Russian troops launched military operations throughout Ukraine, as Scott predicted. Scott thinks it's 50-50 whether they remain for a full-fledged occupation or, as Ted speculates, this is a temporary incursion/raid intended to flesh out the breakaway eastern Russian-aligned republics and degrade Ukraine's military prior to withdrawal. Scott favors an aggressive response from the West; Ted argues this is a fight in which the US shouldn't get involved.
