Today we will remember together the incredible calling and identity that we have as God’s “witnesses” to this broken and hurting world. And it’s more than just about telling people about God, in fact, I don’t know if that was ever really the plan…God‘s presence with us and in us, has always been the plan. And because this is experiential and transformational, we end up bearing witness to the beautiful, personally nuanced, “withness” of God…the One who knows us and loves us …right in the middle of our mundane!
