Toxins are everywhere in the news and they can significantly affect our health and longevity. Today we get to speak to Dr. Wendy Trubow. An expert in the area who has learned from personal experience how devastating these poisons can be. After completing medical school in residence, she's CS she and her husband, Dr. Ed Levitan have made it their passion to help patients with visions health care, which became the largest functional medicine practice in the country. During their eight year tenure, they had the privilege of serving over 20,000 patients. They also formed five journeys, a membership based wellness organization that incorporates Functional Medicine and their unique approach to what they consider to be the five core aspects of health, physical, chemical, emotional, social, and spiritual. They are also authors of a new book, dirty girl how to ditch the toxins look great and feel freaking amazing. Dr. Trubow completed medical school and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Tufts University. She is currently serves as the president of the National celiac Association. LINKS:
