In this episode we discuss real estate investing, the importance of multiple streams of income, the importance of being a creator and much more! Highlights

• Building other streams of income is a must. Build them when you're happy and working. Don't wait until you're laid off because it's harder to be creative in that situation. Your job is not worried about your happiness, you need to create it. 
• Build a bridge before pursuing entrepreneurship full time. Make sure your finances in order and that your other streams of income are in place before leaving. 
• If you decide to use a property manager, don't use them as a crutch. Make sure you're learning and aware of what's going on incase you decide to eventually self manage
• Tips for newbies in real estate- Read books, buy reasonably priced courses (you don't have to spend thousands of dollars), join coaching groups
• Tips for aspiring entreprenuers- At some point, you need to take action and ignore fear. Be yourself and be authentic. Do it while you still have a 9-5 because it's less risky
