Fox Weather.
I'm Fox weather meteorologist Jane Menard with the latest from America's Weather Center. It has been a dangerous day for severe storms. I mean, this is day four of a stretch of severe weather that has brought deadly tornadoes, catastrophic flooding and unfortunately damaging winds. There have been so many power outages reported across the Mid-South from today alone.
Now we've had flash flood emergencies being issued in the last 24 hours. Spots like Little Rock, Arkansas, Memphis, Tennessee, and the crosshairs of those really life-threatening floodwaters. Please be on alert as you go through the night tonight because flooding is still a big threat
As showers and thunderstorms train after one another, we could still drop another 2 to 3, if not 3 to 5 inches of rain across the region into Sunday. We're going to continue to follow this story very closely. You can get the latest at FoxWeather.com or stream us at FoxWeather.tv.
It is time to take the quiz. It's five questions in less than five minutes. We ask people on the streets of New York City to play along. Let's see how you do. Take the quiz every day at the quiz.box. Then come back here to see how you did. Thank you for taking the quiz.
