#弹心社GenerousTalk# 第14弹《Third Cultural Kids, who are they and what do they need?》上线
曾任职于上海学建ELG八年半的Karlijn与上海结下了不解之缘，大女儿在上海出生长大，小女儿则是在上海怀孕，出生在荷兰。小女儿羡慕姐姐能够在上海长大的经历，常常说”at least I was made in China!” 好可爱！因为自身的经历以及工作经验，让她特别关注到third-cultural kid的成长需求，随着全世界跨文化移民越来越普遍，有一群不得不随着父母迁徙的孩子，他们成长的需求在移民过程中往往更容易被忽略；如果遇上有特殊需要的孩子，那么处境往往更加艰难。因此，K与她的合作伙伴共同创立了Expat Valley，立志于提升社会对于这群孩子需求的关注与意识，并与机构、学校、政府、企业合作，开发相关的项目与培训。她对我说：“You are a third-cultural kid, too, Xingyu!”
