What is certain, however, is the disruptive impacts that these ‘strongman’ politics have had on daily life in that country. This short film shows how Philippine photojournalist Raffy Lerma has documented the human cost if this war. The LSE International Drugs Policy Unit works with campaigners, policy experts and politicians to combat the damaging effects of the war of drugs.
