Okay. She, so she said they only got to one year though. They didn't get to, they didn't get past the one year. A year is a long time. A year is a long time. Trying to flip. A year is a long time for me to have all the bills. Yeah, exactly. And then you're just sitting back saving. You know what I'm saying? It should definitely be quarterly. If you get mail there, technically, you're a tenant. Right? You can provide that. And he would have to give you a 30-day or a 60-day something notice. He can't just put you out.
