Fox Sports Update. Calais Campbell is heading back to the Valley of the Sun. The veteran defensive lineman has agreed to a one-year deal with the Cardinals, returning to the organization that drafted him for his 18th NFL season. Campbell, a six-time Pro Bowler, spent his first nine years in Arizona, helping the Cardinals reach the Super Bowl in the 2008 season before losing to the Steelers. Campbell spent last season with the Dolphins, where he started all 17 games.

In college basketball, Buzz Williams is going from the SEC to the Big Ten. Williams was named the next head coach of Maryland today after Kevin Willard departed College Park for the Villanova job. Williams led Texas A&M to the NCAA tournament in each of the last three years, and in his 18 years as a head coach, Williams has taken his teams to the dance on 11 different occasions.
In the NBA, Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer said the team does not expect 15-time All-Star Kevin Durant to play during their three-game road trip after suffering a sprained ankle on Sunday. Budenholzer made his comments prior to tonight's matchup against the Bucs before the Suns face the Celtics Friday and the Knicks on Sunday as Phoenix tries to salvage their season. The Suns are trying to get into the play-in tournament.
