我国当前60岁以上失能人口规模达4654万，失能率16.2%。2024年5月，人社部公示了19个新职业、29个新工种，在巨大的照护需求下，“老年助浴员”也亮眼出现在此次新职业当中。他们的出现不仅解决了老人的卫生、健康问题，还给老人和照护者带来了一丝慰藉。
