Hi there, I'm Fox weather meteorologist Craig Herrera with the latest from America's Weather Center. We've got a number of days of severe weather. This outbreak is going to be something significant. We want you to pay attention and be ready. Today scattered showers and thunderstorms from the West Coast into the Four Corners region. Stronger storms across eastern Mississippi, Alabama and western Georgia later this afternoon. We get a bit of a break from the action for a few hours come Friday into Saturday. We've got 100 million Americans under the threat. 30 plus states includes strong tornadoes, wind gusts to 75 mph.

That'll create some fire concerns from South Dakota all the way down to Texas and then blowing snow on the backside of that. The strong tornadoes, you have to order stronger for Friday from the Midwest to the south. And then come Saturday into Sunday, we'll watch those, especially for Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. And the fire threat continues as well on Friday, all the way from places like New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma into Kansas. Get the latest weather updates anytime, anywhere.
