Microstrategy's most recent convertible note offering was upsized once again from $700M to $875M to $1.01B at an interest rate of 0.625%. They have also been draining their ATM offering and purchased 7,420 Bitcoin for $458M. Is Bitcoin finally breaking out to new all time highs?
