People around the world have responded to the conflict between Israel and Hamas in different ways. Haim Bresheeth, a child of Auschwitz survivors, grew up in Israel and co-founded the Jewish Network for Palestine (JNP) in Britain. The group has over a thousand members, and is calling for a society where Palestinians and Jews can live together in peace.
Bresheeth, 77, has spoken out in Britain and Europe against the conflict. His webinars reach audiences around the world, including Japan. He says his activism was inspired by his parents, who raised him and his sister in Israel after surviving the death camps.
