Severe weather is a growing concern as we head throughout this week. The first risk is targeting the Texas Hill Country through Little Rock, Arkansas. While that threat remains lower through the evening, it does bear watching as upper-level winds will be quite supportive for severe weather.
which includes all modes, including very large hail. Now, by Thursday, that risk remains in the south, with Alabama under a slightly lower risk. But the greatest threat for severe weather, it arrives Friday and Saturday, as a strong area of low pressure is going to dig into the plains and likely produce a wide swath of severe weather for nearly two dozen states, from Wisconsin all the way to Texas.
