Fox Weather. Hi there, I'm Fox Weather Meteorologist Craig Herrera with the latest from America's Weather Center. We've got a cold front moving across the Northeast. It's going to provide some unsettled weather with rounds of rain and at times severe storms. And it is hot and muggy out there as well. So by mid and afternoon into the evening hours, damaging winds will be the
biggest concern, especially along the I-95 corridor south of New York City throughout New Jersey into Washington and Virginia. Could also see some isolated flooding from Maine to North Carolina. We do have flood watches in place for central New Jersey to northern Virginia this afternoon due to excessive rainfall and could see some flooding. Weather conditions start to improve tomorrow.
Northeastern Colorado into South Dakota and Maine could see some strong winds and hail supercells possible. These may be slow moving, especially right about sunset and thereafter. Flood watch for eastern New Mexico into west Texas for excessive rainfall there. Fire conditions over the Great Basin is going to be a major concern. Get the latest weather updates anytime, anywhere.
