An incident happened in Dorchester where a father left his car running with the keys in it and his 5 year old daughter to grab their chinese food order inside the restaurant he pulled up to. While inside, a stranger jumped into the car and hijacked the car with his daughter in it! With that being said do you ever leave your car running while you run into a store?
