"Self Care" is pushed on women mostly because it is now a billion dollar industry that people make tons of money on. Taking a bath is basic hygiene, and somewhere along the lines women were sold that this is some glorified way of taking time for yourself. If anything the self care industry has dehumanized us and exploited us for the fact that we are not alotted the privileges men get on a basic day to day!
