When you're Jeff Lewis, the drama never stops. I don't need therapy. I don't need a prayer service. I need the fucking facts. Get to the point. She shut me down. I know. She's like, I don't want this toxic man near me. See, you're a nice person. Don't tell anyone. Well, nobody thinks it, so it doesn't matter. Jeff Lewis has issues.
Hey, welcome to Jeff Lewis Has Issues. In today's episode, Lisa Vanderpump and Michael Beck join the show. We talk about the restaurant business, show revamps, and I play a game with Lisa. Good morning, Lisa. Well, good morning. I mean, it's obviously going to be a very good morning for you guys while taking this medication around me. Well, we were talking yesterday, Lisa, about this. Someone had mentioned a horny rhino, which is a male sexual enhancer. And I
It says it's time, stamina, and size. And I didn't realize you were just- But why do you need to take it right now? Because I want to see if it works. But I don't want it to work. It's a trial run. You're all taking it. I'm like getting in the middle of a pack of wild animals right now. You'll be humming your leg by the time we leave. No, but Lisa, here's the thing. Well, that wouldn't be the first time, let's be honest. It takes 60 to 90 minutes for it to work. So you'll be long gone by the time- How long am I here for? You're here for an hour.
Well, exactly. You took it 10 minutes ago. Come on, giddy up. Let me get out of here. The funny thing is we go to work after this together. Oh, my goodness. I don't know. I have low expectations, so we'll see.
We'll see what happens. What is it supposed to do exactly? Because I read the back of it and it says you're not supposed to take it if you've drunk caffeine and both of you have had caffeine. So you're not even following the directions here. I'm kind of following directions because it says it's more effective if you don't eat caffeine.
So I did not eat. I know, but it's got this big horn on the front of his nose. It looks to me, look at me. That's the goal. Your nose looks like it's getting bigger, Jeff. Is it a stamina boost or is it Viagra itself? Because there are two different types of pills.
I don't know. I don't think... It's from Agasti. This is probably like a Viagra alternative, right? Don't pretend you don't know about Viagra. Come on. No, I already told you. I have a prescription. Oh, you do? Yeah, so that's why I was wondering. If I could just pick this up at the mobile station, why do I have to call the house doc, pay $300 for him to call on the subscription? I could just take Rhino 66,000. Do you have an extra one that she can take home to Ken? Oh, my God. Ken would need more than one. How many of you...
Actually, Ken doesn't need any. Give him a break. Where did you get this? Which gas station, Kian?
You went yesterday. Yeah, the mobile near your house. And what did you buy? Classy. I bought four of these, and the look the guy gave me was, he was like, and I also got an energy drink because I was like, I needed one for later. What did you get for me? Because I find this very sexist, so this is just for men. It's just for men. What did you get for me? I did actually look. You could take mine. Is there anything that we could get, Lisa? I don't know. You could have brought me a muffin. No, the gas stations are very sexist. Wait, how many do we have? Four? Yeah. All right, so Michael, you took one. I took one. Yeah. You're not taking one, Shane? I took one.
I can't be that horny today. Thank you. Thank you for your respect. What about Reza? Reza will take it. Oh, that's a great idea. Okay, can we get to... Why am I here? I'm not here to talk about you guys' sex life. Do you need me? Sorry, sorry. We got distracted. The male sexual enhancer, which would be me. How long have you been working with...
How long have you been working with Michael Beck? Well, we started last year when we started Villa, the show on Hulu that's out now. Yes. Our second season. Congrats. Thank you. Yes, it's doing very well. But we can talk about that later. So we started last year and we had an immediate bonding, loved working together. And then we had a new show.
We have the same brain. Yes. We have the same, for the most part. He's following me, you know what I mean? He's my protege. No, we do. We think very similarly. So it was great fun to do reality television together. You realize he's one of our messiest guests.
Do you have any idea? I know he comes off very professional and he's good at his job. No, I know he's a little messy. Did he tell you what he did with his roommate's hairbrush? Oh, no. I don't want to know anything like this. This is kind of professional, our relationship. This is when I was 20. I don't want to know. I actually don't want
What do you think happened? Just think of the worst possible thing. I think he brushed his roommate's hair. How about that? Should we leave it at that? No? It was around. If my butt was my roommate. Has it got anything to do with this rhino? It has a lot to do with Rhino 66,000. Can we talk about...
This is early in the morning. Sorry. Yes. It's good to see you. So now you are back and forth to Vegas. Yes. You have, I went to a beautiful restaurant bar, Pinky's in the Flamingo. We had a really nice time. What exactly happened that night with the three of you? Because I feel like there was a picture posted and then I never, like no one really recalled.
Yeah, it was one of those nights. We had fun. We tasted some cocktails and yeah, we had a good time. Well, we were already drunk by the time we got there. No, less of the we. I have to remain sober in my own establishment. No, me and Jeff. Jeff and I. Oh yeah, that's true. We were already drunk by the time we got to Pinky's. But also, believe it or not, I can keep a secret. So somebody says, this isn't to repeat, I don't repeat. Because you forgot.
Mostly because I forgot. What did I tell you? Lots of things. Oh, please, no. So many things. I'm an open book. So are we mentioning that you now have another residence in Vegas? Yes. Yes, okay, good. We can say that. The Cromwell Hotel is turning into the Vanderpump Hotel. But you have a home there now. I do. Because you have a business there now. I am not getting the Cromwell Hotel for me to stay in, Jeff. It's going to be a business. I do have a house there.
Beautiful house. Oh, so you've been there, Michael? No, I've just seen pictures, but it's beautiful. It is. So you have three restaurants in Vegas now, correct? Yeah, but I have four with Seasons Entertainment. I have one in Lake Tahoe that was also nominated alongside Pinky's for Best Restaurant Design. Congratulations. Thank you. We are going to Tahoe during the holidays, and we need to make, should I make a reservation now? Yeah.
Um, no, I think you can. Believe it or not, I had trouble getting in because I waited until last minute. I waited until last minute. Let's see how today goes and see if you'll ever get in. You're on the block list. Yeah. Um, again. So is it one of those situations where you're, you're, uh,
going to establish residency in Nevada so you can avoid the California state taxes? I don't want that much aggravation, to be honest. I think you've got to be really stringent about what you do. I was away a lot because I was on a show with Gordon Ramsay in London for a couple of months, and then I was doing Villa in Italy. So I didn't really spend much time in America last year anyway, but I'm still filing my taxes. I think only if it's kind of permanent move will I establish that, but it's not...
Would you consider moving to Vegas? I love Villa Rosa, and I've got so many animals, including Ken. I just don't know where I'd put them if I took them to Vegas. How many animals do you have now? A lot. Seven dogs, two horses, four swans, eight turtles, and Ken. Wow. Have you even been to Villa Rosa? Yes, many times. It's a gorge. And then you have grandkids now? I do. Absolute perfection. I mean, that's one of the happiest moments ever.
I think of my life, you know, because I have had a lot of loss, losing my brother and then my mother and then my father in a very short space of time. So to get these two beautiful, exquisite grandbabies is just, yeah, it's a blessing. And do they live close by? Oh, yeah. That's no coincidence. Yeah. Pandora and Jason live like a few hundred yards from us. Are you? What? Yeah. A hundred yards? A few. Yeah.
That same gated community? No, we're just around the corner. So then you're seeing the kids all the time. All the time. All the time. That's really nice. Yeah. Now, do you miss Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? I already know the answer to that. No. You know, you seem like, oh, here's Reza. Will you give Reza a rhino pill, please? Oh, I like, hi, Reza. I love Reza. Look at him all dressed up like a leopard. He needs a rhino pill. Have him come in and take a rhino pill. Oh, my God. Yeah, we'll see if it works.
No, I don't miss it. I mean, I miss the good times, but I just don't have time to do that anymore. I mean, I've been so busy. I've gone back to what we're known for, you know, the restaurant business. We had something like 35 restaurants before I even came on, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. So it's kind of back to work, really. Ken's retired and I'm kind of holding the fort. But you're also- Hello, Reza! How are you? Oh my- Come on in, Reza.
Alright, so we just got these. Oh my god. Have you heard of these, Reza? Do not take one, Reza. They've all taken them. We're all going to be sleeping together in the second hour. I just had sex with my husband this morning. Should I be taking this pill right now? Yeah. Well, we're just going to see if it works because it could be like a nice alternative to Viagra or Cialis. Can we get back to... I know, but let's see what this does to you. Okay. I mean, I'm... Did you have breakfast?
Right here. Okay, good, because you're not supposed to eat before. I mean, it's more effective. But it's going to work in 90 minutes, Reza. 60 to 90. Yeah, but you don't want it. I bet Reza's will work quicker. Do you want it to work right here and right now? I don't think so. I can't. I don't need to take it. It's not opening. There you go. Exactly. I don't need to take it, but how do I take it? There you go. You don't need to take it. I shouldn't take it? I wouldn't. Not unless you want to have sex with everybody at this desk. Why would you?
He's got his eyes on Kia. You were on Housewives for nine years. Nine and a half years. Nine and a half years. I left halfway through season nine, yeah. You seem like to... Well, first of all, you have a business to protect. So when the girls come for your business, that's a real problem. Well, they didn't really do that. Oh, you talked about the Dog Foundation. No. What are you talking about? I mean, you're in a position then when you... I mean, I don't want to repeat things, but, you know, the
They're always gossiping and they're always saying negative things. And the reason I'm asking you this. Yeah, but that's part of them and their culture. I never really felt my business was kind of in jeopardy by virtue of housewives and what they would say. I mean, they came for me personally. Yes. A lot. And it was really hard to take. It was like every other year. We always joke, oh, you had a year off. They'll be after me next year, you know.
But how hard was that for you? Because you had legitimate friendships, like real friendships, real connections. I thought they were. But honestly, if a friendship's real, they wouldn't come for you, right? So let's say that in a nutshell. Show me who you are and I believe you. And that must have been very disappointing for you. Well, it was. It was a slow kind of... First, I made allowances for it. And then I suddenly looked...
You know, I'm also a religious woman. I've talked about this many times. When I swear on my life, on my children's life, that's it. You know, that is absolutely gospel. And so when you start saying, I'm telling you this, and they don't believe you, I'm like, forget it. I'm done. I'm done. But I did endure nine and a half years. And there were some very good moments, there were. And do you forgive? No. No.
No, you don't forgive and you don't forget. No, you seem like someone who, which is not a bad thing. In this game of reality TV, and Reza, you can jump in at any moment.
You know, I think it's part of it. You get hurt and then you forgive and you do another season. Oh, I did that. Yeah, I did that for about five of them for sure. But I think the kind of maybe how I feel is as long as I don't have anger and I don't have anything eating away inside me about it, then I kind of let it go like that. But I don't forget it.
So I kind of know who you are. As long as I don't have the anger about it. You know what I'm saying? She had one of the most supportive husbands I've ever seen. A supportive spouse on television. Like, I've watched everything that Lisa's ever been on. And to see her enduring and, like, Brandy slapped her in the face one year. Yeah, that was not good.
Oh, my God. I forgot about that. And it actually felt worse than it looked, I think, because even if somebody goes for your face just like that, you know, you feel kind of violated. Somebody's in your space. If they even touch your face, it's like, whoa. In fact, I just totally had my tears. Tears came to my eyes and I just took a minute and I was like, whoa, what was that?
I'm not saying it wasn't like a punch from Mike Tyson or anything, but it was, yeah, I felt violated by it. Absolutely. But Ken was, excuse me, Ken was always like, I would be like, that's the kind,
of backup you want you want a husband who literally has your back so if anything is coming at you you know you're rock solid at home and he's still that way which i think is great like after all these years of marriage he's still so supportive and right by her side and carrying well also he knows me very very well and he knows that i always say i'm not going to tell a lie i don't have good enough memory to lie i'd always rather tell the truth and deal with it
And I always say that to my children. I think that's the way our relationship has always worked. You know, just tell the truth, get it out there. So if somebody to accuse me of being a liar, that is not who I am. How are you going to lie to someone who puts you up in Beverly Park? I mean, come on. When you live in Beverly Park, you don't lie to your spouse. We talk a lot about, you know, look, we make mistakes. We hurt our friends.
Not always. It's sometimes by accident. Unintentionally, yeah. You have to look at intention. And, you know, we now look at, I'll look at people and I'll say, was this, do you think this was intentional or not? Yeah, was it mean-spirited? Is somebody trying to take you down? Or did they just make a mistake? Yeah, mistakes I'm fine with. Absolutely.
So are you speaking to anyone on the cast? Like you're friends with Camille, right? And Garcelle? If I saw Camille, absolutely. I would greet her. And she's definitely said some things about me that I'm not happy with. But yeah, we've always been friendly. Garcelle, of course. Yeah, she's my dear friend. I've only known her a few years, though.
You know, I really kind of met her when we were doing a fundraiser for Haiti at TomTom. She came to that when she was on Housewives and she actually asked me if I could give her son a job. And I was like, oh, no. And I said, has he done anything in hospitality before? She said, no. And I said, all right, well, how am I going to give him a job? She said, well, you know, he lives in Vegas. I thought, okay, that's easier.
And then I thought, let me make him the face. And I met him, you know, and he's got this very kind of open, smiling face. And he became the face of the cocktail garden. Then he moved up very quickly to becoming like one of our best servers. He just knew all the tables, everything. He knew exactly.
exactly how to interact with a customer and it's probably yeah one of my absolute best service now he works in Vanderpump I keep wanting for him to move on but he likes being he likes doing that how long has he been with you I don't know at least a couple of years I don't know time goes so quickly but yeah he's a really lovely guy just had a baby and I adore Garcelle and I feel bad for her that she went through that crap with Housewives you know right did she have you spoken to you've obviously spoken to her since several times yeah
Yeah, immediately after. And she was just upset. And you support her decision to leave. Oh, yeah, of course. As I said, you know, she's a wonderful woman, but I don't think she was defined by housewives. I think I had a career, you know, I always felt there was a difference in some people like
I felt that Housewives kind of documented my life rather than me trying to create a life for my housewives. Yes. And I think some people use it as an opportunity to,
to create a business and things. But I kind of, I've always pretty much stayed true to what I've done before. Like I have a wine business, but I had that before. I had that, you know, we used to make our own wines when we had Villa Blanca before Housewife. And I have restaurants, which I'd had 35 or whatever before. So I haven't really done anything that I didn't do before. I mean, apart from my charity, my dog foundation, that's one thing. But
I use the word loosely, but has given me the opportunity to create a charity, a 501c3, which is hugely difficult, not just to create with the government and everything, but to actually sustain over all these years. And we've saved thousands and thousands of dogs. So that is something I'm truly grateful because, you know, they are my love. But there are people that have taken these opportunities and used the platform to really support.
build their businesses. And like you said, you had existing businesses, but you certainly...
Like Garcelle, you took the opportunities and you ran with it and you stayed very focused, which was to build the businesses. I think the key to reality television is authenticity. And I think if I'm involved in projects that are truly authentic, like doing Vanderpump Villa, that is quintessentially me, my brand. I have a design business. I design our restaurants with my partner, Nicolaine. Yeah.
We have Vanderpump Lane. We love design, love creating. That is what Vanderpump Villa is about, the beauty in life. It's about the beautiful food, the presentation.
everything gorgeous in life. That's what I like to create these spaces. And then it's about, you know, like the young crazes that work for me. So it was very authentic and it's a wonderful, wonderful project. Do you have, you know, with restaurants, they come and go and they close for different reasons. And do you, like I loved, was,
Is it pumped with the outdoor dining room with all the beautiful olive trees? Oh, my God. You had dinner with me there. Yes, but I'm trying... You have so many restaurants, Lisa. I'm trying to keep it straight. It would be nice if you remembered one night we spent together. Did you...
That must have been hard closing that, right? Because you put your heart and soul in it and it was so beautiful. Yes, but when you have something for 10 years and you know the expiration date is 10 years, you know it's coming and you think, well, I'm going to be prudent here. Do I want to renew or not a lease for another 10 years with personal guarantees? So when the landlord kind of
You know, we start talking about the rent. I think the rent was, you know, pretty high. We just thought it wasn't worth it. But we were also opening big with Caesars Entertainment, opening in Tahoe. We still had TomTom. We have Sir, which I'm so proud of the fact that it's 20 year anniversary. Very, very few restaurants survive 20 years. So we've got a really loyal following. The food's great.
I've got great partners and, you know, it's been a wonderful experience. Especially right now with like all the restaurants that are closing down and like iconic restaurants are leaving L.A. and West Hollywood especially. So it's a testament to how good it is. It was such a shame to see all these restaurants go out of business. You see Petty Four and you see, you know, O'Reilly's. You see them all around closing opposite us, next door to us.
you know, closing everywhere. And, you know, I did talk, I mean, I was on the Chamber of Commerce for a while with West Hollywood City Council. And when they started to talk about increasing the minimum wage, I said, I think, you know, you've got to make sure that
restaurants and businesses can sustain that. So why don't you raise minimum wage, but just for non-tipped employees? Because the tipped employees were, you know, would benefit from the restaurant being busy and staying open, you know, but listen, I'm not a politician. I'm not, I'm a business woman. And, you know, it really saddens me to see so many things shuttered in Los Angeles. It really is a travesty. Were you surprised when Schwartz and Sandy's closed?
No, I wasn't because I love them and I wish it had been successful. I wish all of the people that have worked for me, whatever they endeavor to do, use it as a platform and they are successful.
I can't support them. You know, I heard, oh, Lisa hasn't been to the sandwich shop. Well, yes, I have. And yes, I bought the sandwich when Titna's, I say, was hardly here last year. Of course, I hope they do well. I hope they can franchise it. I wanted Schwartz and Sandy's, you know, even though they were nervous to tell me about it at the beginning, thinking I would think it was competition. I'm like, no, there's room for everybody if we get it right. It's like,
If somebody asked you to open a business on a remote island, you wouldn't want to do it. If somebody asked you to open a business in a vibrant, thriving city and there's an empty space, you'd do it. So I'm never about...
the competition. I'm about, let's everybody like join together, get it right. And the more, the merrier. So even though they weren't near us, I really, you know, I hope that they would do well, but the way it was set up, we followed that story. They had a partner, things didn't go well, the relationship between them financially, they were, you know, they were closed too long. And also we can't ever minimize the fact of what COVID has
did to the restaurant business. I think it shuttered over 100,000 restaurants through America. So anybody that survived that. You know, I went to Michael Chow's birthday the other day. He's 80-something. I can't remember. Michael's wonderful. And everybody got up and spoke about Testament, how kind he is, how wonderful he is. And I know Michael very well. And I stood up and I said, you know what? The greatest testament to him, apart from him being a kind, wonderful man, is that the
first time I went to his restaurant was with my father who's a creative director in London and I was 14 years old. I was 64. 50 fucking years ago. Wow. He had that restaurant and he's at the top of his game and he's opened here and there and he's never dropped the ball and to survive that long in the restaurant business oh my god my hat goes off to that man. Really does. Will the new Vanderpump Rules, the revamped version that
Allegedly, is what's happening. No, that is happening very much. Will that be centered around Sir? Yes. Okay. And are we looking at having any of the previous cast members on the new season? No, it's a totally... You know what? We did that show. We told that story. I think it's back to...
the original kind of stomping ground where it started out. I think it's fascinating for people to see the behind the scenes of a restaurant
And one of the great things about creating a reality show where you actually have a nucleus. So people can splinter like on Housewives and then they'll go, oh, I'm going to have a dinner for the girls. I'm going to invite all of them. We can work it out. Well, that's not what happens in our show. You've got to show up because you've got to be there for work. So you have this nucleus that brings them back in. And to be honest, Vanderpump Rules, you could have shot 365 days a year. And this one, I'm not allowed to obviously talk about what's going on.
All I can say is I'm very happy and it's going to be, you know, it's young and fresh and yeah, yeah. I think people get really like, people will say like, oh, we're so sad. Like we don't want to watch the new one. We're so sad about the old one ending. But to Lisa's point, those stories have been told in that format. You know, they've all gone on to do other things and they're all doing their own shows or whatever they're doing. But their stories at Sur on Vanderpump Rules were told and they're over. And now it's time for fresh new...
But not only that, it just becomes, like you said, you're all about authenticity. It becomes inauthentic because these kids don't, they no longer work at Sur. They're now reality stars. They're being paid tons of money. But that was the story we told. We didn't try to masquerade the fact they were working there because, you know, fans would come in. I mean, they were still living an authentic life. It just took a different direction. I mean,
I love all of them. And I'm glad to see, you know, some of them really shining brightly and doing well. And they've done, you know, so many kind of wonderful things. But this show now is back to the restaurant business. Yes. And there's not many restaurateurs, probably arguably none, that open their doors to reality television. So...
One of the best parts of Interpump Villa was seeing the relationship that Lisa has with Stassi now. Like, you know, Stassi obviously was her employee back then. Yes. And now Stassi is like almost like, you know, a friend and a counterpart and they had so much fun and they were laughing and they could joke and it just was a different dynamic, which I think was magical. Well, they grow up and I love that, you know.
Well, she's always... I mean, she's always been kind of a bright star. You know, she's very bright. Yeah. And, you know, she was on this show, but she said at that time, which was, what, two years ago or something? She said she had no interest in returning to reality TV whatsoever. So she obviously...
Until we asked. Had some negative. Well, it's a different situation working with you. I think she felt very secure with me. Protected. Yeah, because she wasn't going into a minefield. And I think a lot of people feel like that. It's quite vulnerable going into reality television with that. But she was going to this beautiful situation, wonderful castle, Italian countryside with her family.
And Bo's amazing. Her children are gorgeous. And her daughter loves me. And I love her too. She's really cute. And she says, you know, she blackmails Hartford by, if you don't do that, I'm not going to take you to see Lisa. She's so lovely. So we had just a wonderful time. And the show's got the feel-good factor.
But living with stuff, wow, that's a whole new experience for me because everything just moves so quickly. And Vanderpump Villas Season 2 is airing now on Hulu. You can binge it, all 10 episodes. I love that they do that. You know, when they drop like two episodes and you have to wait a week. I don't like that either. No, I like binging. I want all of it, all of it.
it all at once. That's like having sex go, okay, I'm just going to do the foreplay now and next week we'll have a bang. I'll let you know when the rhino kicks in. So when you take your rhino, you can take it all at once. I'm tingling down below. I'm just keeping my mouth shut. It's only been 20 minutes. Are you feeling it already? Are you feeling anything? No, not yet. I'm feeling it's like really burning down. It's just that with you hot guys, I didn't even take it.
I do. I have, you know, I've been around, you and I have known each other for a very long time. I've been around for a while. And I remember going into Sir and,
after watching Vanderpump and having these kids wait on me or behind the bar or James Kennedy, like, you know, DJing. And that made Sur so much fun. So actually... Well, it's going to be like that again. It is going to be. And it's going to be that crazy hotspot again because everyone's going to want to be waited on by... What is this? Season 12? What is it? Season 12. Congratulations. That's amazing. Thank you. Amazing. So how did the...
The old, the ex-castmates from Vanderpump Rules. How did they respond? Was anyone angry? Have you not heard Tom Sandoval's podcast? No. What did he say? I haven't. He was like, these people, they would get off the plane, land in LA, and come and beg us to be on, interact with us. And he was trying to make it seem like they were less than. He wasn't complimentary towards- Of the new cast members. Of the new cast members. What do you mean? Yeah.
He said what? Does he know who they are? He was like, these are like nobodies. These are people just flying in from wherever. What is he talking about? They live there. Trying to like get on a show. He wasn't being... Wasn't that him? I think the biggest mistake is to be bitter about it because this gave you this huge platform that created these careers. Some of them have worked there for years. I mean, yeah, some of them worked there for years. And of course, we took on a couple of new people. Everybody's qualified to... But they didn't get off a plane. In his defense, if...
if I were him, I would need to move to like Peru and just not be, if the show continued and I couldn't be on it anymore. No, he's moved on. Yeah. I mean, I'm sure they've got some, I'm not like that, you know, like with Bravo, I, I will always remember what they have given me, how supportive they've been. Andy Cohen,
is a gem to me. I mean, so... You had a book launch. I remember coming to the book launch at Sir, the first book. Yes, yes. But you've never been fired. You electively left. Oh, so is that when you lash out when you've been fired? That's what happens. They get angry. So, but what, you don't... Okay, get angry, but you don't make up shit. I, so, I was, and I'm sure you were too, I would say for the first six months I was angry. And then all of a sudden... Six months? Yeah. Those, like...
Two years for me. And then all of a sudden it clicked and I was like,
Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Stop being a victim. But you knew it's not going to go on forever, Jeff. I knew. I did. At some point. I did know that, but it still stung. It still stung. And it doesn't feel good to get fired. But that said, then I started turning around. I'm like, you know what? They gave me a huge platform. It was a great launching pad. Thank God. I changed my attitude. And then when I did that, by the way, opportunities started coming. And you know what? I've noticed you are softer and nicer than you used to be. You used to be much snarkier.

Now you are, I don't know why you didn't do that. Why did you do the research after I took it? No, I didn't.
So Naya just looked at it. What's going on? I mean, I did the research yesterday, but I figured, you know, let's just take it and see. So why wouldn't you warn us? Did you take it too? No. Oh, God. People end up in the ER? Yeah, someone said I'm an EMT. I've been to many cardiac arrest calls. Think of three that I've responded to where someone came and went, had an orgasm, and then died. Two of those involved taking gas station dick pills. Oh.
Why didn't you tell me that before? Well, I didn't know that. Nice knowing you, Jeff. Some guys say he got dizzy and what? I don't know, but if you need somebody to take over, I'm available. Can I sit in if you die? You took it too, bitch. Wait a minute, someone shit themselves? We can't denigrate this person.
brand a lot of work has gone into this brand who knows you could have something like this rhino's got on the end of his nose in a minute let's be patient okay what else someone just got a headache none of it went to my cock oh my god is that you talking oh my god now i'm getting nervous about this oh no you're gonna shit yourself again oh god please again let
Let's keep it clean. Can I tell you the worst part? Oh, no. You already have. Go on. I have to go to the proctologist at two. Oh, no. You're going to be hard and shitty. Oh, my God. Can we not talk about your asshole while I'm here? I came a long way, all the way from Beverly Hills. It's a long drive. Come on. I'll have my third hemorrhage shot today. Hopefully, I'm not. I do not want to know. Hopefully, I'm done.
details. Oh my God. Reset time, stop. Oh my God. I can't. Okay, let's get back to Amanda Palmville.
on Villa watch that gorgeous show no hemorrhoids no apoptologists speaking of assholes let's talk about Vanity Fair Villa no no yeah well true that I love Hagen in the Villa I love that there's a sassy gay to just talk about all the straight drama he's not involved he will just comment unapologetic loved him that's hilarious he's so funny and he's really kind of
good at his job as well he kind of whizzes around that castle like the feather duster fluffing everything up it's really good I love that show I've just had such a blast doing it as I say it's quintessential Vanderpump it's got the humour it's naughty it's uh
Got the beauty. That's what I love. And the Secret Lives girls are coming on. I haven't watched it yet, but those are my girls. I know. Those lives are not going to be so secret. And they did not stay in Italy. The drama kept going and going and going. Oh, God. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I would love to play a little game with you, Lisa. Go on then. It's called... What? Is your medicine just kicked in? Vander...
Not only will it give you a hard-on, it's going to turn you straight as well. It's called the touching game. No, it's called Vanderpump or Vanderdump.
You brought Stassi back into the spotlight by hiring her on Vanderpump Villa. So now I'm curious, which other former cast members would you consider rehiring to work at one of your locations, one of your restaurants? Well, none of them want to work at my location. Let's say they're all applying. Who are you rehiring and who are you not? Hold on, I'm going to give the name. No, they're more successful than that and
their egos are too big. No, it's not going to happen. All you have to say is Vanderpump or Vanderdump? Kristen Doty. Okay, that's a given. Yeah, it's going to have to be a little dumpy there. Vanderdump. Oh. Jax Taylor. Vanderpump or Vanderdump? Oh my God, he's got so much to struggle with right now. No, no, he's not working for me either. Okay. Okay.
Brittany Cartwright. Oh, I love Brittany. But no, she's got babies. No, no, no, no. Sorry. Okay. Is that legal? It's not. She's got babies. She can't work for me. No, but I mean, she's like, you know. Busy. Her hours are complicated. Let's be honest. I'm also, you know, part of the villa as well. The valley. So, you know. Sheena Shea. Vanderpump or Vanderdump? I would always give her a job back. Why not? She was a great server, but I don't think she wants one.
Lala Kent. Love her too. Love her madly. Yes. Give her a job. James Kennedy. I think he is busy flying around the world doing his DJ. No, he's moved on. Raquel Levis. No. Katie Maloney. No, she's next door. She's next door doing something about her. No, no. Okay. Ariana Maddox.
Love Ariana, but no, she's in Love Island. Brock Davies. It didn't work for me.
Okay. Would you hire him? Yes. I'd hire him. Well, what I get from that game is a lot of burn bridges. She's going to be short-staffed, I think. Yeah, wow. They've moved on. That's the whole thing in your life. Nobody really wants to be a professional waitress for their life. They kind of move on. It's a stepping stone, and they used it to the best of their advantage, for sure. That's what I support.
I don't think I really ever met anybody that says, hey, Lisa, I'm here and I want to make a career out of it. That's not what happens. Nobody wants to be a waiter. They want to be DJs for the rest of their life. That's what the goal is. Thanks for listening. If you want more of this, listen to Jeff Lewis Live every weekday on Sirius XM as well as the Jeff Lewis channel exclusively on the Sirius XM app.
