This story is about Nathan who is a full time mental health therapist and wrote a book, an hour at a time, early in the morning from Feb 2020 to Feb 2021. He enjoys creating but was stuck for years. Nathan teaches that momentum is important so you need to have an accountability group, set goals and fight for them, and don't let life tell you no! What message do you get from this interview?

Nathan wrote a book SIGHT about an art restorer who goes blind in an accident. When he dies at the end of his life he is surprised to find that he is still blind in the afterlife. He learns that to have his sight restored he must learn to see the things he failed to see in life, even before he went blind.
ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999! It all came about when Heidi was dealing with thoughts of suicide, inadequacy, and dealing with infertility. She realized as she reached out to others and heard their stories, she would be uplifted and inspired no matter what she was going through. So this podcast has old "Original" shows from that time period. It also has "New" shows that are currently being recorded with new guests. And it has "Update" shows where Heidi reached out to original radio show guests to find out how the past 20 years have been!
