J.Byron Brazier is the lead developer for Woodlawn Central, a transformative project in the Woodlawn neighborhood located on the South Side of Chicago. The development will include 870 dwelling units of workforce housing, market rate, luxury, senior housing, and theater lofts.

There will also be a hotel, over 200,000 square feet of office and retail space, a theatre and much more. This real estate development will fill a multitude of needs in the community. In this episode, we discuss the vision for the project, the needs for this type of development in the black community and more.
