The Global Jamaica Diaspora Youth Council is an organization seeking to engage, connect and empower young Jamaicans around the world. I serve as the West/Midwest Regional Representative and the resident Physician of the group. We recorded one of our Instagram Live sessions on coronavirus and we are sharing the audio here. We discuss the toll this pandemic is taking on our mental health, we explore some coping strategies and we discuss some CDC updates. We were also answering viewer questions along the way.
