States should continue to punish or remove members of the Electoral College for going rogue. That's according to a unanimous ruling by the United States Supreme Court this week. The decision comes within four months of the presidential election race between incumbent Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger Joe Biden. Many states enforce what are known as "faithless elector" laws, which punish those officials who break a pledge to vote for their state's nominee in a presidential election.
