The school board over in Lynn, MA has come to the conclusion that they will be offering their high school students, birth control and condoms to combat the ever growing teen pregnancy problem in their city. Some parents are up in arms about this decision by the school board. Should the school system be doing this by jumping in to offer solutions or should it be left to parents? We discuss.
