Fox Weather.
Hi there, I'm Fox weather meteorologist Craig Carrero with the latest from America's Weather Center. Thunderstorms today across the Four Corners region, the Great Plains, right in through the Ohio River Valley, Michigan, and also Florida where we could see some flash flooding. Now with some of these storms, we could get some large hail and damaging winds, especially closer to the Midwest.
We do have the chance for these severe storms to rock the plains really through the end of the week, so be prepared for severe weather. Also had a storm producing some heavy rain over portions of southern Nevada, Arizona, and into New Mexico. Will cause some flash flooding, especially with excessive runoffs or in and around burn scar areas. We will see some above average temperatures this week for the northeast and New England, and then get some rounds of rain, see some of that, and some thunderstorms Thursday afternoon into Friday morning. Main chance for us to see damaging winds and hail out of those storms.
Fox Weather, your Hurricane HQ as we watch the coast of the southeast. Possible formation there regardless of what happens. Plan on heavy rain across the southeast coast.
