I love meeting new people willing to share their “lemon to lemonade” experience!

This story is about Adison and her entire life she took care of everyone but herself. Her mom was a drug addict and she was the oldest of her siblings. Then, one month after Adi got married she had to make the decision to pull her mom off life support! Later that year she found out she was expecting her first child but she hadn’t healed from the loss of her mom and was already extremely depressed then ended up with postpartum depression.

She played victim for years, and was sorry for herself. Adi finally decided she needed to take accountability, pull herself out of the ditch, quit playing victim, and create the life she wanted. Now she teaches a 4-step process to becoming your best self and how to get through the feeling of loneliness. What message do you get from this interview?

ABOUT the LemonAid Stand: Heidi started hosting the LemonAid Stand live radio talk show, over 20 years ago, in 1999!
