In this episode, we discuss the National Legal and Policy Center's lawsuit against Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway. The lawsuit was filed after NLPC's Chairman, Peter Flaherty, was arrested at Berkshire's 2023 Annual Meeting for supporting a shareholder proposal critical of Buffett's support for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. NLPC's Counsel is determined to hold Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway accountable, and the federal court is set to rule on Berkshire's motion soon.
