrong. I'm saying this dude knew the story was likely not true at the very least. Because I offered him a bet. It's a thousand bucks. Jake Shields got a thousand bucks. What's the big deal? He can buy me a bottle of Pappy. It's not going to hurt his bankroll. Come on. He's not a poor guy.
He didn't take the offer. Why not? He knows it's not true. So understand this. In the psychology of news, you ask yourself, why is it that some stories get pushed so hard and others do not? When we were talking with the network that is currently signed, Tucker, Megyn Kelly, Barry Weiss, et cetera, good dudes, by the way, shout out, nobody ran these stories. No rumor mill stuff was flying around. I mean, that's a big deal, right?
I mean, Tucker Carlson, we were actually signed to this network first. And what a network means is they basically do ad sales and they host for us our audio version of all the podcasts. So nobody said anything. The funny thing, too, is if you did even like a modicum of actual journalism on this, you'd see the story made no sense. How are we going to sell this company in two weeks? That's that's insane.
I mean, I suppose the argument that they were making is that we had already sold months ago and the finalization was coming. So, okay, fine. Except it was just plum not true because how could the Daily Wire be a minority partner in a company that is publicly listed on all podcast platforms as being signed to a different network? Not to mention at the time, our ancillary podcast, the other shows on the Timcast network had signed to a new network. It is so laughably insane.
But I think I think here's what I'd be willing to bet. I would not be surprised if Jake Shields actually Googled it and said, you know, this story can't be true. Right. Because how could Daily Wire be a minority owner of Timcast if Timcast is signed to a different network? Right.
How could Daily Wire be a minority owner of Timcast when they never bring up when they never do represent outside talent? They own their talent. That was the big controversy, right? With Steven Crowder that you sign these contracts and they basically get the rights of everything under the Daily Wire. You become that. How could it be possible if we were currently under a different network?
Like, no, no, no, no. You can make the argument like the contract was going to end and it was going to switch off. No, no, no, no, no. Media Right News said that reportedly Daily Wire already owned a minority stake. How is that possible if concurrently we were with a different network? Now, I suppose the argument then is just, well, Daily Wire negotiated with that other network. And wow, you'd think someone would have written about that. That's a first for a big company. You'd think with all the news about am I racist and what is a woman? They'd be like, this is a big deal. It's a lie.
And the people who are obsessed with Jews push this stuff because people fall for it. Look at this. Phil Labonte, co-host on Timcast IRL. He says Jake believes Elon Musk and I are Jewish. Jake Shields tweeted.
Because he was about free speech and pulled my verification. So now I can't go live and other other perks. You people are known to run blackmail operations. And Phil said, what do you mean by you people? What kind of connection do you imagine I have with Musk? And Jake Shields says Jews run blackmail operations. Let me let me stress something again. This is Jewish derangement syndrome. Literally, everybody run black blackmail operations. Literally, any group could
pointing out that it's Jews as a category running blackmail operations is derangement syndrome. You can say that there have been Mossad run blackmail operations. You can say that it was entirely an operation of people who were Jewish. Yeah. But then you could literally just say there's black blackmail operations. There's Asian blackmail operations. If I were to come back, Asians run blackmail operations. I mean, it's a fact statement, but the implication is that it's like indicative of being Asian.
It is that it is of Jews to run blackmail. Well, Jews have run blackmail operations, as have white people, black people, Asian people, Mexican people, Hondurans, Canadians.
If I said Canadians run blackmail operations as a blanket statement, well, it's technically true in the sense that there are people in Canada who are Canadians and they run blackmail operations. This is derangement syndrome. But I'm going to say it again. I think Jake knows he's lying. I think he knows he's playing character because it makes money for him. It gives him a following and it makes him feel like he has purpose. It really does break down to this. To all of the people who follow these guys, ask yourselves why it was they claimed we had sold to the Daily Wire when the story made literally no sense.
Sold his entire company to Jews. Take my bet, bro. Retroactively take the bet. Come on. Retroactively. You can say, no, no, I really did think it was true, so I'll take the bet and just pay me the money. Buy me the bottle of Pappy and then we'll donate it or something. Or how about this? You give $1,000 to a charity of your choosing. Whatever you want it to be. But it's things like this. They spam blast you with a nonsense story. And again, let me wrap up on the psychology of the news cycle.
We're currently finalizing negotiations. It's looking like we're going to figure out our ad sales, which means we'll do more ad reads in videos like this because we don't. But everybody else does. And I'm not doing it because everybody else does. I'm doing it because we want to be competitive now that we're going to see the corporate machine strike back.
And, you know, we've had meetings here and we're like, we've got to hire a C-suite. Like we're expanding. We've got too many employees. The solutions are going to be hiring prominent, like executive level management. The other option was, this is really funny because it was like, what, November when I was like, we need minority investment. And they just made up this stuff.
Well, we're not going that route. It looks like we're going to be discussing with an ad sales network. You see these big deals going around. Look at like Travis Kelsey got $100 million. What do you think Tim Cass would get if we did a deal like that? Right. Yeah. So understand, you know, these sales make no sense. But things are finalizing. And the reason you don't hear about it, it's really funny too, because the evidence is all there. I'm not going to say anything. But like anybody paying attention would have actually gotten the correct story just based on
The news, it's wild, but I'm going to say it again. You only hear about these rumors and they go viral because psychopaths and sociopaths, people like Jake Shields make things up to get clicks. They don't. No one's going to no one's going to share a story about, you know, Tim and Tucker. Nobody cares. It's not news. Should have been anybody who was following this could have been like, yeah, it's not true. Tim's on the same network as Tucker for the audio podcast stuff.
Well, that makes no sense. How could they be? Yeah, nobody asked the question. So again, I'll say when I was talking to my buddy and I said, how come you didn't know that? I said, bro, what network are we with now? And he's like, I don't know. I'm like, why not? I mean, it's kind of a big deal, right? Tucker is bigger than Shapiro. Nobody cared. It's because people like Jake know that there's a cohort of people who think the Jews are in control of everything and that it's going to get him clicks. And then I'm going to say it one more time to wrap this up.
The reason you know he knows he's lying and making these things up is because he wouldn't take the bet. Nice try, dude. I gave you the opportunity. It's not even an expensive bet. And he wouldn't take it because he knew he was pushing BS for clicks, as most of them do. And people fall for it. And that's sad.
Now, let me say one last thing. I said in the beginning, you got a problem with Israel? Yeah, I don't care. You got a problem with how their military operates? Okay, fine. That was always allowed. Are you upset that the U.S. spends as much money as they do on Israel? Yeah, yeah, me too, me too. I think we shouldn't be spending money on Israel. I don't think we should be funding them. I think—
We need to – we were talking with Clint Russell and Joyce the Redhead Libertarian. We need to set a plan for how they can take care of themselves. Obviously, we don't want Afghanistan 2.0 if we just evacuate it immediately. But there should be – as Clint said, any state that can't survive without the help of the United States shouldn't survive. I mean you've got to be able to take care of yourself. I'm like, right.
So we all agree libertarian anti-war side. We should be winding down support and telling them you need to be more self-reliant and you need to take care of your own business because we don't want to be involved anymore. You're all it was always allowed. You know, if you want to if you want to have a conversation with Jon Stewart, of all people, when he says there is an overrepresentation of Jews in Hollywood. Yeah. But when you come out and you claim that they run the world.
OK, dude, you are isolating a characteristic of a group of people as the as the reason why. You know what I don't like about it? I'll tell you what I don't like about these people, because this is just critical theory, you know, but it's the same conspiracy nonsense pointed at Jews instead of white people. You could literally take the entire leftist like religion.
Not and I'm not talking about wokeness. That's why there's a reason why I draw distinction. But when it comes to critical theory, if you replace white people with Jews, that's why it worked for James Lindsay when it did. It's also why I criticize James Lindsay when he says this is when he's like the woke right. And then he conflates things that are not at all related to what wokeness is.
If you want to talk about critical theory, these people are like the Jews. They they control all the businesses and all the banks and they're oppressing us and they rule the world and they only hire each other and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Name any other racial group with an outgroup preference. Ah, it's only white people.
Mexicans, Asians, black people, Jewish people, they all have in-group preference. That doesn't mean anything to anybody. But they act like Jews run the world because it gets them clicked. They can isolate a group. And it's a derangement. It is. I'm going to wrap it up there, though. You guys do you. Story was fake. Stick around. And also mentioned you lastly. The other reason I did this is we're waiting for the certification process. And so I figured we'll just we'll take it easy today.
