Fox Weather.
I'm meteorologist Ari Sarsalari, and here's the latest from America's Weather Center. We've got some severe weather and the chance for flash flooding in the forecast the next few days across the middle part of the country. And today, the best chance at seeing some of that would be from parts of North Texas all the way through Oklahoma, places like Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas-Fort Worth. I know we've already had some rounds of storms rolling through during the morning, but we're going to get another round actually that fires up during the afternoon. So be prepared for that.
The tornado threat appears to be overall pretty low today, but definitely some damaging wind and hail will be in some of those storms. Tomorrow, the tornado threat's going to ramp up a little bit. Places like Missouri, Arkansas, down toward the Texarkana region, not quite to the Mississippi Valley yet. We'll have to watch out in that area on Monday. For the eastern half of the U.S., we're going to be pushing 90 in D.C. and Baltimore today. Get the latest weather updates anytime, anywhere. Just download the Fox Weather app at foxweather.com.
