之所以不能说 a 10% off increase 是因为借词 off 通常引导借词短语修饰 off 前的句子成分但在这个表达中实际上是由 10%来修饰 increase 而非相反因此产生了冲突如果我们要使用借词 off 来表达相同的意思可以说 an increase of 10%
