Fox Sports Update. The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Talladega Super Speedway on this Sunday for the Jack Links 500. Tyler Reddick won this race last year. He's still looking for his first win of the season. Someone who has won a race this year is Chase Elliott.
The two-time winner at Talladega joined Fox & Friends on Thursday and explained the importance of this race and others like it at the Super Speedway. Talladega is a big race for us on the schedule and kind of kicks off this summer stretch of weeks that
ends up meaning a great deal to our season. The action gets underway at 3 o'clock Eastern on Fox, and you can listen on Sirius XM NASCAR Radio, Channel 90. At 1.40 Eastern, the Cleveland Guardians host the Boston Red Sox. At 4.05 Eastern, the San Francisco Giants take on the Texas Rangers. At 4.10 Eastern, the San Diego Padres face the Tampa Bay Rays. And finally, at 7 o'clock Eastern, the Chicago Cubs host the Philadelphia Phillies.
A UFL doubleheader taking place today as well. First at noon Eastern, the D.C. Defenders take on the Arlington Renegades. And then at 3 o'clock Eastern, the San Antonio Brahma's face the Houston Roughnecks.
