Our players this week are Jordan Collins, our victim. Chad Collins, our victim. Antonio Avery, accomplice. DeMarco Butler, accomplice. Clarissa McGee, accomplice. And the Shaypool Hour Murderess.
Ne'Shea Marie Poole was born on August 22nd, 1995 to her mom, Nicole Keepler. According to her Facebook page, originally she is from Jackson, Michigan, and she moved down here to Atlanta in the Jonesboro area around the time that she was in like middle, high school, maybe like
going into high school age. Anyway, according to her Facebook also, she had eight sisters and two brothers. Now I am not necessarily sure if all of these people are her blood brothers and sisters. She only shared last names with some of them and you know how Facebook was, especially back in the day. Everybody used to be on there being your brother or sister. So I don't know. She graduated from Lovejoy High School in 2013 and while she was at Lovejoy, she actually ran track there. So she was pretty active.
She did the 100 meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles. And she also did the triple jump, which very, you know, jump hop, solid events, track and field. I mean, I did find this old YouTube page of her and it's very Atlanta, very high school. It's, you know, random school stuff, confessions, to be honest, like things like that. Twerking on the Internet, you know, being honest.
a normal teenager. Now, she also had this friend named Clarissa McGee, and she met this nigga named DeMarco Butler. DeMarco Blasiano Butler was born in 1989. He's part of the Bloods gang, and so he's in and out of prison since 2009. So, since he was 20. Getting arrested for stupid shit, theft,
obstruction of law enforcement, escape, burglary. At this point, the last time he was released was in 2005, so a little late, a year, maybe a little less. And he hung out with this nigga named Antonio Killer Avery. Both DeMarco and Antonio are convicted felons. They both part of this Bloods game. They both up to no good together. Like, you see them come and turn the other way.
It gives the feeling that Nisha and DeMarco are together. Can't explicitly confirm that, but it's given. We go together, tell them all we go together. But you know that don't mean y'all together together. DeMarco and Antonio was always hanging around, but they were kind of a trio.
Nashaia, DeMarco, and Antonio, they all used to hang together. All three of them were part of the Nine Trey Blood gang specifically. That was their subset. And DeMarco and Antonio were in high-ranking positions. They ran the shit. It was even said that, um... Girl, this twerking video weak as hell. Mm-hmm. I would have been eating them up back in the day. Would you? It's even said that they were founding members of this gang.
I guess Nashe didn't want to be the only girl in the clique or whatever. So she knows this girl, Clarissa, introduced Clarissa to Antonio, and now they're a quartet. Can you just make up your subsect to a gang? I feel like there's some politicking involved in there, but... Do you have to go through nationals if you're trying to start...
a chapter on, you know, on campus at college? Do you get jumped in? Or does it like, does it start off like it's your part of the Bloods and then you start running your own crew and then that crew becomes a sub-set? I don't know. I'm not going to pretend to know about gang life. Reach out to us and let us know. Right.
But yeah, so around July or August of 2016, Nation introduces Clarissa to DeMarco Antonio and now they become a bit of a quartet. Couldn't find much on Clarissa McGee. She for sure was not about this life. That's all that I know. That's all that I know. Clarissa had a thing for Antonio. They start going together. She basically blood by proxy, right?
The way this gang made most of their money was through prostituting and hitting licks. The guys in the gang would get girls, pimp them out,
How these girls set niggas up. They got money to fast way. The way that they would set these people up to hit these licks is, you know, we've seen it before on the dating apps. DeMarco had Neshea make a plentyoffish.com profile and tell her get to swiping.
And she did. So here it is. It's August 31st, 2016. And Clarissa goes over to DeMarco's house. Now, Nashea and Antonio are already there. Now, remember, Clarissa and Nashea, they have this Plenty of Fish profile. And they're basically using this as an escort site. They are finding people. They're saying, hey, hey.
Give me the cash. I'll give you the ass. And it was just straight like that. Now, they were getting ready to visit an escort client that night. But when they got there, you know, things were a little sketchy. The girls were like, oh, I think I'm about to get murdered. So they ended up leaving.
Which is cool, you know, safety for you guys. And then after they left, they met up with DeMarco and Antonio at a gas station. And DeMarco and Antonio were like, y'all need to go get this money. Okay, so you need to find somebody else on POF so that we can get this money. Okay.
They get back on plenty of fish. They're searching, searching, searching. And they come across Jordan Collins' profile. Now, Jordan Collins was known as a kind, sweetheart, good person, would give you anything that he could. We know that he at least had one child and he had a brother named Chad Collins that was with him, lived with him. And together, they also had a sister named Francesca Collins. All of them originally from Richmond, Virginia. But of course, they're here like in the La Thantia area over here on my side of town. They look at Jordan's profile and they're like, OK,
okay, Jordan's cute, you know. He's not an old creeper like the other guy. So let's go ahead. Let's message him. Let's see if we can meet up with him tonight and let's see what we got. They show the picture of him to DeMarco and Antonio and Antonio and DeMarco are like, yeah, that's good. We should get him. Oh, here Clarissa, take this gun. Gun? I just don't know why people put guns in the hands of people that ain't never shot a gun before. All right.
Because even my first time, I was like, am I pulling the trigger hard enough? Why is it not going? It's the wee hours of September 1st of 2016.
Ne'Shea and Clarissa drive to Latonia. They in a car together. Antonio and Demarco are driving behind them. This is the girls' protection detail. They driving over to the Collins boys' house, right? Ne'Shea and Clarissa, they plan to meet Jordan and Chad at their sister's house, who also lives in Latonia. They was like, that's a nice little meetup. We gonna make that happen. Jordan and Chad, they're at the sister's house. They're babysitting their sister's kids. And the sister's out of town.
So the kids are upstairs, they're asleep. They don't know that it's a little rendezvous about to happen downstairs. So... Because they're kids. Mind-grown folks' business. Go to bed. You know what I mean? But they put the kids to bed first. It's not like the kids running around. But the boys about to have them a night. So they waited for the kids to fall asleep. Then they hit up Clarissa and the Sharia, and they was like, come over. Netflix and chill. You know, that type of shit.
So, Nashe and Clarissa, they like cool. The time is now. They don't care about a little midnight snack. So, Jordan and Chad, this is legit just like a little date, a little meet up, a little Netflix and shit. Like, that's all it is. Nothing too crazy, no pressure.
We gon' have the girls over. Something happen. We lucky. If it don't, we try. Bitches can't over. Yeah, we had a party. Mm-hmm. But as the night is moving along, Chad starts to notice that Nashea and Kirsten are acting dumb weird. It's like, they chilling. They trying to make small talk. You know, for somebody like me, small talk is hard. What do we talk about? Let it be over. But the boys, they trying. They asking, hey, you know, where y'all live? Where y'all work? Let's get to know each other. Shit, you know? But...
Clarissa and Ne'Shea are being weird and dismissive to the questions, which is giving like, if you ain't want to be here, why you come? Then it gets weirder because the girls keep asking to go upstairs. They're asking, how's the house layout? You know, let me get a tour. They're doing a lot of texting on their phone and it's like, can we just be present?
But the girls got other plans. So then there's also this dog here, and the girls is like, so what's up with the dog? What's up with the dog? They go outside. They give the dog some water. They play with the dog for a little bit, and they all come back inside.
And at this point, they probably texting the boys like, there's a dog, but he's friendly. Just pet him. Of course, the dog is acting friendly. It's in front of his owner. It's feeling like a safe space at this point. But after about an hour, Nashea and Clarissa, they're still kind of just being weird. And it was like, OK, you've had an hour to settle in and you haven't. So Jordan decides that he's just going to take Clarissa and Nashea back to his house and leave Chad there with the kids. Damn, Jordan, what you was doing? Yeah.
He was like, we're going to have a party, bro. You sit here. Jordan starts to gather his things and the Shay and Clarissa, they start to gather their things. At this point, everybody's on board with the plan. They head to the back door. Now at this time, the dog starts barking. Probably heard something, you know, a dog outside. He out there to protect the house. So tell me what you hear, you know what I mean? So the dog starts barking and Clarissa and the Shay walk out the house.
And they're followed by Jordan. Now, as soon as they step outside, Chad can hear the black door slams shut. And then he hears a commotion coming from the backyard. He hears a man's voice. And the guy's saying, like, chill or watch out. And then he hears gunshots. His brother just walked out the door. Of course, this is very suspicious because Wendy Neche and Clarissa turned into niggas.
And where the fuck did they get guns? Because we don't got no guns. What's going on? Is Jordan goes out back and he's confronted by Antonio and DeMarco.
They tussle a little bit, a little small fight or whatever. Jordan sees that these niggas are strapped. Jordan tries to grab the gun. Doing anything he can to try and save his life, but he couldn't reach it. He tries to run away instead and was shot in the back. When Chad hears these gunshots, he runs outside to his brother to see what's going on.
and Chad sees Jordan laying down on the patio, dying, bleeding out. Antonio and DeMarco are still out there, and they shoot him several times. Chad is hit in the leg and in the arm. And at this point, Clarissa runs to the garage.
Chad gets up, still fighting, you know, trying to hang on to his life. And he goes into the garage and he sees Clarissa in there. He yells at her and he begins chasing her. Who the fuck brought you over here? You know, what type of setup is this? Who told y'all to do this shit? Y'all just shot my brother. What the fuck? Who are y'all? What the fuck do y'all want? Get the fuck out of my house. Remember...
They done gave Clarissa a gun too. So Clarissa takes out her gun and at this point Chad backs off because obviously they ain't afraid to use it. He's been shot. Once Chad backs off, Clarissa runs out the garage and sees Antonio standing in the yard holding his gun. Clarissa and the shade get into Clarissa's car and they leave. Antonio hightails it on foot and they didn't see DeMarco but the presence of DeMarco was there.
Jordan and Chad, they're both bleeding out in the backyard as the four of them are getting away. Again, this was supposed to be a hit, but shit popped off so fast. Nobody stole anything. Nobody left with any valuables, just with bodies.
Chad was able to call for help, but by the time the EMTs got there, his brother was dead. Chad was transported to a nearby hospital and he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. And he was shot a total of five times. Clarissa and Nashaia go back to DeMarco's house. And when they get there, Antonio and DeMarco, they got their guns out, a shotgun in one hand and one of them, a handgun with the other one.
Clarissa and Ne'Shea are like, what happened? That was not supposed to happen. That was not part of the plan. And DeMarco was like, he tried to grab the gun. You try to grab the gun, you got shot. Clarissa is like, oh my God, what are we going to do? Ne'Shea is like, this is not supposed to be the plan. And Antonio is like, listen here, ain't nobody finna call the police. Clarissa, you damn sure not finna call the police because if you do, you going to be the one that gets blamed for it all.
And she's like, "Oh my goodness." At the scene of the crime, there are .22 caliber shell casings everywhere. And there is even one single shotgun shell casing, which damn, you know about the shotgun? Country, Atlanta. But there was no weapons found at the scenes. Of course, the brothers didn't have any weapons.

You know, he feels it's pretty open and shut. One of the victims survived. He knows both Clarissa and the shade's name, their real name, because that's what they used on the app. You know, he gets to the hospital pretty quickly. He starts interviewing Chad.
And he's piecing the story together as best he can. Chad's telling him everything he can remember about Clarissa and Ashaya. Very easy for him to identify because he's just spent like an hour or so with them at minimum, right? He's telling them, you know, they must have brought their own guns because he nor Jordan had a gun that night. The cops, they run Chad and Jordan's cell phone records.
Through those messages, they were able to track down Shay and Clarissa. Not sure if the cell phone records helped them get DeMarco and Antonio too, or if that came from the girls telling or what.
But the boy's sister Francesca says, quote, from what they've done, I know that they're heartless, cold-hearted people who don't deserve to see the light of day again. They left with his life, so they left with something far more precious than any valuable on earth could be. And can you imagine her coming home like you left your kids with your brothers for the weekend and one of your brother ended up dead at your house?
And the other one shot, like, hell nah. As a sister, I would probably be like, why the fuck you got bitches over? Over my house, right? But I wasn't going to go there.
While my kids here, you got strangers in the house. But also, like, you have two brothers and you probably know that they get into mischief and you can't even cuss them out for the bullshit because they bullshit got them popped. You know? Shit, they learned their lesson. They don't need a speech. DeKalb County Police Homicide Sergeant Sabrina Dorsey said that she did not want to blame the victims, but, quote, if you want to meet someone using dating websites, I'm not going to say don't do that.
But maybe meet them in public places. Don't invite somebody you don't know to your house. And be careful of social media, whatever it is. Whether it's the dating app, whether it's Instagram, Twitter, whatever. Be careful. These are strangers. You might feel like you know them, but these are strangers y'all have never met. Girl, girl, tell me why Sabrina Dorsey, the lead detective in 2021, shot her husband. We're going to have to circle back for her. Mm-hmm.
That's crazy. You know, they also talked to Francesca. The news and stuff, they were covering a story and they asked, you know, how's Chad holding up? And she said, you know, he was able to go back to work. She said, quote, he's doing fine physically, but we're still coping with a devastating loss. We just want justice for Jordan because he didn't deserve it.
We want justice for Chad because he was only going out to help his brother who somebody shot for no reason. For no reason. Absolutely no reason. If anybody wanted anything from Jordan, they could have just asked. He would have given it to them anyways because that's just the type of person he was. It seems like they say this a lot. I would like to see somebody try this shit, you know? Every time somebody gets robbed...
The families always say if they would have asked, they would have given to you. He was the type of person to give you a shirt off their back. So it seems like they know how to pick generous people. But instead of asking, they take. So maybe we should see how asking works and see if these family members are right about their loved ones.
On September 17th, 2016, all four were arrested and charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. Now on September 21st,
Ooh, September 21st. That's when we have a live show in Brooklyn. September 21st of 2016, Plenty of Fish released a statement basically saying, We are shocked by this senseless act of violence and our thoughts are with the family of the victims and their loved ones. We intend to assist law enforcement with this investigation, which basically means we Plenty of Fish, but we still not in it for real, for real. And we'll help you out.
Clarissa was the first person to get up on the stand and say, you know what? Give me a plea deal. And she pled guilty in exchange for a lesser sentence of aggravated assault. And she was the star witness against the other three for the prosecution. According to my sources,
Nisha has two kids. Maybe she has three because I don't have the birth dates of her children. But her mom, what we do know is that Nisha had one child at the time. But do you know that while all of this was going on? Here's the tea.
Mama was in jail, but she was pregnant by the end of 2017. And her mom was making a few posts on Facebook, making a Justice for Nashaia page. And she was telling everybody that Nashaia's kids, Nashaia's kids. And Nashaia gave birth to her son behind state walls on her birthday.
August 22nd, this time in 2018. Now, we're not sure who the daddy is. We're not sure how she got pregnant. The only thing that I can assume is that it was a prison guard, a jail guard, which, you know, that is rape.
But no one really talks about it at all. The remaining three, they were tried together and Judge Gregory A. Adams presided over the case. The assistant district attorneys for this case were Major Case Unit Senior...
Dwayne Brown and Buffy Thomas. Now the defense team said that Antonio and DeMarco came to the house because their intention was just to be protection for Clarissa and Ne'Shaya. They showed up to the house because they were just making sure that everything was going smoothly. It's dangerous for young ladies to go meet strange people on the internet. And they were just looking out for their girls. You know, think of it as a secret service.
You know what I'm saying? That's it. Clarissa got on the stand and testified against everyone. And she talked about how she met Nashaia. And Nashaia is the one that introduced her to DeMarco and Antonio and kind of got her into this whole mess. I don't even know these niggas. First of all, one of them is your man. So don't even do that.
The state had two detectives that were qualified experts on criminal street gangs in the area. Now, if we wanted to answer my earlier questions, these are the answers. DiMarco was a founding member of the Luciano Bloods, which is a subset of the National Bloods gang with its own organized structure and a lengthy track record of violent crime. So he was registered at Nationals.
The gang, to make money instead of, you know, robbing, stealing like you think a gang member should do, they decided that they were going to use prostitution as their main moneymaker for the gang. This gang has actually been known to use those online platforms and social media sites to lure different Johns, you know. And then they started going to social media. And of course, DeMarco, he's posting about being a blood. He on social media wearing, quote, bloods associated clothing and clothes.
flashing blood gang signs, your honor. The state also showed evidence that soon after the shootings, DeMarco's phone showed that he was in communication with Nechea and Antonio. All the phones during the time of the shooting moved from where DeMarco lived. He was down there in College Park all the way to the Collins place. They was all the way in La Tanya. That's a 45 minute drive. And then they drove back down to College Park to DeMarco's house.
Now, at first they were trying to say that this was self-defense. The boys were there to be protection. And the state was like, no, let me go ahead and debunk that theory because all of y'all were in communication with each other before, during and after the crime. So you can't sit here and tell me that it was a self-defense because if you guys were scared, you would have brought them over later.
Not before. The medical examiner testified that Jordan's wounds were caused by a combination of shots fired from a shotgun and a handgun. Which, like, why are you shooting me with a shotgun and a handgun? A shotgun is usually enough to kill a person. Just there. Why are you even bringing a shotgun to rob me, my nigga? Like, I am not a deer. I am not game, okay?
Now, of course, Chad, the surviving brother, got to testify on his behalf and on his brother's behalf. He said up there on trial that neither one of them had guns. The sister whose house they were at, she did not have guns. They weren't a gun family. He talked about how the girls were just acting weird, you know,
You know, like Taz said, the weird questions. Where's the house? What's the dog? Where the kids? What you doing? Where y'all live? Who is this? What the? Okay. End of phone. When Chad was asked, what did you expect was going to happen with these girls at night? He said, shit. I mean, they was pretty girls. We thought it was going to be just a late night date. Like hang out, talk, nothing too serious. We had to watch the kids. So we knew we couldn't go nowhere. But like, we just thought we was going to have some girls over. Yeah.
What niggas don't want girls over? The jury goes out and deliberates and comes back and finds Nishaya, DeMarco, and Antonio all guilty of felony murder, aggravated assault, violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, first degree murder, and a weapons offense. And they got ready and
Whew, y'all need to stop doing these crimes in Georgia because you know you can get the death penalty. But y'all, they just had to wait and see what their sentence was going to be. In June of 2018, the trio was sentenced. Demarcus and Antonia were sentenced to life in prison without parole plus 50 years. And Nashea got life without parole plus 40 years. 20 for the aggravated assault and 20 for the gang participation. Now Clarissa's ass...
Her record is sealed. Her condition is sealed. We don't know the terms due to her plea agreement. I, uh... She definitely made the smart play in this scenario. 'Cause these niggas ain't never coming home. After Ne'Shea was sentenced, her mom and other family members strongly believed that she was wrongfully convicted. They made a GoFundMe for her and a Facebook page, calling for thoughts, prayers. They was like, "Come on, all you prayer warriors. We need you now."
They asked for donations and all types of stuff. Now, the shit is GoFundMe page got deactivated by GoFundMe. Her mama ain't give us the details, but that shit is down. GoFundMe will deactivate something as soon as it gets a little too sketchy.
And so that shit got taken down. But her mom would, like, keep up with a Facebook page to keep people aware of what was going on. In these posts, she talks about her daughter's innocence. She says there's no evidence of her daughter being at the scene. This is her first offense. And the witness testimony is from a co-conspirator. So, like, one, it's like, okay, so you got these cell phone records, but, like, do you have DNA? Which, I mean...
Maybe not, but they definitely have eyewitness testimony and cell phone records. First offense, sure. But baby, this was a heavy ass offense. And witness testimony from a co-conspirator, the only one who had sense enough to tell. So, don't know.
Nashaia filed an appeal claiming that the evidence presented in trial was insufficient to support her convictions. She said the state failed to show that the crime was committed with the intent to further gang interest because of her convictions. And they said it was completely based on uncooperated accomplice testimony.
She also argued that the evidence of her guilt was entirely circumstantial and did not rule out any more reasonable explanations for the events that occurred on the night of the crime. The trial court looked at it. They rolled their eyes, said, no, girl, your sentence is still affirmed. DeMarco and Antonio tried to appeal their convictions, but the court again said otherwise.
No, darling. And their appeals were denied. Somebody done hooked Nisha up in a jail because she got a phone. Or maybe she's doing tablet time. I don't know. Or, you know, they can rent tablets in jail now. She keeps up with her IG. Right? You can find her on Instagram. Do not go on there harassing this girl. Do not. But...
She keeps up there. She's steady posting. She has a woman in there who she calls her aunt. I don't know if this is her blood aunt or her prison aunt, but auntie. She'll post, you know, going to church. This is what I'm eating. Just, you know, regular Instagram and shit. Just prison version. My middle school experience.
His summer boyfriend is in prison for murder, and he uses his tablet time all the time. I know all the crap they eat in, them smoking in the jail, him talking about I need more tattoos even though his face is tatted. You have the ability to be more connected now in prison than you ever have before. Yeah, for sure. Her sons live with family members. In 2003, Zamanca Gardner, who is given one of the baby daddy's mom's
She created a new GoFundMe for Nashea, and it stated, quote, Hello, my name is Zanaka Gardner, and I am her children's grandmother.
Maybe it's her mama mama because she's her children's grandmother. This fundraiser was created to help reunite her with her children. She has two boys, ages four and eight, and they miss their mother dearly and ask for her constantly. It's been five years already. We are trying to get her home, but we need your help. We appreciate all the donations and thank you in advance.
So they put a goal to raise $40,000. They raised $1,620 so far. There's time. Shade can be found at the Pulaski State Prison. DeMarco's over at Hayes State Prison. And Clarissa's record is sealed, but couldn't also find an inmate record for Antonio.
He's in federal, so they might have just transferred him out of state. Mm-hmm. Yes, that is the story of Nashea Poole. All right, y'all, it's time for... I'm not black. I'm OG. I didn't do it, but if I did, this is how I would have got away with it. Let's start with the obvious. You know, I ain't do it, but if I did, I ain't gonna be using my real name on the internet. Like, come on. If I'm going to...
Even if I'm going to, you know, sell myself, if I'm going to be, if I'm going to escort, usually, you know. If I'm doing anything I don't want to talk about in public, whether it's a crime or. Exactly, exactly. So that, I'm going to do that. If I am meeting up with people doing things that are illegal, right?
Track phones, you can still go to Walmart and get a track phone. You could still get a Walmart track phone in 2016. I would have done that. I ain't do it, but if I did, if I got to recruit somebody to join, like how she recruited Clarissa, you got to recruit somebody who about that shit. She folded on all of y'all. Did. She did. Yeah.
I ain't do it, but if I did, y'all was like way too obvious in the house. Like, oh, what's the layout? Oh, what's this? That dog friendly? Like, relax, relax. Y'all would have been better off, honestly. Kids, close your ears. Y'all would have been better off fucking them niggas till they pass out and then clearing the house like that. Then coming in there with guns.
Y'all done better drugging them niggas until they passed out. You know what I mean? Oh, we brought over drinks. And then you would have drugged them safely in their home. No one should be drugging anybody. No. No.
But if I did... But if I did, they would be at their homes. They probably gonna wake up. Their niece or nephew would be like, Uncle, what the heck y'all got going on? Your sister would have cussed you out because why the fuck you got random bitches in my house that drugged you while you watching my kids? And then robbed me? And then robbed my home. But I bet you would have rather gotten cussed out by your sister. But I bet they would have rather gotten cussed out by their sister. And I bet you would have rather...
you know, used a fake name and they would have never been able to find you after that. And it would have just been some really unfortunate Atlanta shit. I ain't do it. But if I did, Oh, I just feel like you started off that night saying that y'all was going to get some money and then it went south. That's usually a sign from the Lord. Okay. And,
Go home. The first John didn't work out. Time to hang it up and call it a night. We will try again tomorrow. Y'all tried to quickly find a new one. And everything about this just seems rushed. I ain't do it if I did. She honestly fucked up falling in love with these badass niggas. They up to no good. They gonna put you in no good. Y'all just gonna end up in a no good situation. Don't do it. Okay. Don't do that shit. Parole or no parole? I ain't got no reason to parole her.
Shit. She in there with life plus. And she seem like she's fine. She got life and a half. I didn't get sad, though, like...
She birthed their baby in jail. She'll never get to be as involved a mother if she was out. I feel sorry for her kids, but y'all is on some reckless shit. Play stupid game, win stupid prizes. Exactly. Definitely not in the mood to parole any of them. Clarissa said, give me a plea. She said, I'll tell you whatever you want to know. And that will always be me.
Not always. Give me a plea. All right, that's the end of the show. Let's go ahead and read some reviews and let's go home. If you've gotten this far in the episode, thank you so much.
