And I'm really excited to dive into today's episode topic because this episode was actually inspired by a TikTok video that I created that ended up going really, really viral unexpectedly. It was just a video that honestly, like it was words of wisdom that I really needed to hear at the time, at the moment that I filmed it. And so I was kind of like, okay, I'm going to film this video for myself because
Ended up posting it. It was going mega viral. Today it has over 1.3 million views, thousands of shares. It's crazy. It's just crazy to me how it was just very unexpected. It's like the videos that you don't expect to do well just skyrocket and do so amazing. So anyways, in the video I was talking about this concept about how the universe never says no.
And I was only talking about it for one minute. So I decided because it was such a popular thing and such a popular concept and a lot of the comments were saying how much someone needed to hear it and how much this concept has helped them. I thought why not make an entire podcast episode about this. So this is what I'm doing right now. I'm very excited. I just got back from a yoga class.
feeling super blissful, super peaceful, super aligned, let's dive right into it. If you are currently facing a rejection that could be like with a romantic partner, it could be with the university or a school, a job, a family member, any sort of rejection where you feel like something didn't work out, like you got blocked, you're experiencing resistance, any of that, if you resonate with that,
Listen to me because this episode is for you. Here's something that I've learned through my own life experiences and further in the episode I'm going to share some of my own personal stories about this. But what I've learned through my own life is that the universe never ever ever ever says no. Ever. It only responds in three ways. Yes, not yet, or I have something better.
And if something didn't work out for you, if something didn't come to fruition, whether it would be with a friend or romantic partner, a dream that you had, an opportunity you had, that is not the universe saying no to you. And I will explain to you like the energetics behind it too.
But any rejection that you are facing is not a no. It's not a rejection. It's not a victimhood. And when you label it as that, you give it power. And the way you take your power back is you remind yourself that you did not get rejected. You were divinely redirected and protected by the universe.
And I'm not saying that this mindset is always something easy to think about because often when we are experiencing rejection and these harder negatively connotated experiences, it's not so easy to tell ourselves in the current moment like this is for the best. The universe has my back.
But that is where your power is, is amidst the chaos is reminding yourself, I am powerful. The universe is guiding every step of the way. And when you adopt this mindset, your life, your entire life will change. Your circumstances, your reality, the way people respond to you, it will all change and shift dramatically.
because something inside of you shifts, because you shifted from being a victim to a conscious creator. And this is just your reminder to say that whatever rejection you are experiencing right now, or whatever like seems as if it's a rejection, I want you to take a moment and remind yourself like, no, the universe loves me so, so, so much that if something is not truly aligned for me, if it's not in my highest good, it is not going to let it
come to fruition. It will not let me settle because if something didn't work out, it is because there is something better. We are so quick to jump to the worst case scenario. We are so quick to jump to conclusions and say, okay, it didn't work out with this partner. Okay, that means that I'm lovable, that I'm unworthy of love. It didn't work out with that job. That means that I'm not good enough, that I don't have enough skills. It didn't work out with that dream. That means that I'm not worthy enough of that dream. No.
No, not under my roof. If you are listening to my podcast and you are part of this community, no, I will not allow you to fall into this trap, okay? Listen to me very closely because I want you to understand this. You are a powerful creator. I want you to repeat after me. I am a powerful creator and anything that happens in your life that you feel a sense of rejection or abandonment or you feel like a failure,
That is your biggest opportunity for growth. And not only that, that is your biggest sign from the universe that something good is coming. Because I look back on my life and I think about all the shitty situations and the chaotic situations and the heartbreak and the rejection that I experienced.
Those moments, those low moments were a blessing in disguise because they catalyze something deep within me. For example, I think about the heartbreak that I went through. If I didn't go through that heartbreak, that terrible breakup where I was very heartbroken, where I was feeling very unworthy and sense of rejection, I would not be who I am today. I wouldn't have traveled. I wouldn't have started posting on TikTok. I wouldn't have met all my amazing soul friends when I went to Costa Rica. None of this would have happened.
And so in the moment when we are experiencing these negative rejection moments, it is so easy to jump to the worst case scenario and think that something is just wrong with us and that we are not worthy of something. But those moments should be a reminder from the universe that something so much better is coming for you. So let me give you a little story time example of rejection is redirection.
So I remember a while back when I was applying for universities, there was one school that I really, really wanted to go to at the time. I thought it was the perfect fit. It was the school that was meant for me, was my destiny. And I applied and guess what?
I didn't get in. I got rejected. And I was devastated. It was the biggest hit to the ego ever because I started thinking like, wow, all my hard work, all the time I took for the application. Why don't they like me? Why don't they think I'm good enough? I tried so hard. I was in that headspace for a very long time. I took that rejection very hard. And over time...
I had realized that that rejection was the biggest redirection from the universe. Because if I hadn't gotten rejected from that school, I wouldn't be where I am today. I wouldn't be at the university that I am today. I wouldn't have moved countries. I wouldn't have met all the new people that I have met in my life. I wouldn't be studying the major of my dreams. Like, let me just give a little context. Like when I was applying to the school that I got rejected to, I was
I really wanted to go to the school, but they didn't really have the major that I wanted. And currently at my university, I'm studying exactly what I want. I have all these opportunities, all these resources that I couldn't even have dreamed of, like where I live, the weather, just everything that I ever wanted in a school is where I am now. But
When I was applying for universities at the beginning of my process and of my journey, I didn't even think about the school where I'm at now. And I'm not saying the name of the school just for like privacy purposes, but I didn't even think about the school. I didn't even think that I would be where I am. I didn't think that I would be attending this university.
And the universe had other plans for me. And I can tell you with my entire heart and soul that I'm so fucking grateful for that redirection and for that rejection. Because I probably would not have been my happiest, highest self in that university. A version of me in the past that I would. But who I am today and my career and who I've become as a person and the goals that I have for myself and the values that
where I am now is exactly aligned with that. So where I'm trying to go with this is you might not understand why you are initially experiencing that rejection. And to be honest with the university story for me, I didn't understand what I was being rejected for like six months. I was in a six month phase of like uncertainty, unknown, disclarity. I was so confused. I did not know what choices I was going to make about my next steps in life. I was very much immersed in the unknown. But
But looking back like a long time later, after a period of time has passed, it's like, wow, I have so much more clarity of the situation. I have such a bigger understanding of why things unfolded the way they did. And so if you're in a situation right now in your life or an experience,
where you're not understanding why you got rejected, maybe why you got rejected from that person, why it didn't work out with that partner, or why you got rejected from that job or that university, or why you didn't get the house that you wanted or sign the lease.
There's infinite different examples. If you are in a situation like that, I can promise you that you will attain clarity on this. Right now, things might not make sense and it's because you are seeing the situation from a very limited perspective and point of view. But as time passes and you spend more time not focusing on the outcome and on the situation and rather on the feeling you want to cultivate and what you do want to call in, clarity comes along with that.
And also my biggest tip for you is to start a conversation and a dialogue with the universe and to ask for clarity. Like every morning when you wake up, if you are currently immersed in the unknown and you are so confused and you don't understand why things are the way they did, wake up in the morning and set the intention. Universe,
today you will guide me. Today you will show me clarity. Today I am open for answers. I am open to understanding. I am open to clarity. And you literally recite that and announce that to the universe. And that is the energy that you show up with every single morning. I can guarantee you that the answers and the signs will start to come in. And I think that
biggest power move that you will ever do in your life when it comes to failure and rejection is reframing rejection into redirection and protection and believing truly in your heart that every time that you receive a no from the universe, it's not actually a no because every time the universe says no to something in your life, it is saying yes to something even better and you have to believe that.
Because if you believe that, that is the reality that you will lead. Because your mind and your reality and your subconscious will look for external confirmation in your life to confirm that belief system. It didn't work out with that person? Okay.
cool good luck to that person I send them love it is because there's someone even better coming into my life an even better match that I couldn't even think of the universe has my perfect person is about to send me didn't work out with that job okay it's because a better job is about to turn around the corner I'm gonna get an even better salary my co-workers are gonna be better I'm gonna get better benefits from that new job that I haven't even thought of it's not a no to what you want the
The energy that you put out into the world, if you say, okay, universe, I want an experience like this, or I want a relationship like this, or I want to fulfill my dream like this. If you put out that energy and you focus solely on the vibration and the frequency of it and less on the specific outcome,
it doesn't disappear. And just because it didn't work out in one scenario in your reality doesn't mean that that dream or that thing that you're calling in, that manifestation isn't going to come into fruition. One of my favorite quotes is, "'Nothing changes if nothing changes.'"
And what this quote means, if you haven't heard of it before, is if nothing changes on the inside view, on the inner work, if nothing changes in your beliefs and the way you respond to things, nothing is going to change in your internal world. And that is the same energy that you have to come in to rejection and failure in your life.
If you change the way you perceive and frame rejection and failure, you will change the way failure and rejection manifests in your life.
Because if you no longer view rejection and failure as rejection and failure, and you reframe it to redirection and protection, then every situation that happens in your life is not a rejection, it's a redirection. And every failure that happens in your life is just catalyzing even more success. And all of this advice that I'm giving you, I wish that my younger self knew this. Because for a very long time in my life, I let...
a very much victim mentality where everything that felt like a rejection or felt like a failure, I took a hit to the ego. I let it stroke my ego real nice. I let it, you know, bring me down the rabbit hole of low self-esteem, of negative self-talk, of feeling unworthy.
And today, guys, 2023, I challenge all of you. I invite all of you. We're going to change that. We're going to be powerful. We're going to be creators and we're going to change the frequency. We are the creators of our life. Okay, universe, there's a rejection moment. Uh-uh.
You're just leading me to something better. Thank you very much for showing me the way. Thank you very much for guiding me. It didn't work out. It is because something better is coming. And when you adopt this mindset and this mentality, you truly become unstoppable. Nothing can break your stride.
