The list is an expansion of the flagship Time 100 franchise and highlights 100 emerging leaders who are shaping the future. 29-year-old Li is known as China's "king of lipstick". In 2018, he once sold 15,000 lipsticks in just five minutes. In 2019, he helped drive 145 million sales on online marketplace Taobao during the Singles Day shopping gala.
