There are numerous KPIs you can measure; however, personally, I have found that using just 5 that will give you an accurate scoreboard for your business. The 5 KPIs that I record on a monthly basis are:

1. Number of enquiries per month

2. % enquiries converted to visits

3. % visits converted to treatments

4. % treated patients that are retained

5. % treated patients that refer to others.
