I cannot believe it is already 2023. This is going to be a good year, I can feel it. Around the new year, we tend to get caught up in completely “changing” our lives, that we forget to reflect on how far we have already come. We start setting new goals and habits without much thought beyond that it will make us “more successful” or “happier.” Personally, for me, I think the new year is a time to reflect, process, and set intentions for the ENERGY we want to experience; how we want to feel, how we want to respond etc. So in this episode, I share with you my top 4 intentions for 2023 to inspire you to step into your power this year.
