Scheduling the local notifications 安排本地通知将之前在 Appdelegate 中测试本地通知的代码移动到 ChecklistItem 中，在增，删，改时对 notifications 做一些逻辑处理。其实改应该可以直接改的，不过这里是先取消，再新建。
