在英国收到邀请的时候人们通常会首先用 Thanks 或 Thank you so much 等表示谢意的表达感谢对方发出邀请在接受邀请时表达谢意或自己开心的心情通常使用一般现在式因为我们陈述的是接受邀请和感到开心的事实
但如果你想要拒绝邀请暗示自己无法赴约的惋惜之情那么就需要使用虚拟语气来表达比如 I would have come if I weren't so busy today 要是我今天不这么忙的话我就会来参加了来听一组例句 Thanks, I'm so happy you invited me.Thank you so much. It would have been great.
如果你想要拒绝对方的邀请那么接下来就可以进一步说明无法接受邀请的原因并表达自己的遗憾你可以开始说我对不起我害怕不幸地给你一个你不能来的原因
其中 I'm afraid 这个表达在英语中十分常用在英语口语中人们通常用它来表达我恐怕……或者我担心……在拒绝他人的提议时我们还可以用 I'm afraid 来表示遗憾的是……来听两个例句 Thank you so much. It would have been great.But I'm afraid I can't come.Thanks. I would have really loved to come.But unfortunately, I'm on holiday then.
在表示拒绝邀请或无法赴约的遗憾之后,我们还可以表示对未来的活动邀请依然十分期待,有机会想要再接受的心情。
反过来说如果你欣然接受了对方的邀请那么最后就是时候表示对活动的想法或者期待了
