Fox Weather.
I'm Fox weather meteorologist Steven Morgan with the latest from America's Weather Center. Our spring weather pattern across the lower 48 is ramping up yet again, leading to severe weather and very heavy rain through the Midwest and Mid South. Storms ongoing through parts of the Midwest into the Mid South will continue to produce large hail damaging winds, even tornadoes from really Dallas to
to Detroit. A strong area of low pressure and an associated warm front could bring that rough weather to as far north as Chicago. Little Rock to Huntsville, also in the south, under this risk. But as the storms change and evolve, the flooding threat's going to ramp up with this very stormy weather pattern leading to significant rain. This boundary will be stalling out along the lower Mississippi and Ohio River valleys with repeated rounds of heavy rain possible.
