Fox Sports Update. The Miami Heat experienced a challenging season. Jimmy Butler was traded to the Warriors after being suspended three times, ending a run in Miami that saw Butler take the Heat to the NBA Finals on two occasions. Speaking for the first time since the trade, President Pat Riley said the situation with Butler had a big impact on Miami's season. There's no doubt that what happened with Jimmy had a tremendous impact
impact on our team. There's no doubt about it. So the buck stops with me. I'll take that hit if you want it. That was courtesy of the Heat as Miami finished 10th in the Eastern Conference before making the playoffs through the play-in tournament and getting swept by the Cleveland Cavaliers. And so it's over. He's done. I wish him well. Good luck to him.
And I hope deep down in his heart somewhere, he wishes us well too. Butler and the Warriors are still playing in the playoffs as their series with Minnesota heads to San Francisco on Saturday, tied at a game apiece. ♪

Heading over to the NFL, the Pittsburgh Steelers got out of the George Pickens business this week, sending the wide receiver to the Cowboys. When speaking with the media, Steelers general manager Omar Khan said Pickens did not request a trade, but that the move was best for both sides. You know, I wouldn't use the word disappointment. You know, we had three years with George, and, you know,
You know, we had some exciting times, but, you know, it was just time for the fresh start for both sides was the right thing. That was courtesy of the Steelers. Piggins will now be paired alongside four-time Pro Bowl wideout C.D. Lamb in Dallas.
And in golf, Charlie Woods, the son of 15-time major winner Tiger Woods, failed to get out of local qualifying for the U.S. Open. The 16-year-old shot a 3-over 75 at Wellington Golf Club on Thursday, seven shots shy of being among the golfers who advanced to the 36-hole final stage.
