Fox Sports Update. The Oklahoma City Thunder might have had the best regular season record in the entire NBA, but trailing the Denver Nuggets two games to one in their second round playoff series and trailing by eight points in the fourth quarter of game four, they were in some trouble.
At least that is until Shea Gilgis-Alexander decided to show exactly why he's a favorite to win MVP. Gilgis-Alexander to the rim and the layup. On ABC, SGA scoring nine of his team high 25 in the final quarter. The Thunder come back to win it, evening up their best of seven series at two games apiece.
Meanwhile, the second round of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs also continuing with the Winnipeg Jets visiting the Dallas Stars. Now, Winnipeg had the most points in the entire NHL, but we started the day with this series all tied up at a game piece. And early in the third period, this game tied it to a piece. Pass for Petrovic, and Rantan got a shot away, and it's down to Petrovic! On TBS, that gives Dallas the lead.

Now while General Manager Bill Schmidt told the Denver Post that Manager Bud Black had his support on Friday, the Colorado Rockies have tied the second worst 40 game start in Major League Baseball history.
The Rockies then went out a few hours later and lost to San Diego Padres 21-0. They bounced back and won today, but the damage had apparently already been done because after the game, the team announced that Black had been fired and third base coach Warren Schaefer named interim.
