And this year, a big day for legendary horse trainer Bob Baffert, who's returning to the race after a three-year suspension. It's the first American race weekend for the Formula One 2025 season with the Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. The action kicks off at noon Eastern with a sprint race the second of the season. It covers roughly a third of a typical Grand Prix distance, usually lasting about a half hour. And with a shortened race comes less points handed out than a regular race, and only the top eight drivers are awarded. The full 57-lap race takes place tomorrow.
