今日感想：
週日寫了回顧日記發現過去這一週的自己真的很不錯，可能也是新年的第一週，完成了五天的健身挑戰，除了一天感冒睡過頭之外也有跳舞和完成早起儀式！
每天都有讀書一兩個小時～也有專注吃健康的食物！希望未來的51週也可以保持！大家一起共勉！
