That's a way for me to keep

So without further ado, let's dive into January's Q&A episode. You guys came and showed up with the best questions. When I was opening the poll and I read all your questions, I was like, okay, I love this, I love this, I love this. This time around, it was honestly hard to pick the questions because there were so many good ones.
But I really honed down to some of my favorite questions that I think is going to benefit the most of you. So let's get into it. First question is, how do you keep faith in the universe when life is hard and you're uncertain? Okay, this is such a good question because honestly, this is something that I'm still navigating as I go. As I've told you guys, I've had a lot of life shifts happening to me in the past couple of months in my life.
And I really feel when life gets chaotic around you, whether it's physical, emotional, there's a lot of shifts, a lot of changes, heartbreak, pain, grief, whatever it is that you're experiencing, when that happens to you, that is an indicator and that is time where it is pivotal. It is key for you to deeply connect more into your spiritual practice, for you to deeply strengthen your trust and your faith in the universe.
And I really believe that that comes down to actions. So what are the things that you do in your day-to-day life or the thoughts that you think that help you have faith in the universe? So for instance with me, the past couple of months, I've experienced a lot of grief. I've had loss of family members, friends that have passed away, and just a lot of life changes and a lot of hard, very heavy energy.
So some of the things that I've been doing to keep my faith in the universe when my life is hard and difficult is I come back to my spiritual practice.
So I have made it literally a non-negotiable thing for myself that I'm going to journal every single morning. I'm going to gratitude journal. I'm going to journal any prayers or any intentions that I want to ask for the universe. I'm going to journal anything that is on my chest. Every single morning that is a non-negotiable for me, I will journal because that helps me keep faith in the universe.
I've also recently enrolled in a meditation course so that I can dedicate one hour a week just for me to come back into my body, into my mind, into my space and really give myself that gift.
Other things I've been doing to really keep my faith in the universe is I ask the universe for signs. This is something that's really, really helped me and I feel like it's just super empowering is when you feel like you lack faith in the universe and whatever it may be, whatever sector, whether it's big or small, ask the universe to send you a sign. And when you ask to send them a sign, make it something that you're not going to constantly look for, something that you don't have any attachment to.
So for instance, the questions also you should be asking when you're asking for a sign are open-ended questions, not questions of like, okay, if I am meant to date this person on this date, send me a rabbit. No, you want to ask questions that are open-ended that really give the universe wiggle room to show you the path. For instance,
If I'm on the right path universe, send me a butterfly. If I'm on the right path universe, send me a cow. If I'm on the right path universe, show me an angel number. Basic questions like these that are general but get down to the point of, okay, I'm going to ask myself and the universe if I'm on the right path and I'm going to ask for a simple sign to be sent back to me. This is really empowering and you will start seeing that when you ask, you will receive. When you ask for a sign,
The universe responds. And the key is to not look for that sign. The key is not to look for the answers. It's to ask the question and trust that the answers will come to you in the most divine timing. So I think when you notice in your life that you're being tested, like your relationship with the universe is being tested, you feel like you're lacking faith, you're lacking trust,
That is the moment when you really want to come back into your body, into your mind, into your heart, and into your spiritual practice. Because it's really easy to have faith and trust and believe and have a connection with the universe when everything is going great for you and everything is abundant, everything is flowing. But life is cyclical.
Life is like nature. We don't bloom all year round. And sometimes we have moments in life where they are learning curves. There are periods of integration, of growth, of change. And those periods are just as valuable to you as your periods of expansion and abundance and prosperity.
And in those periods where you might feel discouraged or helpless or that you've lost your connection with the universe, come back to your breath. Come back to your groundedness. Come back to your essence. Go outside and spend time in nature. Look at the way nature operates. Start asking the universe questions and for signs.
Start really connecting back to yourself because remember, you are the universe. We all as one make up the universe. We are all source energy. We are all divine. And so when you feel a lack of connection with the universe, it's also a lack of connection with yourself. And that is why coming back to yourself, to your practices of spirituality, of your personal growth, that is why coming back to that will also strengthen your connection with the universe because your connection with the universe is your connection with your divineness.
with your divinity, with your higher self, with your intuition. And so strengthening your connection with yourself in return strengthens your connection with the universe. Question number two is how do I become a better manifester? Okay, I don't know if I'm going to be able to even explain the whole concept of manifestation and like how to be a manifestation magnet just in this episode because there's so many other questions.
So I will say before I start off is that I have a lot of episodes about manifestations, like full episodes on the pod. I have an episode on how to become a manifestation magnet. I just recently last month released an episode on my favorite manifestation method where I really go in depth explaining it. But I will say that I think the way to become a better manifester is
is to become very acutely aware of your thoughts. Because, by the way, I'm not the type of person that will tell you like all your thoughts manifest. That's not true because we all have negative, judgmental or critical thoughts, right? Not all those negative thoughts manifest. But what you believe about yourself, your internal belief system, that is what allows you to become a better manifester. And so that's why I say be really aware of your thoughts.
thoughts. Are most of your thoughts that you are thinking, are they productive? Are they aligned with your desires and where you want to be? Or are they focused on the past or what's happened or where you don't want to be experiencing?
Because what I see so many people, and this is the thing, is where you put your energy, where you put your focus, is where things will expand for you. And the thing is, what so many people do is they put their energy on what they don't want on the past or what already has been. And that's why so many of us get so caught up in the same cycles and in the same patterns is because we are so caught up in our old narratives, in our old story, that we're not able to forge new ones.
And this is why I think the key to being a good manifester in life is to be really utterly delusional.
Because it is just as delusional to be really negative and to believe in the worst case scenario and the worst possible outcome as it is to be positively delusional and be optimistic and believe that things are working out for you and believe that everything is aligning for you and believe that everything is flowing towards you. Those things are both delusional. You choose your level of delusion. And that is why I think being delusional is the key to creating the life of your desires.
I am super delululic. I walk around being like, okay, everything's working out for me. I attract what's meant for me, will find me. I am a manifestation magnet. Everything flows my way. Everything is aligning perfectly for me at the most divine timing. And I genuinely tell myself this. I literally have these conversations in my head and you will notice that your ego will pop up. It will come out to play during those mindset shifts for you and it will be like, what do you mean? You can't manifest that.
You have all these fears and all these limiting beliefs and what will people think and what will you think about yourself and what about this fear and what about this belief about yourself and da-da-da. But guys, the ego only comes out
When you notice that you're shifting something in your mindset and then your ego comes out to play, it's because it knows that you've changed. It knows that you're in a different vibration. Your old self is trying to hold on so tightly to the past version of you that it's going to try and bring you down. And your new version of you, the stronger, wiser, more empowered version of you has to be strong enough to realize this, to realize that your ego is coming out to play and to not give it your energy. And so the way you become a better manifester
is you realize that the ball is in your court and that your power is in yours and where you put your energy and your attention on, that is what will expand. And so the way you consciously manifest things in your life, and by the way, when you realize this,
Things will start manifesting for you that are so amazing that you didn't even realize will want to manifest. So I'm not here trying to teach you how to manifest your specific person or how to manifest certain, you know, people coming into your life or a certain amount of money. I'm here teaching you how to manifest your highest good. I'm here to teach you how to manifest the energy that you want in your life so that everything that you desire will fall into place with that.
Because if you manifest things from a state of lack, from a state of desperation, from a state of need, then you're not in your power. All about manifesting and truly becoming a good manifester is realizing that you want to align your energy with your higher self. You want to align your energy with love, abundance, prosperity, and
amazing amazing things and gifts and blessings so that what's meant for you and that is aligned and those people and experiences and situations that are aligned with those vibrations come into your life with ease question number three is how to overcome feeling unmotivated
First off, I want to say that feeling unmotivated is completely natural. We can't always be motivated every single day of the year. Like that's just not possible. Not even like the wisest, most creative, inspired people are motivated all day long.
But I think if you've been in this funk of lack of motivation all the time, the best way to tap back into being motivated is to tap back into your creative energy. Because a lot of the time, it's really good to ask yourself, why do you have so much resistance towards what it is that you're supposed to do or what it is you used to like doing? So instead of beating yourself up and calling yourself lazy or unmotivated, really ponder and dive deep and ask yourself, why am I resisting this?
Why am I resisting this project? Why am I resisting going to the gym? Why am I resisting going after that big dream? Asking yourself those questions will lead you to the answers because once you get through the resistance and that resistance subsides, the motivation will come back to you tenfold. Start coming back to your why of why do you do the things that you do? What makes you happy? Why do
do you want to create this thing? Why do you want to go to the gym? Why do you want to start this new initiative? Why do you want to start posting on TikTok? Why do you want to do your homework? Like ask yourself, what is the reason behind it? And how can you make that reason incredibly appealing for you and empowering and inspiring that you have no other choice but to want to act on it? And so I really think tapping into your creative thunder is really valuable. So I like to take myself out on creative dates.
whether that be me going on a journaling date or me painting outside or me going to a ceramics class or me making candles like whatever it may be I love to do creative things because tapping into that creative energy helps me bring back my motivation

I always come back to the mindset of ask yourself how do you feel after spending time with them?
So really come back to the feeling and the emotion and less of the logic. Just because you've known someone your whole life doesn't mean that they're always going to be serving you and growing with you. Ask yourself how do you feel A when you're around this person and how do you feel after the fact. A lot of the time if someone is toxic or unaligned for you anymore after you spend time with them you will feel small, you will feel drained, you will feel tired, you will feel bad about yourself.
So if you start feeling those feelings around a certain friend in your life, first ask yourself, okay, is this something that I'm going through that I would feel with other friends around me too? Is this like personal to me in my experience? Or is this a consecutive thing with this person that I'm starting to feel that our energies just do not match anymore?
So once you start really deciphering how do you feel around this person, you will be able to tell if they are meant to stay in your life. Because friends are supposed to be a source of fun and joy and peace, not stress. And if your inner circle around you is bringing you stress and chaos and insecurities into your life, that's not an inner circle. That's a cage. And I think it's really important to also realize that as you grow as a person, people will either rise with you or they will fall off.
And the people that rise with you, that is amazing. That is a gift and that is a blessing. But also realize that if you put your energy towards certain aspects of your life and certain personal growth and other people in your life don't, you might get to a place where your vibration and in such a different place in your life that that's
that person is just like no longer clicking for you and that is okay and that is valid and let's normalize people not always being aligned to be in your life anymore and so the best way to know if that friend in your life is aligned for you is to ask yourself how you feel around them 95% of the time if 95% of the time you feel like shit that's how you know it's time to make a change
Question number five is how to stay secure when people around you are insecure or not confident in themselves. Okay, first off, this is something that you have to realize that other people's insecurities and weaknesses are not your responsibility. And I know a lot of the time when we're around insecure people or people that feel bad about ourselves and we're on this path of rising higher, we're
We sometimes feel this need to dim our light, to dim our joy, to dim our confidence so that we don't make those people uncomfortable. But something that you have to realize is that true confidence is contagious. And if you're able to truly shine as your confident, authentic self around people that are maybe insecure and don't feel as good about themselves, then you're going to be able to
That is inspiring to them and that will make them feel so safe to be the version of themselves that they are truly meant to be.
And also at the same time, when you're confident, you're around a lot of insecure people, that might trigger people. Your light might trigger other people and that is fine. And make peace with that, baby. Make peace with that because the second you make peace with that is the second your life will become so much better. It is not your responsibility to babysit other people's insecurities. It is only your responsibility to shine your light and be true to yourself.
And so when you are around insecure people, it is your responsibility to A, realize your worth and not let those people's insecurities bring you down and also realize that
That has nothing to do with you. And you do not have to claim it for yourself. You do not have to claim other people's insecurities. And by the way, just because you're around, you know, this whole concept of like everyone is a mirror and a projection of you, but just because you're around insecure people doesn't actually mean you're insecure.
Just like if there's toxic people around you, it doesn't mean that you're toxic. Toxic and insecure people go to everyone. It is just a matter of question of are you going to give those people your time, energy? Or are you going to see those people as an opportunity to be even more secure in yourself and more secure in the person that you are becoming? Last question is how to be open for love.
I love this question because the answer to it is so much more simple than you think. And that is to be open to love is to be open to yourself because we are love. Love is our natural state of being. Our heart beats every day. We feel love all the time. Love for our friends, love for our family, love for ourselves, love for animals, love for the earth.
To be open for love is just to be open to your true essence. When you tell the universe, I am open for love, you tell the universe, I am open to my divine birthright. I am open to be who I was truly destined to be. I am open to experiencing the relationship that I was truly destined to experience.
The way you open up your heart to love is you realize that love is the truest healer. Love is what sets you free. And I know so many of us have this fear of opening our heart to love, of being vulnerable, of meeting somebody else. But the truth is...
If you have love in your heart, if you radiate love, then you will attract the right people into your life and you have to affirm yourself to that. And you have to affirm yourself also this idea that you are strong and your love for yourself and for others is so strong that even any pain or grief that may come your way, you will overcome it because of your love and your love is stronger than anything else in the world. And so the way you open yourself up to love again
is a baby steps and also you open yourself up to life and yourself. You walk around genuinely with your heart open. You walk around knowing that people will come into your life and you are open to meeting them. You walk around with confidence
love on your sleeve knowing that that is who you truly are and that is who you're meant to be and if you want to get more into this topic I have so many episodes on relationships and love that you can really dive into but I think I will dedicate another episode on like how to open your heart again because that is such a complex and deep topic that I really want to get into that
