On today’s episode, I’m chatting with Paige Lindgren, a Certified Hormone Specialist and Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping women feel their best and find balance, hormone health optimization, and healthy lifestyle choices. Paige also co-founded From Force to Flow, a cycle syncing platform that's full of hormone knowledge and tips for each phase of the menstrual cycle.
