Erin Rost finished in Second Place at World's Toughest Mudder 2019 with 75 miles. This is the second year in a row she finished on the podium. In 2018 she also finished in Second Place, also with 75 miles.
Erin joins Will to talk about her race at WTM in 2019, her goals for 2020, and what it was like to race alongside OCR legend Amelia Boone at WTM this year.
